Beautiful dog park! Nice small and large dog sections, both nice sizes. The large dog section is much longer, and has access to the river (no fence but high grass). Very clean! One thing that could make it better is if there was a water fountain/hose to get water for dogs, good thing we brought our own!

Quite a small but unusual dog park, good fenced in area for smaller dogs, larger dogs have access to the river. We had to go right to the end through the wooded area to get to the water where where was a small, easy to get to people area. On the downside owners are terrible! Dog poop everywhere despite bags being available at the entrance so you have to be really careful not to step in poop, wont go again for that reason alone. Was a little tricky to find as Google maps insisted the access road was on the wrong side.

Very peaceful dog park. A little sketchy around dusk. I would not hang out here at night.

Nice and quiet dog park, easy parking. This was a good sized fenced in park on the river with plenty of room to run and several benches available throughout. The one problem was that there was a gate missing between the big dog and small dog enclosure, the main fence was fully intact. It might be recent because several massive storms have come through the area and it looked fairly new but it is good to check if you want to keep your dog separate from others. Otherwise excellent dog park and the other side of the bridge had a nice area attached to a walking path and lovely fishing area.

Peaceful scenery, great unleashed dog park. Dog must have tags, up to date vaccinations, fixed and registered with City of Aurora.

Nice dog park but we cant go back. My dog jumps in the river and the current is so fast that within seconds she is out of the fenced area and we have to chase her down. A fast-moving river isnt a great barrier to keep dogs in.

Not very busy. Most time we show up and no other dogs are there. The bigger dog section is not fully fenced in and is surrounded by bushes and trees instead . A lake is right behind that. Not comfortable with that. There needs to be a fence. Period. I go here because its close to me. When I go, I prefer the smaller doggie area as it is fully fenced in. There also needs to be picnic tables. There are 2 benches total here and are at the beginning of each side. Kind of stupid if the field is so large and your dog is running around. There should be more places to sit through the dog park.

We love this dog park for its rustic and natural charm. A nice space for larger dogs, where they can frolic in different areas, natural and bushy, flat and grassy, or even pop into the river for a bit. For smaller dogs, a fabulous fenced in area to help keep them from having to weave around the big dogs.

The dog park is located underneath a bridge and feels super shady. I would not go there in the late evening. There is a small dog and large dog section. The large dog section is fenced by the river and bushes, no real fence. The small dog section is truly fenced.

Great place. Huge island. There are separate areas for dogs under 35 pounds and over 35 pounds. There are bags available for people to clean up after their animals. No water other than the river is there for the animals though so bring your own.
