Definitely worth every single dollar spent! With everything going on with this pandemic this is a great getaway for any occasion. My husband and I had a great time and will be returning soon. If you’re in need to de-stress or just a weekend away with your special someone, this is your spot. Cleanliness and customer service was a 10/10. Ladies, are you looking for a surprise for your husband? Stop looking elsewhere and book this place now. Guys, prepare for the best time with your wife. My wife surprised me with this pool suite for my birthday and seriously didnt think places like this existed for middle class income people like us. The pictures just dont do any justice. The pictures that you see is the paradise suite.We spent 2 days, 2 nights here and it was the perfect amount. The front staff was awesome and very helpful. They are open 24 hours. The security staff was nice also and was doing their job making sure you are who you are coming into the community. You also get your own parking spot!The pool had a perfect temperature and the hot tub was right there. Steam room was amazing also! Fireplace, complementary champagne for each night, massage chair all included.Few things that I noticed was that the regular shower took forever to get hot water. Luckily, the steam room had two shower heads which was able to get hot water quickly. Another thing was that the pillows were pretty standard. Nothing fluff or luxury to them at all. It still doesnt take away from the 5 stars.Last thing to note is that this place is fully enclosed and private. You can be as loud as you want without worrying about bothering anyone! There is no sunlight either so youll have to set up an alarm if you want any sort of regular circadian rhythm.We will definitely come back to one of the locations. This was such an awesome experience for the both of us!

I enjoyed myself for the time I went. It was a pleasant and peaceful getaway. Much needed especially during these times that we are in. The check in was superb and easy. The facilities were clean and met my standards. I will be planning for my next visit.

A great couples getaway. Very helpful and friendly staff at the front gate. The cabins/suites are just great. If you are planning on visiting you must plan ahead. The suites fill up fast and are not usually available last min. So if you want to stay in a certain suite make sure you call at least a month ahead of time. The rooms are very clean and I have never had an issue when I stayed here.

First time coming here. My husband got us a deluxe whirlpool suite. The room was absolutely perfect. Everything was VERY clean. Bed was super comfortable, whirlpool and steam room were so relaxing. I highly recommend for a perfect romantic getaway with your significant other! 10/10!

Beautiful room. Great amenities. I love the jacuzzi styled tub. The massage chair is perfect. It feels like someone is actually massaging your back. They have security at night. Its feels very comfortable and safe here.

Hubby and I came here for our anniversary and we didnt want to leave! We got the paradise room. It was so relaxing and so much fun. This get your own cottage and if you choose to you can completely go off grid.Extremely clean! If you want to go, plan it 1.5 months out because theyre always booked!! Check out time is very strict (11am) . I highly suggest paying to extend it!

Very nice. A little dated. No usb outlets so bring your adapters for your chargers. Hidden tucked away sex swing inside. Very cool. I think it would be cool if there was a skylight or windows near the top of the roof to allow Natural light in somewhere. Couldnt tell if it was morning when we woke up. Very VERY strict about check out time- as a lifetime membership holder, I called to request a later checkout (1130am instead of 11am) and the lady told me no. But overall, good! Romantic, fun, complimentary adult channels, very clean. I recommend the Chalet- thats where we stayed.

One of thee best experiences I had. I loved the bubbles in the jacuzzi. That massage chair was amazing as well. I loved all the mirrors on all the walls really the ceiling. Rose pettles on the bed nice. Just nice

This is the ultimate when it comes to over night stays! Complete luxury and relaxation. It is on the pricy side, but well worth it in my opinion for special occasions. I would highly recommend!

While a touch dated, it was a fun time. No windows or phones for total privacy. Theres an audio system, microwave, fridge, TV, hot tub, pool, steam room, massage chair, cushy robes, and plenty of towels to keep you entertained. Google how to use a bidet... before you have to use some of those towels. Very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are very nice and made checking in and out a breeze. Many restaurants are close by to deliver to you. Several stores are nearby to get supplies. Stop looking for the cameras, have fun, and relax.

Sybaris Northbrook was really great we just checked out this morning. Celebrated our 20th Anniversary. The room was really clean and comfortable. Customer service was also great from making the reservation throughout check out. We will return. We had the Paradise Pool suite. Perfect for us. Hot tub pool and steam room was great. Everything worked. Nice sound system throughout. .I would like to see more movie channels but since were not there to watch Tv all night I guess it was fine.Would recommend Northbrook if your looking for a place away from home especially during a pandemic.

So I was there around Labor Day weekend and I am going to teach you a trick on how to change the color of your pool.If you turn the lights off and then back on... once the lights of the pool start changing and you see the color you want you can then turn off the lights and back on and the lights will stick to one color.So we decided to try out two different suites and I am glad we did• Majestic Swimming Pool Suite• Chalet Swimming Pool Suite (Think the pool room with slide)First thing you need to know each and every ‘room’ it’s not in one big hotel every ‘room’ is a bungalow. So think small house. So don’t worry if you decide to play music in your room.• Majestic Swimming Pool SuiteThis room was the second most expensive and to me my favorite. You will get a steam room, hot tub and pool. The steam room was great until we noticed it couldn’t hold the steam because the sealing was broken.The hot tub was not properly heated and was colder then the swimming pool.You get one massage chair. You have a fridge and areas to set your food and it’s very easy to order out for supplies.The pool is amazing. In the bathroom you have a Toto Bidet which is brand that is known world wide as a quality Bidet maker. Sadly it’s a European style though.Overall I liked this room the best I noticed you only get a certain amount of channels and it’s fairly easy to connect an Nintendo Switch so you can watch your own programming.In this room you have only 100 channels two being adult channels one black adult channel the other is everything else adult channel.Besides the hot tub and steam room issues I can’t complain. I called up to the front desk and they would of had someone come out but it wasn’t as a big of a deal to me at least.• Chalet Swimming Pool Suite (Think the pool room with slide)This is the one I know everyone must want including me. Really this one was the biggest disappointment. It’s a great room but we had some MAJOR problems.First you get your own garage. This is great for the winter time when you need to protect your car from the elements. When you walk in the pool is a little bit bigger then the previous pool room suit and then you have the slide.Let me be clear unless your 5’4 the slide seems like it’s made for kids. If your anything close to 5’9 prepare to bend your knees going down which is dangerous because one wrong move the end of the slide and the edge of the pool is close by.This suite also had damaged property. First the pool room and the bedroom/kitchen was broke and wouldn’t stay closed. This time I had the maintenance guy come out and he confirmed repairs would need to be done but not today. And suggested we use a towel to tie the door to keep it closed....When you pay over 500 dollars you shouldn’t have to tie a door to keep it closed. This door is also very important because it’s hot in the pool and all that moisture can get in the room and cause damage to the electronics and also mold in places.For example this suite has two TVs one in the bedroom and the other in the pool room. The pool rooms TV is covered to shield it from damaging moisture.We had one other serious bug. There is a door bell and the door bell kept going off to the point we assumed someone was playing a prank.I go downstairs and of course no one is there and it stops and then it starts again this time I call the person upstairs and it’s still going off. So the door bell is broke.... we call maintenance again and the only solution was to take the battery out...A lot of jury rigging for a more expensive room.So in the pool is of course amazing and has almost the same setup as the previous room. You got your rainfall, hot tub. The slide again is way to small.Upstairs you have an area to eat and watch TV the tv only has 100 channels which many do not work. Inside the room the TV this time has over 500 channels.There however is no kitchen table to sit and eat like the previous room.You have two massage chairs. Everything is more crammed in. Overall get the majestic suite

Check in was fast, friendly, and efficient. It was also no contact. When we drove into the little village where all of the room “huts” were, I was skeptical. While the grounds were very well kept, the exterior of the little houses looked sort of odd to me-like a little house made of concrete. We had a stay for 4 hours in a pool suite, then on to a 3-night stay in a deluxe hot tub suite. All I can say is that it was the most relaxing getaway I’ve ever had. The rooms were super clean. The amenities… Meaning the pool, steam room, and hot tubs were state of the art and in perfect working condition. I had no reservations about taking advantage of all of it. And sometimes I can be a little ticky about wet areas that I consider public. But not these! Super private. You won’t see anyone unless you want to. Maybe a staff person buzzing by in their golf cart but that’s it! Also, the bed in the room is super comfortable. I am not sure what kind of mattress it is but we both loved it. Many times when we travel my husband has trouble sleeping in strange rooms. He said that it was the best night sleep he’s ever gotten away from home. That is really saying a lot! This one is located in an area where there’s tons of restaurants. There’s about four or five places that deliver for free (they’ll give you those menus at check-in) but we were able to also find some DoorDash options. So if you don’t want to go out for food there are plenty of options. And if you feel comfortable enough to go out for carry out, there’s a huge amount of options!We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Husband and I have been visiting Sybaris a couple times a year which is a 6 hour drive for us but so worth it!! The rooms are immaculate, we’ve stayed in the Paradise, Majestic and the Chalet Suite. Customer service is also great!

An amazing experience that was worth every penny. I was under the impression that my room was going to be one of many in a large building. Instead, it is a little village of 40 different buildings, each with a number. The bigger suites include a garage for your vehicle. You have your own parking spot and a decent amount of land in between each other. You’re allowed to leave whenever as well.

This place was clean and we enjoyed ourselves. They need to update a few things in the room but it was a great time.

Let me start off by saying this was my first time here. And unlike your regular hotel room which is in a tall building. The rooms here are like being in your own house. You literally have your own driveway that you can pull into and its like walking into a small house. This is definitely a romantic getaway for a couple I mean no kids allowed at all. We had a majestic room. We were very pleased with it. It was very clean and the presentation was great! It also has private access. So you dont have to worry about the show Cheaters pulling up on you here!

The ULTIMATE Couples Getaway!Tips: Get the Rose Pedals on your bed.... SO WORTH IT. They have a gift shop at check in and theyll put the items in the room. Bring a couple chairs if u smoke, so u can sit comfortably outside your villa. Very secluded! They even have a bluetooth system for music but bring a firestick. MORE THEN WE EXPECTED FOR OUR HONEYMOON VACATION! 10 STARS!!!!

Had the most amazing time with my fiance. They set up bday AND anniversary balloons(we were celebrating both this week!) rose petals, towel swans, champagne with glasses to take home. We had an amazing pool, hot tub and sauna. Lovely robes in the room and we bought some for home that are incredibly soft. We will be back for other bdays and such!!!

They Kicked me out For Having One Extra Person Pull Up To My Room. The Security was Very Rude And Disrespectful They Told Me Only 2 to a Room but when my significant other came they kicked me out sayin we tried to sneak sumone in But We didn’t the lady at the front desk said we could have one extra person But the security guard told us we couldn’t so they called back up and kicked us out. The worse feeling of my life I drove 3 hrs away just get there and get kicked out.

So this was our first experience with a place like this and to be honest we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms seemed very clean and the pre arrangements were a nice touch. The pool area was very clean and nice and the room came with some nice amenities (toiletries, robes, champagne). We ended up going out for dinner but overall had a nice romantic stay at this location. We had the paradise swimming pool and I recommend it to anyone else thinking about a visit.

Ive been to every other couples hotel and thought that the Sybaris was just overpriced. But once I got there I understood you get what you pay for. The Sybaris was everything that Ive been told.

So secluded and well kept. Everything was clean, the towels and robes so soft. It really made a enjoyable evening.

We got the paradise pool suite. It was honestly super expensive for just one night and Im not sure if I would recommend it to anyone or do it again, but I was really impressed with the pool room. Everything is private, theres a steam room, a hot tub connected to the heated pool, and a waterfall function for the pool (which we found very gimmicky and used for 2 minutes to see what it was about). The actual room with the bed is nothing too impressive. Its a small room with a large bed, tv, fireplace, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a stereo system (plays in main room and pool room). Bathroom has another shower and a bidet. It was cool to experience once but I dont think the price is worth it. To anybody that has the money to blow, do it and you wont be disappointed but it just might be too much for me to do again. I would rather save up for an international trip tbh.

Unbelievable place. Got the Chalet for a night. The pool hot tub were excellent. My lady and i had a great time. Its like escaping into a whole other world. I would definitely go back. No complaints whatsoever. Place was very clean.

During our stay we had a overnight weekend and we actually lost one night due to the hot tub not being cleaned properly. It was filled with dirt and filth and we were told that it was due to them having well water. But the next day housekeeping came out and cleaned the tub and there was no signs of dirt anywhere. Im very upset that we had to lose out on a expensive night because no one was there after hours, when it shouldve been done properly the first time.

Stayed in the deluxe. Was pretty great jad a huge jot tun that we both fit pretty well. Had a steam room which was awesome and just looked great overall.. Also your own parking right outside the door. Little tip... Had a hook on the ceiling by bed.. I didnt use it but you can come prepared.

My wife and I came here to get some time alone without having to watch our toddler. The amenities are nice for a short term stay and the front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Privacy abounds, which is great. Room was clean and set up nicely. Recommended for couples with young kids for some alone time, it even busy couples who want to reconnect.

Stayed here 4 nights with my Love. What an amazing experience! The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was very clean! My expectations were high and this place exceeded it. Love that you can wake up and jump in the pool. The only change would be a place to put your luggage and maybe bluetooth for playing music. Overall, this place is it when you want a romantic getaway.

My husband and I can’t stop talking about this place. We felt like giddy newlyweds when we left. We booked 4 hour afternoon, away from kiddos, house, and life, and it was one of our best dates. We booked the Majestic suite. My favorite part was the pool and steam room. I would say my husband’s favorite was all of the features. We read other reviews about the cheesiness factor, but we didn’t feel it. The moment we stepped in our very own building, we felt like we moved into our very own paradise cocoon. My stay was romantic, private the way I like and my wife and I got some much needed alone time. We enjoyed our ourselves and each other.

My Wife and I enjoyed an amazing 3 night stay here, just a great get away from the kids and other things going on in everyday life. We stayed in the Majestic Suite which was great. Everything was great including the service from staff and front lobby staff. I would definitely recommend as a place for married couples or couples in general who need a real getaway from it all.

Very friendly staff at the check in counter. Stayed in the Chalet suite and it was very clean, pool and jacuzzi had perfect water temperature. Chalet also comes with a garage which is how you enter this particular suite. Brought my girlfriend here and had her blindfolded. We got in the door and up to the pool area. Atmosphere was perfect and I proposed to her with the great scenery behind me. She said yes!

We have been to this location along with the Frankfurt location and it’s well worth the price for the overnight get a way. It’s somewhat magical. My other half loves the pool I LOVE the steam shower and the hot tub. I love how they have the add ons as well. I will always be skeptical about the cleanliness of these types of places but they are absolutely spotless. Thanks Sybaris for another memorable night!
