Great for kids! The pizza is good and they added new machines

Celebrated my 6yo Daughters Birthday. Everything was Great. Amy took very good care of our group also she was very attentive and respectful. The place is great for kids to have fun. Lots of games to enjoy, even me and my wife had fun playing few games.. There is plenty of parking spots. The food was delicious but bit pricey. Will go back with my kids for sure cuz they had a blast.

I was very disappointed. The pizza and wings I ordered came with no drinks which was $3.00 each and then you have to buy a game card a hours usage $23.00. Also they had advertised on tv you will receive a treat bag when you visited the month of October. So I took my kids their Halloween day and they had no treat bags even though they had signs advertising all posted over the windows. It was the worst. I told my kids they were getting treat bags. They dont deserve the one star. I wont be visiting that place again. False advertising for sure.

We just celebrated my sons 5th birthday this past weekend and everything was wonderful! Our server for the party was very prompt and helpful, everything we needed was given to us, the manager was also helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you gentlemen so much!

It truly is where a kid can be a kid ... no matter their age. I was the adult who ferried a group of exchange students, and their hosts, to this location. I mean where else can one truly experience American culture? This group of teens had hours of fun. The staff was friendly, the food was enjoyed, and the games were a blast!

We had Leylas 4th birthday party here. The staff was friendly and accurate. We. Had so much fun with chucky and the team.

Ive been here by day on weekdays and its the most comfortable feeling as I have been around two families at most. I feel comfortable playing, leaving my son play without worrying of a possible virus spread and the service has been very pleasant as well.

This place was awesome!!! we had a birthday party for my granddaughter, Shawn one of the hostess there was very very nice, actually the whole crew was great! we will return! And the plain wings OMG!

Great place to have fun!! You don’t go broke afterwards.

We did my daughter’s 1st party there this weekend and it exceeded my expectations. I would say we were a challenging group to host as we had people coming at different times but they handle us with graciousness and kindness. There was a mistake with another group sitting at our reserved table and our host, Leah, got it handled as I expressed my concern. The unlimited play for the kids attending was a HIT! I highly recommend it! Shawn the General Manager was amazing! He treated our group so well and his service for our group went above my expectations. I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese’s of Norcross! It was bigger then other Chuck E. Cheese’s and the employees were kind and attentive!

Management has a nasty attitude I tried to fill my cup up with t and a bunch of soap mixed with tea I drink a little bit and spit it out it tastes like soap. But the kids haf fun

All children love this place, but I miss the playground They used to have for climbing. My son is still small for most of the games they have, so we had to leave earlier than I planned

I havent been back here in over 15 years... I went alot during the 90s and the early 2000s... It was the best. Glad you guys are still open!!!

Where a kid can be a KID! Literally ;) My son has been here a couple of times and we both enjoy it! I love how they have the game play card and it includes a wristband for the child. The game machines including the ticket one gets messed up, but they’re quick to fix the problem. Today, they had two guys fixing a couple of machines and they were so sweet and gave my son tickets & tokens! Great customer service. ** TIP ** Check out the coupons on the website.. I was able to get 100 game play for $20!

Great place for a birthday party! Our party host Amy helped to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone. So easy. So fun. One of the kids even said that it was the best party she had ever been to!

My Daughter loves going to Chuck E. Cheese. I love that they have switched to time on a play card instead of tokens. You get a chance to get more tickets. I also love the all their gams always work. And that they have a buffet.

Not bad, its had an update and seems more modern. Cleaner than i remember, Decently priced. No more coin, just a plastic card to play endless games for the amount of time paid. I do see myself bringing the kids again.

None of what they advertise on TV is true when you actually get there. Half of the games are closed. The kids were supposed to get a free bag of candy, we had to ask for it and it was 2 airheads with stickers and pencils. They are not fully open and should close down until they can.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They really know how to make every child feel special. The manager Shawn went above and beyond to find my daughter’s jacket after a party. This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

It was great. the owner, charles entertainment cheese was incredibly friendly, games were fun. i do intend to go more because they do have luigis mansion there!!pizza was greasy but when the place is made for kids and they allow that rat to cook our pizza i wouldnt expect anything less.staff is also really pleasant although they seem kind of young to be working there. one of the smallest employees was wearing a really cool shirt with a car on it and matching pants. ( paw patrol shoes to complete the outfit, of course. ). He took my friends ball and then his manager approached and said that he already has one so we shouldnt worry. She handed him his own ball which prompted him to return theirs without a word. Seemed friendly, mustve just been a long shift.they sell pink churros. please visit.

I love that Chucky Cheese because employees make it very exciting and they have a lot of patience to explain how the games works. I love it.

The kids had such a great time we couldnt even keep them still for a picture. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were all helpful, cheerful and friendly. The only fault that I found is that the restroom needed some TLC but everything else was wonderful.

At first, I thought it would be boring but it turns out its fun and entertaining. My younger sister enjoyed going there. My whole family had fun including us, adults...Their employees are also very kind. They helped me find my lost item even after opening hours. So Im really thankful for that.

Food prices were crazy high. We played there ate somewhere else which was inconvenient. And the carpet really needs to b pulled up and replaced. Very strong odor. My kids had fun.

Its been a minute since Ive been here and a lot has changed. $10 back in the day kept my kids busy for at least an hour plus and ALL games used to give tickets. We went in here just recently and spent $70 in less than 45 minutes. Wow! Several of the games were also down (not giving tickets) and it was crowded. It was not worth it to us. We wont be going back. We can find better ways to entertain our kids for a lot less money.

Their food was excellent the place was social distanced and clean.

We had my nieces 1st birthday party here on yesterday. The staff did a wonderful job making sure that we had any and everything that we needed. The manager Shawn was AMAZING!! He checked and checked again to make sure that everyone was having a good time.

This was one of the Better Chuck E Cheeses they have more game selections and they have a Chucke that walks around like the old days lol... My baby turned 4 and he had a BLAST! So did we

Kids love it but for adult purposes its rude and feels like a processing plant. 7 separate parties at once all packed side by side overlapping space. Strict schedule... ok,done,find another place to sit. Play cards start on schedule regardless if theyve even been given to you yet. 4 people over 5 hours barely got 2000 tickets for a dollar store plastic chew toy size football. $42 for 2 single topping Great Value quality pizzas and 4 small weak brand Pepsi products. Cheaper to go to Six Flags for the bday.

I dont particularly like this place on a whole. Nonetheless the service was amazing here. Whenever I asked for assistance I was helped immediately. If I was in a part where only a certain person could help, wherever I asked got the right person for me. The only thing is they need to enforce children under a certain age to be accompanied by adults because some of the games they have NEED an adult there when the children do not use it appropriately and affect other kids play

My daughters first time! The new card swipe is so much easier for parents and kids.

Every thing is good the games were really fun and the food was so good a highly recommended place for kids teens and adults the age is not limited. There are games for any age.

The pizza isnt as good as it used to be and the pricing is very Petty definitely penny pitching its supposed to be an enjoyable experience for children but everything is overpriced especially when its for children dang chill out they charged me 5 dollars for a 1.78 cup just because my sons dad forgot to get his cup when we ordered the pizzas

Took my niece and nephew there to have lunch and play there games. Well games got played but when you advertise an all you can eat buffet from 11-2 and your buffet bar looks empty like the pic I took and have hungry kids and no one wants to answer the questions about wheres the supposed buffet we have a problem. Wont be back again. Terrible terrible issue here plus aint that false advertisement. We went to Ci-Cis to eat alot better pizza than here

The staff there is always wonderful. All the games work. Still not a fan of the food but this place will always be my familys go to spot forever. Even with the changes theyve made its still worth it. We just get one play card and share it. Worth trying. Youll see that it saves a lot of money to share cards vs buying or splitting play points or play time.

Had a blast with kids. It was our weekend to splurge and have fun so I took them here. They loved every minute of it and are still talking about it! The place was very crowded! The prices are expensive though just for 2 kids to have a 2 hour limit cost me $100.00! It was worth it though! There should be more games to choose from I think. The place was clean but Chuck E. Cheese should visit every table instead of just the birthday tables and kids.

Prices are a little high in my opinion for drinks and one topping pizzas but over all it was good for the kids. I think once was enough though, we may go back next year. There are plenty of other things to do with the kids for the prices theyre asking.

I mean, I have no complaints. I came here for my nephews birthday. It was Labor Day so it wasnt crowded. It was as expected for a place like this...the pizza, the drinks, the cake, etc. I hadnt been to a CEC on forever and there are some noticeable changes most with CECs team. Seems hes gone solo But this Norcross location was extremely clean, the staff are very nice, patient and helpful with the children. Only a few games were down, overall a good experience.

Such an easy way to have a fun party without the stress of planning it! Shawn the manager was super friendly and kept checking in with everyone to make sure everything was going smooth. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend that you choose the Chuck E. Cheese route for your party. FYI, a corporate rule is you must have 4 kids in your party for the package deal.

My son had fun and the atmosphere was great for a week night

My family came to this particular location for some family time a few months ago and the kids had a good time. The salad bar was pretty good and the pizza was OK. My nephews card for games fell in between two machines and the technician overheard our conversation and quickly retrieved it for him! That was definitely the highlight, good customer service!

My daughter and son loves going there, my nephews too. I think the place is over priced and its always hard to collect tickets for the cool prizes. Youll think since theyll so expensive theyll let the birthday person have a free gift it, free pizza pie, or free game package.

The customer service at this store rocks!! Never a complaint and my family and I are repeating customers.

Everything was good we enjoyed with all the games were in working condition and everything was good but the only thing I hate about is that counter where we get tickets for the game and purchase food items it was just one person handling the counter and they take their sweet time handling them ignoring the people in line I waited for the mini dots ice cream for 15 minutes and at the end I have to walk out empty handed the counter staff was just handling one customer for 30 minutes or so.

Staff was really fun, informative and helpful. I had not been to Chuckie Cheese in almost 2 decades. My granddaughter was in town and she enjoyed it!!!

Went after a year and customer service has improved a lot! All the employees are very courteous, respectful and always smiling and that’s surprising when young adults work somewhere. It was very clean for a Saturday and enough employees were walking around in case any games were not working or if anyone had any questions.. it didn’t matter what role the employees were doing, they stopped to help anyone who needed assistance. VERY IMPRESSED!

Best location in the Atlanta area! Friendly staff. Adriania is awesome! Their tech is always on point to make sure the games are working properly. Very clean and the food is really good. Unlike other locations, Chuckie comes out every hour and actually preformes. We visit at least one a week.

My son had a great time! We came for a party! He ran around and played! They gave free tickets to the kids! When we were in our way home he fell asleep! He truly enjoyed his time there!

UPDATED: I was reading one review praising young staffers managing superbly. I was inspired until yesterday when I saw that patience blew away just like palace of placards. I dont want to mention that profane attitude and language by two YOUNG staffers to readers. I have mentioned that to location manager, whos been there for years and knows me. But I cant accept rude body language and swearing at kids place. Its very disturbing and changed my perception about this location. I would not recommend this place for kids at all.*I have been visiting this location for years now. Its one of favorite places of my daughter. They have improved a lot over years, moving to digital passes was one of the biggest improvement. Recently, they have been throwing deals for quite sometime now with introduction of new gadgets. Food is fine. I dont take their we beat pizza hut, its not that good yet ;). Their salad bar have some variety, its good enough for kids to have nice meal while having fun.

I like how with the minutes card you can share it with another person while your playing a machine already. Points card is really not needed if people only understand each tap of a machine you use a point, but each tap of a machine you cant lose a minute lol it was already running out. You can tap probably all machines with in a minute, so always buy the minute cards.

I love it I got 125 tickets 3of them and some Little one. And all of that equal to 585 tokens .even one of the ride was out of order it was ok I love it.

Fun time. Decent decor, some machines not working. Over all good for kid friendly fun.
