Liz and Jason were top notch and went way above and beyond to offer advice, feedback, experience(s), and guidance toward the right products for what I was looking for. Very friendly and relatable and I will absolutely come back just because of them.

My wife and i visited this location yesterday for our first ever adult store shopping. The sales associate Dominique was so very knowledgeable and helpful in making us feel welcomed and comfortable being there and choosing the right toys we both was looking for. Wonderful location! Wonderful items for everyone! Wonderful staff! Wonderful everything!!! Walking into this store for the first time, I was not sure what to expect and was a bit nervous/self conscious, however the second I walked in I was greeted and welcomed in as if I had been life long friends with the people there. Chris was especially helpful and friendly- he spent a great deal of time showing me a variety of things that I might like. The atmosphere was so fun and nonjudgmental. Now I shop there like I get my groceries, except with a big smile on my face and I’ve continued to return due to how welcome I feel!

Never coming back. And I can see Im not the only one.Short version: Trying to browse. Lady was staring me down the whole time. Took a couple items from me I had picked out while I was still browsing and continued to glare at me even while I was empty-handed. I paid for my things and left.Long version: Valentines Day is tomorrow. 3 days after is my girlfriends birthday. So I was there to spend some decent money, but I wasnt sure on what. She asked if I needed help when I came in and I said I was just browsing. while doing so, I noticed this woman blatantly watching me while I picked up/put back a couple things. Sorry, but Im trying to find a blindfold that costs less than $30. I eventually found a couple things I wanted to buy and was holding them and still browsing. She approached me Can I hold those while you browse? Uh sure. These were mid-sized boxes so Im not quite sure where she was expecting me to put them if I were to make a lame effort to try to smuggle them out? I visited a couple other sections with no success. I scanned the room and locked eyes with her. Again. She was still glaring at me. And she did not look too happy. I paid for my 2 THINGS and left.Maybe they should get some cameras so they can hawk-eye their customers from afar. Ive never felt more uncomfortable while shopping.

Ive had pretty good experiences at other lovers lane stores but the manager here is very pushy and made me pretty uncomfortable. I was looking to buy lingerie and she pushed an extra 200-300 dollars on me to buy toys and some coupon book and wouldnt take no for an answer. I ended up leaving empty handed and went to the Naperville store the next day.

Izzi helped me when I went and she knew exactly what to recommend and seems very knowledge about the products in the store! She is easy to talk to and very good at listening!

They werent friendly! I asked if they had a certain item and was looking, which they just stood in the counter hanging out . Then after I realized that they didnt have the item in stock, they finally spoke up and said they ra, out of it. Horrible customer service, more like no customer service!
