Nice peaceful... Great place to get some take out and watch the sunset go down

Been coming to this Beautiful place for at least 8 years now. Cant seem to get tired of it. So peaceful and Relaxing.

I go fishing here a lot its a nice quiet lil spot and every now and then u make a new friend.

Its a great place to pull off and have lunch in your car or you can get out and dolphin watch. I see lots of people fishing there all of the time!

Nice area to come and relax and take a walk. Found a washed up coconut once and brought home and it was amazing.

Decent place to throw a line in the water and catch a few fish. Has a resteraunt lounge on site.

Nice place to hang out. My family and I have been getting ice cream, sitting by the water and playing board games for years. We have made visiting this park a family tradition.

Sometimes there is good fishing, always beautiful sunsets. See the dolphins playing, the mullet jump and the sail boats go past. Nice little pier also. Several picnic tables. Swimming is not allowed because of an undertow there with the tides and storms, people have drowned there because of it. Dont risk swimming there please.

Peaceful and people are respectful. Scenery is unique as are the shells.

Just finished my Fantasy Draft in this beautiful parking lot. Now Im reaping my reward for a successful draft.

Other than the yankees, Yankee Beach is always a nice place to watch a beautiful sunset!

Fabulous place to pull in with your car, free parking, easy main road access, great view the beach not very crowded. Clean. Lots of birds to greet you!

Had the best time we took the dog and thought oh no I forgot his water and he gonna be thersty. But no they had a for just him to use. Thanks north park

Stopped to eat lunch. It seemed to be a nice place from the car. Decided to walk the shore and look for shells. The shore was littered with trash and used condoms!! So sad that this little spot has been ruined by our society.. So Im giving a 2 star and that is only because of the view!!

Its beautiful. Love it.

Its a good place to eat and have a view to look at while eating or being with your loved one or family. But the water is infected with bacteria that infect the skin so I wouldnt really get in the water. The porta potties are really smelly and have urine usually on the seats. The shore is usually littered with trash and recycling.

Although primarily geared for fishing(nice little pier with gazebo), it does have additional picnic table with some being covered. Port-O-Potties have always been above average. Only downside is instead of a sandy beach, its just shell.

This place is on the river in North Ft. Myers. Small pier. Not really a Beach since there is not much sand. Good place to hang out by the water. Decent amount of parking for the space. No swimming here!

We have VERY Fond Family Memories of this Park.Our Grandchildren re-named it after their Grandfather...Bill, calling it, Papis or Daddy dees Beach, as we usually proceed a trip to Daddy Dees Ice Cream before arriving at the Park. Their Granddad is now with Jesus but we remember Him Daily with SO M U CH LOVE,Thank you for providing such a beautiful place to visit regularly.

Very nice. Places to sit and parking is free. Lots of shells. Small boat rentals.

This is my place to go to think and unwind. I often bring a lunch and just look out at the water, birds, flying fish and an occasional dolphin. Small, but there is a pier to fish and picnic tables and funny enough, I find some of the best sea shells here.

Lovely little park. Benches along the shore line. Covered picnic areas. Nice pier to walk down. I prefer to fish under the bridge. Good snook spot. No dogs allowed on beach though.

Its beautiful out there

Awesome area, very nice, clean, quiet and easily accessible. Has a few stores within walking distance and a great bait and tackle store near by. There is plenty of space for many to fish without feeling crowded. Will definitively keep visiting in the future

Park itself has some nice views HOWEVER there seems to always be shady characters parked or looming around. The parking spot we found under a tree was nice and shady but it smelled like urine. Cant say it was a pleasant experience.

Cinco De Mayo 2020 My brother Keeper Dakota Summerall and my dad William Woodrow Summeralls ashes were placed here. And my mother Delsia Morrison Summerall will be also when its her time to go. Love and respect to this place growing up as a kid.

I was helping 2 couples who could not afford to have a big wedding.. Actually just came out of homeless status..They wanted the ceremony near water..They wanted it at the North Shore Park..on the small peer..but when we set up for a very small reception..we looked for receptacles to throw trash away..the one close was so full we could not throw away a small piece of paper..doesnt the city pay for someone to pick up trash at a community park..it was horrible..I think if you want people to come to Your city..clean it up..just saying..oh..Fort Myers doesnt stand behind..they need clean up too..

Really like fishing here. The pier has a cover for shade. Great place to people watch and chat. Ive only caught catfish here but hear people pull white tip out of here. Really nice park.

Clean, great to push off the canoes, but not pet friendly. We got yelled at because our dog was with us.

Convenient location. Beautiful setting.

One of the few places that has everything! Nice park. I play with the pups while he fishes. Has gazebos and port a potties. Love 3 Fishermans food, and a nice hotel.

Great, very private and clean

This place is small and quaint. There is a good amount of parking, but traffic can be a bit more difficult at certain times a day Right on US 41, so you do hear road noise. A few scattered picnic benches and a small fishing pier. People bring there dogs here to stretch their legs. The new floating boat dock is a nice addition. This is not a beach, just a place to walk. The biggest draw here is the sunsets, and they are definitely worth it.

For what it is, its perfect. If you have a busy day & just have a few moments to decompress, pull over and enjoy this small park. Its really just a parking area rest stop. There is a gazebo, benches, trees & you can put your kayak into the river. You may fish. No alcohol, pets, or selling permitted.The river and skyline are lovely. Today the were cranes and a pelican. No restrooms.

If you want to fish, or sit and read, eat at the picnic tables or snap some pictures then it isnt a bad place to stop. There is not much to do here at all but the breeze coming off the water is welcoming on hot days!

Nice look out spot the water on the other hand is Not healthy 5 or 6 times a year they put up signs that there is too much fetal (sewer water).It is so scary that this is the same place that junior sail boat boaters set sail

They hold softball n soccer games there. Community building wear kids can hang out. N coming soon the new north fort Myers library .also across from weavers corner

Great place to throw a casting net. Also a good place to go and fish. Very relaxing atmosphere and a great place to just sit out and enjoy the time. Beautiful sunset and just an all around relaxing place to be.

The fireworks are great to see from here. Was very nice.

Relax and chilled without any interruption. Beautiful when the sun going down on the West Horizon.

It was a calm place to walk with my 18 month old. He enjoyed feeding the birds and seeing the fish jump occasionally.

Parked right on the side to watch the fireworks on the 4th. Wish there was more of a police prescence, but it was a nice spot to hang out and watch the show.

Great place.. a little crowded on a Saturday evening but overall really cool.

Two unique little area overlooking the water we can enjoy an evening with your girl without extensive travel in Fort Myers, walk the dog look at some ducks and birds little nature kind of thing going on, Id say quite nice maybe grab a pizza or some chicken and eat overlooking the water !!!
