Awesome selection of dance outfits! Love the wide range of options to choose from. Friendly, professional, and very helpful staff who work there. They don’t harass or hover over you while you shop. Only thing that I don’t like is the fact that they don’t have hardly any shoes to choose from. The prices are a bit pricey but it beats having to order it online, pay for shipping, and then having to wait on it. Other than those two things this place is amazing!!

I went in here with one of my friends who is 21 and the service is amazing, but I didn’t buy anything because I was afraid of the age restrictions. I would also like to know if you guys are allowed to sell to 17 year olds?

They did ID which is law. But we’re very courteous about it. Then said let us know if you need help. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. When I did need help they were professional and extremely helpful without judgement.I have a will go back.

So it was my first time going in here and the place was bigger than expected. There was a variety of things to toys, outfits, dvds, accessories, and the list goes on. The service was pretty good, they really do help you especially if you’re new to new to this kind of stuff. Rachel was able to answer my questions and her service really made it an awesome and easy experience.

Went here for my boyfriends and my anniversary, from the time we walked through the door til the time we left SIX employees asked if we were finding everything okay and if we need help.. Each time we said yes were finding everything fine no we dont need help but they just kept coming back to us, how are we supposed to have a good time and have our privacy like that?? We wont be coming back because of it. Made us also feel like they thought we were trying to steal things.

The staff was very helpful. It is very comfortable. I hate going into these types of stores. They have a huge variety. Their prices are a little high. They where out of a lot of things. But I think we caught them on an inbetween shipment day. I will definitely be going back.

I would’ve given more stars if we weren’t being followed around. Like the store is huge and we couldn’t shop in peace. Some staff were helpful. The girls at the front ringing us up had little attitudes. Also, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. They don’t tell you that before you purchase the stuff. I like how big the store is and the location.

Couldnt even walk around there without being followed around like we were gonna steal something. Couldnt feel more harrassed, and couldnt shop and look around in peace. Shame on that staff makes me not wanna come back.

I’ve shopped here for as long as I have been able to, Ive always enjoyed the product selection and friendly staff. Though after my most recent visit I’m sorry to say I won’t be spending any more money here.Late Tuesday night I spent about 30 minutes in the store browsing, even purchasing several items, in the rush of it all my friend misplaced her cell phone. Hoping we’d just dropped it we searched the store, one employee even helping us at times. Not before another employee stated that they can’t review security footage till the following day. But when I arrived at the store the following morning with a sheriff deputy to retrieve footage, I was given attitude and blatant unconcern for the missing property. Along with their cameras being unable to view/clearly capture the person who took it, how convenient, right?Nonetheless, insurance is a blessing, and guilty pleasures is not.

I just left the store and have to say, it was a fantastic experience. Going in alone to purchase items for myself and my girlfriend, and felt awkward. Tony immediately approached me helped me feel comfortable and guided me around. She made awesome suggestion and I left feeling knowledgeable and highly satisfied.

Went in there on a Saturday to return my 3rd defective device from this exact location. I was greeted by a worker that I believe was just trying to help who then put me in contact with the manager. The snotty manager then proceeds to tell me that they have a no exchange policy and that we would have to contact the company. I then explain to her that this was the 3rd defective device I’d gotten from them. She then basically calls me a liar and says that I’m the first person that has ever complained about a defective device and that she’d been there for 5 years. Not only is this a complete lie but she was snotty the entire time. I then ask her what they were selling there and if they were brand new or factory closeout stuff. She then says this exactly “well, these products are new to us.” SERIOUSLY!!! This place will sell you crappy, cheap, and broken devices and then they’ll never honor their return policy. TRUST ME!! You are better off shopping somewhere that will actually honor their return policy

I just went there for the first time last night. I was very impressed with their selection and the staff last night was amazing. They are priced higher than other stores but I thought it would be worth it considering to good atmosphere and the huge selection.I purchased an item (for around $70) for its appearance and function. When I got home and opened the box I realized the item I bought was poorly constructed and frayed. I was so disappointed so I called the store as soon as I got home and told them about it. The staff said they would exchange it with no problem. When I went to exchange it today, the manager that was there was the opposite of helpful. She looked at the item and was content with it being the way it was. She told me it wouldnt affect the function of the product and told me that she didnt think it looked that bad.I had every intention on making this store my go to for all my needs but no more. If you know exactly what youre looking for and are already familiar with the quality of the product you are purchasing, this is the store for you. I would strongly advise against going out on a limb and purchasing something from this store. The staff are only helpful up to the point of purchase. After that youre on your own.

Awesome experience! Came in because my all time favorite bullet quit working. Neither my husband nor I couldnt remember the manufacture of my beloved bullet and Had searched high and low. We had almost given up but Start we try one more place. We went into Guilty Pleasures, a worker name Samantha came and asked me if she could help us. I explained my situation and told her about my beloved pinky with very little detail. All i knew about her was she was pink and she was fast. Samantha said follow me.... SHE FOUND PINKYS SISTER... The rest is history. Im home now and happy! Definitely recommend. Ask for Samantha!

Literally a Toy Store for adults, one of the largest such stores in the country, this is the FAO Schwartz of the naughty world. Having the opportunity to touch, feel and interact with the products before purchasing is their biggest upside. Being a professional in this industry, this type of access is priceless. Although their markup is staggering, its not out of line with most other adult novelty retailers. Perhaps the biggest downside, in my opinion, is that being younger(28), every time I visit, the employees breath down my neck thinking I intend to shoplift. On more than one occasion this has caused me to take my business elsewhere. All in all an excellent store, unrivaled inventory and a must see for anyone with a kinky streak.

I visited the store with my girlfriend recently, looking for bikini options. While looking through the items, and older male employee with white hair came up to my girlfriend, looked her up and down, crossed his arms, and proceeded to compliment her body, saying how curvy it was. After two or three more comments, she asked him to stop commenting on her body. He said, but I like it, and then said that he would stop. He looked up her up and down once more and moved on. We lost the appetite for shopping and left after this encounter.I can understand that being complimentary might give customers confidence to buy, but it seemed to me that he was more interested in having a look than being helpful.This is one of the better shops in Charleston, but we are turned off from this experience.

The people here are the nicest and are very informative. Also the staff is helpful and willing to answer any questions. I had an amazing experience and will be back again for more!
