Just a great way to see current and older films. The 3 screens are big, the staff is first rate. I have seen Tenet, The Broken Hearts Gallery, Words on Bathroom Walls, and Possessor Uncut. All new releases. I believe they will at least be open till the end of October please check them out. They have a solid concession stand as well.
Had a great night out. Decent food, the large popcorn is huge. Bathrooms were clean. 10/10
Havent been to a drive in since I was a kid and this was great. Three large screens plenty of space for your car and crew. And the rules implemented for your safety didnt affect your viewing experience but kept you comfortable. All in a a great experience. Nice little concessions stand and decent rest room facilities.
I have no complaints! Everything about this drive-In experience was amazing! We could see the screen perfectly, there were no space issues. The sound and audio was just like a movie theater! The snacks were also great! So overall I would highly recommend coming here for an old-timey viewing of a movie!
This place has been a life saver during quarantine. They socially distance the cars and enforce it. Theyve always got great double features and the snack bar and bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Their one area of opportunity could be to have an attendant circulate to get people to turn their lights off.
Cool experience, but dependent on where you park. Get there earlier to get a good spot! I think smaller cars generally get parked towards the front, but not if youre too late! Also, the screen was a bit hard to see because light from the sign was polluting the projector light. One of the other screens may be better for that reason.
Doing reservations through COVID so go to website for tickets. Spacing cars to every other spot so social distancing is in place. Love this place. I have been going here for almost 20 years and never had a bad experience. Sound comes through radio in the car and they will jump your car if the battery dies. Great concessions with hot food available like burgers and hot dogs.
The theatre was okay, I wouldn’t go there again. The movie watching experience from your car is not comparable to the one at the theatre, and in this case car experience is much worse. The restrooms were nice and clean, the little cafeteria serves quick snacks and 7$ large popcorn which were good and the staff was quick.
Its a great place to see movies, especially now. Prices arent bad. Good food selection. The fried Oreos are exceptional.
Havent been to a drive in movie since I was very small. Picture quality was ok. It was the sound quality that was a disappointment....it was staticky.... I noticed as we were leaving we had to drive in front of people who were watching other movies and Im sure that was an ideal situation to have us drive by them with our lights while they were trying to watch a movie. If they was better organization with the parking and egress it might have been better. And if they could do something with the sound quality it probably would have made the experience great
Went to see Inside Out and Willy Wonka. It poured, and we still had an amazing time. We ate from the concession stand and unfortunately, I chose the pizza. It was definitely a mistake. I think that they just made it too far in advance and it sat under heat and got terrible. My friend got burgers and fries and they were made fresh and he enjoyed them.I went back for chicken fingers and fries and they were also good. The rows of cars are staggered on an incline, and they are parking people with spaces between them.Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back.
Love coming here, its a nice treat for my family! Right now its $27 per vehicle for 2 movies! So worth it! Support your local businesses!
Great place to see a movie outdoors. I love that you can pre-order online. Will be back for sure!
This place has so much potential! The parking lot, specifically the asphalt has not been maintained and makes for dangerous walking and driving. The snack bar had a nice selection of snack foods. The price is right at $27/vehicle. The website is terrible and needs to be redone to contain more info (i.e. rules, double feature, FAQs, etc.), additionally the website is not mobile friendly and had grammar and spelling errors. Overall a nice family visit, but had potential to be so much better.
Classic drive in, very fun for dates or family also pretty affordable $27 for two movies and one car if you got a family of 5 its still $27
Id give it a five however, we watched on screen 1 Hocus Pocus and Nightmare before Christmas and noticed the top and bottoms of the movie were cut off. Otherwise the bathrooms are clean, service is great if you get there early before the movie starts of course and the service to me seemed good too.
Always have a great time here and the snack shop is reasonably priced to cover all your munchy needs! Love them!
I was there last night with my friends and there and my parents and we watched yo movies with good prices and the movie quality Is good and you can sit in your car and watch 100% recommend
Great place to watch movies outside of house and keep social distancing
$27 car load, fun revisiting the Drive-In 2020 reliving childhood..lol
Great movie selection. Easy parking process. Perfect location for a movie under the stars!
You guys allow vehicles to keep headlights on which ruins the movie for everyone. Not coming back again until you guys address the situation. People with neurological disorders are affected with lights beaming straight at their eyes
Very, very, bumpy. No lights or people directing traffic when you leave. Otherwise, good experience if you have a comfy set up like we did
Our yearly summer tradition! Love this place, they also sell yummy food although wish they would repave the lot. Overall great for date nights, family nights and enjoying the old fashion drive in-movie theatre experience.
Great time. It was nice to go do something different while still being safe.Unfortunately the concession stand closed before intermission was over, so I couldnt get any snacks after taking my kids to the bathroom.
They could fix the parking lot but other then that I love going there
The drive-in was nice since I havent been to any in a long time. I enjoyed myself very much. It was a nice atmosphere and safe distancing was performed very nicely at this time. But the only thing that made it very arkward was the drive-in grounds were kind of bumpy and unleveled which I thought maybe the owners would think about and maybe consider checking into to because of the wear and tear it takes out on every vehicle because of angle of some its ground area. Other than that. I would return again. Thank you so much for a enjoyable evening. C Mayo
It was lots of fun always is the only drawbacks are the Unlevel pavement and sloppy bathrooms for what they charge they should have someone clean the bathrooms . Overall it is a fun place especially for kids they can go I pajamas like we use to when we were kids . Bring a cooler and som snacks and it’s a great summer night out we go at least once every summer! Highly recommended!!!
Its cozy, the kids have a great time, and youre getting 2 movies for the whole family for the price of going to the movies with your significant other.
Endearing if a bit worn, Having only been to one other drive in before (Mendon) when I arrived here with my girlfriend and a good friend for tonights Empire Strikes Back, well we were joking about the road on the way. The freeway is adorned with graffiti, a motel had cops at it and the gas station Sams charged me an interesting $1.99 grocery tax...So we were joking and the blink and youll miss it turn off to the drive in that lay nestle in a bumpy unforgiving and hilly ground was a suprise.I think people need to remember what these drive ins are, they arent pristine wanna be cinema de Lux experiences! Take your car, some fold out chairs and some snacks and enjoy. And frankly with Covid Ill take my car and friends vs a cinema de Lux IMAX with strangers . No one to bump your seat, no cell phone to block the screens . No laughing or side talk that isnt your friends and family. If I was going to see a blockbuster with a John Williams score in James Cameron 8K super whatever HD...no I wouldnt go to a drive inn! But for an inexpensive night out with friends? Hard to beat. The staff was friendly, facilities were a bit run down and the food, honestly, better than your local AMC. We got pizza, popcorn, chicken fingers, fries and some jalepeno poppers. It wasnt high cusine but it was fine and flavorful.I gave five stars because all of yall coming to a drive inn and seemingly upset you didnt get an IMAX experience are missing the point. Come with family or friends, bring some chairs on a nice night. Its a less intimate movie viewing experience for a more intimate experience with your friends and family.I will be back, hopefully they can put Return of the Jedi andoand Back to tthe future 3 onson the soon! Would love to follow up what we watched tonight with the capstone of each trilogy.
My family and I were super excited to come here because of being stuck in quarantine for so long, but that was cut short after a few minutes of being here!First, the road is terrible. There is pot holes everywhere, but that’s not a dealbreaker.Second, our broadcast was interrupted not once, twice, but MULTIPLE times! Out of an hour and a half movie we were able to hear about 25 minutes of the actual movie! Unbelievable. For majority of the movie we heard a local radio broadcast. When my family and I brought it up to a worker at the drive in she said “That happens sometimes, there’s nothing we can do about that. It could be where your car is located.” Which confused me because if your customers are complaining about their broadcast being interrupted and not being able to hear the movie.. maybe just maybe they’d try to refrain from parking cars near that area.I am typing this as we are parked and there are so many cars leaving and the second movie hasn’t even begun! Very upsetting to pay for something, travel pretty far (we’re from MA), and not be able to enjoy our experience. I definitely will not be coming here again.
The the drive in movie that was showing on the screen number 3 wasnt showing all the way on screen there was a big space on top where movie was playing and the bathroom sinks the faucet doesnt stay running to wash germs off hands i had to keep touching the faucet to rinse hands off that is how germs are spread. They didnt have sanitizer in mens room even after we told them there wasnt any. I ordered mozzerella sticks and they gave me cold marinera sauce they dont serve the sauce warm.
Decent place...not too big and crowded; food isnt bad.
Been yrs since Ive been, me n bf went finally and it was great. I miss drive ins
Great place, always brings about nostalgia for me.
Loved going there as a child. I hope they open up. People can feel safe with social distancing. This might be a game changer for our new normal.
Very kicked back, great place to be. Good vibes. Good people.
This place is great place in all. But theyre are some downsides. One is the bathrooms their really disgusting. And the ground had lots of broken glass, yes its not the owners fault. But they should pick up the garbage. Some good things are that, the prices are not bad, great movies with great quality. And sometimes you get free things. Who cant resist free!!!
A touch of nostalgia....and whatta great setting to watch the classic 1975 thriller...JAWS!! Im glad that we saw the movie AFTER swimming in the ocean!
Been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended
It was okay but on the website it told me there was one kidish movie and one teen movie playing on the same screen and it turned out to be Harry Potter but different films. I really hope their website is more organised
Wish the parking lot wasnt so jacked up other than that great
Good price and kids love it .they keep cars far apart .
Our car died 20 min before the movie and they were cool with another car coming in to pick us up and watch the movies in and a tow truck coming in half way through the 2nd movie. 10/10 would break down at again
Nice. Date night spot. Smoke 4/20
Let other customers block the screen and dont enforce hatches needing to be tied down.
Worst ever!!!! Website gives no information, nobody answers the phone during open hours or even 1hour before showtime. Wait in super long line to find out you have to pre buy on line. People with tickets wait in same long line as people who don’t know they need tickets. Try again following week and get to office to find there are 2 types of tickets, one for cars one for suv. So I couldn’t even get it. Staff not helpful, neither was website. Will not be trying again.
The double feature is very reasonably priced esp if you have a whole carload of kids, and they all loved it. Glad they were showing some family friendly shows. Do be aware though of what is showing on other screens (horror shows in our case) because they are visible to each other. My 4yr old has said hes had bad dreams from what he saw on the other screen (I didnt realize he even looked at the other screens). The black top that makes up the parking lot is quite bumpy, but navigable. The selection at concessions seemed good.Overall, anyone who enjoys a drive in theater will surely like this one. We will definitely be going back with our family.
Good drive in. Pavement is rough.
Love this retro drive-in. 2 currently showing movies for $27.00 cant beat it. The parking lot is a big disgrace, it needs to be redone badly. They charge enough to fix it. Pot holes everywhere, tough to walk around in the dark. Other than that, it is like stepping back in time. I wish there were more drive-ins open today
Great at practicing safe social distances. Clean restrooms; can purchase tickets on advance Online
Improvement makes the place better.
Great concert at the drive in! Such a great time
Goings to see the Blake Shelton show.. I always love this place!
Taking all the COVID19 precautions. Its actually better when the cars are spaced out further apart.
Awesome place ... had my date night there and did not regret it.
Parking is awful with hills and poor angles where you can’t see the screen well. Don’t have radios to borrow.
I showed up and was told to drive to screen 3. So I start driving to screen three and the owner screams at me saying “STOP CANT YOU SEE IM RIGHT HERE” Flipping out on me in front of everyone. This was my first time here and I wasn’t told to stop where the lady was! Owner is RUDE! I won’t come here again!!!
Twenty minutes into the movie and we have heard exactly 30 seconds of audio terrible experience
The sound could of been better over the screens...but over all good
Love this place but with all this time off they should have paved it... Its rough
So sad, when I watched the Channel 10 news report tonight about this Drive-in opening in a couple of weeks. All the pictures of this place on TV showed a run down sign which seriously needed to be scraped and repainted!!! Besides wondering if the paint is lead based, the rest of the the entire venue needs a serious remodel and cleaning before Ill ever bring my family there!!! Also, the parking lot will wreck ur car and dont you dare bring ur children in to the restrooms... Were in a serious pandemic crisis right now, clean up the place before opening u uncaring, unhealthy, establishment!!!
Great job keeping everyone safe and distant!!
The entire parking lot was full of holes and bumps. Paved area should’ve been re-done many years ago. No wonder everybody comes there in a big pick up truck. Very difficult to drive on never mind walk in the dark on. Amazing nobody is hurt themselves seriously walking there in the dark. They have three screens going from one big lot so you can hear all the noise from the other movies. Watching Toy story we could hear Lions roaring from lion King across the lot and All sorts of explosions from Spiderman. They parked us in our sedan right behind a big pick up truck. We couldn’t even see the screen from our car. Will never ever ever go there again!!
Good staff and movies but i lost my broom
This place is so cool; I’m so grateful to have it nearby and can’t wait for the new season!
The options for double features were amazingly well thought out. I saw Aladdin and avengers endgame together completely worth the $27 per car. Only suggestion is they should update the beginning show credits and warn people to turn their headlights completely off before the show starts.
Waited for over an hour because the audio didnt work due to radio malfunction, and they had no timeline to fix it. Got a refund ticket for the next year only.
The movie itself was great. However the concessions were horrible. I ordered three dough boys and all three were burnt in the middle. The only edible piece was around the edge of the dough boy. It also had no taste! It was a busy night but in the past the dough boys were still good. Not this year. It was disappointingly horrible.
I dont know there closed till April lol my truck over heated across ihe street from there. Good thing im a mechanic
Ive been going here for years but my last experience was something to write about. We had to get someone 3 times because a person had their highbeams on behind us. They took our number to call us to come back for free. They never did so the night was a waste and interrupting to say the least. I wasnt happy or satisfied because and still. No one cared.
Great Family fun. Needs some TLC.
Lot needs to be repaved good spot tho
Just get the cotton candy, affordable prices!!
We just started to venture out to drive in movie places. This one seems a bit on the older side and not really kept up very well. The screens are decent and I like the option of 3 separate feature options, along with a snack shack with ice cream. The prices are a bit much from others we have gone to, the parking areas are not kept up and hilly with lots of potholes and such. So far this is the worst that we have been to, but it still works for us.
Such a nice relaxing way to enjoy a movie. Audio can be tough unless your actually in your vehicle but we still enjoyed our time. Typical nonsense you would expect, people turn their lights on midway in the movie, smoking cigarettes, van hatches blocking portion of the screen. No fault of the venue, just the nature of the guests. Its a nice family activity. Get there early!
Nice family drive in to watch a movie. You can stay in your car or bring chairs to sit outside to enjoy your movie. However, you need to get there early, at least 1.5 hours before the movie start or even earlier if it is a popular movie, to secure a good spot. If you are parked in the back rows, you have to deal with inconsiderate people who will not lower their S.U.V hatch door for others to see the screen although the drive in provides everyone with adequate ropes.
Movies were great. parking area is horrible pot holes everywhere but you have expect that for a place this old. will be back next year. I love the old drive ins dying novelty.
Only got to go once this year but I still love this place wish I could have went more time the service in the concession stand is awesome quick painless and they get what you want no hassles service with a smile
Gets an automatic 5 stars just for existing. Everything you would expect from a drive in. I just wish Joe Bob Briggs and Darcy the Mail Girl where there with me.
I love, love, love it. Its a fun experience! Two movies you get to see! You can bring your own snacks, chairs, its cheaper than going to the movies with a bunch of kids.Restroom were clean.
This place is screaming for an update but you cant beat the price. Ive been coming here since I was a kid (about 25 years) and it hasnt changed at all). We last visited on a Sunday so it wasnt too busy. After the first movie they were already out of food at the snack bar and soap in the bathroom which was disappointing. I wish they would fix this place up a little bit. It would be nice if they had someone on staff telling people to turn their lights off too. For the entire movie a couple of cars had their lights on, it really kills the vibe. Overall though, its always fun going to the drive in, you just cant have really high expectations of the place itself.
Love that you can bring a car full of people and watch 2 movies for under $30. The only reason this rating ia 3 stars is due to the lot and the restrooms. Need to be extremely cautious when walking around because the lot has a lot of pot holes, and uneven ground. And the restrooms could be a little cleaner. Last time I went, there was no soap to wash our hands, and only a few stalls had toilet paper.
Great summer spot for a family night out. First-run movies double feature style. Place just oozes nostalgia from the moment you drive up to the gate shack. Only Only thing missing are the little speakers to hang on your Windows but the direct feed to your car stereo offers much more quality sound. Snack bar offers what u would expect like burgers, dogs, chicken strips, fries, popcorn, nachos, etc. Bathrooms were fairly clean and centrally located by the snack bar. Very affordable, pay by the carload for 2 movies (price was around $28 per car last I went I think). Only drawback is picture quality of the first movie is usually spotty during midsummer when its not completely dark at the start time. I would not recommend seeing movies heavy on special effects here. Other than that I highly recommend taking the family to Rustic Tri-view for some summer fun!
Popcorn $7 pretzel $4.50 fried dough $5
I love, love, love this place. I would love to go back in the day just for the experience. I bet it was awesome. I just went there tonight with my daughter for my Birthday and saw Aladdin. When the intermission came on the radio. It had a back in the day feel. I could see couples sitting in there chevys and stuff making out. Kids playing. The smell of food. I bet the memories that people have with this place stay forever.
Best place on the planet!
Had a great time, and would definitely go back! Although this was my first drive-in experience, so I have nothing really to compare it to. But such a unique experience and a great place to go for a date! Was a little beat up and rough on the ground, but nothing anyones car cant handle, and even gives it a little bit of character Id say. I was also concerned about hearing other peoples radios beside mine and having trouble hearing the audio clearly due to latencies, but I didnt have that problem at all (possibly because I was inside my car and had my radio volume up enough). And not to mention, unlike indoor movie theaters, you can bring in all the food you want. Only major problem was that the car behind us had one of their headlights on (and supposedly did not know how to turn them off of auto), but after walking back there and asking nicely, they covered them up. Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back or even trying another!
Great overall drive in! Parking lot does need a little updating its falling apart. Except for this one lady worker with glasses who was swearing loudly and telling everyone to move in a very rude manner. Asking nicely isnt hard. We only parked one row down from the top at screen one and she came over yelling very loudly. Yet we were instructed by another worker to go to that row.
I like drive inns and they play 2 movies on 1 screen
Great place to go see two movies at once and not bad for the price
We went last night to see Toy Story 4 and Lion King. About an hour into Toy Story 4, during the climax scene of the movie there were cars pulling through the travel lane with headlights, brake lights, reverse lights, all shining in our faces as STAFF is escorting cars through the lot. We were not able to see the screen, staff was yelling about the current situation not being safe, yet they continued to usher cars right through the middle of the movie. The second movie was better, however several cars left their lights on, and one even allowed their child to honk their horn at least 5-6 times. Its clear staff does not actively go around and make people turn their lights off. This makes watching dark scenes in the movie incredibly difficult to see and overall made our movie experience pretty bad. Ive never had an experience like this before at any drive in. It was chaotic, it was unorganized, and staff was not handling it.
Nice to be with the family, old movies
