This place is so fun for the kids and adults to I suggest the go karts they are amazing

Tons of fun and outdoors is a bonus in COVID. We really enjoyed the go karts and if you get there when they open they may let you take an extra lap if no one is in line. Definitely coming back.

Expensive for the few attractions they have. The younger kids may enjoy an oversized bounce house but not the teens. All the attractive that the owner stated were closed due to COVID. No rock climbing, no laser tag and no drop tower, no video games. We couldnt get rid of the tickets I bought. I ended up giving them away to another family that was there with smaller children!

A beautiful park for all ages to enjoy. The staff is mostly high school kids and most were fine but a few of them seemed very annoyed to be there. I felt that energy when I would ask a simple safety question, especially since my kids are so young. We went on a Saturday and it was very crowded! A lot of garbage being left on the tables and garbages full with bugs flying around. I guess the staff was annoyed because there was not enough of them? Another thing, my husband got stung by a wasp while golfing. There is A LOT of wasps! It was extremely distracting to enjoy golfing and/or waiting in line to do an activity. If we were standing still for any reason, wasps would starting attacking! It was annoying and we ended up leaving before using all our tickets.

Wonderfully fun for the kids. Great space to hold parties or corporate events, even team building or Greek activities. Plus the bar is awesome

Fun for the kids and a family fun night. Prices seemed fair for the entertainment. Golf course seemed a little sloped in a few spots, and a few were flooded outbut we were just there for fun. There was credit card shipping issue while we were there and had a hassle paying. After waiting in what we thought to be the ticket line, we were sent outside, to then be sent back indoors to purchase tickets. But overall, had a nice fun evening.

Fantastic little place to go and enjoy some go-karting or mini golf. They are handling covid precautions well and sanitizing everything before you are allowed near it. I will say the pricing is a little steep but overall we were happy with our experience

An amazing little Entertainment Venue, their course is decently maintained and challenging.

Kids 6th grader party. They had fun playing laser tag, mini bowling, and games in the arcade. Food and drinks are good. Customer service very good. Pricey party, but compared to other parties we had, I feel I got more bang for my buck. Will return this summer!

(Go-carts) 4 stars cause 1. I got a warning 2. Everyones so slow and doesnt know how to drive but overall it is paradise

Absolutely had a blast there tonight! Even in just the arcade area it was clean, well maintained, and made me nostalgic of my middle school days. Great place for a family fun night!

This place is fun for the family. Party planning is ok and could use some work but overall very pleased and the birthday boy had a blast!

Suggest to have more double karting to reduce waiting time.

Staff is full of teenagers that have no clue how to run certain attractions. The boy on the bungee had no idea how to harness the riders in and the other worker next to him only said are you having a good time.

My family had the best time at Paradise Park! The Staff were awesome. We felt welcomed as they were helpful and thoughtful with our large party of 14. The Go Karts were a blast! The lazer tag was a big hit as well as the Putt Putt Golf. The pizzas were delicious, too! Good place to go to hang out with your family and friends. Fun place!

Fun for the family, went there with a group of adults for team building and felt a bit out of place but that was just us. Staff is high school children age. They have miniature golf, rock climbing, trampoline, go-karts. The go-karts dont go that fast but can be fun, enjoyed that the most, friendly staff. Have some game machines and laser tag as well.

Generous go-cart time and fun putt-putt course. The facility is clean and well-maintained. It’s a fun place to go with anyone of any age.

It was very very nice it was clean the bathrooms were really really clean. So clean in fact you could eat off the floor thats how clean it is in the bathroom it was nice. We did laser tag it was nice they have games it was raining so we werent able to do the go-kart or miniature golf so they gave $5 game cards for everybody in our little party that was nice. It was very nice they have and the food was good and the staff was very nice I liked it I would go back again and again P.S. they have liquor too. It was fun for the kids and the adults. Definitely recommending them to everyone I know.

We arrived at 12:30 and purchased a 2 hour wristband.Two of the four euro trampolines were not functional. There was a teen boy working in the section that ranted about a female coworker having broken it. No explanation was given to my daughter on what to do.One of the rock climbing harnesses was broken (wouldnt buckle) and the worker tossed it back in the bins with the others.They were unable to locate the remote for the kiddie track, so she was unable to do that.The go-carts and mini golf were fine, though we waited at the counter for quite a bit to get clubs and a ball. The young man working the counter didnt acknowledge us. Another worker came in and offered to help us.The park seemed horribly understaffed, and was not at all busy. The staff that was there is in need of training - basic customer service like acknowledging people, giving instructions, not playing on cell phones, etc.This was our first time here. I have no interest in returning.

This place was really fun. Nice and clean environment. Was very organized. The race track was fun, and the cars were fast. Will definitely come back again.

They were amazing. There was a problem with the scoring in one of our games. After they fixed it they allowed us another one to make up for their technical issues.

Cool place for the kids. Arcade needs to be upgraded and expanded. But outdoor activities are second to none.

Attended a small senior all night party here and had a great time. All of the employees were extremely nice and there was always something to do.

This place was awesome. There are 2 things I would complain about:1. It took approx 1 hour for our food order to be ready. They did acknowledge that and were polite and respectful and offered us some complementary things (which we unfortunately couldnt use because of time constraints).2. The lady selling the tickets outside for the rides was a bit rude. I went to purchase tickets like 3 or 4 times. I paid with credit card. After she charged (swiped) the card she threw the card at counter. The 2nd time she did it was very notorious and she noticed that I was a bit shocked because of that, and she did apologize. Maybe she was having a bad day? That is literally the 1st time I have ever had a cashier throwing my card back at the counter.It was our 1st time there. My kids did had a great time. I think it is an awesome place. Just need some improvements.

Best place to go for go carts we travel a little ways just to come here. We always have fun when we come. Good deals, arcade games, drinks and food

My children had a wonderful time! They went rock climbing, rode around with the bumper cars, played laser tag, and had awesome food. The best part was they were too tired to do anything other than sit down when we got home

My family had such a great time on their mini golf course! We ended up taking a longer than expected and didn’t know they closed at 8pm Thursday’s, but they let us stay and finish our game! We will be back! Thank you!

I love their go carts which are speedy and great for older kids! They also have small go karts for little ones and things such as a rock climbing wall, super bouncy trampolines, a bungee trampoline, an arcade, a restaurant, and a put put course

Fun to take your kids

Recently went for a fun activity organised by Novi Public library. Everything was great, except for the disaster fully managed food serving for Kids. And add to it Ultra rude staff at the food distribution. The games areas inside the building had the same behavior. I hope they learn how to work with customers

It really is fun for ALL ages. Celebrated a birthday for a 25 year old and our party ranged in ages from 3 to 50. Everyone Enjoyed themselves and the employees were very accommodating even though we didnt have a pre scheduled party. I will definitely return

This is a very family friendly place with tons of great activities for all ages. We had a wonderful time and will be returning soon.

Great spot to take the kids. Plenty to do for all ages and you can make a day out of it. Close enough to the mall that you can head there as well.

Fun place for kids. Only drawback is there policy for laser tag. People with party reservation get priorities over little kids. It’s not like people with part are not having fun, they are doing birthday party and doing other things, but when ever they feel like they jump over little kids even though the kids wait 15 / 20 minuets in line. People who are doing party there, them and the management needs to be respectful towards the kids.

Fun place, gets pricey quick after puttputt and go carts. My son was disappointed that the childrens go carts werent out and running though. Those were the reason we came per his request.

Good place to spend time with kids both indoor and outdoor. O stick with outdoor activities in summer and will kids go for arcade if not winter. Theres rock climbing, 2 types of trampoline, mini golf, racing.. All things kids will enjoy.

Very good place for families. Come during the week if you want to have run of the place and avoid crowds. But some attractions might not be open though.

My husband and I had a blast mini-golfing here today. The prices were very reasonable.

It was amazing management

I ordered a cake and it was totally wrong. Since it was for a birthday. I had to take the one that was fix. I know now...unless you have the party there dont order a cake. I just wasted money. Wow...not sure if I would go back. They knew I was upset and they gave me a pass two for one to come back. That is not an incentive to make me come back. Free passes anyone...

Excellent place to have fun with the family

Our first time on Saturday for family bday party the worst service ever!! No workers at several rides like the kiddie carts, the space ship & laser tag. We had to go ask several times & waiting over 15 mins. We brought the wristband and it was timed for 2 hours. At the food counter asked many times for a bottle of water & a beer girl didn’t have a clue where to find them. We did speak to the manager he blamed the help being too young the place a waste of time & money!!

Plenty of parking. Great for kid and young teen parties. Has games, rides, tent for parties, and concession food.

I brought my 5 and 11 year old with my girlfriend and we all had a great time. We were there for about 2 hours. We played put put, rode go carts and payed about a dozen video games. I spent a total of $47 bucks! Not bad for a family fun night these days! The put put course was a challenge for me but was still was easy enough for the 5 year old to slap the ball around (without slowing the people behind us down to much). The go carts were great, the course was shorter than most but its filled with hair pin turns. We will be back soon!

The rides were all functional and the food was edible, just the servers there need to be a bit more knowledgable. We were given play cards that didnt work a few times in a row, and I was tempted to ask for a refund.

It was fun but I was not allowed to get drinks there for some reason

They have a huge variety of things to play, however the price can get quiet pricey. Minigolf course was a little damp and flooded with water.

Its a good place to bring kids for a good time. We had fun, it was reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly. I did notice it wasnt the cleanest, and there was dirty standing water with dead bugs in it on the mini golf course. It was also extremely loud in the building where we had to pay, and we had to shout for the cashier to hear us from 2ft away. We might be back, havent decided yet.

The facility was clean and AC was pumping which was nice. Came for the arcade with my younger cousins but literally 60 percent or so were casino type games and the few fun games available were broken in a way you couldnt tell until you tried to play it. Dont come for the arcade. Didnt go outside

Fun place to go....concerned about food service....had employees with hair down cooking food. Kept flicking hair over meal prep area. Overwhelmed with 7 ppl ordering meals at one time. Took awhile to feed, but in end food tasted well.

Took my grand kids there and we had a blast. The staff went out of their way to ensure you had a great time.

Many options for fun activities for kids, teens, and couples. Good for planning a party. Ive never used them but I know they offer party rooms

Came here with an 11 year old. We did not do the outside activities because it was too hot out, so my review only pertains to the inside. The arcade room was good sized but some of the games were not working. I did like how the tickets are automatically loaded onto the play pass, and you could keep token credits on the pass over multiple visits. The laser tag was our favorite part. Its pricey ($7 per person, per round) but similar to other places in the area.

Had a coperate party here, the food was good, staff friendly, and the activities well balanced for kids and adults. Id recomend going here again.

Great venue! Lots of activities for kids! But.... The staff needs to be trained more on selling the menu for birthdays and hosting. Im sorry, but lining kids up and cutting cake does not make one a birthday party host. More like a server... It is all good with students working there, but they need to engage more when working the large groups. Otherwise, great experience!

Nice new go-karts and a well laid out track. Our kids had fun their friends birthday party here!

I went here on a school trip, and I would never come back. They scammed us of a lot of money, really bad service, the staff cant get there times right, and made us pay for things that we didnt choose to pay for. Never coming back.

The putt putt course was nice! Lots of fun and just challenging with. The arcade is horrible. Over priced, everything is broken or didnt work right. The staff was friendly and there seemed to be a lot to do for a relatively expensive cost. We will be back

Lots to do, not too busy during the week

My kids love coming here. My 13 year old had a bday party here and the service was great. Her friends had to wait a long time for the laser tag so our hostess let them do another activity for free. This made up for the wait, however the party ran a little late. The pizza was ok and there cake was decent. Your not allowed to bring any other cake there.

Could use some refreshing. Kids love it.
