Please update your hours of operation. I am from out of state and took the chance to have a good time. Took an Uber and came but place was closed. Online shows it’s open. Not good biz. There goes my near $80 on Uber that I would’ve mind if place was open. Bad bad experience.

This place is awesome! The ambiance is just so classy, cozy & sooo clean. The hosts are all friendly & they offer free soda, water bottled or lemon water. You can also purchase alcohol beverages & just enjoy playing on any of the video gaming they offer just relaxed & have some me time.

I went into Mays this afternoon and was stopped by a girl who ask for my ID. I showed my ID to her and she stated I had to leave because I have a out of state DLS. I just moved back here to Illinois. But my question is what difference does it make and why was she rude. I mean the kind of rude where she was rolling her neck and her eyes. Very unprofessional. Not to mention I was just in there earlier today and yesterday with no problem. Is this your policy now? I work right down the street and yes we card and it doesnt matter what state the person ID is from as long as they are of age.Please advise thank youP.S. my friend went in there 10 minutes after me and wasnt carded at all. I think the Young girl working in there needs some type of training. Shes very rude and thats not a good look at all

I like coming here but it is a tad out of the way. Now I have been standing outside the door for the past half hour and it’s locked even though it’s supposed to be open. It’s 6:15 on a Saturday. This is so bad i came a long way. I don’t know of another establishment that is closed during its operating hours. I thought this place was run with some professionalism but I think I was wrong. This just put me in such a bad mood. I am done giving them all my money. There is no note on the door or anything to say will be back at a certain time. I don’t know whether to wait or go! and from outward appearances it looks open. BAD business this is soooo frustrating I made this trip for nothing!!

Update: This place is a scam!FIFTEEN times I’ve been there and FIFTEEN times I’ve been ripped off! These games are rigged and that’s the bottom line. Tonight I put $700 in that rigged up beer game and I didn’t get one free spin! FIFTEEN times losing thousands of dollars isn’t bad luck it’s called getting ripped off and that’s why you see these places popping up all over the place and its because it’s the latest get rich quick scheme that these losers are doing now. STAY AWAY! Go to a real casino where they at least give you a chance to win. To the owner shove your BS comments you know where you’re a crook!I’ve been in this place six times and every single time I go in there I get ripped off. For example, I go in there and I played that beer game at $2 dollars a spin and I lost $1,100 and the first $600 I didn’t even get a free spin which come to find out there’s no such thing as a free spin anyway, on any of these games! They make it look like you’re getting free spins when you’re actually paying for them. Well, this is the sixth time in a row that this has happened so is it just bad luck or is the game operator rigging these machines so that the new owners are guaranteed to make a profit? I’ve been playing these machines for over thirty years and never have I seen this low of a payout ever. I hate having to write this because this place is the nicest looking one I’ve ever seen and the staff is really nice and professional but like I said, somethings just not right.
