First time here...My only real complaint is that there is nothing to drink for those who dont do soda. It be nice to have an option other than water.Other than that...I like the rustic look and feel the place. There are a lot of kids with parents playing games and enjoying time together. I brought my girls here today, because it cold and rainy day and get them out of the house.And the best thing is my teens like it.And thats a win in my book!!

Fantastic little place for super cheap entertainment for the entire family. $8 for entry and the games are free play as long as you would like and as many times as you would like. The food is really good and fairly inexpensive. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent! Such a novel idea to charge one price for all day play. Dont have to worry about the kids running out of quarters.The owner, Joey, is present and on the floor to greet you and help solve any problems (we didnt have any btw). Very clean place, great staff and good food are all here for your enjoyment.If you want to have a good time and not have to worry about the kids getting bored, bring them in here.Pinball, video games, VR room, pool, air hockey, this place has it all. We had a great Birthday party for our granddaughter there! 2 rooms available to choose from. And free play up to 11 or people. Going back the end of the month for my Husband 50th birthday party! $8.00 person for the whole day. I may never see my Husband again. Too much fun and I had a Blast! And once in a lifetime picture of 8 Grandma together! A very special day and girl.

A very nice place to kick back with games both old and new. Nice variety of simple drinks and snacks you can buy if you get hungry while playing. Nice workers, and fairly empty during the school year... meaning older people can come in and have fun without worrying about being swamped by children!

Stopped by when spending a few nights in Coos Bay for a bowling tournament. Love the pool tables, air hockey, and variety of classic arcade machines. Nachos were awesome! Joey asked my dad about how to make the place more accommodating for wheelchairs, which my dad really appreciated because no one has ever bothered to ask that before. So many arcades and restaurants have aisles too narrow for wheelchair users, but Joey’s is perfect! Thanks again.

It was dark but it was fun could use a lil nicer flooring but fir the kids it was fun it was a good time

Friendly staff and you can beat the price for all day play. I recommend the nachos, they are awesome. Only bummer is not all games are on. But theres enough games to play to burn several hours there. Dont forget to check out the menu. My son loves to play there. My favorite is the air hockey.

My son loves it here. I think $8 dollars for every player is a bit much. My 1 year old would be $8 bucks if she wanted to play. The prices should go by age like most places. They have great customer service though and for my sons birthday they gave him a free float.

Love this place! Its so much fun! And I love the pay once play as much as you want! Although I wish there were more arcade games I still love it. Plus the food is yummy and everything is fair priced. An addition our very boring mall needed!!

Tacos were great, service was friendly. The only downer is a lot of the machines were broken or had non responsive buttons, that or they felt like someone spilled soda all over the buttons... I love the freeplay aspect of it though, definitely a good way to do stuff. Just wish there was more working games and kept up machines... definitely would recommend for a cheap fun time if you like arcades.

Family fun in a safe environment. Most of the games are working. Lots of activities for the kids. Well worth the money because the kids have a blast and it creates wonderful memories for the parents. Joey and his family have always been pleasant and kind to everyone. Definitely recommend.

Joey’s arcade is an amazing place, Joey himself is a real nice guy. One time I was the last kid there and he gave me a ride home, another time I was the last kid there again and we played cod black ops together and he gave me a free drink.It’s a good place for people to hang out.

Joeys arcade isnt a place where locals just go to play arcade games. It also isnt just a place to find all your older magic cards. But it also isnt just a place to find all the comics/graphic novels you have been looking for. Mostly it is a place you can go to do all these things and more. Joey s arcade is a place you can go and spend all day doing a myriad of different fun activites. Dont forget to get a specialty soda from the soda bar. I never do.

The people were wonderful as always but I was extremely disappointed that even though they changed to a nicer location, so many of their games were still broken. I went in with my fiancee and could not play any games with him because only one player station would work. They really need to figure out a way to fix their games or else they will never stay open. You cant have an arcade without games.

Needs a lot of work. Most games are not working. Floor was gross. Furniture was all dirty and ripped. Has potential, but for now, Id never take my kids there again.

Kind of a rad little place. Definately needs help vamping up the place as a whole. Love the flat rate free play.. hope that aspect holds true. I like the openness and all around retro feel. The suitability of video games would be enough to make all hearts happy. I mean like anyone from any age range. Some of these gaming systems date back5,10 idk maybe even 30years!! Coulpe pool tables airhocky giant projector for movies, Netflix, most importantly it was connected to the Wii which had super mario!! Lol. If youve not been its worth it one time at least. 8 bucks all games free no token or quarter neccessary .

This is the first arcade, in my memory, to stay in the area for more than a year or so. That should tell you something good about it. Joeys Arcade is a great place to hang out. The atmosphere of the area is truly inviting for anyone, and the staff is a group of kind people who enjoy their work. Definitely recommended.

The owner was extremely rude & condescending. I found this puzzling as in years past, Ive heard people describe Joey as a very personable fellow and the person I saw was just a jerk. I looked up his Facebook and read him angrily rant about how a kid stole something from him and how it caused him to be unwilling to trust people, which is unfortunate, but people are people and you cant expect anything one way or the other and if you own a business, you probably have something in stock that someone would like to steal. I suspect he was triggered by the event because perhaps he is having money problems and thus explains his abrasive nature. I will not return to this business in the future and will discourage others from doing similarly.

Just had a bday party for my son!! All the kids had tons of fun, and the food was great!!!

From every person and every adult in every situation .my son has been praised and complimented on his mannrrs behavior and kind spirit. Id like to say its due to my awsome parrenying. But he is just naturally a good soil. He has been to joyes 4 times and three out of the four times he has come out upset unhappy and nearly in tears from the treatment he recieves from the people working there and or thier family He has never lied as far as i know no matter the situation. And has reported to me that the man running the place was mean. Calling him and his friends names like liar and bratt ect. On his. Birthday after i paid a exubrrant amount of$ for his party he was yelled at by the owner and owners friend whos son had thrown sompthing and blamed my son.not saying its impossible for it to be my son but 6 o ther people that were present verified the inncident. Today he called them liars and resttict ed d use of certain games based on thier size. My son is large at 200 lb and 11 yrs old. We will not be going back and discourage any patrons from promoting his behavior by wasting houre money there

Ive gone to Joeys several times with some pals from college. Good selection of games, the staffs super friendly, and the atmosphere is pretty great. Its a fantastic place to spend a lazy afternoon.
