I love racing karts, and here you can enjoy and feel the adrenaline rush when you speed up racing others drives. If you really like driving and speeding without getting a ticket then Dezerland is the best thing to come to. Highly recommended!

Half of the place were closed. Only Karting and some games was open. Not too much things to do. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.I believe if it were more things to do this place will be 5 stars.

Our past experiences have been great and we are looking forward to your August 20 camp out this year...if you still have room! But Hours could be longer and thats the reason I give you only 4 stars...not 5. But your storybooks are great! But the thing I like most about u are the end-of-day PUPPET SHOW!! And your right! Very fun place in miami. My daughter did karting and she wants to come again!! Very very good customer service Rodrigo helping much all the time and with translation. Recommended in door with air conditioner not the heat outside.

Cool Halloween party, karts go really fast

Lots of fun for both kids and adults. I recommend going to the Virtual Reality Park on the second floor. The Virtual Reality Arena was amazing! $45 per adult but so so worth it!

Came here for the carflix drive in theater. I was pretty excited but it’s underwhelming. The Screen is pretty small and has a bunch of black patches of dead LEDs. If they are going to charge 30 per car at least make sure the screen works. Overall not a terrible experience but knowing it’s a movie I could watch at home makes me regret it.

Very fun location. My favorite was thr ninja lounge. Girls at the desk very friendly and even if they could find my reservation at first, we figure it out quickly. There are a lot of things to do there. Strongly recommended.

I hadn’t been to Ninja Lounge in about 2 years and wow - it is awesome now! My kids just played in the soft play area and they had a blast! And more importantly- the staff there was amazing. We showed up on a Tuesday morning, and even though they were technically closed (I didn’t know) - they let my kids play anyway and also gave us a tour of the whole place. We’ll be back for sure!

You could spend the whole day here and still not are everything they have to offer at this 80,000 square foot facility of FUN!! There is something for everyone here... entertainment for the entire family!! The go-cart track is the largest in the state...unreal!!!!!! The virtual reality room has games I’ve never even seen before!!! I highly recommend checking out Dezerland Park!

The customer service is horrible, we came as an Organization with almost 30 kids. The lady at the food corner is disrespectful and rude. When addressing the situation she began walking away. Spoke to the Manger on duty explain that there are two different people who run each area. One child went to purchased food, and was missed treated and began to cry, but I don’t want to handle the situation where it was not solved because she did not want to understand that she was in the wrong. I will follow up with a someone till this resolved.

Amazing place for any event

I had my sons going away to College party here last night and couldn’t be happier with the outcome!Marlan from good and beverage was outstanding helping me decide on a menu and decorate the space. Upstairs in VR Michael took care of us with such professionalism and great service. Then we took it to Ninja lounge where they jumped and goofed around and finally went over to Karting where Max and team got the boys excited about friendly racing competition! Oh, and did I mention the food was delicious! Overall an amazing memorable time to mark the celebration of this very important milestone in my sons life.Thank you!

Excellent family entertainment center for teenagers, adults and childrens, you can enjoy differents Virtual reality games some of this can turn 360°, I liked so much the karting I felt full adrenaline, there are 2 circuits (1 for kids) there are different deals for tickets.The access is super easy by the Biscayne boulevard and 144 approximately, the place is very clean and very organized, there are enough spaces of parking. The guys who work there are very attentive, they recommend always by which game you can start.

I went to try out the new karting at Dezerland Park Miami today. I must say, not only did my kids have a blast, but I had such a great time as well. Theres so many activities for both children and adults. And every section has great employees. I even had the pleasure of meeting the manager Max, and he provided us with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this place as its fun for the whole family. We will definitely be going again soon!

First time here my nephew is loving it. There are many activities to choose from cant do it all in 1 day. I will definitely be bringing him back for Round 2! Favorite activity was Virtual Reality!

Finally the food is better. Usually when I visit I never could find anything decent to eat until now. I really love coming here with the family.

If I could give a 1 star, then I would. Horrible service, most machines are broken, the virtual reality is absolutely horrendous (very poor quality), the go karting is beyond lame, and the food is AWFUL!!

This place is amazing and staff is super nice&welcoming!!! Been here a handful of times and I never get bored. Its a great little chill spot for Family and friends. They have actives for children and adults. Go karting, arcade, and trampolines. And on Friday nights they have a cute bar area where you can get drinks & have a DJ playing music.

Dezerland Park is really a great place. An awesome arcade, huge variety of VR games and a bunch to do at the ninja lounge. Big thanks to Aileen M. for the outstanding service.

This place was AWESOME!!!! I was on vacation from Michigan and decided to stop by the VR arcade. BLEW MY MIND!!! Best I’ve been to yet, hands down. They even participate in the VR experience. For example when you play a scary game like Face Your Fears, the brush your arm or leg with a small broom to scare the hell out of you lol. The staff was fun and helpful and I thought the whole experience rocked. Really made the difference in my vacation experience. Good job guys!

I was at the bar watching a game and my kids played ALL DAY- perfect place for the whole family. Highly recommended!

We planned our company holiday party here and reserved an adult karting event.They apparently had their own corporate holiday party which had us behind schedule with mediocre service. If we had known about this, we would have not gone.Upon arriving, we were told to wait by the bar. We were serviced by a guy who was honest enough to tell us that he is not a bartender. He was forced to become one because all of the actual bartenders were at the corporate holiday party. His iPad was also not working so it was cash only. We all had one, maybe two, sips of our drinks and ended up throwing them away. They were terrible.We planned on go-karting first then arcade but while waiting, we were told that corporate will be going before us. We were directed to the arcade first. Waiting was a waste of our time.The only thing worth in the arcade was bowling. Other than that, a lot of the machines were either broken or not functioning properly.Go-karting was fun but theyre electronic. We were pumped to see who won between the 7 of us, but then got told that they dont count the time. Even though theres a big digital board that displays the time of each kart. Ours just wasnt timed.We were then directed to a banquet hall where the bar is and were provided with pizza and wings. Im sorry, I know this is an arcade but that pizza was straight up cardboard. Little Caesars is better.After eating, we were told that we only had 10 minutes to use up all of our arcade coins. AGAIN, if we were not forced to be behind on time, we would of had more time. 2 out of 7 of us did show up late, maybe 15 mins late, but even that we did a lot of sitting around and waiting.The employees that helped us out were nice. But they mentioned that they dont typically do these tasks. They were told to do so because everyone was at the corporate holiday party and they had no one else.

Their installations were not finished last time I went back in march. You can easily spend 100 dollars here.

I used to go here and to other place Dezerland knocked off (Xtreme). Both places run the same way - terrible. Kids running the place, multiple lines to buy overrpriced items. Last time I was there the kitchen wasnt even open! Good job Dezer! Maybe you should keep building places with D Trump instead of opening a carting place

Yesterday was my sons number 8 birthday and it was a complete disaster, Unorganization, very bad attention and could only use the runway on one chance on a 3 - hour birthday, unfortunately they are experts to damage a birthday of an 8year - old child.Lousy service

I went to the Dezerland park and I love this place! Ive never been there and the experience it was so great, ninja longue is a good place for visit, all areas are cleaned and the people to attened me were so kind, I really want to come back, so also, I recommended to mind lab for toddlers kids is an amazing begin for babies and littles kids the staff is loving and carefully and her director is a really profesional and kind person!

Christmas 2018 at DezerLand Park was the best Christmas gift says my 8yr old grandson and his13yr old brother. We had a wonderful time, the most fun and experience throughout the Park.The amazing virtual reality Park top it off. Thanks to Alfie Justiz for his exceptional guide and encouraging us to rise to the occasion and and making us laugh.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! My friend and I (two adults) came for the Ninja Lounge and ended up staying 3 hours checking out everything else!There is so much more to this place than you can ever imagine!>> Ropes Courses, Rock Climbing Walls, Parkour Courses, an entire floor of Virtual Reality, fully stocked Arcade....just to name a few.ASK FOR JUSTIZ-he is your man to guide you through this playground!

We came to celebrate our 3 year anniversary in a fun way and came to the Ninja Lounge and had a blast! We realized we’ll never be on American Ninja Warrior though haha. The staff is super friendly (especially Justiz, he took us on a tour and guided us through some fun obstacles) and helpful! They’re renovating the entire warehouse to be a huge ninja course experience for everyone and adding on additional rooms to create Dezerland Park! Can’t wait to come back. Wish we lived closer so we could come more often.

As an alternative from being banned from Xtreme Action Park...dezerland is a great alternative for the competition in me to come here and race but I believe somewhere training for the employees is needed

Michael was amazing ! It was our first time there and he was so welcoming, Gave us his recommendations and guided us as much as possible. The whole staff was outstanding ! Such an incredible experience! I would recomend this place to anyone who wants to try something different and who likes to give themselves a challenge. I call this the adult Wanado City lol
