Absolutely love this place! Our sons first time and we all had a blast.

Okay. Grandson had a great time playing games. Very clean and Covid safe. Staff could have been nicer. Bought grandson a 6 pack of bottled Brisk tea. Have to buy when I can find it. Brought to party for him to take home. Manager kept insisting I couldnt bring in. Explained why I had brought it and we were buying their drinks and pizza for party. Had to take to car just to make her happy. I feel due to the fact I had not purchased their b-day package that I was being singled out. I spent well over $100 on pizza, game cards and drinks there. My grandson wanted a Paw Patrol themed party, which they do not offer. If this is the case, then they should not offer up their establishment on their website for parties other than a Chucky Cheese package and make them more affordable. Pizza was delicious though. Right up there with Pizza Hut. Over all had a great time.

Staff is always friendly, staff was constantly cleaning. Only downfall was no chuckie. Great place to let toddlers run off energy.

Our family of 5 had a great time playing games here! I paid for 100 credits for $20 with a coupon from online and divided between three kids, it lasted an hour. Customer service was great and the games were fun!

Had a great time here. Even had the staff cook me up a hot water for bottle heating purpose! Thanks to the nice ladies for getting us taken care of! They also told me about the survey in which I left great remarks. The pizza was good in my perspective and we had a blast. They even let us bring our cake with us... That was a big positive impact. We had an amazing time at a birthday party here today the staff was amazing and very friendly. The food was great and the salad bar way too! The birthday stuff they do is so much fun. The prices can be high but its totally worth it.

Had my sons 3rd party here and it was great! Party host was awesome, lots of points to play and my son had such a blast! Clean arcade area, good pizza! We come here atleast once a month now just for fun!

Its fun and all, but the thing I find pretty dumb is they dont allow kids from lower paid schools to spend their tickets on prizes. Were in a lower class, theres no telling when those kids could ever be back, and youre denying them prizes.

Horrible experience! Did not get acknowledged at all, not while trying to order nor when kids wanted to redeem tickets! Staff there is terribly rude and not pleasant at all! After having to ask to get helped still got the rolling eyes and topped it off with snappy rude comment from the girl there “THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE“ after she ignored me and my children attending others that where just arriving while we clearly where standing there before them all trying to get attended. I had complain about her to her manager people like this SHOULD NOT be working there if they are not kid friendly! So disgusted by the way we where treated!

Its a fun place for kids! Its cool when Chuck E comes out to see the kids; they love that cheesey mouse! They have a sort of buffet here. Staff was nice. They do play passes instead of tokens now. Im glad for the change because holding a card is easier than lugging around a bunch of tokens.

Was very nice.. Wasnt crowded... Dont know if it was because it is jyst before Christmas... We was there from 4pm to 730pm. My 2 yr old grandson had a blast.. We was celebrating his birthday... Thank you Chuck E. Cheese

Its Chuck E. Cheese. But this one is clean. For the kids its training then for Vegas, but for the adults you can sit and watch. Its almost relaxing... Not really, but sort of.

My kids had a great time! We went on a Wednesday and it wasnt crowded at all. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. We didnt eat there but just played the games, which if a coupon is used are pretty affordable.

Had my daughters third birthday here. It was really good. Think the parties are grouped way too close together. Would be nice if they could either space the tables out more or book less parties at once. Other than that the staff was very happy and helpful. The games were fun and the pizza was good.

It was fun. Had my nieces 7 birthday party here on Dec 23. It was 4:00pm. There was hardly anyone there which was nice. Im guessing it was slower being so close to christmas. Pizza was fine. I used to work at the I240 and s walker location 11 years ago so i know what to expect from their parties. They did everything correctly and everything was great! The games have gotten better in the past few years. Good place to play games and have pizza.

I was actually impressed with pizza. The game system was fun too. You can just pay for a time frame and enjoy unlimited games. Or the old fashion was pay per game. Either way a lot of fun. And all the games were working!!! Thats awesome.

My siblings had a good time; however, we had a lot of tickets and the most we could get was a few stickers a tattoo and a crayon. Compared to other places, their prizes dont have as much value. Honestly, it was fun for the kids, but the prize aspect of it was lackluster.

It was better than I remember it being. Pizza was ok. There was a salad bar for those who might want it. I liked the system they have for making sure that kids do not get taken.

Still the most fun a kid (and adults) could ever ask for. The games are updated and fun. But as always, the prizes you get for tickets is a joke. We chalk it up to the fun is in playing the games. Not getting a cheap plastic slinky and 5 gootsie rolls for 320 tickets (not exaggerating). But it wont shop us from going back and having a great time.

A kid friendly business that is all about making the kids have a great time. The pizza was very good. They had many activities for the kids. The children that had birthday partys there got to meet Chucke then go into a booth to get free coupons. My son and his family are going to return there because of the experiences their daughter had.

My first time here! We had a blast! My daughter & niece even got a chance to take a picture with the mascot. Its a lil pricey & the machines hardly give you any tickets but we had a great time & the staff was very friendly

My daughter loves this Chuck E Cheese restaurant. The games are always working, the store is clean, and the pizza is great! I have to say, whoever was playing Chuck E Cheese this time was absolutely fantastic! Man, that person was dancing all over the place. They were awesome.My family and I will continue to go back to this one in particular. The price is reasonable and its a fun thing to do as a family out of the Oklahoma heat.

Best Birthday Party Place!

Birthday party for 7 year old. 9 kids few adults. I highly recommend the mega package. Not having to deal with token distribution was great. Had to remind hostess of a few things but overall good job and experience. Remember they are human and mistakes happen. During ticket redemption needed to cover last few missing tickets with cash. Would have been nice if the lady at the register had me get in line there instead of standing at the counter as she kept serving the constantly growing line. The pizza was actually pretty good. Little pricey but tasty. Faculty was nice facility clean.

My son had this three year old birthday party there yesterday. We had an absolutely amazing time. My kids loved the two hour game time. The staff was very accommodating and the manager Shaun went above and beyond to check on everyone. It was a relaxing and fun party. The pizza and salad bar was also good. Probably the best party we have ever had. Totally recommend this place. Also very clean and clean bathrooms. The only recommendation for managment is get control of the AC. They said it is controles at corporate office. We were sweating our butts off the whole time. My husband had to keep going outside to cool off. My sister left early because of it and all the staff was sweating too so wear short sleeves.

Yall should know by now that having a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese is like being in hell real time. However, we had an associate check on our birthday boy and meet our needs very well and she even sat at the table with our boys and chatted with them about how they are enjoying their birthday. Seriously the only Chuck E Cheese Ive ever been to that didnt make me wanna leave within 2 minutes. Great place and great staff.

We had our four year olds birthday party at chuck e cheese and she had a blast. The special bracelet she got for her birthday really made her feel special. The service from the staff was better than I expected. A little pricey, but hey its a birthday what better way to spend the money.

Their pizza is fantastic and their salad bar is fresh.

My grandson turned 3 and his party was at 10:00 am. Perfect time for little ones. They dont get ran over by bigger kids and they are home just in time for nap time.

The pizza has been revamped and is so much better now. My favorite thing about it is that the kids cant leave without their adult with the same number. It allows me to give my oldest a little more freedom.

Kids enjoy going here. Birthday parties for little ones are easy to host.

It looks bigger on the outside. Poor customer service when you could find someone to help. Im not sure if they were understaffed or everyone was hiding in the back. The games were ok but way to close to each other. People would bump into you when trying to pass. I wish you didnt have to carry tickets with you. My son had a bag full of ticket that were stolen while he was playing a game. Another son had someone come up while he was playing and try to take the tickets out of the machine... We had never used the play pass and was not told we had to PAUSE the card... so we lost a total of about 2 hours of play time. When I finally found someone to help they acted annoyed and gave me one 20 minute play card. The pizza was mediocre for the price and had a funny taste. The prizes kinda sucked too... I remember there being a bigger selection when I was younger... I guess you live and learn. Out of a family of 7, my 5 year old was about the only one who left happy.

Much better than the CECs of the 1990s. The real Chuck is so much better than the old mechanical mega-rodent, and the pizza was much better. I was most impressed by the passes you can buy instead of the nasty tokens. The girl who helped with the birthday party was very good as well.

We did Chuck E. Cheese for my sons birthday last year and it was wonderful! This year wasnt so great. I felt rushed and honestly felt like an annoyance the entire time. My host kept disappearing to the point where I had to ask another parties host to put my son in the ticket blaster. We had personal items thrown away when the host began rushing us out even though I still had time and was already working on cleaning up myself. I had to serve the kids drinks and pizza myself so I wasnt even getting to enjoy watching my son. I didnt pay 200 dollars to host the party myself. I understand that this place is busy but when the party has been reserved for weeks and you still arent prepared for it, its a little upsetting. I had personal belongings thrown away when she was rushing to get us out, even she was only behind because of Chuck E. missing a cue. Its a place of great fun with good food, but having this party there this year really caused me to not enjoy my sons birthday. I dont think Id recommend anyone reserve a birthday. Just go for dinner in the middle of the week or something.

Love this place! Its very clean considering the high volume of people and they almost always have coupons/deals for games available to redeem. The food is pricey but the games are great for all ages!

It was a great experience. Kids and adults enjoyed themselves. Only problem was the guy at the door didnt really verify the numbers stamped on us and kids. Could have been a bad situation if someone was taking off with a child.

Saturday afternoon. Party time. Place is packed. Only 1 person at the front to take orders from adults. When they finally opened another register, I was next in line. Three people were done from the other line before they got to me on my line. May have just been the specific person, but staffing was an issue. Good fun in the arcade and at the party though
