We had my grandsons birthday party here. It was great they took care of everything. All we had to do was show up. I got to enjoy the party.

My son had a wonderful time celebrating his birthday last month. The party host went above and beyond in curating a great experience for our family. Mom and Dad had as much fun as the kids. Our youngest is special needs, and they were so kind and accommodating to us.The food was also very tasty, and everything was clean and in good working order. It was a great experience and well worth the money.

We love chuck. Our child had a great time here. We found all the fun games here. Good place to go with your little ones or just yourselves. Good food and nice staff.

I was worried with covid going on that most od the games would have been closed. They werent. Went on 10-27-20 and was pleased to see some newer games and a new set up.

Nice friendly staff at The Strip location. They kept it clean and Chuck E. Cheese was nice both times he came out to dance with the children and ticket toss. We will definitely be coming back. Nice deals and the food is much better now.

Clean and safe environment. Staff was professional. It wasnt packed when we were there so it was easy to move around between games. Food was decent. Had pizza and salad bar. Only negative was the water cups... Which were ridiculous . Overall a fun experience for my family.

The place looked clean, but it smelled horrible. When we first walked in I noted that I thought it smelled good, like a fragrance cleaner, but then as time went on I realized that was just covering a bad odor. The odor was very strong and like dirty diapers. A lot of them. We ate before we went, but I was thinking how even if I was hungry, I wouldnt want to eat in a place that smelled like that.

Bring Chuck e cheese tokens back. The food was delicious but theres no to go containers, or pizza box we had to stack a half of pizza in a salad box. A family of 6 had one card to share and its a fortune to get more than one.

My son loves going to play here! The staff are friendly, and the games are fun! Its a little bit different now that the tokens are gone. But I guess it does spread less germs having a brand new card for each player. I actually think you get to play more games paying by time limit now instead of token per game. Different way to play nowadays but still a Very awesome place! Your kids will never want to leave!

Worst experience Ive ever had here I felt bad for the guy there he had to do EVERYTHING the manager messed up the guys order in front of me and then left and told the guy to take care of it and caused more issues for the line to take longer she seemed more interested in her phone than helping others..

Yes you spend a lot of money. Yes you will eat mediocre pizza. Yes you will spend the whole time collecting tickets only to find out you can only afford the spider ring... But, your kids will have a blast dancing with Chucky the mouse and making memories with you. Its worth it. The one on the Strip in N. Canton has a great team of young folks that will take care of things. Try going during off hours. Its a little better when not crowded.

Had a party here for my son. Overall was fun but i felt like that staff was rushing me. She didn’t even notify that they were cleaning off my table 15 mins before the party was even over. Moved all my stuff but left my purse for someone to take it. It was easy for them to locate me when they wanted me to pay the bill but didn’t have the courtesy to tell me that cleaned off my table and moved my stuff. Also she did not call for gifts but did for everyone else then told me you you have to ask for it. How was it suppose to know?!

The employees were very kind. The prices are kinda crazy tho.

One of the larger locations and lots of games to pick from. The food is not my favorite but its good. It took a while to get service to even get in but the game service attendant was staying on top of any game issues. Overall it was clean and we had a great time.

We decided to try this location for my oldest sons birthday this year. I gotta give props to the entire staff at this location, they did everything they could to make the party a breeze for us, they all had a great attitude and where very prompt about getting the machines back up when they ran out of tickets. Well worth it, cant wait till we come back and do it again.

Its a fun place but a large amount of games didnt work wasting your time and money.b it gets so crowded you literally have to wait in line to literally play anything which is super obnoxious. People let their kids just run wild with no supervision as well.

Somehow this is still my favorite pizza lol my kids love it here . I wish it was more play and less games but hey ya win some ya lose some. Its a great family environment nonetheless.

This place is awesome even as an adult. Took our 3 yr old grandson a d our 29 yr old son, not sure who had more fun, we all barely took time to eat. The pizza is actually pretty good.

My husband and I took our granddaughter on January 31st. We had a blast as is our usual experience. There was a wonderful young lady working that evening and I mean working! She was checking people in, checking people out, taking orders, running register, toy counter and helping Chuck E. make tickets rain. This young lady was doing it ALL and with a smile! I believe her name was Latasha. I sure hope shes there during our next visit.

We took our kids there for the very first time a few months ago and they were in heaven. Great pizza too!

Crowded as usual. We were there for a birthday party, I liked the all you can play for 2 hours option. They needed more help/staff at the front desk. There was a long line to get in and only one person working up there.

Yesterday we had our daughters 8th birthday party there. The kids had fun of course but the service was bad. They told us we had to move because the next party was coming in which I understand. But they started moving our stuff while my daughter was opening her presents & I was breastfeeding is baby & threw away pizza our guests were still eating, threw away almost all of our cups people were drinking out of. Also I didnt even get to try the cake we bought because while they were clearing our table it got thrown away with everything else. I also usually let my kids keep their candles but they threw them away, along with the extra 12 I had sitting over by her presents. Our host had to go home because he hurt himself & the new one they assigned us gave me a bill & that was the only time we seen her. We just expected more for paying $250, at least to be able to eat our food.

It was clean, food wasnt bad (considering it is a Chuck E Cheese lol) My daughter really enjoyed herself!! Special birthday treat went over well :) Only complaint may have been other patrons and children taking away from the experience when Chuck E came out.

Had a birthday party for my 5 year old girl here recently. Viola, the hostess for the party, was excellent. The kids really enjoyed it, and there is no mess to clean up. Whats not to love?

We love going to Chuck e cheese!! Tiffany has made our experience absolutely incredible the past two times we went . She was very friendly and treated us like family. There is something fun for everyone to do ! Definitely will be going back .

This place is great. The prices feel very reasonable. The staff is kind. The machines always seem to be in working order. The whole experience is really great for kids who are 3 and older. My toddler has a wonderful time everytime we come here. The only con I have is that the Duck Spraying game needs its water tank changed because it stinks.

Alot of the machines take ur points but give you no play time or tickets need more people on floor to make sure the machines are working

First time here with niece. Was not told we could pause the game card while we ate our food. Therefore we lost 15 minutes of play time. On a $45 dollar card. Thats not right. When you are spending over a hundred + dollars.

Its free admission which I love but theyre very expensive and theres no section for younger children like there used to be. Like tunnels and balls things like that. But there are toddlers like games. The people there are very friendly and their party prices are very reasonable. Despite it not being the childhood Chuck-E-Cheese that I know and love my child loves it, so we will be back

Always has good pizza and food. As everyone knows they are pretty pricey but the kids have a great time. My only complaint is they stamp your hands when you enter with your kids, and check that number when you leave to make sure no one gets out with kids that arent theirs. Well in theory this is a good system however they let my daughter leave with her grandmother who didnt not have a stamp on her hand thankfully I was a few people back in line and was able to verify and call them Floyd out on letting them leave without a a stamp. Had I not been right there or had it been a random stranger they would have been able to leave with my daughter and no problems. So thats rather disappointing. This system only works if the employees follow protocol every time

It is still good but it has changed some

Chuck E Cheese is an commercial interpretation of a childs brain. Parents get to sit comfortably and what their little ones burn themselves out in a safe space. The pizza is and has always been tolerable, but thats not what this place is all about.

They were very understaffed, many of the games wouldnt disperse the tickets you won, and it took over an hour to receive our food order (just a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza). I understand that they were busy, but by now they should be more prepared for a big crowd. Very unorganized.

One of their machines gave me way more tickets than I won, woo to the hoo! Good for me. My kids had fun and now I have two Slinky things Ill be stepping on for the next few days. I like the play all you can in minutes instead of tokens because you usually only win 1 or 2 tickets at a time, so now I can stand there at the malfunctioning game and win way more tickets than I expected and not feel like I dropped a bunch of money for 10 minutes of fun.

Family comes there all the time and love it all the time.

Way overpriced for low quality food. Other parents seem to just let their kids run wild, cutting in line,taking things that dont belong to them, just bad behavior. Would suggest people steer clear of this place. Its just not worth the money or frustration.

Spent 20 minutes on the phone. Their automated voice service is very life like. Next time..maybe a human at the location I am calling would be superb.

Even though my kids enjoyed themselves, I was actually very disappointed in Chuck E. Cheeses. Its been about 4 years since our last visit and its totally different. TOTAL RIP OFF! Instead of buying tokens YouNow pay for an unlimited amount of playtime. $10(9 if u order food)for 30min of unlimited games sounds like a great deal but no! 1st off, food came out in like 10min. But if we would of stopped to eat our play time would be up by time done eating. So ate cool pizza. Plus before there was a play area with tubes etc. to play and climb on. Now all nothing but games that my 4year had trouble playing, its basically an arcade.

I havent been to one of these since I was the target audience for this place. As a new parent, I dread the day she asks me to come here. Pure. Unadulterated. Madness. I get it, though. Kids love it, and it makes them happy. Thats what you go there for.

Oh my dear God, this is hell on earth. In terms of chuck e cheeses, Im sure this one is as good as any other. But if you love your children or value your sanity, go somewhere else. This place is a grade A cesspool.

This place brings out my inner kid. With the new game play you are able to buy minutes instead of the coins which gives kids the opportunity to play more and longer. The safe is always very friendly. I recommend googling some coupons I found some older ones that had great deals for around $50.00 we got 2 Lg pizzas, 4 drinks and 120 minutes of game time.

Had our daughters birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. The setup was good and they give you a helper lady who dances and sings for the kids and helps organize things. Overall a good experience. Kids wanna play games more than they wanna sing happy birthday, learned that the hard way!!

I love taking my kids here. The prices are reasonable and there are all kinds of games. I love they have the time option instead of buying tokens. Unlimited games for whyever time you choose to pay for. And you can share cards.

Loved the games and most of the staff was friendly but for a kid friendly environment I think they should crack down on the adult and childrens language and enforce the parents being responsible for there children rule because there was 3 and 4 years olds wandering without there parents coming up and taking your tickets out of the machine as your playing the game and taking the bald to the machine and running off I definetely thought there would be more enforcement on that being that theres so many people under one roof.

Food is good, staff was friendly, but it took forever to get in. Reminded me of how Walmart has huge lines but only 2 open registers, but not quite as extreme here. Kids loved the arcade and teeming tickets, would definitely bring them back.

Its popular and almost always packed, but I think they could do more to keep it clean and the food could taste better. Especially the salad bar and pizza. Kids, however, will fall in love.

A wonderful place for children! Mookie is a GREAT SERVER and the kids adored her. Just was at a birthday party and saw a lot of joy. They work very hard to make sure kids and adults have all they need.

It was over crowded and every other table was reserved for absolutely no reason. The staff was completely unmotivated and careless to the point that we stood at the front for nearly a half hour while the manager behind the counter was completely uninterested in helping the cashier. Literally stood there with an attitude glaring at everyone.
