This Novi Michaels is well stocked. You will find most likely what you are looking for especially Christmas decorations. However, there was only one cashier at the time I was there which resulted in a long line. Customers were patiently waiting.

Very helpful staff. I bought some sewing supplies for tent repair and was able to get back out on the road quickly with the the right stuff.The employees were helpful, took the time to listen and make suggestions. A pleasure to shop here. Michaels is the place to go.

Moving everything around to make room for Christmas things. Love Michaels. But only negative for me today was the single cashier working hard,but they needed a few more registers open. Long line today.

My experience at Michaels was great. I purchased in store and picked up an online order. There were plenty of cashiers and I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes with my purchases in hand. Associates were friendly too.

Only shop here when I have a coupon - otherwise prices are higher than other places. Store is usually neat and at times offer decent sale prices. Its next to home goods across from 12 Oaks Mall

Various websites suggested that Michaels was pet friendly. I was initially surprised but so happy to take my bernese with me.. But the instant fear of the cashier was surprising and they seemed very unkind. I guess Ill just buy yarn online.

Place to go for arts and craft supplies. Have been shopping here for.more than 5 years now. They are little overpriced but they always have some kind of sale going on. They do carry multiple craft items for kids too and hence my daughter likes it.

They have really nice deals on seasonal items. If you stop by make sure to check out the clearance in the back of the store. Staff is also friendly.

This place has exactly what you are looking for in an easy to find location. Download their app and save even more. The young lady cashing me out asked to scroll through the app I had up and just started scanning things, next thing I knew I paid less than half of what I was expecting to pay. Awesome service here.

Wow this place is dangerous. Went in looking for stuff to make Easter baskets, found exactly what I was looking for and a ton more. It feels like if you want to decorate or have any fun with your house this is a must visit. The picture frame selection is great as well.

You may want to have a sign in the front informing your customers that online pick is in the back by framing. I stood in a long line to be informed I had to go to the back once I reached the cashier.

This is a nice craft supply store. They have a big selection of products. The only area in which they lack is fabric. They have a really nice unfinished wood section. They have great prices and a lot of good coupons. The Holiday decor / products has always been really great. Everyone at this particular location has been friendly and helpful.

The store itself is nice. It’s smaller than other Michael’s I have been to, but not bad. They have a good selection of art markers. One thing I will critique is that they will not honor two 40% off coupons that are both valid and have different serial numbers. Joann down the street will honor both coupons in this situation.

Lots of fun new stuff, decent sales, and friendly customer service. Store was well stocked and clean. Bathrooms were not gross at all.

For sale items it is easier to ask. I wanted the 70 percent off scrapbook paper which was in center isle on the other side away from the non sale paper. Check out cashier must have had a headache or didnt want to work, not friendly at all. My next trip will be back to the one in Commerce Two.

Michaels is the usual staple of craft supplies we all know and love. This one is no exception. The aisles were tidy, everything was in its place, and the staff were both knowledgeable and friendly.

Many different crafts to choose from, fair prices.

Nice clean craft store. They do not have material though which was disappointing.

MLK sale was fantastic. Service is always pretty poor. Products are always decent.

Being a craft store I wish they would brighten up their stores a bit. Very gloomy. But always super nice staff and always have what I am looking for.

Every time Im at the register, I got to have their rewards card or credit card or whatever, constantly being thrown at me. A simple no does not suffice. Rather go to a different store. Also, prices change all the time. And not for the best. Never know what to expect here.
