This was my daughter and my first time visiting Artful Things and will be coming back. The owner was beyond helpful. We were immediately greeted and when I told her my daughter is a little artist and want to feed her passion of art. The owner took the time to walk my 8yr old through the store explaining and showing her all that my daughter wanted to know or might be interested in. Along with that she also informed us of classes that the store has taught by local artist. By the time we left with some art supplies/work my daughter couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved the store and can’t wait to come back for the classes. Local business that I will gladly support. So very pleased and happy we finally stopped by to look inside. Amazing local artist and their art work along with amazing hospitality and very personable. We felt very welcomed.

The ladies running the place are nice but the border started to ripple and come away from the print after we paid a great deal of money to have it framed. I went to this spot to support local business. When I called to tell them about the rippling they said it was normal for this to happen do to humidity. Funny how it never happened to any other professionally framed artwork we have.

Ive always been into arts and crafts of all kinds and Ive lived in Niceville my entire life and believe it or not today was the first time Ive ever been in this store. I was not disappointed buy their products and knowledge of product I was immediately met by a very kind young lady who could answer all the questions that I had was very helpful and I will be coming back its nice to have a store like this in Niceville since all of the other ones are located Destin or Fort Walton

I guess the owner was having a bad day. I have been a good customer however I hadnt been in a few months. I came in after calling about a specific item because it was out of my way. I was told they had it but when I got there they only had one kind. I mentioned having called beforehand and she just walked away in a very rude unprofessional manner and stated it was all she had and not to push her ladyI will am not a mean or rude person. I was stunned at how rude she was. I guess she is doing well enough to be able to treat certain customers with such disrespect. Obviously I wont be going back, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone else. I dont care if you do own the place, how you treat your customers matters!

This is one of the best places around to shop locally. From authors, artists and jewelry they have handmade everything. Best quality, elegant atmophere... and there are classes as well!
