Friendly staff, if they had a better stock of guns for sale, and had a better bullet stop (went to the range and caught a surprising amount of bullet fragments.) would give 5 stars. Either way happy to have them around!

Bad experience. So many rules. Felt like I was communist China. Got yelled at for open carrying. Cant shoot rifles here. They paint the tips of the ammo that you buy. They ask for the ammo cartons back lol. Went in happy. Came out depressed.

Previous owners were very rude and untrustworthy, supposedly sold to a better person. Cant wait to give it another try

The range is good price for range time seems fair. All the people who complain about the staff have a point. The staf allways looks annoyed to see you.I Had an old bow laying around and decided to dabble in archery I brought it in and asked if I could get a new string because the old one was frayed. He said He couldnt get me a new string unless I could tell him the make and model of bow. After asking questions to about why and getting anwers that sounded rediculous all the time looking at me like I was a dog poo stuck on his shoe. I left and contacted another bow shop and they said it shouldnt be a problem. I took it in and they put on a new string cheerfully. The bow works fine I shot it about a hundred times in the last month.If you can put up with the staffs additute its not a bad place.

Good range with decent prices. This is where me and my fiance go to shoot. Its also where i took my cc class. Id highly recommend them!

The guy at the counter seemed like he didn’t want us there, he wasn’t welcoming or helpful with information. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever go back.

WARNING! MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN AMMO! DO NOT BUY AMMO AT THE COUNTER! They wont tell you its all reloaded unless you ask, and its literally twice as expensive as the factory equivalent. I shot a hundred rounds of their 9mm and got inconsistent recoil, leading me to believe it isnt even worth half of what I paid for it. The range is otherwise okay for handguns.

Been here a few times recently, and the last visit made me never want to go back there again. From the recent times Ive gone there, Ive concluded that the staff just doesnt really make you feel welcome. Thats one of the best ways I can describe it. Many people on here are saying rude staff and I like to think the best in people-- but I agree. Sometimes I have questions about any topic/product and I dont feel comfortable asking these guys like I do other local gun shops/ranges. I dont know what their problem is, but if you want your business to keep doing well-- be nice to your customers!Additionally, I want to go to an indoor shooting range to get OUT of the cold. Last time I went there with my boyfriend, it felt colder in the range than it did outside! It was about 52 degrees in the range that night and I wanted to change the thermostat myself, so badly. It did not make me want to stay-- it just made me want to leave. When we left, our eyes were tired and watering from the constant cold air/wind blowing on us. It was torture. Theres got to be a better way to run the air in the range to at least make it comfortable inside. Leaving that night, we agreed we never want to go back.

Don’t go here! It’s a gun shop and pistol range like 1000s of others. Except for the unprofessional atmosphere (not the environment you’d want where there are firearms everywhere). Gun selection is meager at best. Its nothing more than a shell of a business. The owner of this place is an incredibly discourteous oaf of a fellow. I watched the man screaming at a customer merely because he put his hearing protection on after he entered the shooting area and not before entering! He got right up in customer’s face, His demeanor was intimidating, out of place, and absolutely uncalled for. He was lucky he didnt get slapped silly... the customer appeared able to do it easily. I packed up and left. I wouldnt walk through the door of this place again; even if it was the last shooting facility in the Midwest. I only gave one star because I must to register this review. This owners behavior created an environment there that could have deteriorated quickly and become dangerous. So, if you must go, beware!

Person behind the counter was very uninterested in helping us. Almost annoyed we were there to purchase range time. I read these reviews before we went and unfortunately they proved to be true. The owners should take note and stop hurting their business with employees that aren’t happy to help customers. Looking into this further and talking to other people from other ranges they do not talk highly of this place. Stop scaring off your customers?

This is a nice shooting range and the staff was very courteous to my wife and i.We like how everything is indoor including an archery range. Would definitely recommend.

One of the few public indoor ranges left. I think their prices are very affordable and they have a good selection of targets. I would highly suggest that you check them out if youre looking to target shoot.

Every time I go in the folks behind the counter are super helpful. $20/hr for a stall about a mile from my front door is great. Gentleman behind the counter last time I was there spent about 30 minutes talking about the different guns available for purchase and let my wife and I handle anything we wanted to look at. I will more likely than not end up making my pistol purchase here.

Ive been here a couple of time with my wife to use the gun range. One other review was correct. One of the last indoor ranges left in the area too bad they will not let us take our daughter to use the range. She is 9 and loves shooting! We will have to find someplace that will accommodate my entire family. Too bad.

Great informative staff via Jim who helped me and my friends out as we were not used to shooting, he gave us pointers and recommendations based on our experience, small range but great prices and weaponry. Also would recommend for first timers.

Small shooting and archery range. Went on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised to realize there only two other people. Prices can be steep and can go up pretty quickly depending on what you use.

Nice people. Great place to shoot. Only firing 6 lanes so dont go during peak times otherwise there can be a long wait. No high powered rifles allowed.

Range itself is decent. Prices arent terrible. Stalls arent very big. The thing that killed it for me is the staff. One guy that works there (skinny guy wears a hat) is always very rude. I went there 3 times thought maybe it was just a fluke and he was having a bad day but I was wrong. Gave him benefit of the doubt. We got 2 stalls and my brother paid for them together up front and we would figure it out after. I needed more ammo and had my sister get it gave her my card and he wouldnt let her pay for it separate he tagged it onto the lane. Not really a huge deal I guess but she said he was extremely rude about it. I had a bottle I was spitting in (barley anything in it) I was respecting the rules of no dipping inside the range I threw the bottle away and spit once in the trashcan and he freaked out and gave me a look like I kicked his dog. I apologized. When we left he was extremely rude to us like we were the worst customers he ever had. I wont ever be back. If it wasnt for the such terrible employees Id go back. If he was genuinely nicer and handled customers appropriately it would be different.

Nice place. Not much selection in the shop but a very kind guy behind the counter. The price for the ammo and the guns ist ok i think. The range is nice and there are many shells on ohe floor. There are also different guns to rent like the Judge and Glocks.I can recommend this place por tourists tourists who want to go shooting.

Affordable basic range, nothing fancy, it just works

Always great when I go. I never understood the point of a bad review. If you dont like it. Dont go. Keyboard commandos are hilarious. They are usually the ones that dont have the balls to say anything to anyone face to face.

My favorite indoor range to go to hands down. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like going to shoot my hand guns and my bow. Chris Cerino holds training there time to time. I took the class and it was great. Highly recommend going here.

The 1st impression of the range; it needs cleaned and policed.I visited twice and found the person behind the counter impolite.I will say I am use to a range that concentrate a on NRA safety and is clean. Any suggestions. Talked to a local gunsmith that felt this area is very lacking in that regard.

This was my first time to an indoor range and it was a positive experience. I have my own outdoor range, but I took my CCW class of students from that area to Marksman for the range time, and every thing went smoothly.

Very nice but a bit small

I like that the Marksman is open 7 days. This makes it possible for those with different schedules to still get range time in. Plus it is a nice range.I am NOT happy with their AMMO. I purchase a box of 380 which kept jamming my firearm. With this lack of reliability if I would ever need it in a home invasion or outside threat I may not be one of the lucky ones who survive. BE CAUTIOUS WHEN PURCHASING ANY OF THE MARKSMANS MANUFACTURED AMMO

Sounds like the anti-gun liberals are trashing this fine establishment. I have been going here for several years and find the owners and staff to be polite, respectful, helpful, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Are they very safety conscious? You bet! Do they get busy at times? Sure, what good range doesnt? I drive over 20 miles to get to this range over another closer range because I like the people and facilities.

Absolutely horrible experience. Took my son for archery and I was going to use the gun range. Customer service was so bad that I decided to just let my son use the archery range. Staff member was very gruff, could care less about the people coming there to use their facilities. Definately a place where they do not have to care whether the customer is satisfied. No one there willing to run you through using the facility so you dont violate some rule youre not aware of. SO dont go if you are a beginner. Ive been in the industry for 17 years and as woman I can say its come a long way, but somehow this place forgot to progress with the rest of the world. The only reason it gets one star is because google required me to select one before allowing me to post.
