Went there with my boyfriend to see A Quiet Place and must say it was very well kept and clean. Much better than many other theaters I’ve been to and the sign out front gives off a vintage vibe that I personally love.

Nice theater. Always has good selection of the new movies. Would get a higher rating if they switched over to the lounge chair seating. Other than that its a good option as far as theaters go.

What some would consider a fancier theatre, it was great. Wonderful layout that reminded me of a horror movie (In a good way!). The movie was in awesome quality and the sound was great. Would recommend to other people.

We went there once, the screen didnt turn on during the previews. I had to come out to the concessions to let someone know.The theater itself was loud. But we saw Tenet so action movies in general are loud.

Very light crowd going to the movies. Obviously, with COVID-19 still running rapid, it wont be the same. You have to wear a mask inside at all times and there is assigned seating to cover the social distancing rule. Still very expensive to go after 2 or 3 p.m..

Nice theater, very clean, but the previews and advertisment here is ridiculous. I understand that it is expected of a movie theater to play previews/ads before the move starts. But our movie was scheduled to start at 6 and it didnt start until well past 6:30. Thats ridiculous and I havent had that long of a wait in other theaters.

The movie that my girlfriend and I just watched was great. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I dont like not being able to lay back and put my feet up though.

Theater sound is fantastic, comfy seats, etc. Prices are RIDICULOUS and the food was stale. $6 for pretzel bites and they were cold and hard. On a Saturday night, no less. No wonder we only come here once a year or so....

All areas were very clean. The staff was courteous. Movie quality was great. Although I didnt need it personally, there were 2 handicap seats in the theater.

My experience was good, however, the theater was cold.

Regal unlimited makes it easy to see movies. Local staff is friendly and helpful.

We were told theater 14 for Joker. We sat and watched some other movie for about 8 minutes. The audience all got up and walked out looking for the correct room. It took another 5 minutes to locate an employee to direct us to the correct room. So we all ended up missing the beginning 15 minutes. Ok, mistakes happen, but ticket prices and concession prices are way too high. Also, for the matinee, one no longer gets tickets at outer lobby. Now tickets are purchased at the concession stand. That means you have to wait till the people in front of you get their orders of popcorn, nachos, drinks and on and on. Should just keep the ticket purchase only separate from concessions orders! Was just there for matinee of Bombshell, SHOWING AT 1:30,however at 2:05 pm the ads and trailers were still playing. We got up, located an employee, showed them our ticket time, and then, and only then, they got the movie to start. I dont want Niles to close like Austintown did, but I hope management works stuff out.

Really enjoyed coming to see the movie zombieland 2 the theaters were nice and clean and the associates up front were quick and efficient getting us out snacks and drinks so we could be on our way

Our favorite place for movie night! Always fresh snacks and nice staff. The seats are comfy and hardly any concern for safety.Weve taken our infant to childrens movies and have gone with friends for fun nights. Average cost for movies, I would say. I like the matinees.

Stopped in with my boys to watch Spiderman, will not be coming back. You would think the popcorn would at least be fresh for the price they ask. Go to Garretsville, its cleaner and priced way more reasonable WITH fresh popcorn and better all around service.

Good sound -spacious seating & friendly staff-want the regal in Austintown 2 open up-but till then R.B. in Niles is a great place 2 go.

The price of admission wasnt too bad...the room was chilly.

Expensive and they have spot lights that stay on during the movie..difficult to concentrate sometimes. Also wish seats were more comfortable,theyre updated a little bit but not very well. Also the movie could be louder.

This is a pretty nice theater it has 15 movie rooms so it offers a wide variety of movies to choose from. The staff is very nice and willing to help you with whatever you need. The set up in the theater is nice and they have great sound. My only complaint is that the chairs after a little bit get to be uncomfortable.

My Lordly be. Folks I like a good place to go but, be sure to have some deep pockets going here. (Your need it) Tickets range from $11 - $15, popcorn a bit pricey $7 - $9, and lets talk about soda and treats $5 or so. You take a Family of 4 and its $75. I could be wrong but, thats loudacrist.

Class act. Today went alone to luxuriously view Black Panther afternoon showing. Tickets purchased quickly, kind staff, clean comfortable seating, perfect popcorn, security and terrific movies. All under one roof. We are lucky to have such a marvelous local theater in Niles.

Food Prices are OUT OF THIS WORLD !!! $15-18 dollars for popcorn and one drink??? The place is run by a bunch of teenage kids. This is why we dont come out to movies, the place just isnt run right. I will wait and rent the movie later and if you go out of business then good.

I mean depends on clcinema your movie is in. If its a new one then it Id blab and the chairs are new. If its an older screen, floors are sticky chairs are uusally broke. Screen are kind of small be honest. Generally the people that work there are nice. Movies start on time. 2d, 3d and different Dolby audios available. Average.if you can wait to see it at another theater, I would suggest it. However, this is fine if you really dont care about the most confort. Suggest they do a complete remodel.

Id like to give this theater 3.5 stars but I am unable to. This particular theater is nice and well maintained. The seats are comfortable and have the ability to rock. But like most motion picture theaters today it costs you a lot to see a movie. We went during the matinee time and it cost us $3 per ticket more than our local theater charges for a matinee showing. Of course they have 15 theaters which probably means a higher overhead. But I dont want to have to make up for all the empty seats.

Watched a great movie with the family. Gave a four out of a five only because prices at concession stand was way to high. It cost a family of four the same price as admission as the concession stand and we didnt buy any candy.

Okay place. MAke sure you dress warm. very cold in there. And please I repeat please sneek your own snacks and possibly your own popcorn in this place. The stuff is way over priced. They have the same dollar tree candy for $4.00. OTher than that, the chucky movie was good.

Lost my Regal card and the manager came to help after the other worker tried vigorously to help me find my information online. They were both very patient, understanding, and helpful.

My fiance and I love coming here for our date nights its our home away from home! If you enjoy movies I highly recommend coming here. Prices can run a bit high but if you become a Regal Rewards member it pays off in no time at all!

Great movie place

Had incorrect movie times...cashier said it wasnt her fault that the times are wrong and treated us like we were causing her to have to put her cell phone away to help us.- no smile just like talking to a zombie. Wont ever come back. Mgmt shows concern for private show....but my group obviously isnt important.

Love going to the early matinees there. Nice and peaceful, great choice of seating, decent seats themselves. Food still silly expensive... especially if you take a family.
