From the time we started swimming my son has had an incredible experience. All his coaches have been very knowledgeable and committed to helping him be his best. Andrew, the owner, has personally taken time to encourage my son. This program is exceptional at helping young swimmers feel comfortable swimming and entering into swim meets. Highly recommended!
Both of my kids have been swimming with this organization for almost 4 years. This has been the best experience we have had with sports. They have grown tremendously and have some of the most amazing swim coaches that work not only on development of technique but are also excellent role models for the kids. They have excellent communication and even if you have never swam before but want to try it this is the place to start. They walk you through all areas of beginning to swim all the way to competitive swim.
Our daughters (11 and 7) participate in Sigma Swimming at the Texas Wesleyan University pool location. They thoroughly enjoy the experience and have made significant improvement in technique, stroke mechanics, endurance and times. The coaches challenge the swimmers without being overbearing. I would recommend Sigma to other families looking for a year-round swim club.
My kids have been swimming Sigma now for a little over a year and LOVE it! We use Sigma as a non-impact full body workout for our kids but they gain so, so much more. The dedication it takes to be a swimmer is a life long lesson that they will never forget and Sigma makes this painless! Coralee is always available to help and makes my kids feel like the pool is their second home!
Both of my children have swum with Sigma at the Cleburne location. My daughter has been swimming nearly four years with them. We have been most satisfied with our experiences. She has excellent coaches, and they help her set goals and reach them. She started as a beginner and under their program has advanced beyond our expectations. She enjoys swimming with Sigma, and we would highly recommend this program for any age and of any skill level.
Our daughter started swimming at TCC in August 2014. We relocated to this area from Frisco, where she had been part of a very large and competitive swim team. Although she did well there, there were so many swimmers that lanes were overcrowded and coaches had too many kids to provide much individual instruction. We were definitely concerned about the move and whether our daughters new team (Sigma) would be able to challenge her. Being part of Sigma has been the best thing to happen to our daughter. She is challenged and has already become a better, more focused athlete in the short time shes been with the club. The individual stroke training offered on Saturday mornings is also making a huge difference. To have access to this kind of training at no extra charge is a wonderful benefit. We cant say enough good about Andrew and the rest of the coaching staff, as well as our team parents and their committed involvement with the kids. We love Sigma!
I attend lessons at the TWU location. This has been the best experience, I love the coaches and the way the class is taught. I could swim a little but had no form or technique and now I am learning both which makes me a more proficient swimmer, not wasting a lot of energy. I love, love the classes and look forward to the class every Saturday!
Sigma Location: TCCNWAll three of my children swim at Sigma - my two daughters swim competitively, and my four year old son takes lessons. I would not have them anywhere else but with Sigma. The coaches at all levels are fantastic. They have high expectations but are encouraging and fair. The site coordinators ensure that parents are always up to date and informed, and Sigmas founder is always available to speak with parents. If your child is serious about swimming, I would highly recommend Sigmas program.
I have a son who started terrified of swimming lessons. After the 1st lesson he was relaxed and excited to learn. He is learning so much and having fun at the same time. He goes to TWU and learns with Coach Edgar.I have another son who works with Coach Friday. He is learning all the strokes and is so proud to show them off when he is with his friends. Thanks so much for quality training.
Our daughter began swimming with Sigma (the TCC NW location) 2 years ago in a beginner tier and now swims with one of the competitive levels. It has been an incredible experience. We have watched her grow as a swimmer under each and every coach that she has worked with. In addition, Sigmas informative website and regular emails provide much needed information for the swimmers and their families. We highly recommend this swim club.
After my son was introduced to the sport of competitive swimming it just took off. He plays multiple sports but swimming has become his favorite as well as ours to watch. We are going on 3 years with Sigma at the TCCNW location and are extremely pleased with their program. The coaching and his progress have been absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend all parents give their kids the opportunity to try swimming as a sport and highly endorse Sigma as a place to learn and compete.
Sigma has been great for our 8-year-old daughter! The coaches have been very welcoming and patient in developing beginning swimmers. So excited to continue being a part of this organization!
My daughter has been with Sigma since 2013 and she has definitely become a better and stronger swimmer. We are with the TCCNW branch. She has competed in several meets and has done better in each one. Her coaches are outstanding and they always encourage and motivate the swimmers. I highly recommend Sigma to other parents.
Both of my sons swim at the Cleburne location and have had a wonderful experience. They began swimming with Coach Jim and Coach Tiffany 4 years ago. They are very positive and encouraging, bringing out the best stroke in each swimmer. My boys love swimming and hate to miss practice for any reason. They arent just learning how to perfect their strokes, they are learning life skills such as hard work and perseverance. It has been a wonderful experience for all involved.
My boy goes to Sigma Swimming and has now started loving to swim so much that he wants to go even on the off days as well. Coach and the coordinator Wendy is very prompt in responding to all queries and working out a plan for the perfect learning experience.
Enrolled my 5 year old son in I swim class. He was swimming on his own by the second week. The instructor was firm and goal oriented with the kids while being extremely patient even with kids that started out screaming bloody murder at first. And those kids that started out terrified were also swimming by the second week.
Before starting with Sigma in June, I had no training from an instructor or coach and had no confidence to venture to the deep end without being close to the side of the pool. By the third class, I had the confidence and the tools to overcome those fears. Andrew and his team of coaches always have a positive input on my performance and then they give me instruction on how to improve on those techniques and why. Swimming is a joy and not a fear. Now, I look forward to getting to the pool to work on drills and be ready for the next lesson. If you are just learning how to swim or improve on the skills you already have, I highly recommend Sigma Performance Swimming to everybody. Thank you! I attend classes at the Adult Swim School at TWU in Fort Worth.
My kids attend the Sigma Swimming at the TCCNW campus. I have had a very good experience with them. The coaches are very awesome, and they always keep encouraging the kids. They started with the beginners class and progressed to the advanced classes. The support staff is also very prompt and accommodating for any schedule changes.
My son has been swimming club swim with Sigma for 4 years at the Burleson location. The quality of coaching, stroke development, and relationship building is incredible! He gets a lot of one-on-one instruction and the opportunity for many hours in the pool. Great bargain for all the benefits he gets with Sigma!
Our son attends the Burleson swim club, and loves it, he looks forward to swimming and to have excellent coaching. All of the staff has been kind and wonderful. The swimming meets are organized and flow very efficiently. After trying different sports and activities our son loves swimming.
My daughter started out in swim school and now swims competitively at TCC. She has developed a real love of this sport. All our coaches and the site staff are top notch. Couldnt ask for a better experience.
Sigma Swimming has been an important part of my daughters life. She has grown a life long love of the sport through the superior coaching and support she receives there. We are also very happy with the clear communication that parents receive. We swim at TCCNW.
My daughter started in the Burleson Sigma a year ago and its amazing how her swimming skills have improved. The coaches are all so positive and encouraging. We love the atmosphere of the Sigma Swimming Meets...other parents and swimmers cheer for everyone. The Burleson Sigma Coordinator has been very helpful in answering all of our questions, and weve had a lot since this is a new sport for us. My daughter now aspires to be a part of the High School swim team one day. I would recommend Sigma to other parents who want a positive environment for their child to learn a sport.
We attend the TCC Northwest Campus. The instructors are very knowledgeable and caring. My daughter loves it and its teaching her lifelong skills. I highly recommend!
My daughter, 8 years old, is part of the Sigma team at TCCNW. The coaches are AMAZING!!! They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always have a special bond with each child. My daughter started off learning the basic strokes and is now part of the USA Swim Team competing around the Metroplex. We have never had a problem in the year and a half we have been part of the team. I would not recommend them if I truly did not believe this. I could not have asked for better coaches than Claudia, Jonathan, Andrew and Adam who have all worked with my daughter in some way to aid in her success as a swimmer.
Sigma Swimming is the best swimming program we have been a part of. Coach Andrew is super talented in his ability to both teach proper technique, motivate the kids and get them to work hard to achieve their goals. Sigma is a great swim team for anyone looking for a competitive USA swim team to become a part of. For the kids that are learning to swim, Sigma has great swim lessons for all levels. We have swam at the TCCNW and the TWU locations.
My child goes to Burleson location. He loves it and all the coaches there are very nice and caring. My kid surely loves and enjoys going to the practice!
My son and a daughter started swim lessons this summer and now they are really doing well. Before this, i tried another classes, but kids were at same level. After Sigmas systematic coaching, i am satisfied with their progress and kids just wait for the next lesson everytime !! thank you Mr. coach and Wenday !!
Sigma has taken my sons swimming technique to a whole new level. Its great exercise for him & has boosted his confidence in other things as well. He has really benefitted from the discipline required to learn & maintain this developing skill. The instructors are friendly & very helpful, as well as the local administrative team. We expect to keep with Sigma (Splash Station in Cleburne, Texas) for a long time!!
Both of my children have taken lessons at the North Richland Hills location. My son took lessons last year and is now swimming like a fish! My daughter is in lessons this year and is almost there. Great coaches!
Our girls recently moved to Sigma Swimming in Cleburne from another swim club and the improvement in their swimming ability and confidence in swimming has been dramatic! My oldest was on the verge of quitting swim before we moved clubs and now has a renewed love for it.The coaches in Cleburne, Coach Tiffany and Coach Zach are fantastic!
We are starting our 4th year swimming with Sigma at TCC Northwest and it has been a great time! All three of my kids swim and Sigma has worked with all of them over the years to advance their swimming mastery! Great organization!
My daughter has been swimming with Sigma for two years. I love that the coaches emphasize doing your best and achieving their own goals over winning. We attend the TCC location.
My son swims with Sigma at the TCC NW location and loves it. The staff and coaches are very dedicated, encouraging and dedicated. They offer all stages of swim lessons, from learning how to swim to stroke mechanics and competitive swimming. My son gets to swim in meets all over the metroplex. Amazing swim club!
The coaches and everyone that works with Sigma swimming is very professional. My daughter just started with Sigma, but it seems like she is learning very quickly. Watching the other kids swim, I am amazed by their skills. We attend the TCC Northwest location.
Our 12yr old twins have improved so much in a short time. Sigmas NWTCC staff does a awesome job of communicating with parents and their great website makes it easy to register for events and pay fees.
We LOVE Sigma. My daughter swims in Burleson at the BRiCK. She has improved skills associated with swimming and gained many friends.
My daughter has learned so much in the last 5 months with Sigma Swim. She continues to progress every day. I believe that Sigma has only deepened her love of swimming. Thank you Coach Adam of Burleson Sigma Swim for all that you do!
The coaches have been very patient with my daughter and the administration has been very flexible with our schedule. My daughter has grown as a swimmer in the short time she has been with Sigma.
My daughter has been swimming with Sigma at the Lake Worth Pool since October 2013 and I have to say that I highly recommend Sigma. We had a bumpy start and thanks to Andtew Ha my daughter is happy and she keeps improving.
Sigma Swimming was the best choice for our son to increase his swimming skills and stay in shape during the summer before his high school swim season began. Coach Andrew was specific when instructing him and always communicated efficiently through weekly newsletters. Our son attended both the TWU practices and some of the Forest Hills evening practices. All-in-all, we can say that our son enjoyed his summer with Sigma and we will certainly be returning! :)
All three of my children have learned so much about swim at the TCCNW location in such a short time. The coaches we have had have all been very knowledgeable and I have been pleased with Sigma!
We have had a great experience with Sigma Swimming. Both of my boys went through the beginning swimming lessons at TCCNW. My oldest has decided that he wants to be a swimmer. He practices with Sigma at TCCNW twice a week. He loves it!
Sigma swim teams are incredible. My boys went from swim lessons this past summer to the team. The Burleson location has the best coaches and truly have the best interest of their students at heart. Coach Shawn, Brendan, Nic, and Adam are all fantastic with the kids. Shawn always takes time to work with the kids and has an awesome demeanor with them. My eldest son needed help with his kicks and Shawn will take the time to work with them. Adam works with stroke development and the older kids seem to really enjoy being coached by him. Adam loves his job so much that he has personally helped me to improve my stroke on his own time. I cannot say enough what a good team you have at the Burleson location. CoraLee, is always on deck and talking to the parents to insure that everyone is happy and questions are answered. I would definitely recommend Sigma for any swimmer and any age.
Sigma Swimming is one of the best places to learn how to swim. My 2 children,Huy and Duy,have improve so much in just one year. I honestly cant think of a better place than Sigma to teach my children how to swim. We are very thankful to the coaching and staff who made our experince unforgetable. Coach Andrew help transform my kids into a torpedo. He motivate our kids into pushing themself everyday and becoming faster and stronger. We have spent most of our summer at TWU training and hoping to break new records as the season progress.I totally recomend this place in getting your children fit and healthy.Coach Andrew will defenitly being see more of us. ;)
My daughter has been swimming with Sigma for almost a year now. Boy, have we both learned a lot. Trinity is very timid, shy and withdrawn, after a couple of bad years in public and virtual school. We were looking for an outlet for her energy and lack of PE class with homeschooling her. When she started she could swim, but knew nothing about strokes, breathing, or even trusted herself to float. I didnt believe she would like it!! She has worked hard to move up a level. And she has shown me that she can take the pressure. Zo, Meridith, and Jonathan at TCCNW gave her a great foundation and a confidence I havent seen in a few years. Lauren and Jeff pushed her limits this summer at TWU, but she is ready for more. I cant thank all the coaches and site coordinators enough that have helped her find herself again.
Great pool and place to learn swimming and excellent training staff
