The Jump Yard

Pitiful COVID precautions. Employees wore masks, but that was it. No distancing of seating. No online reservations. They seem to be operating at full capacity. Lots of people walking around with no masks, even adults and teens. No effort whatsoever to space kids out when they wait in line for a jumper. No spacing of seating or storage for shoes and coats.Lots of other indoor places are doing MUCH better than this place.

This place is so unsafe and very disgusting. Dont bother wasting your time or money. I am so very disappointed that I did. I took a group of kids here and all were very upset with the place. Never again! I don’t know how people are even giving this place any stars. They must not care that they are walking into a Lab where germs are being grown, the smell of pesticides, the safety, or kids can’t use the restroom because the toilet stays clogged. Did I mention the safety concerns.

My 5 year old son loves it here. There are so many bouncy house options. He just runs from one thing to the next. The tall slide near the entrance is his favorite. The food prices are more reasonable than you would find at most kid friendly places. The staff are always nice as well. We recommend!

Great place to go if you like trampoline parks. It has a ninja course, dodgeball and soccer field too. Other than that its all trampoline.

What a great place to take the kids! Reasonable in price, clean, and fun! The place is huge with 9 enormous bounce houses and obstacle courses, inflated ball toss, air hockey, ski ball, video games, claw machines, prizes, and more. They even have a baby /toddler area for the younger crowd. The games are inexpensive - everything from 25 cents to $2, and the prizes are what you would expect. They DO have change machines, thank goodness! Concessions are VERY reasonable which was a wonderful surprise. They have a coat room and massage chairs for the parents, as well as a good amount of general seating. Plus they had great music overhead, stuff I actually liked (not kid-bop!!). Worth every penny of the admission price. Will I be back? Oh YES! Absolutely. Thank you for an amazing day, Jump Yard!

Here for a birthday party. Very spacious place with lots of structures for the kids to jump on. Best part for adults are the 5 massage chairs - brilliant idea. Dropped $7 in one so far.

I love this place! I have a 4 and a 6 year old daughter and they have a blast! The staff is always super friendly and we have always gotten good service! Its also very clean and well kept, you can tell they take good care of the equipment!

Love this place. Great games, lots of bounce stuff, and prices on food were very reasonable. Gave 4 stars because children run around and you would think they would install more security measures to ensure safety of children by all the entrances. Really have to keep an eye on your children when they run around (when you have multiple children in your party). Maybe step up and do what Chuck E Cheese does when you walk in.

The Jump Yard is a great place for childrens birthday parties. The facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful with the kids. There are lots of fun things for the kids to do. The party room is very big and festive. The kids have been there a few times and continue to enjoy it.

Love this place, great people and great management

Great place for my grandchildren to get out their extra energy! Lots of inflatables to play on and prices are very reasonable food is good too. Best thing is admission is valid for ALL DAY, not just an hour. Looking forward to our next trip back!

Great place to take babies, toddlers and teens. All the slides, the play area for the little one; the arcade area; photo booth; car rides; bounce house. I took my 1 & 3 y/o here and they had a blast, It’s a great place to go with the family.

With just a small setback at the very reasonably priced snack station, my grandchildren had an awesome time. I even jumped with them in a few of the places. Definitely fun for everyone!

This place is amazing! We loved how many options there were, and suitable for all ages as well. We felt like it was a great entrance price, especially with how much there was to do. The employees were all very nice and friendly. Most importantly, our kids absolutely loved it. We cant wait to come back, and will definitely be throwing our kids birthday parties here!I do wish it was a bit cleaner, as there seemed to be some candy wrappers in the jump houses, and there was at least one child with a lollipop on one of the inflatables, and some older kids being rough making it impossible for younger ones to play in the same area. Definitely understand why they make you sign a waiver. But despite these things, everything was fine and still pretty happy with the place. Will continue to update with other visits.

A little dirty at times when its busy but all over a great place for kids to play safely and have fun!!

First time going! Very very reasonable pricing, friendly staff and loads for the kids to do! Want your monsters to burn off that winter energy? I highly recommend the jump yard!!

1st time visit on Sunday. Alot parties the staff did a great job keeping all parties on a timely matter ! The area is so nicely put together. Could be a little cleaner but to be expected with kids of all ages running around!

Kids had fun. And the price was good for an indoor playground.

I have been familiar with the Jump Yard for many years now, and can say nothing but great things. They are always adding new things to accommodate all age ranges and keep the kids excited to come, and they are always adding special events for families that are excellent to come watch. One of the best parts of this facility is the staff. The young staff that work there love the kids and make their playtime extra special. The management staff is one that works together and is out for the best interest of the customer. The managers always go out of their way to say hi and make sure that our time there is special. I would recommend this facility for anyone to take their kids to! I recommend the Jump Yard for anyone looking for somewhere to go try!

I highly recommend this place for birthday parties. Our hostess was amazing! Her name is Serena she made everything so easy for us. They take the gifts, set up the cake table, help unwrap, and clean the room. It was great!!!! We loved it and so did all of our guests.

Went for my granddaughters birthday party. The place was loud and chaotic. Pizza was cold and hard. At least three people were sick the next day.

My niece and nephew loved their bday party here at the jump yard.

Visited for a birthday party. The kids all had a great time running around and being crazy. The large number of coin operated games is a drag as it leads to whining or begging.

Wonderful staff,friendly environment, and we just had my sons birthday here today and it was a wonderful experience.. i recomend thus place very friendly for all ages

The Jump Yard is a great place to take the kids for an entertaining (and energy-exerting! ) day! Given that the pricing is for the entire day, its pretty reasonable! Staff is super friendly and management clearly does their best to aid to any situations! Food is VERY reasonably priced! Not to mention the kids love it and never get bored-- we will be back!

The jumpyard is disgusting they don’t clean anything ever and have party host hosting parties with active mono(being around children also serving food etc.). If you have had a party here within the past 3 weeks I recommend you get checked as well as your children. It very sad to see such a fun place go down from having employees be around children with mono knowing kids are very susceptible to catch mono and other infections.

Very clean and fun place for kids! My 3 kids love it. Ages 6, 3 and 1. Toddler area is wonderful for the little one! Nice cheap place to spend the day!

I was just made aware that there is an employee who has an active case of Mono and is being allowed to continue to work with children. The management is allowing her to be around children. That is highly unprofessional. If they are allowing this to happen, then what other safety issues are they ignoring. I’m aware that kids are germ carriers but an adult should know better. How can a company allow this to continue? I’ve notified the department of health as well.

To many kids. No one was watch their stations the place was a zoo. My two year old kept getting kicked in the face because older kids wouldnt get out of the little kid section. I asked four times for someone to come resolve this issue. Not one person came. I would give it a negitive if I could

This place need to be organized a little bit better. They party host rush you out the party rooms and they are very rude and don’t have good communication skills.

Awful. Very chaotic. Not one employee standing next to the bounce houses is actually paying attention. 7+ kids on an attraction that says 2 at a time. Watched 3 kids get hurt as we walked away to leave.

My children typically have a great time here. Sadly, when parents dont want to watch their own children, the experience can be a negative one. The play area is usually overseen by teenagers who arent always comfortable telling 7-12 yrs old to behave. So adults, PLEASSE help make an experience great for everyone by putting down your phones and supervising your own children instead of making a teenager do it.

Overall a wonderful experience for my sons 3rd birthday party... the staff were wonderful and they made everything smooth flowing.. only downfall to me was, with toddlers in the bounce houses their are much older/larger kids who have no regard for the smaller kids, this is by no means a reflect on the Jump Yard staff but something to keep in mind.

Low price for admission and concessions, always have a fun time there

Whenever I ask my kids what fun activity they would like to do one of their most popular requests is Lets go to the Jump Yard Very inexpensive day of fun. Food prices are amazingly low. I highly recommend this place!!

Its a cool place and family-oriented.

Crowded and not safe for toddlers no heater. Pizza is tasty and cheap.washroom is not tidy.12 dollars for this place is not worth.

Wonderful place, I love bringing my kids here they love bouncing with the other kids. Great employees they are very kind and playful with the kids! Prices are great! I will definitely be coming back!

We loved it! Toddler and infant playground is where we hung out.

Great place for the kids to play. Only downside was how high the bass was in the music. My almost 3 year old granddaughter really didnt handle it well.

The jump yard is an amazing place to bring your kids for a fun time. I bring my kids there almost every weekend and we are never disappointed! They have a great management team, and such a wonderful staff! Overall very fun, safe environment!

Kids love it here. Adults even have fun. Great safe places for teens ages 10 to 15 to go on a Friday night as well!

I think that the Jump Yard is such an awesome place for kids to have fun at. I have little siblings that get so excited to go there and have the best time ever. I think the environment is very safe and the people are very nice.

We had a wonderful time we had a group there of about 10. It wasnt a birthday party or anyting just had a lot of parents and kids and went to the junkyard and had a wonderful time. Staff is off some food was great and everyone left happy I think thats a win-win.

I’ve taken my younger sister here many times and she and her friends love it! The staff is so sweet and you can tell that they love working there! Pricing is cheap all around. Such an amazing place to have so close to home.

Very crowded and dangerous.there are instructions given everywhere not more than 7 people and 1 people on every jumping thrill zone but still more than 10 people we can see.and kids bcome too aggressive no sorry nd no excuse me to get in d zone.they push to get in d zone.plus super dirty kids throwing food everywhere.it bcome like a mental tension zone for us rather than fun zone for our kid.plus place is cool in dis -1 degree temperature .i will not suggest parents to send kids here who r below 5 to 6 yrs year age if u really want a tension free day.plus people roam with shoes inspite of mentioning no shoes.12 dollar not worth.

The Jump Yard is a great place! The staff is wonderful and very caring. They go out of their way for their customers! I have taken my niece here many times, and have been blown away by the atmosphere! Looking forward to visiting very soon!

The Jump Yard is really nice for children to explore! My only suggestion is to add more help at the concession stand. The wait time is too long, there were a lot of people trying to get food and not enough service. I noticed 4 standing at the entrance counter having a conversation vs helping out at the concession stand to not make the customers have to wait so long.

Great place for kids, my son wears himself out and makes for an easy nap time once we get home. Lots of games and activities

Place looked pretty clean but had a bad smell throughout the building. Was not very impressed at all. Staff was all friendly but not interactive with any of the guests. Way overpriced for what you actually recieve for the party package.

I hate to be this person but don’t advertise cleanliness when it absolutely is not. Just today my son and I walked out because the inflatables were so disgusting. The one had a child’s full braid hair attachment just lying in the obstacle course, and the other had candy and candy wrappers just completely everywhere in the inside of the bounce house. EVEN THE EMPLOYEE SAID IT WAS GROSS !!!! Completely unsanitary !!!!!!! We were there as soon as they opened so it wasn’t like it happened throughout the day. Plain and simple they don’t clean them it’s that obvious !!!

Terrible, scheduled a birthday party for my daughter, was rushed through the party by employees, package gives one hour of play time for kids, then after party told kids cant continue to play even after all the money spent, food was God awful, pizza and wings under cooked, wont be returning

I brought my grandchildren in for a visit and we had a great time. What a huge place! It was so much fun and the workers were great! I especially loved the projector game on the floor upstairs! It was also fun that they had skeeball (my favorite)! Great prices on the snacks too! What a fun afternoon - looking forward to going back soon

Kids love the inflatables and big claw machine but the arcade area needs updated or make games only 25 cents. Also needs better food at concession stand. I wouldnt mind paying more money for better food.

What an amazing place! We have made it a family tradition to go on Good Friday and yet another year we have NOT been disappointed. The staff is amazing, super friendly, and plays with all of the kids. We live in Lorain county and this place is so worth the drive. Always clean and family friend. The staff makes sure the kids are safe and having fun.. I will continue a Good Fridaay tradition but we always come back before then. This place never disappoints. Super affordable and the food and snacks they offer are not priced to high. Makes a fun all day event for my child. She has a medical condition that restricts her sometimes and forces her to take a break and what she loves is that there is always so many places to do that. Thanks for another amazing fun time.

I thought they inforced socks to keep the place clean? The overweight manager is wearing slides with NO SOCKS!! I guess thats ok cause he sat the entire time we were there...3hours.

My family loves The Jump yard! It is reasonably priced and has a very friendly staff!My 4 year enjoys bouncing on all the unique fun inflatables (so can parents)! While my 6 month old can play in the enclosed toddler area ; that is very clean and has tons of climb ons, ride ons, a ball pit, and more! They also have an amazing arcade where kids and parents can play together. They have a full concession stand with food and snacks for even the healthiest eaters! They have a parent lounge area with free WiFi, massage chairs, and tons of TVs.A HUGE plus is the giant screen with cameras linked so you can comfortably watch your kids enjoy the inflatables. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun family activity or a place to host your child’s next birthday party!!

Two employees fired, yesterday, for complaining about a co-worker working with mono.General Manager has open mrsa wounds and has for years. She covers them with bandages.My lawyer would be on this faster then the manager can delete this review!I wouldn’t advise visiting this place.

We are at the jump Yard, today, April 5. Within 10 minutes of being where our daughter got sick from all her excited jumping. The staff was incredible and helped us out immediately. We were so thankful that they turned a terrible situation into a manageable one.

While visiting my girlfriend and her nephew, her family wanted to take their kids somewhere to have fun. Its a good place for the kids.

We were there for a birthday party. It was to expensive for what you get. The pizza was like eating a piece of cardboard. You get one cupcake and it was lacking flavor. You waited around for 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to eat and it wasnt worth the wait. The jump houses were cool. But thats about it.

I will tell anyone considering the visit to follow through! The staff is helpful and the environment is perfect for anyone. Definitely a good place if you’re looking for a fun time!

We had so much fun here! Plenty of jump activities and a lot of video games to keep you busy! Its definitely a fun place for the whole family to go spend the day!

Tons of stuff to give the kids some exercise, but could be a little cleaner. The whole place had a slight odor to it and the bathrooms were not the kind you want to walk into with only socks on. Our kids had a blast, but I felt a little dirty after we were done.

Get entertainment for the whole family. You can have kid Birthday parties. Awesome snacks too

This place is amazing they could add a little bit more stuff to do. But this place is a super great place for kids and it was super fun being here. So if i were you, you gotta at least visit this place once. And its perfect for birthday parties.

I thought there would be more to do there. The bathroom was pretty gross. Overall, it was something to do for the kids.

My children love this place. Seems like a good place for the kids to hangout and get some exercise. You can get good deals on groupon every so often.
