1st time going 11/7. Decent atmosphere. Staff wasnt very friendly. The Menu looked good although I did not place an order. Think i prefer our usual spot PINHEADS

Cool vibe. I liked how the atmosphere was a bit dark with lights flashing and comfortable seats. Good food menu especially for kids and a full bar menu for the adults.

My wife and i came in today for lunch. We had the pulled pork sandwich and tenderloin. Both were super amazing. The tenderloin was one the best Ive ever had. We had no idea Bowl 32 was so big and clean. Overall excellent experience. And great place to grab a meal. Highly recommended!!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Celebrated a birthday with friends and family . Food was good. Bowling was a blast. Monday night deals are the best.

We went this place for Saturday afternoon fun. Actually this was my first time there. We played for an hour, paid $44.00. I think it was bit expensive compared with the other bowling places. Also they have the game room and the laser tag room.

Gracie, Tracy, and Sydney were so awesome! They made our experience here twice the fun. I have been bowling for my whole life—this alley is defiantly one of the best I have seen. What a good way to come out of quarantine! 10/10 recommend!

We usually love coming here for our family outings. Visited today to celebrate a couple birthdays. For the 2 hours were were bowling we had troubles with both lanes just stopping, tho the time it took them to fix it was still counted against our time to bowl. No apologies, no offer for added time to make up for the missed time. We still had a good time but the customer service today was not nearly as good as it has been previously.

Went with my cousin and her daughter and I will never go back. The general manager shamed her for trying to win a the bonus for her kid after our group spent $370 and had 3 cards with tickets on them that we were forced to hold on to for 4 months and I guess because she had so many tickets the manager thought she was cheating. He yelled at her in front of her child, made both of them cry and even threatened to call the police when my cousin was speaking to explain. Im shocked at his behavior and really hope the owner is able to read this information because its dire they know how their guests are being told not to return after spending close to $400. Amazing

We had a fantastic time. Staff was awesome. But i have to give a massive credit to the kitchen staff. The Nachos was one of the best bowling alley dish ive ever had. The very fresh ingredients and that sauce on top made the whole dish. Who ever you guys have running that kitchen is a HUGE improvement. Keep it up guys. We will be back.

Love this place. Better than Pin Heads in my opinion. The duck pin bowling is super fun for smaller kids. Kinda sucks its right next to the bar but hey kids loved it and so did we. We are planning on going back several times.

The bowling was clean, and the service was fast and friendly. Their pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread was delicious!

Great bowling alley, good is pretty good way better than most alleys

Went here for a work party and it was pretty good.Food was good, drinks were good, staff was super nice, and music was good. They had jumbo games like jenga and connect 4 in the restaurant area which I thought was cool.The bowling was a good time and different. It takes a picture of you and does funny skits.The arcade looked cool, very flashy and neon but we didn’t play.The laser tag was very fun. It’s 7.5 minutes which sounds short but after moving around in there it feels long.10/10 would go back here! Thanks for the great time :)

Our family has been customers for years but wont be continuing. The general manager Jeremy or jared is not willing to put himself in his customers shoes. Firstly We last visited before covid on half price wed before covid. That visit we spent $200 and we told at 10pm they were closed and had to go at the time my 2 children present were not allowed to redeem dc super hero cards in the machines or allowed to make purchases with their tickets. Fine now 5 months later we return for the first time since the pandemic and there were literally 3 lanes bowling and nobody in the arcade . I myself spend $270 on games and food and my cousin $85. We order pizza and are told it cant enter the arcade and must be placed on the first table on bowling side which we abide by and what ends up happening is they throw away our pizza dinner and soda pitchers without saying anything. Now ive spent $270 because prices are increased at this establishment post corona closing and i have a hungry kid whos upset because she cant get a jackpot some games like the clown wad missing balls and we couldnt score high enough until i had to say something and thank you sweet taylor she tried to make my kids experience a little better she got some balls but at the end of the day after spending almost $355 as a family i wanted my 5 year old girl to be able to win a jackpot so stepped up onto a game to try to help increase the olds and manager asked me down which i did and apologize so we stepped to skee ball and i was helping toss the ball under again so she could get a bonus win after spending $355 dollars and thats when Jeremy returned accused me of stealing from him i tried to apologize and explain why she was upset about the pizza and he merely told me to cash my points and get out. I had $40 left on the card so i asked taylor to ask her boss what he wanted to do and he returned to the arcade and started belittling me again because i tried to help her win. Again i tried to explain my reasons and even stated if the facility had other guests i wouldnt have set such an example but since we were alone and i just spent $300 i felt like we deserved 1 decent win since the games were turned on stingy the situation was just escalating from there at that point the manager told me to be quiet and just go use my money so i could leave his business before he takes it to the next level. Is it common practice for your buisness to call the police on woman who payed you to play games with their 5 year old and support your business?? Your manager had already said they are still paying off games and have to buy prizes to restock because theyd been closed for 90days (which seems like personal information if it were my buisness) and here i am spending money so we can buy prizes and you can buy more and i have my food tossed in trash, threatened with police action in connection with skee ball and asked to not return. Maybe the financial issues would be less if your management knew how to keep a 5 year old happy let her win. Im still flabbergasted your management threatened to call noblesville police because i cheated on skeeball i enjoy spending money at your arcade but how is it fair for me to spend all my money to play for less tickets than before and recieve junkier prizes. Everyones been cashing in after the pandemic. Maybe you manager can just buy more prizes and focus his energy on customer experience like letting them finish their food before removing and trashing it and allow them to win something ticket wise even if we had to try cheating a couple times we spent $355 thats ridiculous but we return instead to whatever example hes trying to make out of my group which no one will see because we dont socialize with others. I hope you can find a way to continue in buisness while you alienate and try to ban your big arcade spenders. Good luck.

We eat here all the time for years!!! Wow!!! Not sure what has changed but the food is hands down the best its ever been. Great job!!!Staff was awesome, bowl is awesome. Over all hands down best experience ive had there in years!!

This place was pretty amazing! Ive been bowling here mutiple times! I have also done the arcade and the mini golf! The other day when I went though it was senior day (which is an amazing idea) all the lanes were full! We asked the lady to go bowling and she was very impolite about it! I love this place! But we cant be dealing with rude responses.

Fun experience with emoji animations with your faces on the... pretty cool atmosphere, comfortable, great service. The putt-putt course is a unique blacklight, trippy type atmosphere. Our kid had a lot of fun bowling for her first time here. Our family is not super into bowling, we were talked into purchasing two games, but one was PLENTY for us. They allowed us to put our second games fees towards putt putt so we wouldnt have to keep bowling or lose our money... thanks guys!!!!Overall Id rate this 4.5 stars... we had fun here. It would be a 5 star review if the Putt Putt course had some more terrain variation... it was mostly all flat... and some themed background music up there would go a long way towards setting the atmosphere up there above and beyond. Also, laser tag! Maybe its not super popular these days but man if you guys had laser tag, this place would 100% be a 5 star. If putt putt and laser tag dont matter to you, this place is pretty good for the area.

We took our kids to bowl and play games over MLK DAY. Very unhappy with the customer service and people working in the game area. We put $60 on two cards. I held hers and the boys had their card. We played games while we waited went back to cash in points and the card only showed 3 points, which I know she had more than that. She of course started bawling because her brother and friend got their prizes. I even said I would pay for some candy but they said there was nothing they could do I felt like they could have at least given her a tootsie roll or something!!! Seriously..the poor thing was so upset. I’m not asking for the 100,000 point item!!! Unreal!!!

A great place for entertainment and the pro shop does a fantastic job of helping you get the right equipment.

My wife and I went on Saturday night and they had basically one bartender. Took 30 minutes to get a drink. Pizza could be a lot better. Cheese on dough. It is a hit or miss with this place. Good luck.

No oil on lanes during open play. Beware if you bring a ball. You wont be able to keep it on the lane.

Fun times and birthday celebrations

This was one of several bad visits. We suggested to our group to not go here, but they insisted it was redone and probably better. The guy reset the whole system, honest mistake, not too terrible. He gave everyone a free beer and most people seemed like that solved it. For our group though, we arrived at 9:05ish to bowl and were told that we would not be able to bowl until 10. So we waited, despite at least a half dozen empty lanes. We watch those lanes until about 9:45, when we asked if we could get a lane. We were told itd be 9 more minutes. At 10 we asked again. He gave us the lane which we sat next to for the hour, which was empty the entire time. He discounted the price to $5/person instead of the $18/person. We then bowled and the system had several issues with not showing the score due to the new program. The program is bad enough to not come. I dont need all the junk it tries to make you do. I came to bowl, not play on the computer. After we finally got through the first game it was about 11:15. The computer then said we were done and had to go to the front desk and learned that they only gave us an hour on the lane, hence the discount (which nearly voids the fact they gave us a discount). So they started it up again, but at that point we were beyond done with trying to have fun bowling. Next time we will be sure to convince our group to go to Pinheads instead...

My husband and I just went in, and we stood at the bar for 10 minutes and the bar tender completely ignored us. I started timing it, after a while. She had one other customer, so we left. If your staff wont even greet us, I guess another business deserves our money.
