My birthday lunch! Great, open atmosphere! Food was excellent and healthy!

Beautiful, windy, plenty of elevation changes, undulating greens, numerous deep bunkers on the fairways and near the greens, pristine conditions, challenging with a lot of fun---a rare-find golf course in South Florida.

I played and returned my cart at 5:15 and no other carts go out past that time. I had my range finder that was on the cart bar magnetically and left it by accident. Called the next morning at 7am and it’s no where to be found. I don’t believe that and will never play at that course again. Not that they care but just the point of the dishonesty.

Beautiful public golf course, have played here since I was a kid. A very hard golf course from the tips if wind is blowing and can be fun if you move up a few tees. Easy off the tee, hitting approaches close to the pin is most important. Green complexes are undulating with many subtle breaks, short game will be challenged. The golf course warrants 5 stars, the staff and regulations remove three. Before the Nicklaus money came in this was a friendly local golf course. Now they think it’s the bears club. Treat patrons as riff raff. The last 3 times I have played in the afternoon this summer we have been kicked off the course not able to finish. Two times for lightning (nearest strike was >20 miles inland) one of those times we sat on the 1st tee for 1 hour without getting a drop of rain and not seeing any lightning. And yesterday on Labor Day for an afternoon shower that “flooded” the course, I was on the course during the rain, hit a putt right after it stopped. It wasn’t flooded. I would normally not leave a negative review but the head pro was a jerk. When the staff asked him what they should tell people coming to play about when it re-opens, head pro said “when it’s dry”. It was a holiday, they should of done everything possible to keep it open. In addition they tried to only give my group a rain check for 9 of our 18 holes. Sad to see money ruin a once great place to learn and play golf. Don’t try to play in the afternoon in the summer as long as they got their super sensitive lightning detector, or god forbid it rains on a sand based course, you won’t be allowed to finish.

Awesome place - from pro shop to cart guys to starter - every one friendly and helpful. The course was in incredible shape !!! My only suggestion is to spread out the first tee. Did not leave enough time between groups which caused backup on the course.

Girls night out. Patrick was our waiter. He was fantastic, friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Food was wonderful and healthy. Atmosphere is beautiful. North Palm Beach Country Club really did a great job remodeling. It definitely has the Florida tropical vibe now. Could not have been a more perfect night. Their take out store has wonderful meals also. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely beautiful place. Went there for Brunch. No wait, valet parking. Restaurant is spectacular and you foodies who love vegan and Healthy Food are in for a treat. Menu is varied and everything we got at our table was wonderful. Grounds are so lovely and pool area is great. Will definitely be going back.

Hands down best municipal golf course in Palm Beach County, possibly the state. The only detractor is that the prices reflect this. The course is well maintained, greens are smooth and quick.

Great job with this beautiful building! We relaxed at the Farmers Table outside bar and patio ... even though it was a gloomy day... the beauty of the course and surroundings in addition to awesome service, we were thoroughly impressed and will be back to play, work, eat, and make friends!

This restaurant is my favorite site. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. Whenever I I need a proper supper, this is the place that comes straight to my mind. Great and varied food and a large menu.generous staff, and great atmosphere. Not less important, the bill is honest. I tell about this place with no hesitation.

NPBCC is open to the public and has a lovely farm to table restaurant. Service was excellent and food wS quite good. I had the salmon burger and it was so just slightly overdone but still very good. Id definitely go back. Lovely ambiance.

Love the layout and different elevations. condition new grass still growing in some areas in fairways greens were in good shape with decent speed. only down side is Price but it keeps the course from being crowded

Absolutely delicious vegetarian options as well as meat dishes. Quite creative tasty food. Tofu was meh but the rest was fresh and outstanding.

The only reason I gave it one star is because the new club house is gorgeous. The atmosphere is elegant and service was excellent. It would be a great place if you could eat atmosphere and service. However, the food was TERRIBLE. It started with the server telling us they didnt use any butter or oils. Dont ask for bread and butter because they dont have any. Most dishes contain NO PROTEIN. The dishes that do contain a protein are few. I ordered a chicken dish and it was horrible and overpriced as was the entire menu. The chicken was wafer thin, dry and tasteless. It came with raw arugula, 2 cherry tomatoes halved and no dressing or taste. My dinner companions ordered the meat special, a pork chop which was dry and tough. The sea bass ordered by my husband was served overcooked and in dire need of some sort of sauce. It was tasteless and, yes you guessed it, dry. Unless they drastically revise the menu and get the chef to cook something edible this is a waste of time and money. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD FOOD, AND AN ENJOYABLE DINING EXPERIENCE DONT GO TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTY CLUB!

I havent eaten there but just walked in there yesterday to say hello to someone, and I was impressed. It seems that theyre still under construction but it looks great, they have a nice, positive and energetic security in front, who even help you open the door... I know they just open, so I hope they keep it up, itd be ashame if they dont.

We were able to get a court. So that was good. Its under construction. I would wait to go back until the construction is finished. We couldnt hear anything it was so loud. And the clay conditions were bumpy. The staff is friendly.

Ive been here for publicly accessible tennis - Cardio, Drills, Round Robins, etc. and the people are very welcoming & friendly. Jackie - who manages the front desk - is eager to please and find you what you need. Lots of tennis goes on here so its easy to find games once you meet folk. Only reason for 4 stars is the cost... Ive never paid so much for tennis anywhere Ive lived (UK, CO + TX). Thinking about joining. :)

Chef is surprisingly good and consistent. Generous portions. Order a half salad unless you want to take some home. Chilie is delicious and so is the tomato basil soup. Pretty extensive menu for a municipal golf club. Cant wait to see the new building. This one comes down May 2018.

Stay away for this place! I will Explain. I traveled to West Palm for a weekend of fun. This place will ruin your day. If you like rude local retired idiots and being rushed for no reason. This is the place for you. I am an experienced golfer 11 Handicap. Played at courses in 27 countries across the world and have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. The nothing else better to do starter ranger followed us on every hole like the Nazi Gestapo. Food is disgusting and prices are laughable. I have never played golf behind the Iron Curtain or in North Korea. But I would imagine its the same as this place. Go to a real golf course.

Very average golf course for the money. Played three courses while vacationing, this was all of oursleast favorite. Never switched out a cart for me all day when my GPS was not working. $100 a round it would be nice to have to look for markers

We meet monthly for a business breakfast meeting and the food is very good and the servers really go all out to make sure the breakfast bar is full and everyones taken care of. I highly recommend the Club for breakfast events & meetings.

Its a small but great public Country Club with something for everyone with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly players.

Fourth of July 2017 - stress-free experience, great view of fireworks. Easy & free parking.

I went to the NPBCC driving range today, 1/30/18, about 1:45 in the afternoon. The driving lines (plastic cord) were pushed back almost to the bushes and there was little room to walk behind the already practicing golfers. There were no buckets/washers to brush your clubs off, there are usually two and no sign(s) to indicate distances to the colored flags. Paying $18.00 for a large bucket of balls seems rather expensive, so, IMHO, it would be incumbent on the Golf Pro Shop to insure the driving range is at least set up for some reasonable practice expectations. I would rate this driving range as, the NPBCC does not care about their driving range or anyone interested in a minimum standard facility!Well, someone at the Club most have read my review, because when I returned two days later, all the issues I had identified were corrected. I have used this driving range over two seasons and would bet the golf ball bucket brushes have not been changed in more than five years....you cannot really clean your club using the current brushes in the water buckets......I am really at a loss as to what an effort it take to set up and maintain this driving range so it is consistently in proper order.Oops, went to the range today, 2/8 at 1000 and there was no drinking water in the stand and there were no distance to the flag boards...usually there are two! Wow, what could be so hard about setting up the driving range. Ok, so you are thinking, why does he go there....well, it is the closest driving range to where I am living....too bad the NPCC is so unable to make the driving range a good place to practice. Dropped my rating to one star.

Bright and sunny diningroom during the day. Menu from burgers, huge salads, soups, poboys, full bar and flatbreads. Service was awesome.

I swim here. Pool is awesome but the course i heard isnt top shape.
