This pet supply store was surprisingly nice. The aisles are well laid out and the prices are comparable to prices for pet food and other supplies at other places. It was very quiet in there while I was in the last few times. It seems like this store isnt well known. I would encourage people to at least stop in and see what kind of pet foods and pet supplies they have and just get to know the place. Its a pretty convenient location near a couple of stores like a grocery store. Theres plenty of parking too.

Amazing atmosphere and a good selection of food litter and toys. Not the best prices but it is a smaller store so that is to be expected. Staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure good service. (This is only a four star for the price)

Our dog, Fritz looovves coming in! He feels like a king after he gets his nails trimmed and his teeth brushed. He loves picking out a toy and he knows we bring him there for just HIM! Everyone who works there is so kind and make us feel so welcome when we come in. Love this place!!

Got there 10 min before close. Door locked watched them count their drawerS. Then turned around and told me it was 9:01 and they were closed. After I watched them for ten minutes. This is the reason why retail stores a becoming a thing of the past. Terrible service! We have 2 dogs and a cat and go to the pet store often. They don’t have a military discount. I’m just glad BloNo has so many options when it comes to pets. Never again!

Great pet supply place! We have been buying our dog food here for a while now. They just came out with a new rewards program that if you continue to purchase the largest bag of food available in that line, youll get the 10th or 12th bag free! They even had the bag I wanted yesterday on sale at a deep discount.

Need more knowledgeable staff regarding what type of fish they are and tanks labled with the correct type of fish in the tanks. Josh is the only person that has excellent knowledge of them, other staff have no idea of what kind of fish most of them are. Pretty sad that you go there and you ask what type of fish is this and you get a reply I dont know and I have no idea. Only once was there a new person his name is Josh and was excellent and very knowledgeable.. go there often but only one good experience.

Large variety of everything for your pets. They always have a good selection of food thats marked down, and just overall great prices on pet food. The customer service people are always friendly and willing to help.

Great store. Girls are informative and always willing to help. They do sell crickets which is a huge plus. All their reptiles and fur babies are well taken care of! A+

I come in pretty much daily since my gym is next door and i love animals. Talked to staff about guinea pigs as im considering a second one and learned so much info and had a very nice conversation. The staff here always asks if i need help even though im just looking for more things to spoil my guinea pig with or just tutting around. Props to Hannah for being knowledgeable and very nice as head of small animal department :o 10/10 will continue to purchase and wander around store for now reason other than to look at kitties and other animals that i dont need right now XD

The took the Horrible out of taking care of my dog. I have a pit with some behavioral problems due to his prior owner. He has allergies and can be difficult to handle giving him a bath, nail trim and being around strangers. They understood all of this and only reacted kindly toward my dog when he got scared and started to bark and growl. He calmed down right away. The price was great for what they provided to do the self bath option. They had a rubber apron, provided hypoallergenic shampoo, warm water, raised dog washing area with convenient step for my dog and a blow dryer. Sabrina, the dog groomer, said she could handle giving my dog a nail trim next time I brought him in and wasnt put off at all when I told her that other groomers wont touch him because of he tries to bite during nail trims. She told me they dont use the clippers, which add pressure and fear to the dog. They use a quite nail grinder. I didnt have time for the trim today but will certainly bring him there for the nail trim. This place is great. I hope they stay in business a long time.

I absolutely love this pet store. The staff is soooo friendly and willing to help with anything. As for the prices of everything they are lower than other stores in town. And with 3 big dogs I cant wait to try the self wash station.... no more clogged drains. LOVE IT. If I could give more stars I would.

At the suggestion of my cousin, I took my American Eskimo to Holly in the grooming salon. We have a very special way of cutting his hair, so I was nervous, but she did a FANTASTIC job!! The best I have ever seen it done. He was comfortable with her because he didnt have his normal vomiting/sore throat issues after we took him home. We will be taking our other 2 dogs to see her for grooming and frequenting the store for our pet supply needs!! Great job!!

Took my dog to the self wash and it was clean and well kept. The dryer wasn’t working so I didn’t get a chance to try it but overall the area was really nice.The prices are great and they carry loads of brands from high end to more affordable household names. The sales associates were fantastic and helpful, and my dog was unusually calm and comfortable within the store (which is unheard of since he’s crazy). I loved the store and I’m excited to see what is to come of it!

They carry several brands of pet foods, toys, treats and meds. In addition they have a grooming area where they will groom or you can groom your own dog. The people that work there are incredibly helpful as well.

I love this place and so does my pup pup. He is an energetic dog and some of the staff were not ready for that. There was a guy who worked there that avoided my dog like the plague.
