I like the place yeah it is very fun but one thing I hate is that my friend got hurt there and he was wailing like a baby, and what did the staff do? Looked at him and just attended to others. Not even the older kids did anything. The school counselors had to go by their selves to report what happened while several staff members walked by while he was in pain. Horrible customer service. Good experience, but the customer service is a no no. That was just the first floor. I also remember playing in the virtual reality section and the service was rude there too! I once was asking if I could do the escape room and they just ignored me and laughed it off while staring at their phones. I had all access too. For a paying customer its a two star. All the other things I enjoyed but I kept on having the same issue with service and my parents had to come and do something about it. Sorry for sounding privileged but its just not the place to be. I liked the car showcase too. BUT the customer service was horrible and the food was super greasy or either super dry.

For the little kids this is paradise. They can run around the colorful, cheerful park. Its not Disneyland but its fun for the day. Parking is $5 or you can try to find parking on the street. Oakland weather can be cool. You need a child to get in but one kid can accompany a number of adults.

Dont waste your time here. Ive been here for 20 minutes now on a Saturday and have been pointed around in circles by staff to get me to the proper desk where I can pay for entrance to the ninja park. I wound up just walking in and had my kid go wild without paying anything. Youd think theyd have things better staffed on the weekends to prevent things like this from happening.

The trampoline, game room and the various courses are all great. It is a wonderful place for kids of all ages to enjoy and play inside on days with bad weather. My biggest complaint is the staff. Most of them are rude. To make matters worse, I dont even think they care about being rude to the customers. NONE of them know ANYTHING about the fees or membership. No one ever picks up the phone. The kitchen is seriously under staffed with poor service. Overall I feel like I have spent a lot of money to be treated badly. Id rather drive to Dorals trampoline park then give this place another penny. Maybe if the management realizes how much money they are losing, theyll finally change staff!!!

I wasted two weeks trying to schedule this party. I first dealt with Luis Gonzalez who would never call me back or email me what he promised me until I had called him at least 3 times. Then a manager named Alex said he would send me the new contract, invoice and link to pay and then I spoke to the rudest of them all, Zipporah Caddy who refused to remove the suggest gratuity even though I told her I would tip each person after providing services in cash the day of the party. She demanded to know specifics such as how many people I would tip and how much and said she would send me a new invoice and never did so I decided to book my party at Galaxy Skateway. If I am going to spend $1000 at a kids birthday party I should not have to beg these people to take my money.

I have been taking groups from my camp and my school to Ninja Lounge at Dezerland since the first year they have opened. Our campers and students have had an incredible experience each and every time, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I especially appreciate the excellent customer service and accommodation offered by Alix Nedrick and his associate Tina. They have taken care of every need our groups have, and done it with a smile. This year we had two campers that came along on the trip but for personal reasons, couldn’t participate in the activities, and the Ninja Lounge staff offered these two campers, along with a counselor to supervise, free entries to the Virtual reality attractions and unlimited arcade. So above and beyond! On a personal note, I’ve come in with my family, countless times and truly enjoyed every moment. My kids love coming here.

This place is horrible. The people that run it don’t care about children at all. My 7 year old boy was happily jumping on the trampolines and one of their OWN security staff (a teenager) did a back flip showing off and fell on my sons head. We panicked and were very scared of a serious injure and the management of the place did not even cared about the incident. He was annoyed by us and handed over a 10% discount ticket for next visit. Imagine how upset we were, felt like a slap in the face on top of what happened.Luckily for us our son had only a neck pain but felt better later on the day. DO NOT SIGN THE WAIVER. These people don’t care about your children safety at all.

We drove 2.5 hours to come Visit this place on Fathers Day, Sunday, June 17. We Experienced the Worst Customer Experience from one of their front desk associates named Quimey (small girl with the glasses). You should NEVER have an untrained, unprofessional person working the front counter where they would be the FACE of the business. This employee’s attitude was distasteful, appalling and down right disgusting.Standing in line waiting to pay, you can overhear how rude and abrasive she was talking to all the customers that were paying. Finally, as we get to the front of the line, after waiting about 10 minutes we are told to fill out a waiver.SUGGESTION: have someone at the door directing people to do that before getting in line. Especially on days when you’re busy (increase productivity) Expecting customers to read the thousands of signs is just inefficient. We then had to come out of line to fill the waiver and had stand back in the back of the line again. When we get back up she charge my brother (who is a dad; according to all the advertisements dads get to play for free) for entry as well as my 3-year old nephew. After my brother pays for his entry and my nephew it was time to put on the bracelet she tells us immediately that my nephew cannot do the trampoline and that he has to do soft play only. She didn’t see him when my brother paid. But since my brother already paid, she immediately tells him that there are no refunds! And her suggestion was to give credits for the arcade. I I felt that was bogus. Why wouldn’t a refund be necessary? We are still at the counter. She states to me that the “no refund signs are everywhere”. She then turns to me with an attitude about How she can get a refund but it will take longer. The problem with this is that you initially told us that there were no refunds and you directing me, the paying customer to read all the signs when YOU, as the business associate failed to validate the size of the child.Fortunately, the other employees were very helpful and accommodating and really tried to recover the situation. But the whole entire experience was just awful. No matter how nasty her attitude was it seemed as though no one wanted to deal with her.I just hope someone who cares about this company reads this review and actually does something about it.

I have been here numerous times. It is overall a great experience but it can get busy on weekends and you need to have patience. When the lines get big, the delay is usually not on the people working the front desk, it is the stereotypical parent who is clueless on how to fill out forms, not provide all details, not knowing what they want (even though they had 15 minutes to decide while waiting in line), etc. Disclaimer: If you live in South Florida, you know what Im talking about (if you dont thats because YOU ARE that person and you need to get with the program). The other issue is that some parents have no lack of control on their kids and its impossible for the workers to be on them 24/7. I have seen the staff try their best to curtail negative behaviors only to see the parents get upset with the staff. Personally, my wife and I have never had an issue with the staff and they have always been very helpful. Anyhow, we have done the camps a few times which our kids love and enjoy. The coordinator (Veronica) is very attentive, polite, and patient (see above as to why). While my kids have enjoyed all the counselors they have had a special shout out goes to Isiah who pushes the kids to do their best but is there to support them and encourage them when they fail. I also want to say thank you to Isaac who a few times have also helped us. The best time to come is early when they open. Of note, I have no conflicts of interest.

This is the one, the David Lawrence, local Google Map assistant, writes about. There is someone, that has hacked into the system. Using David Lawrence, but you can tell, that it is not USA territory. Didnt that allow them, to confuse you. Im talking about this location, in North Miami 149th Street Northeast just west of Biscayne Boulevard. Great place to be clean great employees great management lots and lots to do for adults, and young children. And teenagers. Disability access for parking in bathrooms are available. They have concession stands. Food courts. Gymnastics classes come up ballet classes, karate classes, circus classes, Etc they have the largest, virtual park, on the second floor of this facility, in south Florida. You will be amazed, when you woke up the stairs and enter into the virtual Park. Its out of this world. They also have the largest game room, in South Florida. This place is super super clean.

Everything went as wished for. We picked the “Acro Warrior Extreme package” and added some Bazooka and virtual reality. The kids had an amazing time as coach Josh (top notch coach) showed them a fun American Ninja Warrior time, competing with one another, climbing walls…etc. Josh couldn’t have been more energetic, fun and kind. Love this place! Where do I start??! I decided to take my family and their friends here after looking it up on online. We are huge fans of American Ninja Warrior, and my husband and son have always wanted to try some of the obstacles. The staff at the front counter were absolutely amazing and friendly - they were laughing and joking with us, while making the check-in process as smooth as possible. Once inside, the place was clean and very organized. Staff members were located throughout the gym, and were helpful and assisted with all of the obstacles. It seemed like they truly enjoyed their job, and make it fun for the participants. The ninja course was true to life, and the warped walls were also great. Twice while we were there, they announced a free gymnastics class for all ages - my daughter and her friend participated and had a blast! We were there a few hours, and my whole family had a great time - my son is 18, and my daughter is 15, and they kept telling us how much fun they had. What a difference a week makes! Last week I took my group to Xtreme Action Park after serving our community and taking gift packages to our outstanding police officers. We waited in line for well over 20 minutes just to be told that we would have to check in at the kiosk. While checking in, it wouldnt take all of our names. We pressed the help button and no one came to assist us. We then waited in line again...15 more minutes. We were then told to do it all over again with different instructions. Needless to say it didnt work. After over an hour, we decided to leave and go get slurpees at 7-eleven. Fast forward a week later. We did the same type of community service and after lunch we went to Ninja Lounge in North Miami. Every time we go, we have a tremendous time. Alix and Tina made it all so very easy and FUN!!! We went right up to the counter and while Tina was getting the socks and wrist bands, I filled out the necessary release form. As soon as I finished filling out the form (which only took a couple of minutes) we went right in and had 2 wonderful hours of FUN!!! With the expanded video games and race track, it will be a very, very long time before I even think about going back to Xtreme Action Park. Dont waste your time and money with Xtreme...head over to Ninja Lounge at Dezerkand Park in North Miamiand see Alix or Tina! In my opinion, its well worth it!

I bought this as a Groupon deal for the arcade only; two hours of unlimited play for 4( my 3 kids and I) Let me start off by saying that this place should not advertise as an arcade. My kids wanted to leavr after 30 minutes.Half of the games were broken, random wood pieces were just hanging around the floor( safety hazard), broken arcade games and bumper cars pushed in a corner( another safety hazard) on top of that the man who was at the entrance of the arcade was not helpful at all.I lost my keys and all I got from him was a shoulder shrug. Also, they have these virtual reality games right outside the arcade which are not included but they offer a discount.funny how theyd have the good working machines that they wanna charge you extra for placed in the front. Deceitful if you ask me.The chairs and couches looked dingy and unsanitary. My kids wanted to leave after only a half hour. This deal was supposed to be half off?! What exactly are you paying for? I drove almost an hour to be so disappointed. They really mislead you on the website.Makes no sense that the first floor is all nice and fancy while the arcade is a rinky dink sham.Last but not least, as I take my kids to the restroom two employees come in and start badmouthing another employee while my kids are still there.Talk about unprofessional. So unsatisfied with this place and their Groupon deal.A refund would be nice.

Great place, tons of fun! Could I make a suggestion? Doing the per attraction per hour thing is a bit of a turn off and quite expensive. Considering that nobody monitors the time spent or attractions paid for, why not just set reasonable prices to do all the 1st floor kids attractions for the whole day? You could simply charge twice what the other kids places charge and everyone would be happy (~$30). Also had no idea there was another place to eat in the museum and wasted money on health food in the ninja lounge that my kid wouldn’t eat.

The good: Loved the courses. the adult ninja course was very physically challenging and featured some obstacles on American ninja warrior. I couldnt do about 50% of the obstacles because Im not really in shape and most of the exercises were upper body focused. However, if you find yourself bored with or unable to complete the ninja course, as i did, you can go on the trampolines and the rock climbing walls instead. Loved the reggae music playing. There were lots of kids, and the whole place seems really fun for them, plus there is a bar for the adults. The bad: The staff working in the front desk is very unhelpful. It was extremely clear that the woman that I bought my tickets from hated her job. She had a kill me expression, and said as little as possible. Quite rude. The other women in the front desk were just as unhelpful. The men working inside were more polite. I dont know if the working conditions are really so bad that moral has sunk down to unacceptable conditions, but those women should be happy that they have a job in the first place. Ive worked a minimum wage job too, but I wasnt a jerk. They should be polite, especially considering the fact that there are so many kids there along with their parents. Also, there isnt anywhere to put your bags where they will be safe. There are little cubbies/ lockers with no locks. I guess this is because they have a lot more kids with parents doing the courses than adults with keys, a wallet, etc. I asked the women in the front desk if I could leave my bag behind the counter, and they were all like, we cant be liable, and lots of people come back here. Where am I supposed to put my bag then?!

She was the manger of the place, at the moment we went it was quit empty but her two staffs and her made us have the time of our lifes with the amazing Virtual Reality. Until one of my daughters tells me that some tall guy was being rude to them, and they didnt like how he was treating the girls that were helping us. As a customer I felt very uncomfortable of the behavior and energy the guy manager or owner was giving to the staff members. The girl manager had to be on of the most patient persons ever to handle this guy screaming because a machine wasnt working. I never felt so bad and I will like to take in consideration that those girls did everything possible to make my girls have the best time . We met him as we were sizing ourselves up against the difficult ninja course. He approached us and strongly recommended we warm up before starting this course. He directed us to the less intense courses (which were still humbling). As we were going through them, Justiz became the hype man youve always dreamed of. He gave us skilled instruction on how to successfully navigate the course safely, and encouraged us with positive words and A LOT of energy! This was the theme throughout our entire experience at the ninja lounge. He took us around and showed us different items to climb, dip, duck, jump over. He pushed us to do things we didnt know we were capable of and made us feel more confident in ourselves. Seriously, I thought the guy was trying to sell us a package at first, but no, he really just loves his job this much. Ask for him the next time youre there, believe me, you wont be disappointed.

The cleaning crew made an obvious precence in keeping the place in order.Cons: The wait at the front desk was ridiculous. 3 girls talking while 1 girl slowly checked people in. Prices/packages were not explained. I felt like a bother asking questions. There was even an employee sitting in the middle of the obstacle studying. When he saw us, he didnt even move.Overall: The facility is great. The employee need some additional training.

I selected a one to be able to write my review! This place sucks. I drove an hour to get here. We went in to see the obstacles and is more for smaller kids. The website makes it look Amazing; when you get here is a different story. The virtual really part are basically three rides, thats it . Enough said. My first and last time here .

Celebrating our sons sixth birthday party today and everyone was having fun while we were in the ninja lounge area. For birthday parties they reserve a room for you upstairs and require that you use their food catering for the party. We arrived for our allotted time and they were not ready - the food we ordered for the adults didnt arrive until we cut the cake and had to leave the room. Poor execution and planning by the staff, didnt have ice, didnt have utensils, didnt have water, didnt have cups, didnt have plates. We spent the entire time asking the staff to bring what we paid for - poor job by all. We would recommend coming to the Ninja Lounge to play but not for your birthday parties.

I booked for a second party in one month, this time I left all my information online because I was running out of time, the experience was excellent, the online support is very effective and well organized, in less than 30 minutes Jessica called me and made the arrangements for my party. Also she was on site the party day, and did everything as possible to make my daugthers birthday to be perfect.Highly recommended!Gisela

What a great place for the kids to enjoy.Great concept. However, there is no supervision, the staff is awful and unaware. Play at your own risk.If you have little kids STAY AWAY. I wouldnt recommend Ninjalounge. The staff is the worst!!!Did I say unfriendly. There is no one to help.HORRIBLE. SOMEONE PLEASE OPEN SIMILAR NEARBY. THIS PLACE SUCKS

I took a 9 yr old girl and 7 yr old boy and they had a blast.Pros: They have a mini ninja (kids) course and an adult course. They have a warped wall, climbing wall, trampoline park and high ropes course as part of the mini ninja course. The obstacles on the mini ninja course are fun and challenging, but not impossible. This helps build the kids confidence and they had a blast. The full adult course includes a salmon ladder, floating tiles, quintuple steps, pole maze, spider wall and more.Cons: The staff I came in contact with were terrible. The people working at the front desk were incredibly slow and unpleasant. The few staff members that were stationed at the obstacle areas did nothing but stare off into space. They did not monitor the children at all and failed to notice if kids were being unsafe (going the wrong way through an obstacle, not waiting their turn...). This was a huge issue at the warped wall as several kids would take a run at the same part of the wall at the same time. Very unsafe. You must be prepared to stay close to your child to make sure they dont get injured.

Been here once before but highly disappointed right now. My brother is visiting from jersey, today was his birthday so we decided to drive all the way here from Fort Lauderdale, a 45 minute drive. Before coming I called to see what time they were open until and was told 11 pm, nothing else. We arrived at 9:21pm to find out they actually stop selling tickets at 9!! What the hell!? Would have been nice if I was told that when I called......ugh

We had terrible experience here. Girls on customer service desk is completely unhelpful. Price is too high. Cafe is not open on Friday evening. Restrooms is dirty, no toilet paper in it. Only one guy ( who is responsible for virtual reality) was nice and friendly with us, so this one star is for him.Very disappointed.

This place rocks! I took my daughter to jump on the trampoline park and she had a blast! I never knew they had a ninja warrior obstacle course and an indoor playground for babies. I urge you to go to ninja lounge. We are having my daughters birthday party there in October for sure! Cant think of a better place to have a party.

The concept is cool for kids. Its different. Thats why I gave 2 stars. The way to get to the facility and park is horrendous. You have to keep following arrows. The staff is nice but seating in the facility is limited. Theres a gift shop in and you CANT TOUCH NOTHING or get close to read the price tags of the over priced merchandise before the nasty older lady yells - telling you that YOUR IN A GIFT SHOP. Very rude if you have children with you. Um we can read. The signage explains it. I dont think we will be back again anytime soon. Food eatery was okay too. Very nice young lady, but she seemed to be multitasking, People looking to order food but she was in the back making the food. Be your own judge. This is just our experience.
