Terrible place to live. They constantly raise the rent because they cant fill their overpriced new trailers. We pay the highest lot rent in North Platte and higher lot rent then every trailer park in kearney and grand island which have much higher populations. Do not move into this place. They will SCREW YOU. The management is never in office nor answer nor return phone calls but find plenty of time to look for ways to fine the community. They leave letters on your door when you are home without knocking. The community manager is the biggest unresponsive unresponsible pos of a manager they could ever hire. Their maintenance is a joke and doesnt keep up with neighborhood appearance but have no problem reporting your property to management if the grass hasnt been mowed in a week. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Avoid moving in this area. The lot rent is way to high. this trailer park doesnt care about the people that live there. Its all about money. Management is constantly changing also.

Run down trailer park. Last resort if you need affordable (haha) housing

The management is incompetent. The pool has not been open for 2 years. The lot rent is to expensive.

Hate hate hate this place!!The manager sucks!She has made a lot of FALSE accusations towards people who move into this community and has them watched constantly until they finally put her in her place by proving how wrong she is beyond a shadow of a doubt DONT MOVE HERE if you dont want these problems
