Tons of fun. We try to go at least once a year. Great for birthday parties or something fun to do with a group of friends. The adults love it as much as the kids do. Fun games too, enough to keep you entertained for a little extra fun time.

Great staff very helpful & nice

I am a very displeased customer. I just had a visit to your location. I frequent here relatively often with groups of friends and their children. Tonight was no different. I was with a group of twelve people. We all payed to do the double sessions. The first session was awesome. Everyone had a great time with absolutely no issues. When we went in for the second time as soon as we started two of our vests were not working. When brought to the staffs attention one of the vest were switched out which took a whole round to switch out. Now when the second round started several vest were now not working. When brought to the attention of the employee she said we should just play it out and I told her no offense to her but I payed for a whole session not half a session and she told me she would get her manager. Now as this is going on no one is playing the game almost every person was saying their vests would not work. The manager (no name given) now came in and approached us he asked what the problem was when I explained he told me that the vests were now working and his suggestion was that we played. Never once at this point did he say he reset the whole session so we are all thinking that we now have only one of the four rounds remaining which is not fair. When I tried to explain that I wanted to play a whole session (again NEVER explained that the session was reset) he just kept telling me to stop yelling. I was not yelling I raised my voice for two reason first because the music was so loud that you had too just to be heard then because he kept insistently telling me that I was yelling. He told me he would have me removed by the police for yelling. I told him that was fine that I would wait with him as I followed him through the door he slammed it shut so it swung all the way through and hit me in the forehead. I asked for the second half of my money to be refunded only because of how the manager treated myself and the other five adults I was with. The other adults also asked for a refund.This situation could have been avoided if the manager acted professionally to begin with. On top of his blatant disrespectful behavior. He kept telling the officer that we were abusive to his staff. We spoke to one person. I have worked in customer service for 25 years I am a manager and I have had people try and physically attack me and I have NEVER treated any customer in the manner I was treated in tonight. I will never return. The manager that was on tonight is definitely in need of training on how to treat people.

The laser tag community was a lot of fun as well as enjoyable; the only thing that could be improved is that they only play on one game mode. The equipment and field is a lot of fun to play on and I look forward to going again!

This place is so much fun!! I have recommended it to all my friends. It is pretty much an interactive laser tag game where you try to score as many points as possible for your team. The matches last one hour in total, with sessions of five minutes each. It is a place for everyone as they also have a kids area with slides and other fun games.

Love the laser tag! Fun for all ages kids and adults. Selection of arcade games is limited but the service at the at the toy counter is great. Party server rushed us out of the party area thats why I am only giving it 4 stars. I would go again but not have a bday party there again.

The kids had fun. Lazer guns didnt work the entire games. Had fun with the games, but had to keep asking for the staff to fill tickets. The staff was helpful.

Really fun place I think its a place people of all ages could enjoy. My vest broke during Laser tag and the staff gladly helped me fix it. The one complate is the arcade is a bit overpriced

Very engaging game play in the laser tag arena. Younger kids can be engaged with bouncy house stuff as well as arcade games.

This place is amazing. Lazer Tag, Bouncy House, and arcades for days!!! Kids had a blast!!!! Cant wait to go back

Extremely fun for a group of friends, though your group will usually be put with another it your party is not large enough. Spacious facility

Lazer tag arena felt small. The game itself rewards more to people for tagging the enemy base instead of tagging people. You earn so little points for tagging people which requires skill compared to standing and tagging the base so even the most brain dead player has a chance in doing good.

Weve been here for several birthday parties; we also go now and then at my kids request. The laser tag game is a lot of fun and the staff does an excellent job to ensure that it is a safe, enjoyable experience for all participants. The Adrenaline Zone is a great place for the kids to expend some of that limitless energy that kids seem to have, and again the staff keeps a trained eye on them to keep them safe. The Game Zone is nice as the machines seem to be very generous with rewarding tickets and it is not at all difficult to win enough and get some nice prizes at the end of your visit. The food is mediocre but that does not surprise me. Overall, its a fun place to take your young family and a nice option for birthday parties.

Fun place to bring the kids. Inflatables for the younger kids. Lazer tag set up is great with good instructions and gameplay variety. My six yr old girl managed quite well on her own along side of older kids and even adults playing. Everyone was respectfully of the younger ones and everyone had a great time. I went in as a free observer so I could keep an eye on her, the youngest, without issue. Arcade has a good variety of games and pretty good prizes from tickets. Pizza and snacks available and they even keep a free ice water dispenser out so u dont have to buy drinks.

Love taking my kids here. Only reason for giving it 5 stars is theres always some popular machines out of order.

Very disappointing and saddened that after bringing my 3 boys who met up with a very large group of friends on a Friday night to have a great time went to get pizza at 8:30 pm after running around in the lazer game all hot and hungry couldnt get any because they were all done cooking pizza at 8pm but they dont close till 11pm . this business has lost a lot of money from this group alone and the other people who went up trying to get pizza. If your going to stay open till 11pm then you should have food availavailable till every person is out the door. that is what a good business who cares about their customers would do so I guess this place doesnt care at all about anybody but them selves and how fast the can get out after closing time. The manager William should learn to treat his customers right because keep up this way of bad treatment and you will lose a whole lot of paying customers.

I went to this place withmy nephews, and we had such a good time. The price could GE better, but is worth it.

I dont even know where to start. First there was urine everywhere in the mens room. Both times my boys had to go I had to ask for someone to clean up.Purchased a double play pass for my whole family was told each person gets 2 full rounds of Lazer tag plus 20 tokens so we paid . When we got our cards we only 10 tokens per person. And they didnt even acknowledge us when we asked for the rest and refused to give us the rest.First game went off without a hitch.2nd match game started screwing up right away. Two players had none working vests.Only one was offered a new vest. 2nd round almost no guns were working. The entire group stopped playing because of the malfunction.Worker tried to resolve multiple times it didnt help. Then without being asked we were forced to play a different version of the game that completely sucked. They did This basically to cover the fact that no ones stuff was functioning properly.When my wife complained enough the manager came in . Obviously upset because he could not fix the issues he immediately had an attitude and started screaming. Screaming at us telling us we were raising our voices. The room is basically a giant rave. You have to yell to have any conversation. After we continued to have our loud convo the manager picks out my wife out of the entire group and says she is being removed from the property for yelling. Im guessing he picked her because she was the smallest person in the group of 12 yelling at him for his ignorant behavior. So my wife followed him out. He slammed the door backwards knowing my wife was following him . Slammed a door on her knowing it shuts it self on hinges. The was no reason to shut the door.He went out and called the police. We followed. As soon as we left the laser room he started changing his whole story about why my wife was being asked to leave.As I left the Lazer room I walked through the vest room I noticed all vest in the place where reacting to no one shooting them . The whole system was set to a simulation mode so we could be tricked into finishing . The manager tried to scam us out of our whole last match so he could go home on time.When I left the floor I was in first place with 8600 points on a match I did not participate in . Bottom line these people are con men.Nasty bathrooms . Uneducated no skill workers with zero customer service skills. And a manager who has NO issue with robbing the clients. The town of North Andover is a gem and does not deserve to have a blemish like this in it.

Came 40 minutes away for my daughters 11th birthday with a few of her friends . Seemed like it was going to be a lot of fun . In the briefing room a kid had his hands full of Sanitizer and splashed it and it got in my friends eye and all that was done when the staff member was made aware of the horsing around was a “ knock it off”...... that kid should not have been allowed to play. Then during the game my daughter and her best friend were “ too close” and were told to leave the game . The employee states they had been spoken to before and they hadn’t been . In laser tags you constantly bump into people . But her birthday was ruined because they were made to leave the game . Not only did I waste my money there because no refund or voucher was offered for free game on another day, for my friend getting injured because of kids fooling around, my daughter and her friend were “ too close” so they had to leave the game????. I’m absolutely appalled with who we were treated . Never ever again will I waste myMoney there again. I just asked my daughter again how many time the employee spoke to her and she said once . So how were they given multiple chances but only spoken to once???... and if your going to be that strict with being too close then make the arena bigger . I will stick with laser quest in danvers . Better employees and laser tag. Oh and right in the beginning one of her friends best didn’t work and it took a whole game to find an employee to her her a vest that worked . Had to exit the game to find a staff member . Very unprofessional place . Don’t waste your money
