Its a good place to walk around and do the exercise machines. Theres also a park for the kids to play at. Overall great place.

Great atmosphere lol

For those who need a place to ground yourself in nature, this is the perfect place for it. All of the greenery here feels so welcoming. Lake in the center has water activities that you can do, but Ive never done them before. I simply go for the nature walks.

Love it... kids and I went bike riding n boat paddling enough space for enjoying the park, exercise n walk around n do activities... will be revisiting again soon

This is such a hidden gem! I’m so happy I found this. Right now (early May) you must practice social distancing and the picnic tables are overturned, but it’s great for walking, running and biking. Also, the people who were there were friendly. The trails are so well maintained and the park was clean and ideal for enjoying a nice walk in nature. There’s a shorter inner loop, and you can also take an outer loop for a longer stroll. Benches all around and bathrooms on premise.

We took a peddle boat out on the lake. It was very nice. It was free today for the 4th of July but I would definitely pay the $3 for 30 minutes to go again. Its also an excellent workout. I also walk the path they have surrounding the lake, there are many different ways to lengthen or shorten your walk with the different paths they have connected together.

This is a great place to bring your family and especially your children.

This is a family friendly park with great staff! You’re able to rent bikes and paddle boats at a very low price. They have a bike trail and outdoor exercise machines. This is a great place to also take pictures!

Nice place to take a walk or run, or even bike casually...sometime to many people for fast bike riding. Wooded area nice reminds me of up north. Playground good for kids more thank one, paddle boats and rental bikes, also nice areas to barbeque and have a small event.

An excellent park for exercise, family events and community activities. Well maintained, beautiful forested walking paths, a lake with boats for a small fee, gazebos, picnic and grilling facilities. Theres even an exercise zone with exercise machines! Parking is adequate and the restroom facilities are clean. I love this park

Im from Indiana and Ive been to several parks in the surrounding areas. I really like this park and my favorite is pompano community park thus far!!!!! Me and my granddaughter enjoyed our visit today, especially the leisure trail! This is a beautiful park.

T is expensive and has a moderately high cost of living with regards to real estate. Many locations are heavily gentrified.

Great place for biking and walking.

The park offers something for everyone from casual cycling, jogging, walking, picnic areas, boating (paddle and pedal) by the way a power boat is always on station to tented assistance in case of an emergency. very nice.There is fishing, both in the small lake and the bracketing canals. Saw some decent sized bass in the lake.The park is clean and the greenery nicely trimmed, leaving enough wild areas for the local critters. parking is small buy again clean.in general a very nice community park.kudos to the management.

Its like a mental get away in the middle of the busy run about of this little city. Its a great place to just escape from the fast pace world we live in. I love it here and take my niece and kids here often, we sometimes have picnics and use the play grounds when we are here.

One of the best parks in the county. Two playgrounds, paved paths which surrounds a lovely little lake that you can rent boats on weekends for very little money. Large rentable pavilions throughout with places to bbq and enjoy your surroundings. Walking trails are also there to enjoy. Hands down the best park Ive been to and Ive lived here my whole life.

I came to investigate this park in my pursuit of finding somewhere closer to home to exercise. I had previously been to this park at night when my daughter volunteered here for the Haunted Hamptons event that is held every year near Halloween when they transform the park into a haunted trail. This is a popular event that brings out a lot of people from the community. This was my first day visit. There are two parts of the parking lot. Part of the lot is on one side of the canal and then you cross the bridge to get into the park or you can drive across the canal by going to the left side of the lot and then you can park closer to the park which is probably safer.

Very safe and quiet area for families both large and small. Smoke free park with ample plenty of parking and walking trails. Two immense playgrounds with plenty of tree and forest shade that protects from high South Florida temperatures.

This place is over ran by Iguanas!There are SO many here!They need to do something about it, they are non-native animals and harmful to Florida’s native ecosystem.Please call a trapper soon before the entire park becomes infested

Sitting areas need cleaning. Nature friendly I enjoyed it except for the above mentioned issue

Very family friendly. I love coming here to workout and my son love the playground areas. They actually have 2 play areas for kids. Oh, and they have also have a water area to paddle on a bicycle but there is a small fee. Go visit and enjoy.

One of my favorite Broward parks. The trails are great for running, well shaded and not crowded because of the different trail paths. The free weight workout station is so cool. I reserved a star because the workout station is not shaded and you will sweat!!!

You can walk, run, cycle (I do wish there was a designated bike lane though), paddle boat, personal train, have a picnic, actually camp (it’s too close to civilization for me to enjoy camping there), and/or throw a birthday party under a shade of beautiful trees. There are different work out sections along the trail.It’s not that big but not that small either. There is a field to play football or fly a kit, there’s a playground. The man made lake is gorgeous. No swimming though.There are iguanas, Egyptian Geese and butterflies everywhere. The park can get small feeling when crowded on the paved walkway which is about a mile long.They are adding outdoor exercise equipment. There are also designated nature walks which are beautiful at sunset. The park closes at 6pm.If you enjoy the park don’t forget to grab your trash. Sometimes people leave their trash but other than that it is well maintained.

Beautiful place

Clean, family friendly, and lots of things to do. There is a brand new work out center. There are walking/jogging/biking trails. There are even water events to enjoy.

Its a nice park, plenty of picnic areas

The park is nice and very clean. The main trail is a mile long and there are many exercise stations along the way. Great for running and working out. There are two separate playgrounds on either end of the park with swings and seesaw, slides and more. Two warnings, do not come here alone. There are sometimes sketchy people hanging around just watching and it is uncomfortable and that includes daylight hours. And the squirrels here are VERY habituated. They will approach and some even go as far as climbing on you. People have clearly been feeding them for years.l despite the sign which says not to. Habituated animals are more likely to spread disease and become aggressive if you have no food to hand out. I have been coming here for many years and it improves every year as the add onto the trails and playgrounds. On the weekends there are even boat rentals for the lake which is a long standing practice and very nice to do with kids/family/friends.

This is a wonderful park it beautiful to enjoy with your family full of nature animals and this is a natural park come visit here with your family and have a picnic full of enjoyment

The park itself is very nice. The area surrounding it is well.... Not. So you can make your own assumptions about it. Im sure if you go on a calm day it would be more enjoyable. Great trails, very well kept.

This park is wonderful. Beautifully kept and extremely varied. Not only are there 2 playgrounds but multiple nature trails through different parts of the park. All circling a beautiful lake. Bike and small boat rentals on the weekends, and vending machines all work. I couldnt say enough wonderful things about this park if I tried

Amazing park.I am an avid walker,and love to do so in and surrounded by nature;and much prefer to do it on trails/grass/dirt instead of concrete. Much to my surprise, this GEM of a park had trails in the woods, with the aroma of the the forest /flora/& sweet nature.They are not big trails at all, however,theyre user friendly and varied throughout the park so it keeps it interesting ;with enough to really enjoy it and get a wet sweat walking workout in. I did some of the concrete paths,and usually was able to soft walk along them in the dirr/grass.Super well maintained, all you have to do,as I did,is vow to cover EVERY inch of the paths and trails and youll have a much better experience than just walking the concrete paths.Oh,and let me add,Im from NJ.,and the topography here really gave me a summer feel/smell,and connection to to nature.We have beautiful parks in the mountains there,but today,it was(&will be tommorrow morning)all about Hampton Pines Park!!!

Great neighborhood park. Paved exercise trails. Paddle boat rentals, pavilions, volleyball courts and two shady playgrounds. Closed for a month at Halloween for haunted Hamptons, a walk through haunted trail. Lots of fun for the kids.

A great place to relax. Sometimes go there with the kids for a walk and a few minutes at the playground-really refreshing. The water (aqua) bicycles are really affordable and enjoyable.
