Great place! So convenient, relaxed environment (for parents!) I love how their is plenty of seating for parents that don’t feel over crowded. Kids love it. Very clean, pizza is great! They run a lot of affordable promos which is great too! We have frequented the facility since it opened always a friendly nice group of staff working.

What a fun place to take my boys! There are tons of trampolines, an American Ninja Warrior course, trampolines with basketball hoops, some foam cube pits, and a rock climbing wall with a foam cube pit beneath it. We like to go during toddler Time, which has been on some weekday mornings; I pay for one hour or jump time for my two kids (which is more than enough for them) and I do not have to pay for myself, buy I still get to jump. The last time we went, there was a young male employee (I couldnt read his name tag) who was so helpful and friendly and he really made the experience great. It is a little pricey for a toddler activity, but the facility is cleaned and well kept up, so I know my money is going somewhere good.

They were so helpful and accommodating as we did a party. Not as big as altitude but still the kids had a ball!staff was awesome

Kids had a blast year. Very bright, open and lots of space, it seems safer this way. Concession stand is decently priced. Lockers here are a nice touch too. We will be back for sure.

Its a little pricey but worth it for the occasional treat to get rid of excess kid energy. Very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Fun. Clean. And I didnt blow out a knee. Sunday at 11am seemed be a great time to go - almost had the place to ourselves.

Definitely a great place to take the kids and get them exsercise. Definitely alot to do and price is right.

I would recommend this place for kids 3 and above. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had our kids birthday party here, it was good. I wish they had 2 people dedicated to each party room. But I would go again, as the staff is friendly and flexible. Kids love to jump!

This was our first and last time at Sky Zone. The manger and supervisor were very rude to our whole group. One activity could be okay for one group but when we did it we were told we couldnt. It was discrimination at its finest. I will be going back to Altitude.

Weve been to SkyZone before but this is our first time in Bloomington. The staff was wonderful and the facility didnt disappoint. It wasnt very busy while we were there so we had no trouble waiting for jump space. Great features like rock wall over foam pit, obstacle course, jousting, basketball, dodgeball and lots more.

My homie got fired cause of an issue with this app they use for the schedules. His phone showed him not even scheduled on the day they “needed” him in. They supposedly needed him in at 1:00 but didn’t even bother calling him til a little bit after two to even talk to him about it. He did a great job over there and even had a five star review from a couple of people. I don even understand why yall would fire him over text too. thats a total thing of what not to do when to fire someone.

Great Birthday party! The staff is friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us in the party room was very friendly and good with the kids.

Weve been to this location 3 different times as well as the Joliet location. My kids and I absolutely love this place! Staff is friendly and the atomosphere is amazing! We always have a great time. Keep up the great work Skyzone!!

Fun place tons of stuff to do i would recommend to do an hour you feel like you have done everything, its usually not super busy, but it had the worst pizza I have ever had and everything is over priced. I recommend to eat after.

I love this place fun to go with friends or by yourself great staff and great concession prices especially the $3.50 reusable cup that has the skyzone logo on it and changes colors you have unlimited refills if you by the cup for every time you go to skyzone you just hand them up and they fill it with whatever for free and you can get $1.50 icees in it! GREAT PLACE!

Super fun location and they gave an awesome military discount on top of a Sunday special. That was awesome.They’ve got an obstacle course, regular jumping, rock walls, vertical walls, foam pits- all of the fun stuff.I enjoyed the second level seating for parents that needed a nap...cough... I mean that want to watch their blessings from a higher viewpoint.Snacks and socks are also for sale. Staff were friendly and the whole vibe was fun. Great for a casual fun and family friendly outing

Limited staff. Only 3 employees there. The operation manager seemed like he wasnt sure what he was doing. Had a free family of 4 pass and still was charged for socks even tho pass said free socks. Didnt realize until after as we brought 2 extra guests. Wasnt as fun as altitude in my opinion. Dont think well be back to skyzone.

It wasnt bad, there warp wall, Ninja warrior course, and rock wall was fun. The trampolines were really bouncey and the fome pit was in good shape. The dodge ball court was small but otherwise it was a good time.

I had the groupon app on my phone. with the Groupon app it only cost me 38 dollars for my family of four for 90 minutes

Lots of fun. They had a little rock climbing wall, a bunch of trampoline areas (obviously), trampoline basketball, trampoline dodgeball, and an American Ninja warrior obstacle course like thing.Definitely worth $13 for an hour.

Kids always like skyzone. We have been to naperville and joliet skyzones also. This one gets a 4 star for the fact i orderd food and after paying i waited 15 min for nachos and a pretzle simply because they forgot i even orderd

Great place for kids and a birthday party

Fun place but looked at menu pretty pricey especially for staff that eat on front line and while assisting customers along with playing on their phones and the “team leader” doesn’t care or say anything...I wouldn’t pay $16 a pizza knowing staff stuff their faces like that and not even wash their hands after DISGUSTING, RUDE, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! if you come just stay away from the concessions!

My son had a blast, but the young staff member was not able to answer any of my questions and no one was around when we wanted a drink from the concession area.

Worst experience of my life at a trampoline park. The manager and staff were extremely rude to my group, and the place is very disappointing to me. I would not recommend coming here or wasting your money on this place; rather go somewhere else in Bloomington to enjoy your time. Sad that this place ended my liking for trampoline parks. WHATEVER YOU, DO DONT GO HERE!!!! I wasted my money here and Im disappointed to not receive anything back after trying my best to talk with the manager.

Awful. shady and disgusting business practices. managers are incredibly rude to all of their employees and the employees look miserable, and i would be too. seriously suggest going somewhere fun. currently below -25 and still open? these are kids working for heavens sake. classy.

Friendly clean. I do think that adults who are there with kids might be cut some kind of discount. We arent there for ourselves and frankly at 56 I cant jump around for an hour.

Excellent for Birthday Party

This was our first time at Sky Zone. All the workers were INCREDIBLY nice and helpful. However, the manager, Deanne, was extremely rude. We had a pass for the Sky Zone in Springfield that we asked if we’d be able to use here. Instead of explaining the passes aren’t transferable, she immediately comes out of her office shaking her head and saying quite rudely, “You can’t use that here, you can’t use that here, that’s only for Springfield.” Wow, okay, thanks for the warm welcome from the manager! We said okay, we were simply asking if we could use it, we’re still going to buy a pass for the day. Deanne walked off without saying another word. The front desk workers were embarrassed, as I would be too. Since the management treated us so rudely, this will be our first and last time at Sky Zone. We will go back to Altitude!

The trampolines were nice but From my experience there is some serious management problems. I was just walking (in the walking area by the trampolines) when one of the nets cut the back of my hand. Since my hand was bleeding a bit I quickly exited the court to clean up the cut. After going to the restroom to clean up any blood and help it to stop bleeding I went to ask the front desk for a bandaid. Two employees looked for a bandaid for over 10 minutes before coming back to tell me that they didn’t have any bandaids. The staff hardly apologized and did not provide any help or Andy sort of bandage for the cut. Since my cut was not a serious urgent injury I was able to sit and make sure the bleeding stopped before jumping again. However if the injury would have been more serious they wouldn’t have had hardly any first aid to help. Because you must sign a liability form I couldn’t even complain because they are technically not responsible for injuries. But I cannot believe they did not have a bandaid. It’s just some simple first aid. Very disappointing

Bought tickets online...got there and still had to wait in line which by the way 1 register open out of 4. Honestly....it wasnt as much fun as Altitude. And to top it off to get told by a member of the staff to stop helping my 5 yr old son with the drunk zone....we will not be going back anytime soon. Id rather pay more to go to Altitude.
