Open again with procedures for COVID safety. Clean, nice, and safe! We got out for a show and had a great time. All employees are wearing masks and are friendly, and the service was excellent with good food. Here are a few of the procedures:1) You buy tickets and pre-order all food online (including tipping). You select your seats online and it grays out seats next to you for spacing.2) They all wear masks and clean the theatres between shows.3) They ask you to exit row-by-row to maintain social distance.Its a great night out!

We saw the new Lion King movie here and it was excellent! The staff was friendly and the hamburgers were good. Food prices too high and other theaters are better priced, but we had a good time.

Loved Alamo pre-COVID closure and they are doing a fantastic job after reopening. Great safety practices, friendly staff & delicious food. Fried pickles and the chips & queso are my faves. Will be back soon!

Going to the Alamo Drafthouse is like going to your best friends place to catch a movie. They love awesome movies just as much as you do. Really hoping they can get one in Saginaw

I love the atmosphere! The seats are very comfortable. For this it is a 5 star! But I do wish they had better food for the price. There are very few items I like. Maybe its just me?? Anyway it is definitely a great place to try if you have not been there.

We love this theater! It’s so nice having an Alamo Drafthouse in our area. We went to the very first movie screened here, and keep coming back for more. The food is great and the waitstaff is always super friendly. It’s nice having the bar in the theater to hang out with friends before or after a movie, and it has a great selection of beers and drinks. The Disney decorations are amazing! Ever since this theater opened, it has been our new theater of choice. If you can see a movie in theater 3, it is the largest theater and the screen is absolutely massive! A great movie experience all around. The no talking or texting hard rule is also really nice. Very highly recommend!

First let me start by saying they are all themed differently and this one is Disney! Its such an awesome feeling walking down the halls with the nostalgic classic Disney feel of movie posters around you.This was our first visit and we will be back. The staff was very insightful and enthusiastic. We were greeted promptly in every area of the building.The girls at the front were so informative about the Drafthouse. They talked about the events with me, they talked about where the donated money goes, and they went along positively with my child at heart attitude to make a Forky! (We saw Toy Story 4 so it was a must!)The servers were helpful and gave us great choices to choose from. They all knew what we each had despite it being different ones helping us.The food was way better than I expected and definitely had some great pairings!We cant wait to go back for another visit! Thanks for a great first time!!!

I went to my first tea-movie party at this location. It was a lovely experience. Everything was setup well, place was clean and the servers were quite efficient without blocking the screen. They have reclining seats which pretty much sold me on the idea of only going to this location. I loved looking at the classic Disney movies hung around the building with other classic movies. It was an all around great experience.

Worst first experience. wont be giving any of these locations my business. why on earth would you sale tickets to a location that is shutting down?! still waiting for a full refund

We enjoyed our visit to Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. The entrance is very clean and our kids enjoyed the classic Disney movies theme of the building. The theaters are large and the seats are very comfortable, our theater had reclining seats. We saw a movie with food table service. We ordered drinks, bottomless popcorn, and the fried pickles appetizers. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced for a full service theater and our server was very friendly and courteous. The screen and sound quality were terrific. It was an all around great experience.

Comfy recliners, clean space, good food, good time!The recliners are very comfortable, and the push button adjustment runs very quietly. The menu has a decent selection, and is priced slightly lower than other dine in theaters. The food was well prepared, and served in a very timely manner. Only 2 drawbacks for me: 1-ordering is done by writing on a slip of paper and waiting for staff to swing by..I think the red call button would be better..this manual way worked fine for us, as it wasnt busy. Other thing, is under table is lit so can read menu. Over table is not, so cannot see the food at all. Those are my only issues. We got very good service, and had a great time during the soft opening..thank you!

Prepare to communicate with paper and pencil in the dark. Table configuration makes it hard to eat during the film. Surprisingly the seats are the most comfortable out of all dine and watch movie places. Also the service was outstanding.

Dinner and a movie all at the same time. Food prices are fair, not at all what you would expect from a theater. Chairs are comfortable and recline all the way.

We were fortunate to see a screening of It’s A Wonderful Life. The actress Who played ZuZu had a nice Q&A after. What a lovely person. It was a gift to us since we love and watch the movie yearly for many years now. She was a blessing!! She took pics with anyone who wanted one. The sweetest!

Alamo Drafthouse focus on a movie experience rather than just a movie. Good menu and support of local breweries. You wont find the barrage of ads prior to your movie. They have a strict no talking and no cell phone policy. This one has posters from Disney and a nice outdoor area.We went on the first soft opening night for Avengers. The teams are still learning, but shouldnt take long to get where they need to be. We had the pickle Spears, split a pizza and had warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies[Update 6-8-2019]:Since opening, we have seen a total of three movies. Staff is improving. The sound system in the large theater (#3) was amazing for Godzilla. We also spent a few hours on the patio with a laid back causal feel.Do get to the theater early to check in with your server and make your initial order. Pre-Preparing order cards for refills or follow on food and drinks helps. Cheep ticket prices are on Tuesday. And being a rewards member gives you access to food and movie rewards including BOGO for tickets. Using the app, you can skip the lobby for tickets and go directly to the theater.

Probably my favorite Alamo. FINALLY they got really good recliners. WOW! Love that you sink down. Great good, great service, easy to get to. Two big rooms.Cons- Still no button. You have to write and hope a server sees it.- no bottle water I hope they update all their locations with this seating.Food recommendations- chip and cheese dip with the taco meet- pizzas are decent- burger is decent- steak salad is decent- popcorn regular and truffle are amazingNot crazy about- fish and chip hit or miss- tenders taste frozen not greatEnjoy!!

Wonderful experience. Great service. Probably the best movie theater popcorn Ive ever had! The burger was delightful. All in all a great night out. My only ask is that they get a non dairy milkshake option (almond milk/ice cream, coconut milk, soy milk etc.)

Great venue. Ive been going to the Alamo Draft house for 20+ years (I lived in Austin).Great seats. Make sure when you book 2 seats that you pick seats that share a table.Eat before you go. Our total visit was $105 (tickets = $30, including a $3.18 convenience fee for online purchase. Food = $60 for 3 pizzas, 4 beers. Tip = $15)4 stars due to high cost of visit. Im offended by the convenience fee = 13% of ticket price and the fact they did not honor the Tues discount, which was not available due to the holiday week.. small print I did not read.

Great atmosphere and tasty food/ drinks. I love the preshow videos they have before each movie, all catered to what youre about to watch. Its well worth getting there 30 minutes early, just to see those! The staff is friendly and everything is clean and still smells new!

It was really nice to be able to have our seats reserved in a good spot. The seats were super comfortable and able to fully recline almost to point of flat. I like the system of writing on paper what you want and people regularly come by and see if you meed anything. I never really noticed anyone walking in front even though they check on customers regularly. Highly recommend coming here. Since prices of movie theaters are so high normally its nice to come to a place where it feels worth it. Plus you can drink, so that just made everything better.

I went to see Mr. Rogers neighborhood today with my 2 sons. I find it ironic the message of the movie and Mr. Rogers himself who cares about children and is warm and loving, this theater is the opposite. I had three people come up to me asking me to remove my sons because they were disturbing the movie. They were not loud. They simply would label what they saw on the screen. I will not be coming back to this theater. And if you believe in the message Mr Rogers is about you shouldn’t go to this theater either. According to this theater, and their policy, this movie should not be viewed by children. How do they not see the irony in that?

Drafthouse is a nice clean facility. Full of nostalgic posters from Walt Disney and other movies of years past. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. Seating was comfortable with the lounge chairs

I love Alamo. I drive from the other side of town to watch movies here. But I accidentally left a pair of ray ban shades in the theater in the cup holder and they walked out of the building on their own within hours. The manager was helpful- but I’m still bummed about my shades walking off.Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still drive over there to see movies.

Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. Orders processed fast and food was great and hot. The drinks were good and cold. The sound was great and loud, I like it loud, the viewing quality was super. Made for and entertaining and enjoyable experience.

Its really great. I wish the prices were a little cheaper. The food is really good, I just dont like paying so much for a movie and then a lot for everything else. Either make the movie ticket or the food cheaper.

I came for opening weekend of Avengers Endgame and this locations soft opening. Not my first time at an Alamo so I knew what to expect. Everyone was friendly, asked questions and felt very welcoming. The reclining loungers in the theatre were amazing. I usually get the loaded fries to snack on which again were amazing as expected. Will definitely be back. Best movie theatres are always Alamo Drafthouse I go out of my way to come here.

Great place to catch a flick. I like their strict no noise policy and love the fun short films, music videos and montages they have before movies (instead of annoying adverts). Comfortable seats, the ticket system is nice but you might wait 5+ minutes for a server to see it. Oh, and theyll play some good throwback and obscure movies that other theaters wont. My main gripe is that the bathrooms arent the cleanest.

Alamo is the peak of the dinner and movie combo... Amazing food and drinks in a friendly environment.Be aware that an average dinner for family of 5 is more than $100.

It was ok. We went on a Friday night, so they were pretty busy. The food was tasty but the table for the food seemed like it was too far away. We also found the seats to be pretty uncomfortable for such a fancy theater.

I have visited several times since opening. Great service and seats and screens. I love that theres no ads, instead they show videos and clips that have to do with the background of the movie. The vegan menu is great, the popcorn is huge. Its much more than just a movie theater

If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible place that believes its a playhouse. Movie theaters are supposed to be family friendly, NOT THIS PLACE! Do not waste your time. They will not let your children in if under 6! Theyre just looking for an excuse to charge your family more.

First time there and still trying to process it. The concept is novel, running classics alongside current movies. Also liked the history of the Joker told before the movie. However, in their quest to play to both audiences, they miss out on showing more recent releases. I had the Patty Melt and it was ok. The dining experience was mixed because I had to lean forward to eat my food. My wife liked the vegan option which she said she would get again. The fries were salty but good. I did like the newness and freshness of the building

Visited the Alamo Drafthouse for the first time last night for a special screening of “El Camino.” Compared to other theaters in Fort Worth, this Alamo Drafthouse was of high quality. The screen and sound quality was great, and the seats were comfortable! I would honestly come back just for the seats alone.

Nice theater. Not as big as the other locations. I would recommend if you dont mind not having the events like the other locations.

Good food, great service. Favorite place to take the kids for a movie. The patio bar and outdoor play space are fantastic additions as well.

My 9-year old son and I went to watch Gemini Man, but were a few days too early.So we decided to wait. And wait. And wait... At the Vetted Well next door. My son had a couple of beers and a burger and I had some chicken strips and root beer.Oh! And 2 orders of that amazing queso.He bought us a couple of tickets to Abominable and we watched it. I loved the movie and I think he secretly enjoyed it, too!Thanks, son, for making my evening so memorable. I’ll get the dinner and movie next time

I thought the theater was nice. The waiters were friendly and it was easy finding my seat. I was able to get my tickets online and just got right in when i got there. I went to the bar area before seating started and the bartender was very helpful and kind. Overall great experience.

Only place Ive seen in texas that puts REAL butter on popcorn. Im from Canada and it is standard. A real treat to get here. Service is fantastic, popcorn is delicious, and all while you enjoy a great movie. I saw jojo rabbit, and having bottomless popcorn to stuff in your face while youre crying is great.

Very comfortable seats. Big movie screens. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was decent. They do have a nice drink menu. Theyre trying to do some different experiences. Theres a nice party room that can be dressed up or down for adults or kids. Tuesday evening movies are discounted. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic. We came during the soft opening. Everyone was professional. The service was great. The food was amazing. We brought our infant to Alamo for All and the sound was a little loud at the beginning. I spoke to someone and the sound was down to a reasonable level instantly. So nice to get to see a movie!

The lady that helped us as soon as we walked in was great! my friend that accompanied me had never been to Alamo Drafthouse before so she gave her all the knowledge to ensure she had a pleasant time. The theatre was very clean and a member of staff even offered to aid in finding our seats. Everything went smoothly . The only thing I would change was my Old Fashion was terrible, and the time and effort to obtain another one was too extensive. So, I just bore through it. Ill just know next time not to order one.

Went to see Little Women with a friend at this location tonight. Ive been to many of the other ADH locations around the metroplex and the service at this location was fair to good. Food service inside the theaters is an area that needs improvement. I ordered a water when we first were seated along with a cocktail. The cocktail was delivered in a reasonable amount of time but I had to request water 2 more times before I finally got one.My friend ordered a chicken sandwich and it wasnt delivered until our movie was halfway done and then was the wrong item. The server did take the charge for this item off my friends tab and she did finally get her sandwich but the wait time was pretty crazy. Server we had seemed friendly but maybe he was overwhelmed or unorganized.Seat comfort was fantastic!

I arrived way too early so spent some time in their bar to wait for my date, just killing time during a somewhat slow time, all the staff seemed to be happy and having fun! Like they all did, even the tired ones were friendly and happy and seemed to be enjoying themselves, so Im guessing they have good management.I wish the lights under the tables would go off during the movie, and while the food was great (with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options), Im not sure Im a fan of eating in the movie theater, makes it hard to focus on the movie or have a nice dinner conversation, but if you like eating while in a movie the service here is excellent, the food is very good quality.

This was our first time going to this theater. The staff was rude. The tickets are way over priced. The reclining chairs are nice, but not worth the extra money. I don’t think we’ll be returning.

Its kinda hard to find. Theres only one turn in and its not marked by anything other than a dim street post. Other than that, it was a cute theater with awesome staff.

Alamo Drafthouse has found a way to craft a unique movie experience. I love how serious they are about noise levels. The card system is great for ordering food and drinks (or getting that pesky, loud person out of the theater!). Lights under the table in front of you are great for when you need to read the menu (or grab your wifes hand ), and the chairs are the BEST in any theater Ive been in. Unbelievably comfortable!!!!

Clean, movie was great. I dont like that you could be sharing a table with a complete stranger. I would certainly make sure of your seat before you find yourself in that situation.

This so-called Alamo Drafthouse has opted out of Standard Alamo Draft house movie specific Menu, decorations, and swag items. Guess I will have to drive 35 miles to the Richardson Alamo Drafthouse till corporate finds a new General/Regional Manager who can execute what makes an Alamo Drafthouse, a unique movie experience and not block it due to their own beliefs.

Nothing to do with ADC, but dont trust Google maps if youre headed northbound on Davis. Now, all about the place. Good food, a bit on the expensive side but worth a good date night out. The seating in the small theaters equates to not really a bad seat in the house. Wed heard, downside was servers standing in your way during the movie but this may have been resolved overall because they crouched across the aisles and werent much in the way as had been described to us. Upside, good choice of brewskis. Complimentary tastes of tap beers in the bar which is a great place to wait if youre early for the movie. We did walk into the bar and had to search for a clean table, luckily there was one two top available. I saw all the others get bussed and cleaned about 10 minutes after we had found a table. I would say all the staff you have contact with here is on point. We will come to this theater for special dates, not for a typical movie going experience.

First visit was great. Second visit last night left a stale taste, including the popcorn, which tasted like day-old leftovers. When I returned the stale popcorn, I think they just heated it up, because then it had a burnt taste. And the Sprite was flat, probably because the glass was full of ice. So when we go back, we will go for the movie and not order food or drinks. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Facility is very clean. Our family will go back because overall the experience was good.

Big fan of Alamos. This one in particular. Great seats. Shows in theater 3 are amazing. Staff are always friendly and nearly invisible during the film.

The theater is brand new. As such it is very nice inside. Everything looks great, and the old school type of decorations was very cool to see. The food was good, but a bit pricey. Which is to be expected of a dine-in theater. The way orders are taken is a bit strange. You write down your order on a paper for a service runner, but there isnt a call button. They dont want people talking in the theater, so its hard to convey information to the runner. Thats the only gripe I have with anything in the theater, and its practically nitpicking. Great experience would definitely return.

Alamo Movie TheaterDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE - My wife and I went to see a movie tonight and while we were watching the movie a husband was sleeping and SNORING like a train wreck, with a blanket out cold in the recliner - She went to the ladies room and complained in the lobby receptionist regarding this issue, returned to me having switched seats complaining to our server and we were both told a manager will be by shortly (NEVER HAPPENED) - Moving seats did not suppress the noise or his cell phone going off repeatedly - ALAMO has beautiful slides before the movie stating if your cell phone is complained about you are given one warning and then ejected without refund - what they do NOT tell you in those lovely slides is a MANAGER MUST CATCH THE PATRON IN THE ACT OF USING THE CELL PHONE OR HEARING THE CELL PHONE - your complaint ONLY counts IF THE MANAGER agrees - and the MANAGER IS ONLY GOING TO LISTEN FROM THE ENTRANCE TO THE THEATRE - after the movie we ask to speak to a manager (BRITT) who said he thought his server handled it - this was the same server who is going to be tipped by these rude guests and the server will be considered rude if he interrupts the snoring one - as we were talking to the manager the man snoring exited the restroom while I was talking with the manager, and he asked if I had a problem I explained if he wanted to sleep through the movie he should have stayed home- he threw two $20 bills in the air as he exited the doors yelling at me I should have switched seats and I responded, I did but it did not help your snoring or cell phone interruptions during the movie, and of course Britt was silent saying nothing. My wife was in the center breezeway between atrium and exit and said, but you were snoring the entire time. He mouthed off at her and she said she felt embarrassed for the women with him (they were silent and passive). He then THREATENED my wife telling her IF SHE TOOK ONE STEP TOWARD HIM OR SAID ONE MORE WORD HE WOULD TAKE HER OUT - again ALL THIS was presented to Britt and in the end Britt said we are in a circular argument - what exactly do you want me to do, we bought you a glass of wine, I said I prefer to pay for it versus that be a solution as I wanted his information to address with police threatening my wife, if not that I wanted nothing.- we will NEVER be back this IS OUR FIRST AND LAST visit - glad this is how you handle disturbing guests with cell phone and snoring issues - more importantly, guests that threaten other guests. Side note, we had free movie passes, and in Britts mind, that meant he should not defend our issue or treatment. I mentioned I was going to address this on Nextdoor Neighbor and he said GO AHEAD, PLEASE DO SO SO HERE WE ARE..... again may I suggest Colleyville Studio Movie Grill - they at least care about their clientele - unlike Alamo - thanks Britt

Went to this place last night for a special event for “Angels for Abby.” I give this place 5 out of 5 stars! The drinks were so good and the bar atmosphere was great! They also have a awesome outdoor patio area. The Theater seats are big comfy automatic recliner‘s and there is not a bad seat in the house! The food was phenomenal and the waiters were very attentive! Alamo Draft House is our new favorite place! We will be back often️

Not what I expected, we went on a slow night. There are no call buttons, so you have to write your order down on a tiny piece of paper hoping the wait staff sees it. Poor service, the staff werent standing by, I even stood up to see if I coupld flag someone down...finally they returned to the theater. High food prices. Great popcorn, good food and beer. Doubt I will go back.

We went to see Endgame on Saturday after opening day of the movie and t his theater so I am definitely willing to go back and try out the service but the waits for food and drinks were awful! Thank goodness we were in a long movie.We started off in the bar and our food took an hour just to get to us when bar guest are supposed to be priority due to the lack of watching a movie. We did not receive a discount for this wait and our food was cold.In the movie, it took 35 MINUTES for someone to come get our card. We ordered 2 waters and one alcoholic beverage. My brother and in-laws got their stuff and my boyfriend and I were still waiting. 45 minutes later I also ask for popcorn when the girl finally comes back and ask a questions about my drinks. We finally get our water 15 minutes later and then our popcorn shortly after. I finally got my drink in the last 40 minutes of the movie. We did receive 20% off our meal for the Training days but that wasnt even worth it..

I had a great time. Ordered drinks in the bar and took them into the theater. Ordered food and it arrived quicky. The only thing I didnt like was, not being able to see my food before eating it, then again I can avoid this by arriving earlier and that the table that hold your food doesnt move so you have to un recline eat and then re recline. Nothing that cant be dealt with. Place was very clean seats were very comfortable and i was over all happy.

Very nice, clean, comfy theater. Fun idea mixing dinner with a movie but it makes it a bit odd having a server pop up every so often. We went during their first week of opening and our server Sebastian was really bad, but cant fault them as they gave everyone 25% discounts as they train staff.Thry offer cheaper prices if you fancy a morning or matinee showing, which is great! We will try them again after theyve trained their staff a bit longer.

The seats were comfortable and the staff was friendly but the overall experience was less than stellar. With local cinemas like Keller Moviehouse and Eatery or Movie Tavern or even Studio Movie Grill you can order by pressing a button. At Alamo you write your order on a slip of paper and hope someone sees it in a dark theater. We went without drinks for the latter part of the movie due to this. The menu at Alamo had a fair range but still seemed to be kind of small. Overall we may go back due to proximity but will probably travel further to another theater with a better customer experience.

Took a while to get our order and the waitress who did help us was kind and very informative. Wish someone could have helped us. They would just walk by and not ask if we’ve been helped knowing we have not.

A great place to watch movies! When Avengers Endgame came out, this place first opened. During the time Endgame was popular, they had all sorts of props out like the jar of characters ashes, and the Thanos still demands YOUR silence! sign. They do have strict rules for phones and talking, so be careful or you can get kicked out! I recommend watching your next movie here!

The food was amazing and it was so nice watching the movie with no one around me talking!!

This is my new favorite theater. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great, and they have good beer! Oh yeah the recliners are so comfy.

I’m not a big fan of the setup.. the table that’s between two seats is a bit of a pain. The burger was tiny. I looked at it when I received it and my wife and I both started laughing because it was so small... My wife’s chicken sandwich was rubbery.. the service was great but the food was definitively subpar.

Another great Alamo, but this time with full recliners!!!! I have said many times how much I love this movie theatre company. Not only is their service great and the food and drink top shelf, but the company itself is just amazing. It is clear how much their employees love working there and they care for their community and customers. If you truly love movies and the movie going experience there is simply no other theatre you should be going to. You are guaranteed an interruption free (no talkers or texters or wild children running around) visit surrounded by patrons and employees who love movies as much as you do.
