Food was amazing & so were the drinks! I didnt give 5 stars only because when I got the bill I noticed the prices werent correct. If you dont pay attention you would be paying way more. They corrected it, I would definitely visit again

Service was great! Food was good. Had a party there with family and friends, and had a blast!! Great place to dress up, enjoy movies, drink (beer&liquor), and have fun. Like it so much I became a member; which gave me discounts updates on new movies and any events happening there. P.S. nice place to take great pics.

Absolutely fantastic experience, five stars all across the board. I was completely blown away by the outstanding customer service by every employee making sure every detail was taken care of, every employee is highly trained and always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. This theater is top notch

The first impression gives five stars as it’s the best you’ll get in this location, but it has its staff misbehaviour loops and tech problems that’s making this a true four star place and hey it’s alright, even with the five star price point, being in a two star location, it’s what you get and we’ve gone on dinner dates and family hangouts here, or only to the bar for a drink passing by it’s a good place overall, the little staff issues here and there might’ve turned us off but if I’d have someone new in town visiting I’d still take them to iPic, obviously when it opens again. I imagine COVID has caused plenty of havoc as is and ipic staff is predictably going to improve after reopening as everyone’s appreciating the customers now, so it might be five stars next year as it was at the opening of the place.

It was great. We came about 30 min past movie start time so just decided to relax at the Tuck Room restaurant and still had a good time!

The snacks that can be bought here tasted good. Especially, their salted caramel popcorn was heavenly. We enjoyed the movie and the snacks.

Best food and drinks, and service. Prices went down a bit, now you have to buy your blanket if you want one, but you keep it. 10 bucks. Love this place but ends up being expensive outing with drinks and food!

This was my first time back in a movie theatre since Covid started. They took my temperature at the door, had hand sanitizer and everyone was socially distanced. Me and my friend actually ended up being the only ones in the theatre! You must keep your mask on :) overall a true luxurious experience..pro tip : go when it is happy hour ! Expect for it to be pricey otherwise.

Ipic Platinum Elite and i am fed up w this location. I had 4 x movie passes in my account (some were rewards you get from Ipic ) we decided to finally use them and theyre all gone. Called Ipic and sent an email...4 days ago and gotten no response. Youd think that a place w so many employees and managers,this wouldve been corrected quickly. The organization here is really lacking

Cool and clean place I hope they open again soon. My kids love it. Super comfy. I will come here over and over again. Love coming to the theater.

I love this place. The atmosphere is always great. The establishment is always clean and the staff polite. The food is great too. Pillow, blanket, reclining chairs. What more can you ask for.

Well worth the very high prices. Seats are extremely comfortable recliners. A waiter brings free popcorn and incredibly costly coffee or soft drinks, or even full meals. What a great experience when its an excellent movie!

Top notch movie theater! Great service, awesome amenities and good food! It’s really hard to watch a movie in a “normal” movie theater after coming here and being utterly spoiled by the experience

Fantastic premium movie theatre. This was our first experience since we moved to the US, we went as a family and had a wonderful time. The VIP chairs are extremely comfortable, the staff was awesome and kind. Food was delicious we had a flatbread and some drinks. Will definitely come back in the future.

Used to be a great place to go where the higher price meant a better service but now it seems it lost its advantages. The picture quality hasnt improved, no IMAX or similar, no 3D showings either, food quality has gone down as well. The only upside, still, are the recliner seats and the fact you get service throughout the movie. I hope they improve the experience so it can actually be worth going again

I Love this place. The bar is great the food it is the best makes you feel like your rich the chairs are comfy they respond if u need help with blue button they hand out free popcorn never had any problems

It’s a really good a first date

All of the VIP recliner seats have a good view of the screen. It helps to arrive early for the movie if youre going to be eating as well as having snacks and movie type food. Arriving early allows you to finish eating your various courses as there is not an actual table to place food on. It is more like a presentation platter in between two seats. The service is above average and having the convenience of a call button at your seat in case you run out of popcorn or drinks is a plus. If you were a serious movie go or you wont want to come to this theater as the screens are not extremely large and the sound system is, in my opinion, average.The outer Lounge area is definitely underutilized as it is very well-presented and spacious. A lot of attention was given to the layout and the decor and it is a shame that it is not full of activity. People definitely come here for the movies because, as you can see in the pictures, it is almost empty.

We have been going here since 2 years and we are the platinum members, the place is awesome and as well as the restaurant but lately for the past few days they have an issue with the online ticket booking system as it doesn’t allow for the members to choose the rewards ticket option and you have to pay the full price which is unacceptable as you can’t avail the discounts. I tried to reach them multiple times left voicemails but they never returned my calls back, my girlfriend reached them some how (few days back ) and talked to the senior manager who was really nice and offered us two free tickets which is amazing but it didn’t still resolve our issue as we are trying to book for the movie uncut gems today and it doesn’t apply the discount and it still stays the same . Called them back again no answer . Really unhappy with customer service.

His movie theater is well worth the price of a ticket. Fun menu with a wide selection of choices, awesome drinks menu as well. The seats are super comfy and the blankets are so soft. I love coming to this theater and highly recommend it!

This was very special as well as unique. Never had I enjoyed watching a movie in such comfort and class. The employees were very pleasant, prompt and courteous.

Superb hospitality, array of good foods and drinks, popcorn galore. Parking is generally quite good and valet service available. Very comfortable with A/C, superbly appointed rest rooms, courteous staff, reclining seats, blanket and pillow makes it nice to kick back and enjoy movie events.

Wow Ipic North Miami Beach has lost so much quality! This used to be my favorite premium movie theater in all south Florida, well over Cinebistro and other premium movie theaters. But, the last three times I’ve been to IPIC, it has been a deteriorating experience. I have been holding off to leave a negative review just to give them the benefit of the doubt about the last two times, but I think the loss of quality has been proven to be a permanent issue. The food has been been just...bad! The sliders I ordered the last time had a very distinct (not in a good way) flavor, today I ordered the buffalo chicken rolls and I could only eat half. On top they are now charging a whopping $12.50 for a glass of coke, that’s right $12.50 for a coke. Not even Miami’s most expensive nightlife (Live) charges that for a coke. Completely ridiculous. It’s a shame, but after tonight I won’t be coming here again.

Premium Plus seats are the way to go, they recline and come with full service and popcorn included!

Very nice theatre and modestly priced. You should have a good time in the super comfortable seats... still depends on your movie selection.

Today as a very big day they shud have more personal on the floor for the eating lounge section. I have been a cliente and member since it open. I have bring my 5 generations family but today I saw people walking out and myself waited 45 minutes to he approach and it happen due the fact that I stand up pick up the menu and said can someone help us; you have approach people that came after us 1st. We ? I never experience this and we are regular every 2 weeks and special days. You guys must address this. Thank you. Happy love day

If it is movies.... is Ipic for us... this is watching movies at a different level...The smaller crowds, the comfy chairs, the dining options.... make this something much more than just going to the movies.The rewards program makes sense if you do become a frequent user......We keep going and going....

Have been visiting this place from time to time, very nice place. A very luxurious theater with reclining seats and blankets. You can order food from your seat and the whole experience is great. Very modern.

Really didn’t live to the hype or expectation. And the menu selection is horrible. For the prices of those seats there should at least be some fruits or a Cobb salad on the menu. Not everyone wants to eat a burger at 11pm. The blankets weren’t even big enough. Completely overrated. Never going there again. I’ll stick with AMC DINE IN.

I’m a member here and always enjoy my time. The plus seats are good location and come with blanket, pillow, and service throughout the movie. The food and cocktails are good and you get free popcorn. If I’m going to a movie theater I prefer ipic. I also recommend membership! You get discounts and early access plus some other perks. Enjoy! - @tammyhpro

A pricey but cultivated and well executed experience. Definitely date night worthy. The most comfortable and most craft movie watching experience you can have... And youll pay for it in ticket price so make it a good one!

Very comfortable seating, good food. Very relaxing

What an experience. Big leather reclining chairs with comfy blankets. Based on the price you pay having food served at your seat was worth it. However the highlight of it all is being able to sip on a little something something if you know what I mean while taking in a blockbuster just like I would at home. Be it wine, a cocktail or (like I did) a beer or two. Service is great, we went early on a Sunday and while waiting for are movie to start I was able to sneak a glance at some of the football scores off of the TVs in the bar/lounge area. Overall it was an elevated movie theater experience, other places should emulate or at least give you the option if youre not into watching movies with cackling tweens around.

Love this theater. It’s worth it to become a member to get the slight discount and fringe benefits. The theaters are always clean and the chairs are comfy! Love the free popcorn and always get the pretzels! This is the only theater we ever go to.

My favorite movie theatre. Best seats - most comfortable of any movie theatre I’ve been to. Love that they keep their theatre seating so small. Really makes for an enjoyable experience and love grabbing a drink at the lounge before a flick.

This was a perfect place for a date night. It is expensive but you are paying for the atmosphere and experience. The food was really good and it was a good place to kill before the movie. The theaters were great awesome and the luxury chairs were perfect. I also really like that you get a waiter during the show.

While I loved IPic in the past, our most recent trip (after a while of not going) was a bit disappointing. As always, the service was great and the bathrooms were clean. However, despite being the first movie of the day, there was food stuck in my chair. I wiped it out and moved on, only to find that the pillow that was provided had stuck on food as well. The waiter apologized and took it away, but never brought another one.As for the food, we ordered nachos. I wasnt expecting anything crazy since nachos are simple, but unfortunately they were completely soggy. For a minute, I thought we were eating quesadillas until I took a closer look. For $14, youd expect at least a little crunch. We were unable to finish it. The dessert, an ice cream sandwich, was excellent. We also had some of the popcorn that they give out in Premium Plus chairs, which was nice.I will most likely give IPic another try, with a wet-wipe in hand, sticking to drinks and popcorn only. You pay for the experience. The space is beautiful and clean. The employees are super nice. The seats are very comfortable. A waiter offered me popcorn but that was the only contact that we had. I was thinking that they would come and take my order.

I enjoy coming here and come about twice a month since they have opened. Very pretty and clean. Service and food has changed and that’s why I’m rating it 3 stars. Food use to come out fresh and hot, now it comes out cold, and you can taste that it’s been cooked at least 10 hours ago, which sucks because they prices on all food items have gone up big time. So a little disappointed in you iPic North Miami. If we’re paying $17 dollars for three spring rolls, the least you can do is drop them in fresh.

Went here for a ladies movie night out with friends. This was my first IPIC experience and I truly enjoyed it. Friendly staff, nice modern venue and great menu items to choice from as you enjoy the movie. Seats were super comfortable, maybe too comfortable because I fell asleep during the movie (hehe). Will definitely be back.

Great place for date night with your significant other. The plush reclining seats with the throw blankets are a great hit for this theater. Free popcorn inside. Also, you can order drinks and food to eat with the servers. Be prepared to pay $$$

I love ipic, I would go again different location just because I like the concept. Service was a little slow. Blanket smelled. I asked for a new one they never brought it. Not as nice as a different location I have visited.My overall experience was great because I was with my family. The experience at the Miami location was not so great.

This is the best place to see a movie!!! The entire reason to see a movie here is to do the premium seating. Reclining seats, a pillow and a blanket. Couple that with delivered food, drinks and sweets...... The staff is always friendly, and the food is honestly really good.

Upon walking in we were greated with a great smile and immediate service. Ironically during a pitch regarding incentives for membership, perks regararding birthdays came up. The irony was it just happened to be my birthday and it didn’t feel like an upsale or marketing. It was serendipitous thanks to hubby treating me to a sexy movie date and Rysa’s great concierge service and her excellent personal style ( loved her Chanel broach). Her warmth was not outdone by her professionalism; she balanced taking care of the administrative aspects with the type of hospitality training that feels more like a long lost acquaintance having an authentic exchange conversing, rather than text book tactics and regular guest service treatment. It set the tone for a great night and I very much enjoyed all the things that draw you into an Ipic that much more because of it!RiRi (only bc I don’t want to misspell your lovely name again)Thanks for your great recommendations for cocktails, double checking our theater number and seating, and genuine birthday wishes- Ipic North Miami is lucky to have you as a face of their company-

IPIC would be rated 5 stars for honoring veterans but I was bugged out by the 2 cockroaches I saw running along the railing inside of the theater. I did advise management, my group was compensated for such a disturbing and disgusting sight but I hope they truly exterminated the theater.

These are my daughters legs she had both legs affected (picture attached although they keep on deleting them) being bitten by a bug during a movie (not a mosquito bite, since its up on her leg and low season for mosquitos in Miami). This is disappointing and disgusting. The administration did very little to apologize of even fix the issue. I dont think they will fix the problem with that sanitation issue and the disgusting odor that comes from those nasty blankets. Absolutely a nightmare kind of experience. I have been given them many chances for a while but it seems the situation its getting worse every day. I wouldnt recommend anybody to go to this place.

I did not recieve my popcorn. Im not crazy about popcorn but at ipic I am delivered popcorn or at least offered it.Also the food I ordered was not as it should have been. I ordered the nachos because I love olives and I love nachos but found one olive only and nachos were soggy. I did find a piece of corn which was a delight but unsure if it was part of order. Ill just have drinks next time because no one can go wrong with a crown on the rocks. Blanket smelled fresh seats and floor in theatre look clean. The bathroom could have been a little more disinfected, Im not crazy about the smell of urine in the womans bathroom. Trash was coming close to being overfilled.My experience could have been better but it could have worse. I will continue to come to I pic

Ive been going there ever since they opened and this time around the service was beyond what they offer, we placed our order with the waiter and he asked for our credit card before we were served, he took the longest to give back the card and i have to call twice to get my order, better training is needed.

Fancy place to watch movies, totally different experience compared to going to a common movie theater. You have the option of having some appetizers, but this options are mainly fried (chicken wings...) I would suggest to offer more options. Good to go occasionally.

The only reason it’s not five stars is because of the ticket cost, otherwise excellent place to grab a movie.

The setting is Magic. Reclining chairs with complimentary blanket and pillow. Food was good however me and my wife noticed how the menu was limited compared to Ipic we went to in Maryland.

This is my favorite movie theater. Ordering tickets online is easy. They have a cool membership program. The more expensive tickets seem a little pricey but each ticket comes with a free, decent sized popcorn, reclining seats with pillow and blanket, and your own personal waiter that serves you during the whole movie. Once you order, your food comes out fast and it usually is always super good. Im here usually once a week!

It was my first time here, thanks to my beautiful older daughter who treated our family to celebrate my baby 18 birthday. It was relaxing & a great experience. I would do it again but one closer South to me for a date night.

Expensive do need prepared. $30 for upper seat, $20 on top of the screen. Comfy seats but very extravagant movie night out. With food 2 can drop $100 easily!

The movie itself was cool, but the service was less than desirable. I had to wait for an employee to go get an employee to order food. Usually a much better experience. Slightly disappointed.

It was my first time there the service was great very clean we was taken to our seats by the manager his name was Craig super polite he explain to us how its works about the food and the bathrooms. It was great. We enjoy it .

IPIC is a very nice place. Its a theater and restaurant rolled into one business. Its pretty pricey but its expected considering what they offer.

HORRIBLE and its ashame because its a beautiful place.Beautiful entrance etc, couldnt get a food order placed at my luxury seat or at the bar no wonder the place was dead and empty on a friday night should of driven to BocaPlace was like a ghetto heaven because of the staff bartender cursing at each other etc etc etc Take the drive to boca location not as nice but the service is what matters in the end.To the owner who replied, I have spoken with your managers prior the review.In my opinion its probably the managers that have allowed this kind of behavior to grow.

Cool theater to wine and dine and catch a flick ... like the ambience

Disapointing..... definitely not as nice as the Boca iPic.....entire place smells musty.... bathrooms were not clean and half the locks on the womens bathroom stalls did notnot w...and overall its not very pleasant to see the kitchen and serving areas with employees hanging out when you walk down the hall. Theres also not enough lobby seating, and overall this company needs to upgrade its food, offer seasonal selections, improve ingredient quality and offer healthier, plant based options. Definitely didnt feel like the high end experience Ive had at the Boca location.

This was my first time here. The greeters at the door where very nice. Being that it was my first time there she explained everything to me. The food runners, i guess the men wearing all black where very nice and helpful. The place looked beautiful. They have a really nice bar and the bathroom is even more beautiful! I didn’t order food this time, but I will the next time I go. Cant wait to go back

Fairly new facility. Clean and well maintained. Worth the extra money. You can enjoy a complete date or guys/girls night out here. Delicious drinks and excellent food. I will never go to a regular movie again. iPic is great for locals and visitors. Geared more towards adults and this is a huge plus for me!!!!!

I have been to this I-Pic since it opened. I always use to go to the Misner location in Boca. Great service, food and everyone is always friendly. I couldnt ask for a better experience
