Very fun, well organized etc. The only aspect that was missing was that there was no changing table in the mens room. Other than that, the party was well run and a lot of fun for a toddler.

We visited during February vacation and the place was busy. Price was reasonable. It’s always great to have a place for the kids when the weather is too cold for them to be outside. Each child brought their own money to use in the vending machines but they weren’t available in the play space like last time. Kids weren’t happy about that. Good place to burn off tons of energy. Kids slept well that night.

Owner refuses to refund me the $100 deposit for a bday party. Party was supposed to be on May 9th and I canceled mid March due to covid. Plenty of notice. Im sure he stole the deposits from plenty of other parents as well. Pretty terrible.

This was the first time hosting a birthday at KidZone and I’m blown away at how easy it was! The team, especially our hostess Madison, made it as seamless as it could possibly be! All we had to do was show up and hand everything over to the team and that was it! From start to finish, it was great. As a parent, parties can be so exhausting to host, Madison and KidZone took the lead and i didn’t have to do anything! I can’t praise the team enough! THANK YOU!!!!!

I took my nieces to Kid Zone and they had an absolute blast!! Theresa and Emeralda were very helpful with the check in process. We went there last month and my nieces were able to buy snacks from the vending machines but I didn’t see them anymore. My nieces actually left earlier than they wanted to because they wanted to eat something. I still highly recommend Kid Zone. It was perfect for a rainy day.

Good place for kids who like jumping around in bouncy house. Great for kids birthday party, they do it all, just bring your child and the cake. A little expensive but a good indoor place to keep the little ones entertained.

I booked a party in advance had to give a 100 deposit we’ll do to covid they are no long open I emailed and call to no prevail I’m fed up with the service don’t waist your money here

We had our daughter’s birthday party here and it was great. We even had to change the party date and that was easy to do. The staff were extremely nice and took care of our party appropriately. Courtney was our kind host and Teresa our manager. They both made our party experience enjoyable and smooth. I would host another birthday there again.

This place is a lifesaver during the cold winter. My grandkids had an absolute blast. I wish it was warm so they could play outside but this place certainly gives them a way to burn off some energy. Highly recommend!!

Wont be returning to this establishment. First time visit, we were handed bracelets and asked to sign a waiver. We were then let in to the play area. My wife took our 3 year old daughter while I stayed with our 1 year old in another part of the play area. A staff member asked what party I was with and informed me it was a private event. No big deal, I text my wife to find me and as Im telling her he came up again aggressively telling us we could not be there. I told him I was telling my wife and he again rudely stated we had to take it outside. I completely understand it was a private party, I wish the staff at the door had asked or informed us of this, but things happen. However after failing to inform us of this to be so rude and aggressive was unacceptable.Unbelievably rude. I couldnt imagine handling any customer interaction in that manner.

I took the kids here once and had a great time. No issues at all. Then we went to book a bday party here for one of the kids. Unfortunately covid 19 happened and I obviously dont blame them for that.. I do however blame them for refusing to refund our $100 deposit for the party well within the cancellation period. We were told that they would hold the deposit for a later date, which again is stated nowhere on the website. We cancelled within the allotted time frame and they still refuse to give us our money. Now I wont take my dog here once things reopen.

Held a party here a few weeks ago. Overall, it was good. The air conditioning in our party room was not working so that was not great. It was a hot day. Also saw the manager using a vape type pen as she walked into the staff room, didnt seem appropriate for a kids party place. One of the kids at our party got stuck in between part of an inflatable. I think there should be staff more actively involved with the kids to make sure they are safe and having fun. Luckily we had a lot of parents who could pull him out and he was not injured. The staff were mainly out at the front desk not close to the kids. We did have a good party. The person who helped us serve cake etc was very helpful. Just wanted to share a few things I noticed and think they could do better for the price...

Recently went to a birthday party here and decided to come back for open play will definitely be back. My kids had an amazing time especially on the Disco bouncy. The staff is great they do a very good job of keeping the space clean.

I had some issues with the hours and open play times the owner called me personally and was very understanding about things and suggestions I had. Im glad my daughter loves it there. I will continue to go there if availability is not a problem the place is great my daughter would go everyday if we could she has so much fun.

I drove an hour and half to get to this place but your stuff won’t let me in because they have a birthday party.I felt bad for my 4 years old she was super excited showing her your pictures online but will never come again to this place.BAD SERVICE.

I had my daughter’s 8th birthday party at KidZone in June 2019 and it went very well. Each of our guest had fun and loved the place. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The place is clean, well kept and organized. The bathroom needs more up-keep, it is a bit outdated on my personal opinion but other than that, it was a great experience for me hosting the party and for my daughter having a great time playing and parting with her friends and family. Would definitely recommend it and would be booking my son’s birthday party next. My favorite part was the bouncy dance party house!

More for ages 2+ maybe even 2.5 but either way a good source to burn energy. It didnt have a small Cafe like other indoor playgrounds in the area.

Hello ! We are frequent visitors here. Kidzone is under new management and everything has been remodeled and the staff is very friendly. I had my daughters birthday party yesterday and everything went smoothly. My husband and I really enjoyed the party because we didn’t have to worry about anything. They took care of everything for us: layout, set up and cleaning at the end. The kids had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place.

So much fun! They just got a bunch of new bounce structures that really add a challenging element (e.g. Ninja/warrior -style jumping). This was perfect for my 9-year old, and of course the 3 year old loved it too.KidZone is clean, well maintained, and the staff is always friendly. And they have a water cooler, which is such a nice touch for those thirsty kids!

It was ok the blow ups were not very entertaining kids got bored very fast

My daughter (who is almost 3) LOVES kidzone! She asks to go there all the time and never gets sick of it. The variety of bounce houses keeps her busy for hours! I love how clean it always is and how she always leaves tired.

Been to a lot of birthday parties here. Bounce houses are great for the kids, but the party rooms are small and stuffy. Anymore than 12 kids and youre going to have a hard time staying nearby with all the commotion.

KidZone is a very well run fun place since it went under the new management recently. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are no extra costs anymore like before, like paying for other games with quarters that my kids used ask all the time. Now all other games are included in the price, air hockey, basketball hoops, etc. I like that the new management put in music in the background, and the place is very clean. This is the place to be for my kids now especially during winter time.

The slides were fun for the kids, however better to plan the party after somewhere else. Just not enough time. They just rush, rush, rush. Get kind of rude if not out of there. Half hour is not enough time for a bunch of little ones to eat, have cake and ice cream etc.

This place is so much fun! It is big, clean, safe for all ages because there are little jumpys and big jumpys, and even fun for adults! A great place for an affordable family activity! Great in the winter and summer! Staff is super helpful and friendly! Will be back many more times!

6 large bounce houses, 1 smaller one. And theres an air hockey table and a baseball shooter and a few other smaller toys. Our 3 year old loved it!!

Happened by here by accident. Was looking for something to do with my daughter and granddaughter and this came up. Love the fact that adults get to go in and play for free. The price of $13 was reasonable compared to other places that charge for adults. My granddaughter who is 3 really enjoyed running around and going on all the jumpys. By the time we left we were all exhausted. The place was clean and has a water dispenser to drink. I would highly recommend checking it out.

I like this place, just wish I didnt have to go there practically every month for yet another cookie cutter birthday party! That being said, the cookie cutter birthday parties are very well done, they have it down to an art, a well ordered bounce-bounce-pizza-cake machine.They could improve some things like only having room temperature tap water in pitchers to drink. Oh, and the price of their arcade machines is embarrassingly high.

It was the right place to hold a birthday party. Place was clean, kids had a lot of fun, and the staff was very helpful. Easy online booking and plenty of parking for our guests.

Staff is great but owner is a nightmare. When I asked about special pricing he kept interrupting me and wouldnt let me ask my question. Wanted to set up a special party time for a large group but never got to the specifics with the owner. He seemed totally ADD.

Great 8 yo kids party!

I thought the party was great, only complaint I have was that they recently changed their packages to no longer include pizza and juice for the kids. I was caught off guard day of the party about the change, had to leave to get juice boxes and was late to my sons party.

Let me tell you first that this my revision on previous review. Kids loved it, adults loved it. It was lots of fun for all ages.Some new setups in gym2 were really good. Especially the one in extreme end. Even the dance party bouncy was enjoyed by toddlers and their parents. I could not enjoy gym1 setup but I know those were enjoyed by toddlers a lot based on feedback from my colleagues.Party room was well decorated. I dont know how much of it was Kidzone team to credit for. But at least allowing the guest setup some decorations was a welcome gesture.Lastly the door, chicken wings not good, too salty. Pizza amazing; adults liked veggie pizza; while cheese is always defacto winner for kids.

We go to Kidzone a lot during the winter and weve always had a great experience with open play time. However, we did not have the same positive experience with our daughters birthday party there. We had booked a two-hour chunk (about $325) of time for 15 kids but didnt realize that once kids ate, they wouldnt be allowed back in. So we were only playing for 45 mins, then ushered into the birthday room, where we were served pizza and cake by a very surly woman and then rushed out. We were back home less than two hours after it started, which was really annoying for anyone that arrived a little late or made a long trip. We definitely didnt get 2 hours and it was very rushed. I wouldnt recommend for birthday parties but we will go back for open play.

First and last time here. Inflatables were not totally inflated. Very dangerous. And i am still in shock with the rudeness of girl at front desk. Plus they should tell you u need socks. As an adult i did not have any on. Go to toddler towmN in squantum. Cheaper....nicer.....amd all around better. Bye kidzone!!!

Its a great place to go with kids a bit older. If your kid likes to climb and bounce this is a must stop! They have snacks and drinks for sale. Bathrooms too!

Kidzone was the venue for our sons 6th bday. A great place for a day party where there is no restriction of getting the cake and pizza from them. Which becomes a hindrance for a lot of people. And to top it the ambience and both the play zones are good and well maintained. We had a lots of fun thanks to the team at Kidzone. Everything was well organized

WOW, on Sunday April 29 1pm, I drove 15 miles with my 5-year old to have him play for a couple of hours. We got there and a young lady employee turned us away because of a couple of birthdays. I explained how much we drove and she did not care as she said: those are the rules and it’s on the web page. Ok, I agree it’s on the webpage, burried within a few tabs! I was not asking for a charity, as I was willing to pay and my son would not have disrupted the ongoing birthdays. Lastly, she said: “these folks pay a lot of money to reserve the space for birthdays”. WOW, state the obvious. She turned us away and lost an opportunity to gain a potential loyal client.I guess it’s easy to teach staff to follow the rules, but it’s harder to teach them to have a heart. A single, 5 year old poses no risk to your business or birthdays.

Very fun place for kids. Really good for quick fun visits. I have been here twice, once with kids as a day trip, and the other for my daughters 4th birthday. The birthday package was above average priced. I believe it included 12 kids and 2 pizzas, 3 hrs of play time, and 1 hr in the party room for cake and food etc. Although the kids had fun, I felt as though it was really rushed and unorganized. My girlfriend and I arrived on time for our scheduled party and had to wait for our party room to free up due to another party being inside. We had the cake, decor, and snacks but were unable yo get into the room to decor and place the stuff inside. Thankfully, we were able to put the cake inside a fridge. The play area is split into two parts. 1 side has about 3 different bouncy houses mostly for little kids (1 to 4) and the other side also has 3 but for bigger kids. We had sock for our guests because they are required for play. I highly recommend telling all birthday guests to get there earlier so that the 1 1/2 hr play time is not wasted because it goes by fast! After that time another party get in and you have to move everyone to the other side. Once we were in the other side for about 30 mins we were able to go into the party ro to setup. A staff member who was really nice was helping us set everything up. After the time of play the other party moved to our side and we had to move everyone into the party room. We sang Happy Birthday and the staff member again helped us cut the cake which we liked because they are really good at it! Overall it was fun but I think it definitely needed more time and more organization. It would have been nice to have the party room setup and a staff member to be entertaining the kids and kind of playing with them or something. Also some buffer time between the moving of areas would have been nice and feel less rushed. I do recommend for a fun couple of hrs for kids but for birthday, I wasnt too convinced!
