The people are friendly and very accommodating. Popcorn was great. We left the atmosphere and we are so thankful that they are open. We enjoy our Friday or Saturday night movies

Always fresh popcorn employees are usually pretty friendly the prices are absolutely great $5 all day any day if it wasnt for that we wouldnt be able to go to the movies so much however unfortunately even PG-13 movies are full of bad words its a shame the only other problem with the theaters nowadays especially this one is they usually only have one employee at the counter and align a 50 or a hundred people so unless you get there an hour early youre going to miss half of your movie waiting in line not only to get in but to order Popcorn and drinks as well the biggest problem and hold up of the lines is this new pick your seat thing the theaters have going on not only is it ridiculous and a waste of time but weve been 30 times to date and have never been able to get the seats we ask for at the window its a shame because nobody follows it nobody wants it and they continue to do it this adds at least 30 minute wait time to any line due to the fact that people sit there and try and decide which seat they want not knowing that when they get in the theater theyre not going to get what they picked anyway and if you tried to get your seats they would have to pull every single person out of the theater and put them in the proper seats because not one person in the theater with the exception of the first maybe 10 people are sitting in the correct seats

The price is very reasonable and the spacing between other movie-goers was very good. However, the theatre needs a renovation or thorough cleaning of the seats. The eats and drinks were good and the restroom clean. Not sure Ill be going back to that location anytime soon.

With the virus going around..... There wasnt many people there at all. To get in you had to have a mask and have it on except for when u r eating. If u dont have one they do sell them for $1 plus tax at the front of building. I kinda like it that u get to choose ur seats before u go in. It was clean and the people who were working that day were nice. Food i ordered was hot

Members of the AMC A List club and watch a TON of movies here. Love this theater. Not one of the new remodeled ones with the fancy recliners and food but Im not that impressed with those ones anyways, just drives up the prices for everything!

Im sad to say going to see a movie in a movie theater may be a story we tell our grandchildren. The movie theaters have really took a dramatic hit with Covid19 globally. Netflix and other streaming companies already in my opinion had already prior to Covid19 had been experiencing a decline in ticket sales. Who can blame someone wanting to stay in the comfort of ones home with their 80 inch T.V, homemade popcorn and the newest A lister Actors movie available to watch at a press of a button. Then the pandemic came in and almost crushed the little chance of survival. This is a good thing for the consumer who prior to the pandemic may not have been able to afford a PRIVATE THEATER RENTAL. Yes you read right, at AMC this particular company starting at $99.00 will allow you to invite 20 of your friends and family to enjoy a private showing of movies and the price only increases to $149.00-$349.00+tax with newer movies. My birthday falls 3 days before Halloween so my partner, as one of my birthday gifts rented out Hocus Pocus for our family. This was the only time our children, nieces and nephews would be able to play tag during a movie ever! They had a blast watching the Halloween movie and playing among each other and most likely would never expirence that again. We picked an 8:00 p.m showing on the Friday before Halloween, not crowded at all. We walked in as a group, was expecting maybe a employee or some personnel to maybe great and walk us to the particular room, but the young teenager collecting tickets told us it was in #5 and we all walked in. It started right at 8, like any other normal time you would go see a movie. I was expecting maybe on the featured film time/title of movie to say possibly your name/private showing of hocus-pocus or happy birthday that shows you your entering the right movie, but it was like normal, but hey what do you expect for the price, probably could have inquired beforehand and maybe they could have done that, the reason I even bring this up 3 teenagers snuck in during the movie and acted like they had tickets, they picked the wrong one to sneak into. The overall experience was fun, and would do it again maybe in Feb for my sons upcoming birthday.

Went to see War with Grandpa with my Grandson. We had a enjoyable day at the movies.

Great discount theater. I did reduce stars because I feel like it smells a little funny in some of the theaters and after you get a good price on matinee you have to pay an arm and leg for a drink or snack. But thats just theaters for ya to some degree. Another deduction for a rude staff member. When I went there to see a movie she asked me at the point where she tears my tickets to see ID. This after she let many others through without the same harassment. I didnt have any bags, and I am 32 years old. I was going to see a rated R movie, but so long as I look 18 whats the big deal? For sure I do. So one star off for that rude woman. If there is concern over my age when seeing a movie they should ask before selling me that ticket.

Love the place, I pay for the drink and popcorn, because its part of the experience, and I figured its the only way to get profit they need.

This theater is a little outdated (carpet and seats), but still a great value for your money. The website indicated that you could order food items such as burgers and pizza. I was a little disappointed when we skipped dinner thinking we would order food at the theater. We ended up eating popcorn for dinner. The seats were older, but still comfortable. Overall, it was worth the ticket price and we would go back again.

Decent theatre. Bit on the expensive side, but thats theatres now. Clean floors and bathrooms. Drinks are the newer computerized flavor machines. Snacks could be better for what they charge. If Im paying almost $10 for popcorn, it better be phenomenal

Was not impressed with the reserved seats. According to the advertisement on website and previews before movie the show these big comfortable recliners. Very misleading!!! I prepared myself for normal uncomfortable seats. I have injuries that prevent me from trying to get comfortable in these tight fitting chairs. If one arm of chair lifted up it wouldnt be so bad. Everything else was fine. Just dont advertise those awesome looking chairs unless you are going to actually have them.

Nice reasonable price movie theater. Only $5 for a matinee during the week. 16 screens. Generally, quite clean. Washrooms are decent. Large concession stand with a variety of items including beer. Screens are not large. Nor are the theaters themselves. Seating looks like it is being updated. Not fancy seating like in some big theaters. Although, I am sure it is different in each theater. But it might just be a gradual change over to newer seats. Staff are friendly and helpful. Depending on the movie, 3D and non-3D may be available. It has a wide variety of movies playing with generally something for everyone. Huge parking lot at the strip mall it is in. The mall looked like it was in trouble at one point but has been slowly coming back and has been cleaned up and refreshed. Never felt unsafe here. Seems well maintained.

My favorite movie theatre in the Cape! Very clean, friendly staff! Movie selections and times are always convenient and available. The food and snacks are way overpriced though, as many movie theatres usually are. Been going here for a long time!

Ive been coming here for over two decades and its a pretty standard theatre. The projectors are very nice and new but the theatre is nice and old. Take that for whatever its worth. I like it. You should like it. Popcorn is a scam

Nice selection of movies and good staff. Down side is that this place is in great need of an upgrade in the theaters. Seats are small and uncomfortable. Was torturous sitting through the movie. Needs better cleaning in between shows.

This is a story of two sets of stairs and a ramp. This is what you see as you enter the doors of AMC Merchants Crossing. New assigned seating is a joke in this theater. My wife and I just sat in amazement as people looked at their tickets, or phones and then tried to find the matching seat numbers in the theater.Upon trying to exit the theater after watching our movie, my wife asked a security person to help us out as I was on my mobility scooter. Remember the ramp, well they have the stairs and the ramp cordoned off to have a 4 foot wide entrance area (think of a funnel for people), this allows them to have only one attendant check tickets. That makes sense to me, right up until the security person (whom my wife asked nicely to help us out) turned around, threw his arms out to each side and said he couldnt do anything.If your mobility challenged, this is not a safe place to come to enjoy a movie. In the case of an emergency, nobody would be able to make a safe exit from this propertys front doors. After speaking to a manager about this trap (because it is a trap when youre trying to exit), he told me the theater just passed their fire inspection. My advice, stay away. Bad design and bad employees not helping the matter.

Low prices to see opening weekend movies, and you can avoid lines buy purchasing your tickets online and have them scan your receipt off of your phone. My only complaint is if you go to see a longer movie, the seats are super uncomfortable. They definitely need updating.

Nice place to go see current movies without all of the crowds like in Ft Myers. Senior discounts are offered as well as matinees in case youre on a limited budget. The interior is nice with their stadium seating. Theres plenty to eat at the snack bar in case youre a movie muncher.

I enjoy this theater for a number of reasons. It is close to home. Ticket prices are very good before 4:00PM. I am always greeted in a friendly manner by ticket-takers. Additionally, the theaters are kept clean and neat and any problems are addressed immediately and tactfully. I take my great-nephews to AMC Merchants Crossing often.

This is my favorite theater. Its simple compared to the extravagant theaters that you can get now. But all of the fundamentals are there. Its not pretentious its easy environment make it fun to go to. And, its very inexpensive.

We always enjoy it here and with amc rewards program, you cant beat two tickets for under 10 bucks

Really nice, well established theater, they have been here for as long as I can remember. Its a good size movie theater (16 screens I believe). The seats are comfortable and the surround sound is great. Ive never had a bad experience.

Very friendly staff. Very uncomfortable seats straight out of 1995. Movie was far too loud.

Everything was great except for the 30 minutes of previews thats why the movie is 3 hours long. Ill find another theater that starts with a reasonable amount of previews.

AMC is a good theatre but it isnt as good as the other theaters that have all the upgrades. Cheap viewing makes up for that.

Ticket pricing being cheap is great but the assigned seating is horrible. People do not sit in the seats and then there is a huge fuss because someone is in someones seat and everyone must move. Either get an usher to help seat people or dont bother having assigned seating!

Average quality theatre. The popcorn I got wasnt so good compared to some other local theatres. Seats werent comfortable at all (really behind the times with most theatres moving to recliners) and the entire theatre felt dated compared to most newer theatres, and some of the competition.

No complaints about the theater but Im used to the new leatherish electric reclining seats that the newly remodeled theaters have. This theater doesnt have them or at least the room I was in didnt have them.

Had a horrible dinner at monacras ft myers for my birthday but this has made my birthday a little better. Watching a movie in bit here. Very polite employees. Clean and attentive.

Its was good but stood in line for 15 mins only to be told since we ordered online we just walk in. But overall it was great.

AMC needs to spend the money to renovate this theater. Its stuck a bit in the 90s. However the price is always right and the customer service is always on par. One of those things that could be amazing with a better budget but works just fine how it is.

Reclining seats or footrests for those with leg disabilities would make the movie exp better. My only complaint

First time to go to this theater. It was clean, reasonable and very helpful. They walked me through joining AMC Stubs and recorded my points manually so I could get credit. Highly recommend the theater!

I do not like the reserved seating. It takes the fun out of the experience. Going to the movies is not supposed to structured. I dont like that the movie entrance is not labeled with the title anymore. Going to the movies is supposed to be easy. This used to be my favorite theater. Now just another theater. Oh well, if something works they always have to change it. You get a 3 because I still get all the butter I want. With out that it would be a 2.

This really is a great theater, and my first choice over all the other theaters in the area. You go, buy your tickets (unless you bought them online), buy your food and drink (unless you dont want to), find your theater, sit down, and watch your movie. Simple as that, just like every other movie theater, however for some reason I prefer this one. Is it the loving, familial attitudes of the workers? Perhaps. Is it the clean, spacious theater areas? Maybe. Is it the delicious AMC movie nachos? Yeah, most likely.Unfortunately, on my last visit the lights were left on in the theater until I went and asked for them to be turned off, so I have to give this place 4 stars.

This theater is so nice! It is a bit smaller than most theaters but when I went there were very few people and it was really relaxing and comfortable. Staff was all very pleasant. Cool that you can refill your own drinks rather than having to go up to the counter. They also had mango icee flavor which I have never seen before. Unfortunately there was a lot of loud construction going on out front but that will probably be over soon.

This theatre has been here for a long time. Its clean and comfortable. They have 16 screens so theres always options of movies to see. Ticket prices arent as high as some other theatres in the area and they have matinee pricing if you go to shows in the daytime.

Great movie theatre that offers food, drink, beer, popcorn, and reserved seating. It has not caught up on technology as others have but still great. Games for the kids while you wait. Bathrooms always clean. Only give it a four because I have been to the upgraded AMC theatre and know what they could be. Plus they show kids movies all summer and classics. Watched the entire Indiana Jones quadralogy!

I workout at the Planet Fitness in this shopping center. They have done a lot of work on this shopping ceter so I do not understand why the storefronts are not occupied. There are a few new businesses but more should investigate this great area!

Tickets are cheap compared to other places. The theatre itself is fine. Nothing fancy; but, its big and clean.

Saw 1917. Intense movie. Seats were a little uncomfortable. Lobby was neat and clean.

This is an older theater but it is clean and has evidently been remodeled at some time during the past. The individual theaters, I believe there are 16, are small but cozy. The seating could be more comfortable but what sets this theater apart from the competition is the low pricing. At $4.95 this theater is a bargain and I would definitely return. The person selling the tickets at the window was very cordial as was the attendee inside the theater who was taking the tickets. The gentleman was very warm and friendly and had a nice genuine smile. I appreciated his attitude very much. I give this theater 5 stars.

Always a great place to see the newest movies. Ive been going here since I was a kid and Ive never had anything negative to say about them. Super friendly staff with a large variety of movies for a decent price. I couldnt ask for a better place to spend my time.

I have always been satisfied with my experience every time that I visited this movie theater. They are clean, the staff is ALWAYS helpful and very friendly and make my time spent here well worth it.

Great theater. Very clean and well kept. Movie prices and rewards packages are awesome. Concessions are pricey as expected but they do have the soda machine where you pick you flavors. Also, on their website they list that t by eye have many options for food but in reality its a advert they use for all locations and this location is limited. Flat bread pizza and one other item plus your regular items like hot dogs, coffee, nachos, ice cream, etc.

Would love to sit in the more comfortable seats they show on their previews!

Regularly dirty counters and floors and especially the carpet in the theater but otherwise, its a nice experience.

We enjoyed the movie immensely. But they have you choose your seat ahead of time and they have numbers but no letters on the seats. So while we were Row E one and two there was No E. It makes no sense to do this.And $7 for a drink is absolutely ridiculous. Other than those two things I would give it five stars

The value for tickets at this theater is better than any other by miles. That said, staff is nothing super special and the food and drink are your usual astronomical costs. My major feedback would be that the seating is genuinely uncomfortable to sit in for an hour or more. Also, this isnt the theaters fault, but this place is a magnet for the hoodrats.

Just saw Lion Kings last week and once again had a great experience. The new seating policy makes pre ordering tickets super easy and well worth it.

Get the a list membership. Really worth it. Only reason its not a 5 is because you have people put up their smelly feet up next to you. During the preview they should have a sign to discourage that.

16 theatres are plenty for me. Great seating all around. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Sign up for the AmC Stub rewards program and download the app on your phone. Many food offerings to go with the candy, popcorn, and soda pop options. Check the website for the showing of your favorite first run movie. Sometimes there is also a special event. And you can book a group screening.

I have been here so many times, the theaters are never clean the seats are sticky and small. The screen is small would not recommend spend the extra few bucks and go to Regal Cinema.

My go-to theater! Reasonable prices, current movies, comfy chairs, tasty snacks. Only thing I dislike is now having to pick seats before entering. The layout map never accurately reflects the feel of the room.

Service is good, staff is friendly. But the facility is dated. None of the theaters have stadium seating. However, prices are low, so I would definitely go back.
