Rainbow Rink Skating & Entertainment Center

I been going to this rink since I was 10 years old, Sunday’s became the new fad when I turned 21. Under new management Sunday night skate is for 25+ ONLY now, it’s ridiculous considering no alcoholic beverages are even served. Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere and so will all my 23 year old girlfriends. So disappointed in the direction this establishment is going. Tried addressing this to management a few times and am always left on hold or never called back. So unprofessional!

Had a good time for my daughters birthday party on 2/22/20 . We had kids and grownups and everyone had a blast, some grownups said they havent been on skates in like 20yrs (you could tell ) . Dani (employee) was such a great help, thanks Dani !

Everyone should come here. Its amazing. Family oriented and has that vintage roller rink feel to it. I wish I lived closer!!

Positive atmosphere, nice music, helpful staff. We went to the 12 to 4 afternoon skate and it was very nice. Cant wait to go back.

Had a private party for children in family. So Much Fun! For all ages. The crew were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend this as a family reunion, graduation, birthday party .

Came here for a birthday party. Honestly didnt even know this was still open. It was a great little place, even had 3 bounce houses inside. Still have the old school roller skates, you know the brown ones with orange wheels.... They provided pizza for the party and popcorn and even served the cake for them. It was a great time. I would go back and check it out on a weekend to see the vibe then.

Love this place! My daughters and I can properly kill an afternoon here. Staff is super friendly. I drive from West Seneca to come here, we like it better than OP rink and dj spinners. Cant wait to check out the adult skate nights!

First time at roller rink. Friendly staff but floor needs work.

Came to skate on Sunday Night & couldnt even get in bc they were filled to compacity. Highly disappointed that when I looked inside. There was barely anyone in the rink skating but majority just standing around like its a night club. This is not cool to those of us who actually wanna skate & not these to be clubbing. They need to come up with a better policy regarding how many non skaters are actually allowed to enter.

I went to the Learn to skate class but i was told it was for kids only. I thought that it was all ages based on your website. If that is not the case i would really like to have lesson because i got brand new skates and Im not sure how to use them.

Had a birthday party there, the kids had a very good time there’s three bounce houses. Also a game room and of course the roller rink.

Very bright, perfect for all ages! Food, drinks, bouncehouses, live house dj.. Prices are cheap!

Was there for a birthday party, The server should of been a little bit more tentive and nicer.

Rented skates were terrible. Ive been skating since I was a small child and I couldnt use them. They were crooked and one of the pair had two different sized wheels on it. Bright it to the attendants attention she said ok, want to try a different pair. After being told when I got here, they only had over pair of my size. I declined. So glad I paid $5 for the minutes of skating.

I had fun here, I picked the wrong night though. Family night on Saturday was cute but I really think to have adult night on Sunday when the majority of folks have to work on Monday morning is nonsensical. Otherwise a good time was had by all.

Twice got turned away on Sunday night I am a long time skate. The make shift security guards said it was full to capacity that was false. Could use some customer service classes also . Some culture changes need to be made.

Its okay cuz the parking lot is very bad and it should has lines for park the cars. The place need renovate better for skate rink area.

It is still the amazing place I grew up with!! Staff is friendly and helpful. I took my 3 year old for Saturday morning skating lessons. She cant wait to go again!!!!

Nice rink. Has arcade and bouncy house. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because you have to pay for the walkers that help you skate. It is not the money but that now you have to keep that thing with you all night

Fun time for people who like to roller skate (or rollerblade)! Not expensive. At this time its $9 for admission and skates. Enthusiasts attend this place a lot, and its good for kids earlier in the day from what I hear.

Definitely in need of some updates and cleaning. The staff was slow with the food and there were a lot of rowdy tweens that really should have had an adult keeping them under control. The cotton candy machine was out of order and the vending machine for the snacks ate my money and they wouldnt figure out a way to get me my money. The skates are well worn and you will definitely get a foot fungus if you dont wear socks in them. There were kids vaping nonstop in the bathroom and later in the night there was a drug bust involving four or five 14 year old boys. The place is the same as its always been just with new paint, I was hoping things would have improved since 2012 but unfortunately it is still bad.

Had a decent time. But the rink is very small and there are no skate guards or rules so its like skating at your own risk. They need to hire more workers because they definitely make enough money from their customers.

Loved this place! I went there with family and I must say I had lots of fun. The music, the price, and environment was chill. Nonetheless the facility needs some renovations to update the interiors and include some good foods.

Great places to hang out with friends and family or even make friends.

Took my nieces (ages 6 & 10) here on a Friday night. They had a blast. From an adult perspective its okay. Most of the Friday night crowd is middle school teenagers...inconsiderate, rude and obnoxious little punks. Admission and snack bar prices are fair. Facility and equipment could use a real good cleaning.

Learned how to rollerblade here and love the place

Place is usually run by teenagers. Kids seem to have fun. Cold in the winter. My daughter enjoyed lessons for a while.

Love it for all ages! Also bounce houses for smaller children & even Christian nights for christans to enjoy as well.

Really fun old school rink with wood floors and disco lights. Rent rollerblades or roller skates. They have some training frames for new little skaters. Live DJ so music selection can be random but fun. Dont bother eating here, just reheated frozen fried things, just come and skate!

Took my daughter skating there, and we had a lot of fun! Prices are good, everyone is friendly and some of her friends from school were there! It gets very hot in there, so I would suggest dressing accordingly.

Clean fun and worth the drive if you are anywhere in western NY. I love coming here during the weekdays because the rink isn’t as packed so you kind of have a lot of space for yourself or if you have novice children you can teach them without being in the way of fast skaters. Tip - bring your own skates!!!

Nice rink fun for birthdays. Food was good. Arcade games were fun but there were quite a few that didnt work. Parking is limited, we had to park on the street and the rink didnt seem that full. Music selection wasnt bad but, with all the kids birthday parties happening that day, I was expecting a more kid friendly play list.

ROLLER SKATERING BEGINNERS BEWARE! Rainbow roller rink may seem like a great idea for some family fun for the kids, a date night, or just hanging with the friends. That may be the case for the avid skater enthusiast, but for the beginner skater it is far from a fun and comforting scene. After a few minutes of being there My group and I quickly became aware, firsthand of the elitist attitude and atmosphere created by the regulars and the staff alike. Forced to either flounder in the center of the rink with no wall for support to learn or get off the rink entirely, my group and I left shortly after that. The final nail in the coffin was being scoffed at by a staff member and a nearby patron after asking why we couldnt use the wall. Final verdict, if you skate and are great at it, its the place for you. If you want to try something/learn something new steer far and clear of this establishment.

Everytime i go with my family we have a blast there, plus its really cheap; best roller rink ive been to plus i love the Slushies( BLUE RASPBERRY is my FAVORITE!

Rainbow is a place where I like to hang out with friends, dance to music, and skate. I been there so many times and forgot where I left off. Skates for all sizes, food, they host parties, and more (arcade). I went to teen skate nights and those were the best. I loved dancing to the great playlist of music rainbow has, including new 2018 jams.

Great fun for a 5/6 year old birthday party. Service was superb. Price was reasonable when compared to bounce magic or chuckie cheese. Highly recommend.

Took my child for a birthday party celebration it was fun. It was very clean the staff was very friendly the children had a great time and there were plenty of pieces of equipment to aid with the ones who could not skate very well I recommend it

Amazing staff, and always a great crowd of regulars. The saturday mega skate (noon-10) for just $6 is great for any age or skating level. Wednsday night adult skate 18+ is a super positve envirment. And sunday night hip-hop night $10 is jam packed with dancing and good vibes. And once again the staff is beyond friendly and helpfull!!

Its fun you can skate play games and just hang out it my favorite place to be on Friday.

Had my daughters birthday here she had a lot of fun just some things were a bummer and something to watch for parents. Half the games you play dont give you tickets. Dont know if they were broke or ran out. Serve alcohol which is neat but lack of qualified staff to actual follow precautions could cause problems. Drinks left on tables while skating or watching child could easily be used by a child.

I have loved this place since the 80s when I was young and now I bring my children and grandchildren from Canada to have a great family day soo much family fun the staff are always visible and helpful the music is great thank you

Friendly place that my daughter loves. Shes only 5 and needs a walker at times out there and a bit slow. Everyone is respectful (even the teen aged skaters that fly by).I dont skate, and I dont care for the tunes played ( not that theyre bad - just not my style - Im old ) so I will bring headphones next time.Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a birthday party, it was affordable. No other birthday places have affordable packages. Which was cool I was able to swing for the super deluxe. It was good for my mommy ego. And it was perfect for all the kids and the different age ranges of people. I paid for all the children and thier parent got to skate free! So as friends and family we all skated had fun. The littes got to jump in the bounce houses. Im jealous they look so fun. But they are 48 and under. We got 2 hours of skating with 1 hour of light show. Both of my birthday girls got to have a turn in the birthday booth to collect extra cash for the arcade. At the end they all went and played in the arcade together and won some pretty cool prizes. All in all every single person left happy. And we didnt have to pay an arm and a leg to do so. Ps, they even have beer lol (ok maybe that was more of an inside joke)

Great place to take the whole family to, all year-round. Having the National Railway Historical Society Museum right next to it makes it all the better for a wonderful outing for everyone.

This is a very nice roller rink. I attended for a birthday party and my kids loved it. They have a few bounce houses as well. They had both roller blades and regular roller skates. Its pretty cool and fun.

Had a really nice time at kids b-day party

2nd year in a row having my sons birthday here and I cant say enough good things about it! The kids always have so much fun and the pricing is the most reasonable for birthday parties in the area. Our hostess Danni (sp?) was great today and we couldnt have asked for a better experience! Well definitely be back next year!

Use to skate here every Saturday in the 70s when i was a kid best part was when mr bale would throw pennys and the hokie pokie dance glad to see it still going strong
