We did our sons birthday party here this year. The staff was great and very helpful. The children really enjoyed themselves, even the young adults that went. I recommend altimate air for all ages.
I had my sons 3rd birthday party here and it was the absolute worst experience ever!! it was so disorganized and we had to keep tracking down our party host who did absolutely nothing to help. He even forgot to put cups out and silverware, he came in at the end of the party and asked for cake for himself and after I nicely gave him cake he came back and asked for cake for other employees it was such a mess!! I wouldnt recommend this place ever!! my son even told us he had an awful time he is 3 we didnt get to enjoy our guest because we was to busy hosting a party we paid to be hosted. dont waste your money!
This place is pretty alright. My sons and their cousins had a blast. I think the prices were good too. My husband and I actually expected to spend more. The music was great too. I think I was singing the whole time I was there. I asked my hubby how he felt about the place, he said he liked it and that he wanted to go back because he wanted to beat me in a game of billards(but I dont see that happening). The trampolines give you a heck of a work out too. In all, fun place.
I had a birthday party for my son here. They couldnt make things easier. The kids had a blast jumping and the pizza was surprisingly good.
I had my daughters birthday party here and I will never make that mistake again. By the time we got in the room it was almost 330 and the party was 2-4. If I would have known the pizzas would have taken so long to cook I would have never purchased them. Also, the pizza was horrible and burned. Then they wanted a tip for their service? No way. Over priced and not worth it.
Really fun place to take wild boys. Staff ie attentive and the facility is relatively clean. Far above the trampoline park in monroeville.
Me and my family and my little brothers birthday party here and it was an amazing experience. The room was well decorated,There was food, and drinks.I would highly recommend this place for birthdays or anytime to have fun with young ones!
My son had a party here recently. I feel totally cheated out of my money. The manager probably used about 20 minutes of our hour stopping the kids every ten minutes to stop And correct them about what they were doing wrong. She was rude to my entire party . my kids were so excited when they got there but. I feel like they should have been a a fancy restaurant because there was so much she kept telling them to stop doing.
This place is so much fun! My daughter had a blast!
Baby girl loved the time spent. Gracious patrons as well as staff! Next party, at Altimate Air!
It was great i first watched a movie and then we jumped and the staff were very enthusiastic
It does not have as many limitations as other trampoline parked but overall there isnt much to do and it gets boring really quick.
Loved this management was great and super nice helped me get to the bench when I fell and was super nice about the whole thing
My daughter had my grand baby birthday there and all the kids had fun my grand baby had so much fun staff was nice and the pizza was good
It was awsome i realy liked it the dodgeball was very fun there is a ninja course it is fun to very big also but i like sky zone better
I tried to show my three-year-old son a good time at the trampoline park in as I sat on the trampoline and watched him jump not even jumping with him just watching him I was kicked off and told that I wasnt allowed to stand anywhere near my three-year-old son while he was on a trampoline Very unsatisfied I am not happy about this experience at all
Pretty good, the prices werent too bad. I hadnt realized the theater was konnected to this as well. The staff was pretty kool too, I didnt have any difficulties so our overall experience was normal, which is how it should be, #nodrama.
The kids really loved it but I Im handicapped and its hard to get up and down the steps. No I did not jump on the trampoline.
Staff are young children who find it funny to laugh at children when there injured. Sky zone is definitely better staffed.
My 5 yr old some loved it.
Great fun for kids. We stayed two hours which was perfect.
Its great fun, bunch of nice people and things to do. Jumping on trampolines, you can jump onto a giant air bag. They have a small obstacle course, and a movie theater next door.
Enjoyable hour for my daughter and her friend. $16.00 for an hour of all access play. Not sure how that compares but it’s a pretty cool place.
Good location good deals great atmosphere
I had an amazing experience here and the staff was very friendly. The man who worked with the rock climbers gave me tips to climb higher and the safety videos played outside seemed like they may actually help kids be safer. My family really enjoyed their experience here, even if it was only for an hour. Somehow we went when everything was half price, so rock climbing/the ninja junglegym/ trampoline park for an hour was only $8. Super worth it!
Excellent place for an Exciting Family outing with many options, I saw A Movie Theater, A very nice Wall Climbing Area, and a very Spacious Trampoline Area, the day we were there they had at least 3 Employees in with the kids while on the Trampolines, they Also had very nice areas for the Parents & Adults to sit & watch what the kids were doing on the Trampolines the whole time, we all had so much fun!
No matter the age, 3yrs-58yrs, had fun and enjoyed.
Great place for kids to jump around and have fun.
LOVE THIS PLACE only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there’s no foam pit You Guys need to replace the air bag with the foam pit PLEASE Right when I came here I was like oh no foam pit to my friends and parents Love the dodgeball and everything else But my friends and other people I know mostly go to Sky Zone now because it’s bigger And Me because I’m obsessed with foam pits
My family loved this place but my kids and otge people want a foam pit
My kids absolutely love coming here! Their favorite area is the dodgeball section. They also like the Ninja obstacle course and the jump stunt airbag (I think thats super fun too!) Sometimes my sister and I take the kids here together, and while the kids are playing dodgeball my sister and I get a great workout jumping on the trampolines.
I liked going to this place at first but they need to make different dodgeball arena’s for littler kids because adults or teenagers come here and I constantly see them whipping the the ball at 8-10 year old kids and it’s outrageous how they don’t have a sense that hey I shouldn’t be whipping this ball at the kid this hard I should lob it to them with a little less force. BUT NO they throw as hard as they can and the place does barely nothing about it. Sometimes I see 4-6 year old kids get pelt with them.Other then dodgeball I have nothing wrong with this place but I’d rather spend 20 minutes to go to Sky Zone then drive 3 minutes to get here.
Very nice and the staff was also very friendly
Our first time there. The kids had a great time. The staff is very nice. Will definitely go again.
The kids had a blast!!! There was alot to do there. I was not aware there was movie theaters inside there also....very clean...and the staff was very nice..we will definitely be going back.
Was ok.. nice enough staff all of them looked to be sleeping from boredom. Not really great for younger children but was nice enough
Jump till you cant.. so fun good work out
Fun for my 4 year old. They really should not let parents who cannot be mindful of little ones jump on the toddler hour on Fridays. Thats why I took my son that day instead of any other one. A big, dumb, bald moron was doing backflips and hopping around like he was by himself .. almost bounced a couple of kids that werent his own into orbit.
Its fun! But most of the lockers are all broken..so that really sucks....other then that its a good time!
The kids really enjoy both the trampolines and the obstacle course. The staff seem to be paying attention, which provides some level of confidence that my energetic kids will be safe while burning off some steam.
Great park. Not enough staff. Sign on the foampits said no doubleflips and no hanging on the b ball hoop but thats all me and my freinds were doing. Only two staff members in the entire facility and the were playing dodgeball with the kids
We have been here several times. Today was the busiest we have experienced. Our kids really enjoy it. The wait to get tickets was long today. Needed another register running. This was the first time I really wished they would have an area for younger children. The older ones just trampled them. Our kids still had fun but it was definitely more stressful keeping an eye on everyone.
My kids always have a great time, but my issue is that some of the employees need to check the way they speak to children. I witnessed one employee yell at a child over a dodgeball game, I told another employee and alerted the childs parent and it was taken care of. Most of the employees are nice as well as helpful, but a few seem to be on a power trip since they are basically in charge of your kids...
Great place to go jumping for fun and a workout. I only go on Wednesdays because its half price. The full price just doesnt seem worth it.
Not worth the money. As Im literally sitting here with my 3 children, very disappointed! I paid about $50 for my kids to only be able to jump! As they are saying theyre too small for everything else. Let me also add how they say you have to be 44in. Well my youngest is 8 years old and is 3 8. And they told him he couldnt do anything. I will never be back here, and I recommend you take your children anywhere else. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! #OnePissedOfMom
Worst staff. I have been there twice. Same guy waited on us. Couldn’t understand we had kids AND adults. The staff is miserable. I was playing with the kids I came with and I was telling them I “stole their square”. This guy with blue hair tells me to not talk to the kids like that and tease them or something. Kids can’t even really play together. If it’s up to me I will never go there again.
Not much for the under 7 and small stature kids. Place is for older bigger kids!
This was so exciting to see my grandsons having fun it was my first time there I enjoyed myself!
Kids had a great time but the price is horrible
Always a fun place for kids to burn of energy. Kinda pricey but good for a special treat for the kids. Gets kind of busy unless you know the right times to go. Good for all ages.
Fun place to go on a rainy day
My kids definitely had fun it has three course rock climbing obstacle course and jumping
This was our first experience with Altimate Air and I am fairly certain it will be our last. We ordered tickets online ahead of time for 60 minutes of jumping. For my husband and I, our 7 year old, and 1.5 year old it was $43 to jump approximately 30 minutes due to arriving late and waiting in a huge line. We explained our lateness but were not compensated for the lost time. We were not greeted very warmly and nothing was explained to us as this was our first time using the facility. No one to direct traffic or answer questions. There was a lack of staff in general and the staff working were unfriendly and unhelpful. We felt completely lost and overwhelmed. Half of the 30 minutes we had was spent getting ran over by rude children and adults as we were simply attempting to put our belongings in lockers. My daughter was shoved into a wall while simply standing still. There was nowhere for my toddler to jump except mixed in with the older children. And lets not forget that he was expected to follow the 1 person to a square rule so I wasnt allowed to jump with him. My 7 year old got scolded for touching the orange lining around one of the larger trampolines. There is no clear or defined bell or whistle or anyone to check that people leave at their designated times. We could have stayed and continued to jump but sadly we are honest people. With only one area for basketball and a huge line for dodgeball, there wasnt much for my 7 year old to do. She left in tears. For our family the experience was sad and we will not be returning.
Its a small space. Not a lot of room.
Better than Skyzone. very chill on rules and the workers at the dodgeball area are willing to let you play whatever kind of rules. Ninja course is fun, although some parts are close to impossible for any human. One problem is that most of the lockers are broken, so it is hard to find one that is secure.
Honestly a great establishment. Its not perfect but it is an enjoyable experience. When I see people leave a review about complaints I worry because people expect things to be handed to them or expect things to go their way but they dont take into account other people. Oh I showed up late for my birthday party that I scheduled but they wont give me a discount, dont show up late then... Dont complain about things that are your fault. Follow the rules of the park. Trampolines are dangerous so yes an adult jumping on the trampoline with their child is unsafe. Dont like it? Get your own trampoline.. Like some of these complaints make no sense and come off as entitled and privileged. Check your privilege.
I had a great time here. Definitely one of the best trampoline parks in Pittsburgh. Everyone should go here its a lot of fun for all ages! I was very pleased with the experience. Great job to Altimate air.
Not to bad of a place. A couple things werent open because they didnt have enough staff. The equipment wasnt soft. I broke 2 nails and bruised my face
Very spacious and clean. Best to go during the work week at 1-2, hardly anyone else.
Fun place to go burn off some energy. Only complaints is the restrooms are filthy
Its a great place to take the kids. My kids love it there!!
Kids loved it prices fair, decent packages
I will never take my children to this facility again. My 3 year old daughter, my 4 year old son, and even me (36 year old male), were scolded over and over and over again. The insane rules and regulations made me feel so uncomfortable that we left 30 minutes into the hour session we paid for. This is NOT a place you can go and have fun with your children. After having the whistle blown at my 4 year old son for the incredibly dangerous and destructive act of holding onto the pads, we had enough. If you love hyper regulation and ultimate liability control, this might be for you.
Very nice, the attendants were all very helpful with the younger children, making sure they were having fun and staying safe.
Staff can be annoying I know its regarding safety but if the parents are right there let them be the parent...
Nice equipment, however staff is not the most attentive.
Grand daughters love it
Great place to burn off energy
Very clean and organized. Best place for a birthday party.
They dont offer an unlimited price option like other trampoline places. Very limited on things to do
Great fun. Great atmosphere.
Good pricing, mostly accessible (elevator to bar upstairs is smallish) and with a variety of activities available, this is a family (yet adult-friendly) all-in-one site in a central location for the area. Not the place to hit if your tastes run to mainly indie film, but plenty of parking, and convenient if you want to do something fun and may also need to pick up a loaf of bread on the way home, or do laundry and then reward yourself for adulting.
Its ok. Staff is a little mean. They were young and didnt seem think they wanted to be there. The place was nice.
The jump pad is 90% of the fun for kids. Staffing always seems to be an issue here.
Great place lots of fun
Kids had a blast
The place is really clean, but I feel like there is an excessive amount of rules. I was there with my 3 young children and we got in trouble like 5 times. You seriously arent Allowed to do anything! Just jump in a square. We werent even acting crazy and they had to keep coming up to us and saying something. Ruiner of times. I couldnt wait to leave. They made me really uncomfortable. I just feel like you could put a trampoline in your yard and it would be the same thing. The obstacle course and rock wall looked cool, But my kids were too young for that.
My daughter wemt to a birthday party there. She said it was very very fun!
I have been to this place several times but the last 2 times I have had a bad experience. I have brought my young special needs son and my young niece who all they want to do is have fun. That didnt seem to happen because older girls both times were rude to them telling them to move. I thought it was a jump park to have fun not a gymnastic facility. I had to get manager involved along with arguing with another parent who was telling me my kids should move. Dont think I will return there. I hope whoever reads my post will think hard before going there.
Had a lot of fun not only did my kids but so did us adults.
Great place, the kids had a fantastic time.
Great fun & a great workout for the whole family. Plus an arcade & a movie theater all in one spot is great for an entire day out.
Our favorite jumping place. Its nice because it easy to watch your kids and have an obstacle course
A very nice family friendly place. Kids enjoyed it. Vending machine is very costly. A bottle of water is $3.
Great place
Nice place, lots of trampolines. They have a challenging ninja course for the kids.
Great place to jump!
Super fun family time
It was very clean and not busy. The only thing was the staff wasnt very friendly and they didnt tell us what was included with the package that we bought. But over all the kids had fun
