Best kept secret in the area. Cushy its not. It is well equipped, clean, great classes (though limited times/days), friendly. Great fitness deal.

Gym review only. Small old school gym for Norwood/Westwood residents. Has a squat rack, benches, free weights, and cardio equipment. Free for seniors(62+) 15$ a month or 40$ for three months. It has showers, lockers, and a sauna. This place is almost always empty or two to three people in it.

The courts are almost never open when I call they always have some nonsense saying they have a birthday party or they a meeting of were voting one time I called they said we dont feel like opening the gym today sorry

Could use some punching bags and a steam room

Class is great, the facility ends class 15 minutes early then you have to rush out !!
