Jazz is my go to girl and they need more people like her. I used to hate this location because idk what they did when they used to hire but they were not good sales associates. Jazz was patient, kind, informative, she knew when I needed help and when I needed to be alone. I pretty much refuse to be helped by anyone but her. Keep up the amazing work girl!

Ashley my fairy godmother of great times. She is warm, personable, understanding, and beyond knowledgeable. Seriously amazing. I will drive out if my way to visit this location for her. My boyfriend also feels comfortable with her and he is normally fairly private about these things. She is trustworthy and makes the experiences we have at home even better than I could imagine. Only a medical professional should be registering temperature checks. Thermometer should be sanitized infront of customer if they choose to do so. When the explanation of temperature checks was gone over, the sensor of the thermometer bounced off the other palm. . . . . . . . . Was themometer sanitized? Was her hands sanitized? We will never know.

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible staff was extremely rude and did not have good products.

This location is out of my way but every time I make the drive, Im reminded why I still go. The staff is really helpful, I always leave feeling like I got my moneys worth. Today, I had Claire helping me and she not only helped me with lingerie pairing but also recomendations for other products. Highly recommend this store!

Great place. Out of the way. Little traffic, this way the misses doesn’t get all embarrassed walking into a sex shop. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Does the staff take training courses for the products they use? Take them home to try out? Just very knowledgeable about products. I was just curious.

I recently went there looking to pick up a new toy, everyone seemed really nice and welcoming one of the ladies was answering all my questions. She pointed me towards a toy that was almost 90 bucks that fit exactly what I wanted. She told me it was Bluetooth and I would be able to control it from my phone. I belived her and figured thats what justified the price. But when I got home it did no such thing. They had no idea what they were talking about and sold me an incredibly overpriced toy and you cant really return a sex toy so now Im stuck with a 90 dollar product that doesnt do what I was promised. This is unacceptable to me and I will not be returning any time soon.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. I needed a replacement charger (dog chewed the original) and the staff went above and beyond to help me out.

The staff at Lovers Lane Novi exceeded my expectations! They know their products, what to put together for a romantic night and made it all fun!
