We had the good fortune to stay at the Skyline this past weekend to celebrate my daughters birthday. Shanna who works the front desk had anticipated our every request. I am amazed with the amount of guests that go through the hotel she remembers every intricate detail. Shanna had anticipated our every request, which of course made things super easy for us. I want to commend and thank Shanna for her dedication to making our stay pleasurable. Her natural ability connecting with guests is admirable. Our rooms where set up just the way we like it and everything was spotless as usual. I want to take the time to recognize and thank Shanna for making our stay awesome. You truly are inspirational and need to be commended not only on your commitment to exceptional service but also on aptitude and capacity for excellence.

Skyline Hotel was a lifesaver for me. My AirBnB nearby turned out to be infested by centipedes, so I ran away in panic mode and checked in to this hotel at 11:45 pm at night. I was so relieved to find a very clean room and bathroom, and had the best sleep I’d had in a while. The complimentary bottled waters were helpful as well. Thank you, Skyline.

It’s a good hotel to stay if you have kids. they have a spacious courtyard where kids can play. also movies at the courtyard at nights.the rooms are all round the courtyard overlooking it.it’s a bit noisy as a hotel though. every time our next door room people open their door it looks like someone is coming in our room. but considering that you’re here for the kids to have fun, it’s not a big deal.the covered walkway to the water park makes it really handy to use it.when booking the hotel they said parking is included, but they charged us 22$ per night for it.

Our room was messy but only because we ended up getting there an hour early so understandable. They did end up giving us another room right away. The hotel is nice and quiet. Very close to the Falls and attractions. Customer service is very good. Very kind also. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to the Niagara Falls.

It was very clean and everyone was friendly. The waterpark was a great spot to spend the day. The hotel had a chill atmosphere and relaxing. Also had a beautiful skywalk to the pool from the hotel where you could see the city of Niagara. You could easily walk to restaurants the falls and any other amusements that are on Clifton Hill. The pictures on the site made the rooms look better than they where and the walls where not very sound proof. But overall we had a great stay and it was a very perfect weekend away from the business of life.

The worst experience ever! Don’ t book Skyline inn & Waterpark if you want to enjoy your vacation. Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) reserved this hotel in advance, we picked this hotel only because of the waterpark, I think most of families choose this place for the same reason. When we arrived, we were told that we are not allowed to use the “free” as it says on their website Waterpark even though the Waterpark was open and working. When we tried to explain at the front desk that at the time of reservations the hotel did not let us know that we won’t be able to use the Waterpark and that without the Waterpark option we have no reason to stay at Skyline inn, the manager told us that there was nothing they can do and that it’s up to us to stay or leave, so we left, we went back home. Our vacation was ruined.

For almost $800 2 rooms and water park, its way too much money. The water park is full of smell of chlorine. I had chlorine in my system till next day eventhu we spent only 2 hours of play time. Next day we did not go at all. Rooms are exactly like any other Motel in the region. Nothing special. Location is good and walking distance to major attractions. If you really want to save money, rent somewhere else for cheap price and use one day water park pass. To be honest Great Wolf Lodge is way better water Park. From experience. Parking is not included. Extra $22 for parking alone. They say kids eat Free but good luck. Final thought, do not waste your money here. As I mentioned, rent your hotel somewhere else and use their one day water park pass.

Not the best experience. Although one of the one of the biggest perks was being very close to the falls and all the “action”, the hotel was not well equipped for its guests. The room smelled musty, the bathroom wasn’t clean (found the root of the problem, toilet had not been cleaned properly), 1 out of the 4 outlets worked in our room, we were told there would be a microwave, but it wasn’t there, we asked for a kettle, they didn’t provide (apparently they said it was due to COVID; however, other hotels I have been to in the past couple of months have offered all kitchen essentials, and kettles or coffee makers are the bare minimum). Don’t recommend.Edit: Just found out they charged us $100 for parking that we NEVER used. We didn’t even give them our car details. Had to call and dispute. Imagine if we had not noticed...deeply dissatisfied.

We used to stay here, probably 10 years ago. The price is good, but the years have taken their toll on first impressions. When you open the door, the gold coloured throws at the end of the bed immediately make you feel that your in a cheap run down facility. I would suggest the hotel makes a simple change to black covers. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff were pleasant. The price looks like a good deal at $62, but you have to pay $30 resort fee and $26.50 for parking, bringing the cost to over $116.Having said all this, the hotel is much better than most of the hotels on Lundy’s Lane. It’s close to all the action. It’s attached to the Fallsview water park, which is still closed due to Covid 19.

Overall it was a good place to stay at, the staff were friendly, they play a movie nightly in the courtyard. Basically an overpriced motel. The rooms are extremely dated and small. And is extremely loud no matter the time of day. I have 3 kids and love family friendly hotels but the walls and doors are paper thin and it was impossible for my kids and I to sleep. Loud all the time. Being attached to the waterpark is awesome. The hotel feels like a motel with the courtyards and small, dated rooms (pictures online are better than in person...at least for our room). The courtyards make it so its extremely loud...all.the.time. Makes it hard for little kids to sleep. Even the walls seem paper thin as we could hear everything in the next room. Too many people reviewing the waterpark, would not recommend. The hotel is shabby: room smelled bad, kids in the neighboring room kept rattling the adjoining door, carpet was worn/torn, mattresses are super old/cheap coils with no padding. Soaps in the bathroom are commercial style dispensers. Also, your shampoo is also your body soap now.An armchair in the corner from the 1970s. The desk and armoire were updated, but everything else is worn out and needs to be updated. The courtyards looks nice, but I cant understand their practical purpose.Parking was another $22 per day. Id say just gamble with some parking tickets if you wont be there more than a day or two. Then not pay them because why would you ever come back?

So the location, service and set up are great. I was surprised when we arrived that this is an older, budget type of hotel. The bathrooms and furniture are definitely older and you can tell. In the bathrooms, the soap and lotion are dispensed from a wall mounted dispenser like you would find in a public bathroom. It feels more like a motel than a hotel. That being said, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, right next to Clifton hills (fun for kids) and attached to the water park. The hotel is super family friendly with nightly movies in the courtyard. Tip: find a room on a high floor and offset from the courtyard if you want a quiet night rest.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in a hotel. I booked with our hockey team and the entire weekend there were parties until 2am 4 feet from my door. Despite multiple complaints it persisted each night. The courtyard was filthy and the lobby had a mouse scurry by!!! When we notified front desk they told us that they tend to come out this time of year! But how could we be surprised when every hallway seemed to have one piece or another of garbage. To top off my amazing sleepless stay(which by the way has no a/c), I discovered at check out I was being charged an additional $100 a night!! Total of $250 a night... more than that of my hockey team group because our room was actually in a different courtyard than our team due to a complicated booking situation. Peter had raised his voice with me several times. Never been so disappointed with a hotel in my life!!

Seams like they go out of their way to make things overly complicated for no good reason. From book the trip to Getting a locker. Almost impossible to get a straight answer, and if you do it turns out not to be accurate. The only saving grace was the amazing front desk staff. Multiple out of order signs everywhere you turn. And staff gets irritated with you when you cant use out of order machines. My daughter was playing for day and a 1/2 on the slides before they told her that shes not allowed and may be too small. Id give this hotel a 3.5 -its a good hotel interms of service, location and family orientation. The issue is the hotel itself being deemed as a 4star hotel when it is not. The rooms and veds need upgrading- our room was cute and a bit more renivated but the bed quality wasnt great. I dont care that there are pumps for shampoo, soap and body wash but all ours were empty and i was forced to use soap on my hair which I didnt like. What I did like was the service. We had concierge bring my son a banner for his bday which was placed on our door - and smarties. The rooms seem to have thin walls and sound will get through. We went Sunday-Monday and it was great - when we arrived it seemed LOADS of families were leaving. I wish our room had a window lookig outside instead of a random courtyeard indoors lol but it was an okay experience. All in all -we will stay again for the convenience but the price needs to be dropped to match everywhere else that 3.5 star. We got the breakfast and waterpark package abs got a good deal -Perkins breakfast is massive. We had fun. Oh and lots of stairs at this hotel- Huge and a bit confusing

The room was small, but quite clean and tidy. The problem was at night when you suddenly realise that the construction of the building allows for even normal level sounds to feel like they are right beside you. People walking in the room above ours, people walking and talking by on the courtyard walkway, that every room is facing with a glass wall. The noise level made sleeping there uncomfortable for a family with small children, which is why the three stars. We had to put the water temp on full heat and yet had a nice unwanted cold shower. It wasnt easy to bath my kids with cold water. I was not impressed at all. I did like that they played a family movie in the courtyard at night. But the cold shower just ruined my opinion on the place.

Not at all recommended. The staff is not very friendly, parking was paid. I have stayed at Clifton Victoria Inn before, their parking was free. Rooms were better, staff for friendlier and breakfast was included.Skyline hotel is very old the rooms are pathetic. There was not hot water in the Tub which we had to get fixed, after that there was no hot water in the sink. Coffee Machine was not working. Hair Dryer was not working. The hotel itself is very old and has not been renovated.I will not go there next time!

Terrible experience, see trip advisor reviews. This should be a one star hotel. Can’t believe this is part of the Fallsview hotel group. Should be removed off the list.

My trip was booked a entire 2 months in advance. I’m coming from the USA so wanted a nice experience, first day check in I was greeted by the front desk clerk to say with a smile the water park is closed for maintenance will not be open until after my trip. How disappointed because the whole reason for choosing this hotel was because of the water park. No help the Manager Said best of luck you need to reach out to who help you book the trip Because it’s up to me to check the hours of the pool. Total feel like they took me for a ride. My best advice is do your homework work no customer service skill at all.

Beautiful city! Kid friendly hotel, not the cleanest, long wait at check in, extremely busy water park, long lines, good luck getting a chair everybody just claims a single chair but nobody sits in it LOL we claimed one chair as a family. Would not return but my Son would. I would probably try one of the sister hotels.

Water park Closed Monday. Was not advertised. Pool locates in different hotels. Front desk not friendly or even attempted to rectify my problem. I asked not to pay the optional tourist and they told me I had to because O booked through expedia. plus then charged me 22$ for parking. There are many options in Niagara I wouldnt never return here.

Outdated and a bit small. Parking charges extra. Better to get a PAC parking. Lobby small and busy time kinda cold since ppl keep opening up the doors.
