MHP Park, +55, resident owned park.Were looking to move to FL. This park looks Great!

My father has been here for two years. The community is amazing and filled with very kind people. My dad lives by himself and I feel very comfortable he is ok because of all the great activities planned. The pool area is very well maintained. There are lots of get togethers and activities for all to join in. Would definitely recommend.

This park is a wonderful place that my hubby, Travis, and I have worked in for several years now. We have made so many friends here its unbelievable! If youre looking for a place to call home, or a snowbird seasonal spot... youd be considered a very blessed individual, should you happen to choose this little park! The friendships here are solid. Most couples here have been together well over 20 years and my hubby and i love to ask, Whats the secret? To which weve gotten very sound advice! (The Mens vs. Womens responses tend to vary a bit lol!) There are plenty of things going on all the time to get involved in, the pool is a hoppin place that everyones always riding to, in style I might add! Theyve got some really cool golf cart ideas in here! The managers Diane & Tom are absolutely 100% watching out for the community. They are constantly looking for ways to improve whats already a special place. The grounds are maintained by a caring maintenance guy and there are plenty of perks that come along with being a resident. If youre looking into moving to a park...I personally would highly recommend this place as it is full of fun people, fun times, the homes are gorgeous inside and out, and the management is truly wonderful!! Dont take my word for it... go see for yourself! Its made me wish many a time, that I was 55 years old so we could move in finally! One day...

Grandma and mother live there. Always been a nice community

Lived there steadily for about 20 years. Now due to bad leg, am afraid to be there all the time alone. Will be there as much as possible. They have many organized activities, trips, picnics,boat activities,etc., etc.

Very nice, active, and fun place. Be as active or as lazy as you want. Very nice community atmosphere. Friendly people.

Its truly an amazing community. Something going on every night. Smiles on everyones face. Im not big on community living because of the rules( I enjoy a fire pit while drinking a beer)but I would consider this community!!! Love all my fellow maniacs at Harbor Cove ;)

Great place, super laid back!

Great place for your family. Neighbors are the key to a warm and loving community.We rented for a few months and had to buy a home here, for the best experience of our lives. The weather is gorgeous. Love our neighbors. Everyone helps each other.

This is a great community. everyone I do an inspection for loves this park. Many of the residents in this community are on the 2 and 3rd home in this park.

Harbor Cove is the best community! Its like family here. There are lots of activities for us singles and everyone! Friendly place!

Very unhappy with the way management treats the residents, has nothing better to do than play kangaroo court ; Really? lets all grow up and have FUN, time is too short!So NOW after all the views of this Awesome Color on this beautiful home management wants to take the owner to court because it doesnt match their color chart !!! WOW, get a Life!

Boating and nice little community

Great retirement community!

We bought our house here in 2001. We liked the idea of leaving our things here and going back North without worry about our things in the house or the lawn . The residents at Harbor Cove made us feel a part of the community right from the start. The community has the friendliest and most helpful people that we have ever met. There are lots of activities and you can be as involved as you want to be. It is just a plain fun place to be.

Jerry and I have lived here since 2006. When we moved to Florida, we wanted a community that allowed us to have a dog, motorcycle and boat - at a price we could afford. Harbor Cove has it all. When we saw the marina and the two-story clubhouse overlooking it, we were sold. With the new North Rec Area, now we have a quality fitness center and bright craft rooms. And tennis courts! More clubs and groups that you can imagine. Our summers are busy, too, for those of us who live here year round: bus trips, dances, happy hours on the patio. But the BEST part are the people who live here. Its like having good best friends that youve known only a little while, but it seems like forever. We wouldnt want to live anywhere else.

We have lived in Harbor Cove for 10 years. We love it there. Everyone is friendly. There are enough amenities to fill your days no matter what you like to do. Our park has a beautiful harbor with many boat docks. If you enjoy boating and fishing, this is the place for you. We are approximately 12 miles from several beaches. Come and check us out. You wont be disappointed!

My husband Steve and I moved to Harbor Cove in 2002. We looked at all of the Mobile Home Communities around here, and found this one to be the best and the most friendly. Our Community is a very active one and by being so, you meet a lot of other individuals with interests the same as your own. If you love boating, fishing, tennis, golf, bowling, etc., and good people, you will love Harbor Cove.

Awesome Community!

We moved here in 2001 and cannot even think of living anywhere else, it has the most friendliest people I have every seen in a park, they will wear your arm out waving to you, there is something going on at the park all the time and you can participate in what interests you, we have two pools a hot tub, two rec area one has a craft room, wood working shop, and exercising room with all the equipment in it the other rec hall has a pool room and card playing area, a computer room, and a hospitality room, in the down stairs. Up stairs we have a kitchen, stage, dance floor,where we have some of the best shows and co-op dinners, we also have a elevator to the upstairs. we also have two tennis courts horseshoe, shuffle and bocce courts water volleyball, golf and bowling leagues, so you can keep as busy as you want

Great place to live, a lot of different activities available.

We have lived in Harbor Cove ROC since 2001. Prior to that we lived in a subdivision in Port Charlotte. We decided we were tired of maintaining our pool and lawn and wanted to be able to just lock up and go. We searched from N. FT.Myers to Venice and from Kings Hwy to Englewood. When we drove into Harbor Cove the residents made us feel as tho we had always belonged here. Lots of activities, but, no one is putting pressure on you to do something you do not wish to do. We met lots of new friends as we volunteered to work varied activities. We have bus trips, cruises, on site entertainment and the list goes on and on. We are so thankful for finding this community and value the friendships we have made here.

A really excellently run plus 55 community

Its a community for 50 somethings and up. Seems pretty well kept and the people I encountered where very friendly.
