Jeff is a class act. When I had issues with my bow many years ago I called every archery shop around and was told that it was so close to archery season that there was no way they could look at my bow. Jeff stayed open after business hours and spent the entire evening troubleshooting my bow and when we couldn’t get it to shoot right let me shoot a bunch of bows and had me back in action with a new bow in time for the season. He has my business for life. Just bought bow number 3 from him.

Purchased a high end bow in the summer of 2015 and was given the red carpet treatment. Was given one on one service. They spent probably an hour or more with me while i was deciding which $1,500 bow i was going to buy. fast forward to September 2016. I accidentally dry fire my bow 2 weeks before the season starts. (not paying attention while shooting with a friend, talking, my turn to shoot, pull back, let go with no arrow). luckily the bow only needs new strings and cables. I ask if they are backed up due to the proximity to the season, was told no, we are getting everything done by weeks end. one week goes by no call, I call them and they say the strings havent arrived. I was assured that it would be done that week. I double check because a job opportunity arose and i was moving to ohio the week after. Yes the bow will be done this week for sure. Receive a call the morning before im scheduled to move saing he is starting my bow right then. I call in the afternoon to confirm pickup, states he has not started on my bow he got busy. I again state that i am moving the next day and was assured it would be done, was told dont worry it isnt going anywhere it will be here whenever you come back to NY I say nevermind i will pick it up now and have someone else fix it. Was told he does not feel comfortable giving my bow back bc it is unsafe to shoot. My bow is now being hostage and i have to make a 5hr drive for no other reason than to pick up my bow. Since then i have not received a call saying sorry for the inconvenience, or your bow is now ready. nothing. Great customer service if he knows youre spending a lot of money, couldnt care less once he has you trapped. might know a lot about bows but doesnt know a thing about customer service.
