Good and modern accommodation

This is the Homeowners Association for the condominium complex. Previously the builder and several other management companies managed individual units within the complex. The HOA and current management company have been the point of contact for the majority of the units since November of 2016, offering better and more consistent service to the owners and renters.The grounds are well maintained and the pool and work out room are accessible to owners and their guests.

The grounds are really taken care of and the caretakers are friendly and they seem to know all the tenants and ask how they are doing. The office gal Jessikah is so grow fly you feel you have Instantly met a friend for life.

It was an ok place to live

CAUTION MILITARY!!! The management will lie to your superiors to have you pay late fees and other bogus charges. I was here in 2011... they ripped me out of 400-500 in so-called late fees. I was only late once.

Its moldy and for some reason there is a lot of static electricity.. weird. Anyway no I would not live here. They do have a pool which is a plus, but what really got me was the golf course getting shut down, that was a bummer for me
