My son loves going here!! Very nice staff!!

Nice facility. Very clean, great staff, everything was in working order. Its a little expensive since there isnt a while lot to do, but my kids loved spending 2 hours there.Not sure how much it costs, but they have a room for parties and they even have a VIP spot.You are not allowed to bring in food or beverages but they do make them availabe for purchase.There is a wheel chair/stroller ramp to access all sections. They also have seats for parents or elderly to sit and watch. The seats are nice and close to keep your eye on your kids.The sections include a 46 or less open area for smaller kids. With that they provide soft blocks to build and play with.They also have a 4 basket ball hoops set at all different hieghts. They hoops are wrapped with foam to prevent injury.They also have a Dodge ball section for kids to compete.Then there is a huge open area for individuals to perform what ever acrobat heart desires.Another section is designed to jump high and big and perform some flips into a huge pool of soft blocks.

Great experience! Kids had a blast the whole night in the new Arena. So much fun! Friendly and accommodating staff and was very clean.

As much as I love jumping here I am constantly telling kids to follow the rules. I’ve talked to the staff and manager about this problem but nothing has been done about. I just wish the staff would take safety more seriously but instead there on their phones or talking to each other.

Just go its awesome for everyone! Although be prepared to spend more than you think just getting in, but we all loved it!

It was amazing. I got to jump and play basketball with my friends. Dodgeball is one of the funniest to me. This place is better than Defy.

We had a great time, they have this really cool new game that I haven’t seen anywhere. And it is really clean.

A lot of fun! I attended a birthday party with my 10 year old son and he had a blast.

Its alot of fun to jump at. Though there was a kid that was misbehaving so I asked the staff member to talk to him. But he just blew the situation of and I kept asking different staff and then the manager no one actually solved the problem. The kid that was being dangerous was sending kids home because he was hurting them. Other than that its a great place to go to. I think the staff couldve of handled the problem better.

My kids simply love the place. Even adults can work up some good exercises, or relax on their massage chairs. Overall easy enough concept which gives the kids an exciting hour.

Nice place for kids to spend time and energy... its 12 $ per hour.. if u have socks for trampoline jumping (i dont know what its called) take it with u.. else they charge for that separately

I took my family there for a friends 6 year old birthday party. There were different zones with different activities. Also paid for a chunk of time to play. My 3 and 4 year old children were able to play and have fun; however, it was mostly geared towards older children. Overall fun. The food was pretty good too. Staff was friendly and energetic. Pretty good atmosphere. Would have liked a little bit better direction/more clear rules.

With the new addition added parents should be able to walk through with their child especially if they’re under 5... in my opinion the manager isn’t accommodating but his staff was nice and friendly..

But, the one thing that I didn’t like was the fries at the consession stand, I understand they aren’t supposed to be the best quality but the fries were straight up rectangular blocks that just tasted like uncooked potatoes. The staff was AWESOME! They were friendly, happy, positive, and attentive! Today I attended a party at Airtime Seemed like the staff was all of the same page, keeping the space clean and reinforcing rules in a positive light. It was so nice to see that Airtime was filled with many families of ALL ethnic backgrounds under one roof, pleasantly enjoying a great experience.Keeping track of my 4 children (ages 9,7,5,and 3) was possible because of how they set up their open space gym.THANK YOU Angela McBride for setting up our Airtime party! I would recommend going anywhere else with your kids. Waste of money and a horrible disappointment not only was there only one person “monitoring” but anything you wanted to do she would tell you was closed. She was too busy taking phone calls. The other people must have been checking leftover cyber Monday deals or something? Add to this that they were doing extremely loud construction with sparks flying way too close to us for comfort and well above the comfortable levels to be In without earplugs. Crying two year old because the saw was too scary for the win. Will definitely never be back. I understand improvements are trying to be made but you know you’re only open 3-8 maybe use the other 19 hours in the day?

Not enough workers. Their just standing in a circle and talking and not worry about the kids. Never coming back again. Kids arent happy with it, not much to do here.

Update: We recieved mutiple calls from them to resolve this matter after posting this review, so to be fair I am posting this update. We were issued a full refund after posting this and sending them a note through Facebook so I changed my 1 star review to a 3 star review. I feel it was a lot of effort on my part to get the refund and think it wouldnt have happened otherwise.For the full story read below. We went to the Novi Airtime. We live a few hours away and had booked a hotel room at the Hilton across the street with the intention of playing at this trampoline park, and it was extremely disappointing to say the least. We paid full price for all four of our family members to go without one person mentioning that the place is under construction. I think had we been warned, I wouldnt be so upset, because we would have simply done something else. I left my two daughters and husband to play while I went to a store to buy a t-shirt so I could jump with them. I was back in about 30 minutes and my daughters met me at the door telling me they were ready to leave because it was nothing like the website had indicated. So I went in and asked a manager for a refund. She told me they could not do that. She said she could offer something for us to come back, but we dont live in town, and frankly we would never come back based on this experience. She said she would have the owner contact us in an hour, which never happened. Then we came back later in the evening after bowling across the street and again we were brushed off and told we would hear back from the owner in an hour. We have yet to hear anything back. I tried calling, and there is not an apparent way to even speak to someone on the phone. I surely cannot understand why anyone would pay the $85 we spent for a half an hour of this experience at the Novi location.Again, after posting this review, I was called personally and a full refund was issued and 2 hours of tickets for jump time to another venue were given to us.

We had a great time. The party host that worked for AirTime did a phenomenal job! He definitely we over and beyond! I forget his name . He really is a great worker and could be the face of the company!!!

I would give this 5 stars if it wasnt for the music. Very inappropriate music for the ages that are there. Inappropriate language. My 5 year old had a great time but we would never allow him to hear some of the songs that came on.

The staff was rude, the music was terrible and not appropriate for kids. They charge you extra for the course, other places that is included in the price. We won’t be going back to this location.

This was my 1st experience with Airtime. There were quite a few employees patrolling which is good but it was still very chaotic. There were several/multiple parties taking place. If you come with multiple children that you want to keep an eye on, it can be a bit overwhelming.

They were doing construction and the place was full of dust. I heard other parents complaining about the same thing as well.

Went with the 3 hour jump ticket thinking I wouldnt have enough time to get through the 10,000 square feet of trampolines like the website said. Only ended up staying 45 mins even with a child and used every attraction more than twice. There was no ninja warrior course and you couldnt even play basketball with another person. They say unused jump time can be used as credit toward another time which would be cool if it wasnt so boring. So, if youre interested in wasting 45 mins of your life for a lousy pair of $3 socks then this is the place for you.

I guess my children can be the best judge but its nice I guess. The mosh pit is a bit small and could have used more lanes. You have to use their own socks(for children) but keep them safe and use them when you come again.

Super fun place gor kids. All ages bouncing together. If you have young ones (7 and under) they may need help navigating around the older. Our gym (Novi,MI) is running summer soecial $15 All Day Jump Pass. We took our own food and ate outside to keep costs down. Very clean on the floor, bathrooms and eating areas.

A fun and great place to have your childs or grandchildren s birthday partys. I book a birthday party there. Very reasonable

If it wouldnt be for the awful mens room, Id have rated this place 5. Its super fun, and Id suggest a 3 hr pass (although youd never last that long ), so that you can catch some rest.

Came in with my son and saw that you had $5 for kids under 5, thats fantastic! After the amazingly friendly staff welcomed us and explained everything to us so well, the staff on the trampolines were literally building block houses with the small children, smiling and laughing. I asked to speak with a manager so I could tell them how great the staff were, and wouldnt you know, the managers (there were two) were just as friendly and helpful as the staff. Theres no question this place is doing it right! We will be returning and telling our family and friends what a special environment this is.

This past weekend we celebrated my sons birthday at Airtime Novi. We had an amazing experience! Our party host Matt was fantastic he set the bar high for any upcoming party, the most efficient and sweetest kid ever! The manager Kim was probably one of the most humble and nicest managers I have ever encountered. She was helpful, she went above and beyond. She was sweet, and assured we had an amazing time. NO DOUBT we did! Everyone we saw working was helpful, smiling and so nice. The music was fun (maybe a little loud for me) Everything was clean and it looks like the place is still new. Everything was amazing! We will be celebrating more birthdays here and visiting often. I was blown away with our party experience! The kids had such fun and so did the adults.Thank you to all of the staff at Airtime! We will see you again soon!

I love the place,they have great deals and offers. Everyone there is so kind and helpful and is there to keep you safe. Very fun and time consuming,great for parties or just for fun! They have a concession stand,party rooms,arcade games and more!

Both under the new management and old the people at the register will (and have until I caught on and correct them every time) charge kids at an adult rate. I didn’t realize that kids under a certain age are only $5/hour even on weekends. We’ve been going there since my son was 3. Instead they were charging me $12 or $14 an hour. So I overpaid for at least two years!

Great time. I think more parents and caregivers should come to play. Wished they were open more. Id bring my toddler nephews while the big kids were at school.

My wife was there with our 8 year old today from 2:45pm-4pm and at least half the time there staff was hanging out in a circle talking not watching the kids. The kids jumping into the pit was a hot mess since no one was up there most of the time. The kids would play in the pit and made it hard for anyone to jump into it. My wife has a picture of 4 staff members just hanging out talking.

Crowded, noisy (music way too loud, gave me a headache), and too pricey for the amount of things available to do. If we ever do come back, it will definitely not be on a weekend.

Awful! Only one employee on the floor this evening. My son was hit in the head in dodgeball a couple times by one kid and the one employee was across the floor watching a different station.

Fun but I thought it would have some ninja obsticles lile the website states.

Hula Frog has listed a Sunday special from 9am to 10am for 1 parent and 1 child for $10. Tried calling airtime twice to confirm, but there is no way to reach a live human.Response to owner’s timely response-the point was inability to talk to a human (went to website-that’s why we wanted to talk to someone). We were parked in grey suv when owner showed up at 855am).

I love Airtime Novi! It’s a great place to have fun with friends! Allison is a very respectful and great worker there she really knows how to observe the trampolines and kids! I love her! Keep it up Allison..

I go to airtime almost every other week with my friends and we always have a good time. The music is good I like the food. Their employee Allison is really nice and funny. She has a good attitude and is one of the only ones that never look bored to death which is nice

Lots of fun things to do here. Prices arnt bad either. Would go again.

Although I absolutely love the Airtime experience for my kids, the staff needs to be trained more in assisting children. On my 2 experiences at this location, the employees have yelled/shouted from a distance at small children to follow the rules instead of walking over to explain. I understand that it is ultimately the parents responsibility to help aid, but there is no need for this type of attitude or laziness from employees.

Airtime is amazing! The staff was super helpful and pleasant. The place is huge. My Daughter and her friends spent very little time waiting for the different areas.

Ive been to a lot of trampoline parks and this one is one of the nicer, better attended ones that Ive been to. Someone was always supervising dodgeball. There was a specific toddler area with a height limit. Entry was quick and painless and they even have a special toddler price for kids 5 & under.

I have to say that this location and its employees are WONDERFUL! They are very on top of what they do and are very accommodating, they pride in you leaving over satisfied and extremely pleased-wanting to come back again. There was a gentleman there by the name of JEREMY.......and he was sooooo awesome!!! He had everything ready and set to go, he was extremely helpful and caring...he made he job look like a cake walk with the way he handled himself and his environment. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience, Ill definitely be back.

This Airtime is the worst of them all. Ive been here a couple times with my grandchildren. Interactions with the staff are great. However the managers are horrible. I really feel bad for those kids. Its one manger I believe his name is Carlos, I see a lot of good reviews on this guy. However, from my views of him he is rude and yells at the customers. He needs to be WATCHED very closely.

They have a decent section of jumping zones for ages 2 and up. They had a promotional offer of 5$ whole day but since Feb 2019 they hiked it to 10$ for whole day which I think is a bit pricey for no new additions to their park.

One of reasons we came here was for the obstacle course. Our kids were really looking forward to it. Once we got here we found out there is NO OBSTACLE COURSE HERE. Its dirty, crowded, and they have areas closed. On the plus side they use wristbands instead of stickers for jump times. Also the kids are still having fun.

Justin was the best worker ever he stood up for me when i was bullied. he gave me confidence and inspired me to be a good person!! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!️I went again and Justin needs another promotion. He is so nice he went against his bro to defend us being bullied because we are home dogs. He is the best.

This Airtime location was so welcoming! Especially their employee Allison... she explained the rules to my toddler in a very kind manor. I will definitely be coming back because of her leadership.

Fun place and lots to do. I would plan well enough ahead to reserve the spots. Not too expensive compared to other similar venues in the area. Lots of hand sanitizer and wipes scattered throughout the building which is really nice.

I come to airtime Novi all the time with my friends, it’s clean and very welcoming. Allison is one of my favorite employees! She’s funny and her smile is welcoming unlike some of the other people who always look bored

This is place is AWESOME! I had a great conversation with one of the managers there, Carlos. I told him he and his staff were amazing, my daughter Camilla didnt want to leave and asked me for 24 hours after when we would be coming back. My grandchildren had a blast!!!

Very crowded but if youre looking for a place to let your kids burn off some energy its a great place to be. Additionally, Im pleased with the seating for the adults near the trampolines and the overall cleanliness of the facility.

We had our senior all night party there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sean and Angie are great to work with. Very clean facility. The kids had a great time.

I rate it a 2 star becaues the price to go their is ripped of and when you order food or a drink you cant hold on too it so it is bad pricing.

It was a great experience only thing I did not like is there was a 7 year old caring a baby jumping on the trampolines and the employees never said anything. So not a good idea.

They took off our wristbands and kicked us out for no reason. They gave us strikes because I did a front flip in doge ball and 2 other people did one, there are only 3 workers that will assist you and are nice to you... so if you go there request Elma Justin and or Max
