We had a great time!! Our first time but not our last...

My daughter and her friends had a blast and wanted to come back this coming weekend! Unfortunately I cannot recall the young mans name at the front desk, but he was awesome and so full of energy! He even dimmed the lights and turned on some great jazz music as us Moms waited for our girls to escape. :) We will definitely be back to Amazing Escape!

We did the cabin escape room and loved it! There were 5 of us, and we had a blast escaping from the room. We almost didnt make it but pulled through right at the end. A lot of fun!

It was an amazing experience we celebrated my daughters 16th birthday with her classmates. They all said they wanted to do another room and come every weekend. Definitely will be coming back.

My family chose Amazing Escape for a fun outing and had a GREAT time! We chose PRISON. Only one of the six of us had ever done an escape room before so we didnt quite know what to expect. We definitely found it to be a bonding experience as we all worked together to find clues for a quick escape! The staff here was super friendly. The facilities were clean and all of the clues were great! Call ahead for booking and ask if they have any specials!

Had a great time with friends. We did the cabin. We escaped with time left over. I highly recommend others to try

It was fun. Make sure to go with a group of people youll have fun with. We had a good time....and we escaped...VEGAS lol

First time doing an escape room and it was soooooo much fun! 5/5 stars.

Wonderful escape room. First time ever going to an escape room and it was awesome. Will definitely go back.

It was a great experience, my co-workers loved it and we had a ball in the cabin room although we didn’t make it out. Reese was a really great host and we are looking forward to the next one

First experience with an escape room and I absolutely loved it!! I was with a group of 3, one being my 16 year old son, we all loved it and cant wait to go back and try a new room!:)

Very fun! The puzzles were challenging and the props/setting were cool. Amazing Escape was not as sophisticated as other places I’ve been, but at a cheaper price, it is worth it!

Had A Great time! Will be back soon!

We came for my buddies bachelor party and had a blast. JP was there and set us all up. Super cool and down to earth guy. So much fun. Would recommend to everyone!

We had a wonderful time. The room we chose was great. It was well thought out and presented us with some good challenges. There was a few false leads so it was not easy. Well done. We will be back.

The staff, (forgot his name! sorry!) there was cool, friendly and nice. Cool job he got there monitoring the room, seeing how people solving problems. We were a group of three, youngest is 10 yrs old (for her birthday!), all were the first time to an escape room. We had a blast. The Bio-hazard escape theme was quite intense at the end and we made it out with about 4 mins remained. We almost gave up after finding out all the codes (for part 1)...but staff assisted with a hint and was spotted by my 10 yrs old. That was the most critical and the hardest to spot clue. Overall, great time! Thank you! The only thing that needs attention was the gas mask. It has some strange scent.

We went to the Norcross Amazing Escape and had a great time! We did the escape from prison room and really enjoyed it! We had 3 people with us (ages 21, 14, and 12) and were able to escape! Even with a really good puzzle- solver, it took us a bit to get started and we definitely couldve used another hint or two, as we were stuck for quite a bit, but we eventually figured it out. The light physical activity that is stated requires crawling around a small space, but is not bad at all as long as you are not claustrophobic. We were able to find something for every person participating to do/solve, even the 12 year old! Only bad thing about this escape room was the fact that it was so hard to locate. We drove around in the parking lot before a kind man from another office building came outside and told us we were on the wrong side of the building and needed to drive to a different parking lot. The Amazing Escape signs were really small and not able to seen in the dark easily. Amazing Escape was a great price for a lot of fun! They had a lot of available times open and we were able to get in at whatever time we wanted to!

We went for Father’s Day and had 6 people. We escaped in 35 min!!! Had a blast. Thank you.

I booked a work holiday party and the team worked with me to create a great event! One of the rooms had a malfunctioning part but they provided extra time and helped the team move through the game. The games were fun and the team was friendly. We had a great time!!

Was Super Fun

Room was challenging and staff (Tim??) was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Definetly will be returning, thanks!!

This was my first time doing an escape room and I will definitely be back to try the other rooms! We did the prison room.. Highly Recommend!

I’ve played over 150 escape rooms and this is the only one I’ve ever given a bad review 45 minutes is a joke to escape a room that gives you no walkie. We literally got stuck on a simple puzzle about weighing wine bottles and sat their for 25 mins because we couldn’t figure out how the number combination went into the lock after we weighed it. A simple walkie to ask a simple question and we easily would’ve beat the room. Come on guys, not having a way to ask something simple is bad for business.

Me and my boyfriend did the Biohazard room and it was challenging but super fun! We definitely want to come back and do the Cabin room! the staff is wonderful and we had a blast. Ive done a lot of escape rooms and this is by far one of my favorites!!

Absolutely love going to this Escape room we have done 2 out of the 4 available rooms and had a great time!!! The staff is awesome as well.......highly recommended!

We had a great time. Recommend max of 6 per room rather than 8. Staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating.

We had lots of fun. The rooms had interesting challenges and all of the gadgets worked perfectly. Wonderful staff. The rooms were on the easy side (or maybe just too short) compared to others. I highly recommend doing two rooms.

I went to this escape room recently and had a good time in bio hazard and my group was able to escape! This was a good, challenging room that was fun to figure out and find the clues to. I had a little dispute with the owner over a matter that we were able to clear up and I was happy with the customer service and happy that everything worked out smoothly. I will recommend this place to other friends that want to go and will be returning myself

This was by far the worst company for an escape room that I have encountered. For $134 I do expect any room to be checked and for everything to be in working order. It was impossible to escape the room because the black light ( one) was so faint there was no way to read the clues on the wall even when standing up against it. Earlier we had the right clue for one of the cabinets but the padlock wouldnt unlock and subsequently was deemed to be faulty. The staff were so busy hanging out that we couldnt draw their attention to the issues. At the end the issues were blamed on other customers treating the equipment badly! I do not recommend this company, based on this experience. There are many other companies out there which offer organized rooms in working order and attentive staff.UPDATED:Reece kindly reached out to correct our previous experience. This time we did Prison. Everything was in working order this time, so there were no issues and we had fun escaping the room. I have therefore updated the number of stars. Thank you.

Had a blast with my family! First time for 4 of the 7 of us and we did the hardest room made it out by the skin of our teeth and the grace of the game master, lol.

Did a room for a team building experience for work. Its definitely not easy, but we had a lot of fun doing the cabin room. Half of us had not done an escape room before, but we all worked together and made it out with mere minutes to spare. Would definitely return to do another room.

My boyfriend and i visited here on date night. we’re very competitive so we did the cabin escape room all by ourselves. it was great! it challenged us and we managed to make it out! we’ll definitely come back for another room. 10/10 recommend

I took my son for his birthday, along with 5 of his friends. They really enjoyed Cabin excursion even though they did not unlock the door. Better try next time. They have to brush up on their Morse codes recognition. The staff was very friendly and even allotted a few extra minutes 2 allow the guys 2 solve it. Nice, clean environment and easy 2 locate. Will return at a later date.

Only 45 minutes instead of 60. Cabin room was fun, not too hard. Game Guide Tim was friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing I love it here

I did the cabin room with my family and we had a blast. The staff was friendly which made the experience even better. We can’t wait to go back.

Great experience. I would definitely go back and try a harder escape room. My team was able to get out working well together.

Great place for a work team meeting. Staff was very accommodating and the rooms were a lot of fun. Will definitely recommend and return.

Was not expecting much as I couldnt understand what would make trying to get out of a room all that interesting or fun. But it was actually really fun and exciting. We tried the Biohazard room and it was pretty cool. Would recommend.

We had so much fun doing the first one, we decided to do a second one! Prison was really cool! We had 4 12-13 year olds and 2 adults. It was easy enough that they did most of the work, but not so easy that it wasnt fun. We then did Virus which was really difficult but super fun! This was our first time doing a breakout, but it wont be our last!

This was so much fun! We went for my daughters 14th birthday. All of the girls had a good time and Tim (I hope I have his name right) was wonderful. We are looking forward to doing this again as a family.

Fun outing with the team from work. Challenging room and everyone did their part to solve it!

We had three adults and 6 teenagers and did the cabin room. It was SO MUCH fun and we escaped right before the time was up. Some of the clues were hard and the younger ones would not have been able to solve. However, it was a GREAT time and we will be back :)

Great time, Paige was wonderful, will definitely try again!!

We enjoyed the prison break room. We were a group of 6 we had the room to ourselves. Our group had an 11 and 12 year old, so we wanted something that they could really participate in and enjoy but that would also be fun for the adults. We had a great time.

Had a blast and we actually won. Small business owners husband and wife great people so support local and have a great time as well.

My group of 5 had a great time in Prison. The staff was nice and helpful. We will be back to try Cabin soon.

Was so much fun. Employees seemed to like their jobs and made the experience a lot more enjoyable

Rats! Couldnt figure it out! Loads of fun, gee whiskers.

Went with a large group and had an amazing time. Did not think the whole escape room thing was for me but was surprised and had a great time. This was a very good team building experience. My group did the prison room. At first you look at the room and are like there is no way we will figure all this out but by the end you surprise yourself in how much you can figure out as a team. I would definitely come back on my own.

Great place to visit. We’ve been here a few times with kids and they loved it!

Went there to celebrate my daughters 17th birthday. We had a blast. She and her friends did the cabin. The family and I did the prison room. It was great! The gentleman that works there is awesome. He was down to earth and outgoing. I told him I didn’t want to wear handcuffs and he said, sure you do. Then proceeded to snap them on. I’m glad he was comfortable enough to push me. It made the experience better. He has the right personality for this job. We escaped but my daughter and her group didn’t. They had so much fun they went back the next weekend on their own to try again.

Great fun. Different rooms for all skill levels. Would be a great corporate team building event.

Bio-hazard was difficult, but really fun and extremely well done. The attention to detail is spectacular, and the special effects make Amazing Escape leaps and bounds better than the rest. I highly recommend.

OMG...we had an awesome time. My oldest daughter decided to give EXPERIENCES this year instead of gift cards and toys for Christmas. This is defiantly a gift we will remember. My kids are already planning their next visit...Rush Escape Room you ROCK!!@

This was our first escape room and it did not disappoint! The staff were great and the game started right on time! We chose the Cabin room, the game was challenging and well designed. I highly recommend anyone looking for an escape room to try Amazing Escape! We will be returning to play all of the other rooms!

Not Coming back based on Biohazard Escape Room experience. The escape room itself was challenging but I was not happy with the overall experience of this escape room. When I spend 110$ on an escape room experience for a mere 45 min, I want to experience the gratification of solving most clues if not all. I understand we may not all be able to escape but the frustration of being stuck at the same point for more than half the game completely ruined it for us.First, i felt 45 min was too less to escape the room. Most escape room experiences I have been to are 60 min and I do think that would have allowed us to solve more clues.Second, the instructions we were given during the check-in was not very clear. The person that checked us in rushed through the instructions and the volume of the background music was too loud. After we requested the volume to be lowered, the instructions were still rambled too fast and with a complete lack of interest. May be he hated being there on a long weekend. While this is a repetitive process for the escape room employee, it would have helpful, if the directions were provided in a comprehensible speed.Third and my primary reason for the frustration, it was our understanding ( based on what we could comprehend during the fast instruction session ), that we would be given clues over the walkie talkie if we were stuck. The escape room experiences in other places do provide clues if we have been stuck for a considerable time. But, we were merely left to our own. So after 23 min or so, we did not progress at all and asked for help ( there was a microphone on top of the room) but no hints/clues were provided to further our game. This was very frustrating and completely ruined the experience for us.Considering that once our time limit was over, the employee came in and explained the reminder of the clues ( again in lightening speed and with complete disinterest), i do not see a reason not to drop a clue here and there if we are stuck without progress for too long. Even if a couple clues were given to us to help progress a bit further, it would have been a better experience, even if we did not manage to escape.Overall, I felt it was not worth the money we spent and I will not be returning to Amazing Escape.

This was really fun! Took my family here they weren’t thrilled at first but left super happy and wanting to come back. We did the cabin room it was very difficult but exciting at the same time. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Amazing Escape. The staff did a wonderful job guiding us through our very first escape room experience. The virus theme was perfect for our group.. it definitely challenged us to work together and stay organized. We plan on returning very soon to try out a different theme.

This place was great! The staff was friendly and took lots of photos for us. We tried the prison room first and that was super fun. Then we got a discount for a second room, virus, and that was pretty hard. The staff actually gave us a little extra time because we were so close. It was awesome of him to do that. We made it out with 3 seconds left. I would have been sad if we didn’t make it out. I had so much fun! Would come back for the cabin room.

Did an escape room and one of the electric locks wasn’t reset. We spent all our time on that and weren’t able to move forward even though we were putting in the right code. employee basically told us it wasn’t his problem. There’s 100’s of escape rooms in Atlanta don’t waste your time here.

Our crew had a blast at Amazing Escape! We enjoyed playing a couple escape rooms and will be sure to come back for Virtual Reality next time. The staff is friendly & hospitable and the games are well curated. Our new favorite escape room in Atlanta!

UPDATED:The Owner (or one of the owners) reached out to us and we gave the company another shot. This time was significant improvement and the owner oversaw our room this time. Everything worked for the most part perfectly and we were also able to win the room which was a fun experience.I would rate the first experience between 1-2 stars and the second experience a solid 4 stars.ORIGINAL:It was clear that this company was not monitoring the quality of the rooms. Without giving away the secrets of the room, we had faulty locks and insufficient tools provided for the necessary clues....Despite feeling a bit robbed, we had a good time and will most likely not return.

I had such amazing experience here with my friends! The owner was super friendly and made our first Escape Room experience worth while! I will definitely go back soon!

We had so much fun.! Great place to spend a couple of hours. The puzzles were super interesting.

We went to Rush Escape Room as a family group for my husbands birthday and had a wonderful time. Since we had people coming from different places, we waited in the nice lobby for everyone to arrive and played giant Jenga. Our guide was pleasant and friendly and answered our questions. We saw the virtual reality and party rooms and may use them another time, as they looked like a lot of fun.We did the Virus escape room and did not quite make it out on time, but came really close. The clues were clever and each of the five of us was able to contribute something to solving them.At the end, we ended up with virus, antivirus, an escape key, and various props like a gas mask. We then got to take picture in front of the photo wall. It looked great on social media.Every member of our family, young and old, enjoyed this outing. This escape room is conveniently located at I85 and Jimmy Carter, and would be an excellent choice for a team building exercise for work or as a family/friends get together. We plan to come back and do another one of their rooms soon.

We had a ball and will return soon!

The staff at this escape room were the greatest hosts!!! They were so helpful and a ton of fun. We did the Virus and the Cabin rooms. Very creative. Enough work for our whole group to have fun and when we got out, they cheered for us as if they were in there too. :) It was great.

Was a lot of fun. We went with too large a group would have been amazing with a smaller group.

We have done two rooms at Amazing Escape, the hardest room, which we escaped from, and then we chose unfortunately to do the Vegas Room Friday night as we had a couple with us who had never done an escape room before and the other 6 of us have done a few rooms. We were out in 14 minutes. We set a record, but that was a lot of money to spend to get out in such a short period of time. The room was way too easy and 8 to 10 people is way too many for that small room.

Great service and cabin room was excellent!

Amazing, I had the BEST time in Prison and cabin, I cannot wait to go back!

Staffs were kind and nice, you have 45 minutes to solve the puzzle. I recommend you get there 10min early since they will run the 45min clock without you being there. If you are 5min late to your reservation time, you will only have 40min.

I just went on my birthday and did not have a great time because the lock on one of the fixtures was not adjusted properly. Its a word lock and it was supposed to say a certain word and didnt. Literally ruined the entire experience for us because we were stumped. At the end, we found out that the previous group mustve changed the code. It was a waste of an experience unfortunately.

I was a skeptic at first, didn’t think getting out of a room by solving riddle was fun. Boy, I was wrong. Had ton of fun at amazing escape. Great setting, props and staff. Going back to amazing escape today.

Great time and reasonably priced. Staff really makes this experience. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time. The space was very intimate and our small group enjoyed it to the max. The staff members were very helpful and the Biohazard room was very challenging. We almost escaped!

My wife and I have done several rooms in Birmingham and Atlanta and we’ve made it through most but we’ve failed some too and that’s fine. However, this place has been the worst experience we’ve ever had. First of all I don’t know if they forgot to give us a walkie or what but we had no way to ask for any hints. So you’re just kind of dropped into a room and that’s that. There’s 3 hints on the wall which is fine and all but we were stuck and had no way to ask for help. So, we just muddled around the room for 20 mins trying to find anything and everything we could. We paid $75 for that, which is way more than the other rooms we’ve been in. I suggest if you want a fun experience find another place.

Was a lot of fun. Easier than some of the other places I have been to

This is my second time experiencing the escape room at Rush and both times were great! The first room I did was Cabin and it was very mysterious and went with the theme. The second room was Virus, that one was pretty cool, they even threw us some extra clues. I think its a great activity to do for any occasion and whether you make it out or not its a fun time!

Excellent experience! Will do again!

We had an absolutely lovely time at this escape room! When we arrived later than expected, the owners were even accommodating enough to switch our planned time to a later time. I know other escape rooms would have simply canceled our reservations entirely. The room was challenging but the hints were extremely useful and overall, this was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

Great time. The rooms make you think outside the box. Great for team building

Very creative room set up! We came late after they closed one day, and they let us re-book and have try the VR for free! Such great service and really fun rooms. Def coming back

Our group had a great time in the virus themed escape room. It was a challenge for our group of 7, but we managed to escape! I would highly recommend Amazing Escape for couples’ date night or office team building.

Best place ever! Coming again!

This was a lot of fun. Those in our group will definitely be back. We made it out with 5 minutes to spare. One note: its hard to find the place. they need better signage.

Wonderful family fun. Good amount of challenge! Have been there before, and will be back!

We had a ridiculous amount of fun! We cant wait to go back and try a different room. Great fun for date night or a group outing.

I took my daughter and 4 of her friends for her 13th birthday and we all loved it!! The 2 male employees were great also. We tried the Cabin room but did not escape in time but we still had an awesome time. Definitely would try it again and highly recommend it.

We had an absolute blast! Me and my family (5 people total) completed the Cabin room in record time and had so much fun we decided to stay and try the Virus room which was considerably harder. We made some critical errors in the Virus room but got out with a few seconds left! The staff were fantastic. Everything was very well organized and I would highly recommend Rush Escape Room for a fun night out!!

Great fun! I took my 3 grandchildren to the Cabin and we conquered it! (Well, they conquered it; I just got in the way.) Its very well conceived and implemented, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. An outstanding activity for any small group and especially families. Well definitely go back to complete the other escapes.

It was a great experience. We had fun, even though we didnt get out of the room in time!

I got to experience Virus with my group and another group that we got paired with. We were able to work together smoothly and ESCAPE! Our guide Reagan was cute and so helpful. Definitely will need to be back to try the other rooms. Thank you Reagan!!!!

Great place and had an amazing time! We did the virus room and man was it fun but a challenge. Definitely better than any other escape room place so just go up on rush for a great time!

Cezar was the hostess with the most-est! He made the place fun and comfortable for us! He introduced us to the staff who were also extremely nice. You can tell the staff is passionate about creating an exciting interactive challenging environment.I will say that the Virus Room is challenging for beginners. :)

I had a great time at Rush Escape Room. It was my first time doing an activity like this. The staff was great! Reagan went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. I will be going back!

It was a fun experience, and the guy on the front desk was very helpful and cool.

Family members came in town and I brought them here, we had the most amazing time ever! So much fun the crew was very nice and pleasant. we will be coming back soon. Dont know how to post pics but we escaped!

This place is hard to find late at night. Its in the back of an office complex. The staff was friendly. My biggest complaint is that I wasnt warned against only signing up with two people. I assumed more people would be paired into my group. We still had fun though and would just make sure to bring at least 6 people next time
