I gave this casino a 3 star review for 1 reason, today was my first time going to this casino so I signed up for the members card. I got the initial 10 for signing up but after that I was only given $1 per 100 points and I got to 100 twice that I checked on. I didnt recall while I was there whether it was $10 per 100 or 1000 so just played. If they fix that Ill give it 5 stars because it was clean, decent size and it had enough games that I knew and liked and a couple others that I tried and liked.

I probably could have given them four stars, only because they have restarted doing their free birthday 10 instead of that come in on one day of the month and celebrate everybodys birthday kind of thing so they get props for that and I can guarantee to have my $5 free play on Thursdays so for those two qualities they rank higher than other casinos I would review however it seems that since the corona pandemic you dont see many people winning like they lost money when they closed or something and now theyre just trying to get all that Ive been a couple times and cant say it did anything for me not even getting to play for a minute and it just drained me of my money before I feel at least you would play for a little while

Its A fun atmosphere!! There are plenty of all of my favorite slot machines tht ii love to play && play to WiN!! There are also card tables set up for all the usual games. They have an amazing pizza for about $10 && there are tables set up for you to eat at!! Free; soda, coffee, tea, H20, etc- the usual. The place was clean along with the bathrooms. Security watches over your vehicles && the overall parking lot well!!

Small but a great casino. I love coming up here and enjoy the countryside view being from out of state. Very friendly staff. Security is also good and they do keep an eye out for you. One was enjoying watching me play and also when I got the bonus. It is worth taking the little drive to get there.

I like this casino. It’s kinda disorienting like a carnival funhouse inside, but the there’s tons of machines to choose from, and surly one that’s right up your alley!... and they keep you playing. Although it’s a fast and easy commute to the location, I don’t get to stop in as often as I’d like simply because it’s a little but too far out of my way.

I absolutely love Thunderbird casino staff, I miss karaoke there because of the staff in the casino bar, the gaming sure could be way better!! But the hands on staff such as, bartenders, slot staff and a few of managment on duty thats practicing empathy and compassion for every patron!! The staffs morale climbs when i walk in! Been told that!! But I love it !! Just miss the best parts are still shut down!! Just saying! I enjoy the staff that really treat me as family!!

Really spacious layout right now with very courteous staff. Very attentive and friendly slot attendants and cashiers. Theres also something to be said about the area because the Casino is just South East of Lake Thunderbird.I won some games there and I think Im going to go play some table games Monday thru Thursday because they dont have antis from 3-close. I also like the old school hip hop and rock they were playing.The crowd out there are mostly good ol country people and its a laid back and fun atmosphere. I want to try the food specials especially spaghetti with meatballs for $4.50. Definitely would recommend any of the Tribes Casinos and other businesses because they are very well run.

Quiet not to crowded, machines pay out more often. My husband hit two jackpots here in the last month. If you enjoy some of the older games then you will like this place.

Not a big fan of smoking but had some fun with my girlfriend. About 60% of the machines were either off or closed for social distancing. Bathrooms were also clean so that is a plus. If you want to win/lose money I would go.

Literally got cheated out of black jack. Dealer messes up and the casino says nothing they can do about it? If your machine hits a jackpot mistakingly you dont pay out. If you are a casino and you blatenly cheat meaning your dealer doesnt abide by the rules and you dont tell the person playing until after they lose way to much money. What a rig I recommend never stepping foot in this casinos until they get real dealers or pit bosses that know what the hell they are doing.

The left side doors were locked. (Insanely lazy management) Some machines were broken. Floor is gross. Bathroom is gross. Old lady that takes the food order is rude. Its too small. Drive the extra miles to a different one. This one needs to be knocked down and rebuilt.

Came here every weekend for almost five years and during the week a time or two and gave up about three months ago on this casino .I loved coming here and one day just hated it . not only do u waste money on gas if u dont live nearby then u get there and play and walk right back out the door? I did have some luck a couple times sure but not enough for the amount of money and time I spent here. Just been going to Riverwind it takes 10 min and i seem to win MORE there and have playback As well more often. Im sure I will stop here again but only if I have to drive that way

Went to play and have fun, its sad when you 40$ in a machine and can not win your bet back, wife and I spent over 600$ and only won 50$ and we played multiple different games, I even tried putting a 100$bill in one game and never won one time, this is the third time we came to this casino and never win nothing, will not go back

Its gotten shadier and shadier over the past few years. Theres a heavy security presence but still a lot of dangerous drunks here and on the streets nearby on the weekends. I recommend visiting early in the day on weekdays if you want to avoid a rowdy crowd. The machines are fun, but if you walk in and dont hear them hitting, walk right back out lol.

This is actually not a half bad casino in comparison to the others near by in the area. They have a pretty solid mix of new and old games, a decent selection of table games and a players club with a decent amount of promotions. I went there on the 4th of July with only $5 promotional free play and left after 2 hours with $350.

They have a bid bar area with a dance floor and offer karaoke as well as live bands. They have plenty of slots inside, both old and new machines. They also have several table games to choose from. I have always enjoyed stopping and playing here. They have a happy hour that offers $1 beers, there’s a grill in the back that has decent food (onion rings are great). The bathrooms are cramped but clean. It’s got an okay selection of slots and some tables for games. It used to pay a lot more on the old machines they had. They got all new machines (modern) and I don’t seem to win as much now but it’s still fun to play there sometimes. The atmosphere is more laid back than some other casinos.

At 6:30 they only had one table game open that would allow for four people and they did not have the ability to open up any more games that one game they had working was let it ride they had no blackjack tables open and they lacked the personnel to open up any more tables
