Bought a home back in October. The whole buying experience was quick and easy. Julie was quick and very professional the whole experience. She’s honest, loyal, and is on point when it comes to communicating. She explained the whole process perfectly and made it really easy for us .Everyone that works here are very polite and friendly.We feel very comfortable and safe living here.

$995 space rent to start, increases 4% every year. Doesn’t really reflect in the park either.

Giving one star is one too many. First impression means so much and my husband and I really like the home and community we saw. What we did not like was the unprofessionalism of the young lady who showed us a home we hoped to buy. Not only were her comments of her peers surprising, but we had not expected her dress to be so casual. Tight BMW shirt, baseball cap and yoga pants? She said she was from the corporate office. Honestly we could not take her seeious....Is this the acceptable dress code? She did not look like she was selling a home, but something else.. Did not have us feel confident in moving forward at all. We are looking for a home to raise our family and this experience was very unfortunate. My advice to Fairway Estates, if you are serious about selling your homes, dont skimp on the dress code of your employees. Less is not more.

They have a great clubhouse for parties.

Its a nice quiet trailor park. Its at the end of a culdesac, could have a little better Street lighting.

Went there looking at mobile homes for sale and available spots to rent. This.place does not.look anything like their pictures. There are run down and boarded up trailers with garbage all over. Landscaping is overgrown. Talked to maintenance man who was rude and of no help. This park in not in a good area. There are slum apts next door which are well known for drugs I would not suggest this place to anyone.
