Good old Marineland, now very easily accessible, empty parking lot like never before (staff told me last year on this time they were almost out of parking in the overflow lot). NO RIDES ARE OPEN, so youre limited to the nice walk around the park. Deers are locked, can see them at the gate when staff throws some corn to them. Can still feed the black bears, always a fun experience, also the huge carps in the nearby pond, along with ducks, geese and swans.The restaurants offer is limited to almost a joke, probably due to lack of personnel. The dolphins show is still on, little less than the usual and the walrus is gone. But the show is still fun and pleasant.The penguins are new (last year i hear) and a nice surprise, better suited to the smaller aquarium right by the entrance.All personnel wears masks, those serving food included. They wear masks even outdoors (you dont have to) which is a bit extreme but their problem .Overall still a great day out, but for about the same price as before with less activities. However it will still get your young ones to sleep better!

Took my son here and he absolutely loved seeing the animals. We went there knowing the rides were closed due to the pandemic and still was alot of fun. We will definitely return and hopefully by then things will be back to normal

This park is really stepping up. They are investing more money into the park now. This place has so much potential and they even just opened up a new ride. I highly recommend a visit!

My family and I have been to marineLand twice this year and it is a beautiful park. The grounds are well kept despite Covid. The tanks are well maintained and I believe that do great in conservation and the animals seem very happy. They have a better life then some people.On our second visit we pulled into the parking lot and some protesters who were just off the property were yelling at us and harassing us. I believe in the right to protest however they were braking the law by using words such as abuse and cruelty also by using loud bull horns they and saying we were bad people for taking our son. During our visit everything looked perfect nothing was wrong with the park.I also believe in making up my own mind and making my own decisions. This park is great for the whole family and taking your kids. I will not bow to someone else’s opinion. Who I might add was making our family feel very unsafe.Fortunately the park ensures that the protesters could not come on the property.This is a wonderful place but remember think and decided for yourself about this type of park and respect other people’s point of view don’t harass them.

Everyone loves Marineland ️ great place to visit for the family. Great dolphin show, encounter with Beluga whales and Orca specially if you are lucky to be there during feeding times. Get wet with Polar splash. Get to feed the deers. It’s covid pandemic times and can’t expect for more. All park rides are shut down but you can still always enjoy with your family and learning exposure for children. This place is a wonderful spot to go on the Dragon Mountain roller coaster. Usually a pretty lady to push the safety bar into youre lap and lock it. After the the ride she will do it again. 10 stars.

We had an amazing experience at MarineLand today. Great way to spend a day with kids or without. They have all safety precautions at place and you feel very safe there. There was great show with animals and a lot of fun at splash pad. Highly recommend!

The place is nice Covid-19 gateway. Thanks to the high ticket prices and closed rides it really felt empty for Sunday. We enjoyed feeding animals, taking pictures and a show. We were just happy this place was allowed to stay open.

Its clean and offers some excitement for the kids. Would be great if the rides were open but unfortunately they arent due to covid. Tickets should be cheaper in my opinion.

Never been there and I will never go there. This place is a terrible theme park where they hold poor sea creatures hostile in miniscule tanks and force them to do useless tricks for money and crowd amusement. Please, do NOT support this cruel business, if you wish to visit this place, you are only fueling the cycle of greed and animal abuse! Think twice before visiting this trashy park! No one loves MarineLand!

Amazing show and new attraction splash polar is very refreshing thing to do with kids

Marineland of Canada keeps about 4,000 land and marine animals. Marineland operates 16 rides ranging from rides for children, to thrill rides for adults. The marine animals perform several times daily at King Waldorf Stadium. The park does not release annual attendance figures. Published amounts range from 250,000 to 500,000 annually.In 2020, however, the facility did not open in spring as planned because of the restrictions required by the COVID-19 pandemic. The park planned to reopen on July 17, with precautions to minimize the risk of spreading the virus. However, since the Ontario Government was not allowing amusement parks to open, the facility remained closed.Marineland is a former member of Canadas Accredited Zoos and Aquariums (CAZA). The company voluntarily and temporarily withdrew from CAZA in May 2017, stating it was expanding the area for animals and will be continuing to work with CAZA to ensure that the expansion is successfully harmonized with CAZA principles.

I had not visited this place and I liked it a lot. Very good attention of workers, professionals in the care of animals, access for disabled people, the souvenir shop very large and with a large number of items. The wide and very rich food area, good prices; only 15 or 20 minutes from downtown Niagara Falls by car. The mechanical games very funny, in short; You can enjoy a full day with the family there and you can take food as there are picnic areas inside the park.

Horrible conditions for the animals. If you are a tourist looking for stuff to do, stay far away from this attraction. There are a hundred better things to do and see in town.

The rides and the water park are terrific. Animals are nice to see for little kids, over the age of 6 you should probably go to Toronto Zoo for animals instead. Hopefully it opens soon with Covid safety regulations in place. Reasonably priced admission for a theme park type place, food and paraphernalia are pricey, as is everywhere. Nice to visit once,even if you live in The Falls area.

Love it . I take my son every summer if we did not parks like this to go to how would we get to see and feed animals like that. You should know by now the world needs places like this do family’s stop trying to take them away from kids like mine. Thank you guys for having such a good place for my son to go have so much fun and at a very good cost.

It is a great place for younger kids under 15 but for older, it is not very entertaining unless you really love animals. There are not that many rides at the amusement park. It is not too busy so there was not many line ups for the rides and shows. I really enjoyed the performance that they had with the dolphins and whales. The performance is something to see. It is amazing to see the trainer riding on the dolphins and whales. One got to ride on the whales nose.Great place to visit on a sunny day. Loved seeing the animal making kisses to and audience.It has a lot of trinkets to buy. The photo I have posted is a magnet for the fridge.Clean place, great food, good atmosphere.

We went here during the covid time and not much was open. Understandable.. but they shouldnt be charging full price for a entry ticket if there isnt much to see or do. It cost 57 with tax for entry. We went to watch a show and there was no social distancing at all. The stadium has 4 sections, and they block 2 sections off in the center but the other 2 sections they said are meant to have 100 people in each of them. When my mother asked why it was done that way they started yelling at her that its for social distancing. This place isnt what it use to be like back in the days, its soo run down and boring now. Needs lots of updating and proper covid precautions

Of the best places for families to visit where all can enjoy their time. Its a huge edutainment place for kids to have fun and learn at the same time about the marine life. Rides are nice and safe and all included in the entrance fees. There is a live show for dolphins and sea lions, very interesting!

Very nice family day. A lot of activities. Be ready for long walks and get lots of food and drinks as there are many places for picnics. Unfortunately many attractions were closed because of the renovations . But I think it’ll be even better after the work gets done.We loved the show. It was funny but a little bite brief.

Costly ticket. $50 is just too much.Horrible parking lot with-no parking marks-some people had taken 2 car space and because of no marking and less cars to park.Cant blame drivers Management should mark car spaces. Absolutely no hard asphalt in parking.Decades old washrooms (but were clean).Too many bugs/fly all over especially in washroom and food area.Seating in king Waldorf stadium for dolphin show was not comfortable, no back rest and not very clean.Most rides were not working even on Civic holiday long weekend.Very poor shuttle service to reach from one end of park to other.Staff nice and polite.Food was just ok, didnt appear really fresh.Its right on border and few meters from the worlds most visited natural wonder sight still nothing in park reflected Canada except for friendly staff.Not much signs and directions in park for attractions without the Map you are kind of surprised-(+)-confused.Map available only at entrance.Needs some improvement.

There is huge killer whale, you can watch above the ground, to see it breath the water into the air, and watch it below the ground, watch it swimming straight to your face, same setting for a group of adorable belugas, they jump out water, watch you right in front of face, very playful, there is a roofed stadium with scheduled show, sea lion, dolphin, amazing shows, signature sky screamer free fall tower on top a hill, deer park inside a castle, kids amusement park, kids friendly rollercoaster, you can feed and touch the belugas at Arctic cove, and taking pictures/videos with them, kids like these stuffs

It was really great. All the rides were fun. Has fun stuff for all age groups. There is 3 dolphin shows @ 12pm @3pm & 6pm. Individuals or families are allowed to bring food. Rental strollers are available after entry.

I was a little worried with COVID-19 but attendance at the park was low and the precautions the park took made us feel safe. The only negative was the dolphin/whale show. There wasnt a clear method for lining up and only 100 people are permitted in. This made for some frustration for people that waited 1hr vs. people that just showed up and pushed their way in. Also once in the show there was no explanation of where you can sit and only after half the people had been seated did someone make most of the people move to new seats.

A great place to visit for the entire family. We went there last week and although the rides were closed, we had a great time watching the dolphins show, Belugas, Orcas and the black bears.

An amazing place to head out with the family. Lots of available parking with separate entry and exit points. Purchasing tickets is a breeze as well. You can either buy them online and they will scan the tickets off your phone or you can buy them at the ticket counters. The pricing is just the same. Lots to see and do, so plan for an entire day of fun. A few hours wont suffice. LOL! It depends if you are a repeat visitor. The massive sea mammals are simply amazing to watch, especially the beluga andkiller whales. The dolphin and seal shows are superb. The trainers are kind and you can tell by the way the sea creatures behave with them. Kids and adults alike will be thrilled for sure.

Not much variety of land or sea animals. The rides are closed and hence not much to do. The price of ticket doesnt do justice to the number of activities.They could at least add educational shows for all the animals that they do have. It was quite deserted and not much entertaining

I loved the place. I will definitely go back there again. The dolphins shows are amazing I loved it. Also they have few other animals like bears, tigers etc. If you want to enjoy everything you must go in the morning so that you can spend most of the day and see everything. Will recommend to cary food because the food there is expensive. Rides are amazing they have for adults and kids. They have the staff all around so if you get lost finding a place they can help you. They have options to go close to the animals but only for specific times. They have lot of parking with no extra cost it’s included in the ticket. They have a lot of parking reserved too. But it’s better to go early so that you can get a spot closer to the gates. They have a picnic area for family so if you just want to sit and relax you can do that. Best time to go there is weekdays because weekends gets really busy. Its not too expensive compared to what you can get in that.

The animals are very interactive and the ability to feed all the animals is great. You can feed bears, beluga whales(awesome), fish and others. We had a blast and it doesnt take up a whole day to complete everything. Plenty of time to enjoy and not rushed through.

I had high expectations from Marineland but all vein. Thank God I got the promotional tickets otherwise I would have regretted it like anything.Overall its a very dull and disorganized park. Dolphin show was not even just okay but a complete disappointment. I could hardly understand what the show hostess was saying because of the poor sound system. Aquarium was so dirty that I was feeling sad for fishes inside the small polluted tanks. Bears were kept in such a bad condition that I couldnt hold my emotions and left park immediately.The only good part was the dragon mountain roller coaster and kids rides. On the whole, we (as family) were not pleased at all with the experience and were feeling sorry for all the animals at Marineland.A complete disastrous experience of the worst park in Canada.

I like the sea lion and beluga show here. This place is one of the largest amusement park Ive visited. However, some rides are permanently closed. I would recommend this place for children. My kids enjoyed the rides like bumblebee and the octopus. Weve also seen Bison, Bear, Deer, and lots of birds. My kids trying to catch seagulls.The admission fee here seems to be too expensive for that reason I rated 3 stars for this park. And the restaurants offers few choices of food. There are lot of parking space but if you come late you might have to walk far going to the entrance. The best time to come here probably Summer and Fall.With its space, I believe they can still improve this park and make it a more exciting place to visit for everyone, not only for children.Overall our kids had a good experience in Marineland.

Nice place for the belugas. Honestly, I feel like the places have been the same for 20 years. The amusement park needs modernization. Disappointing price $ 50 (adults) and $43 children for so little.More than half of the rides were defective or non-functional.

The rating only goes to the beautiful mammals we saw, the site is clean too but rides and attractions are too far apart. Some attractions were closed. The aquarium where they have fish was depressing, dirty, and the few fish they have look sick. The upper tank was empty where there was supposed to have sea lions

Or kids (5,7,9) had a blast here. We were there on a Wednesday and Thursday and had to wait at most 10 min for a couple rides all day. The park is spread out, so take a stroller if you have any little ones. They have added a train for transportation, but it doesnt run super often, so wet took our once or twice for the experience but mostly walked. The shows werent the same as when I was a kid, but still entertaining. The employees were all very friendly and took the time to answer all of our kids questions about the animals. We packed or own food and water which saved some money. Be sure to have lots of water on hot days. We had decent weather (somewhat overcast) and still went through a lot of water. You can tell the park is no longer in its glory days, but still a great time for the kids. A seasons pass is only $5 more (you can purchase it before leaving they park if you want to wait), so we had two days there. Awesome deal if you live in the area, but good deal even if you only spend the two days like we did. The new splash pad was a bit disappointing since our 9 year old was to big for any slides and the rest was just animal themed water jets. No buckets or the usual splash pad items. A bit odd for a brand new splash pad.

It was awesome and just seeing how well its been kept up since I was last there (many moons ago)... It was great. It adhered to the nostalgia the theme park held for me when I was so young. And now my kids got to experience it too. Theres a lot of walking, but I feel it was well worth the exercise!!! I also feel like admission is a bit steep, but it is what it is I guess.

It was wonderful place to have alots of fun with family and the skywheel riding is totally amazing . If you got time just view there shows, they are more than awesome

Marinland is the best place I have been to so far. I love that it have a lot of different places that are divided to family section and adults. The family section is only for kids who are about the age of 5 _10. The games are not scary or hard in that section, but the adult and teen section have a really scary and hard games sometimes adult couldnt handle it sush as the sky screamer and the dragon mountain There is the king waldorf stadium (dolphin Stadium) it is just amazing for kids and adults. I love Marinland and it is one of the most exciting places I have ever been to so far.

I wish I could give less than a 1. This place is a disgrace to animal welfare. They advertise animals that arent even alive. The tanks are so dirty and disgusting. The animals are sad and starved. Its just so horrible. Im glad the new laws are in effect with will limit their ability to continue profiting from animals..

Nothing much to spent time here, if your looking for rides and games. it’s good place to enjoy with family and friend as a picnic spot but worth for $50 tickets.One of the best thing is Dolphin show it’s fantastic and mind blowing.Animals are taken care very well, Park is very clean and washroom are well maintained, most important parking is free where they can allot too many cars.If they had some more stuffs show wide & fun wise then it’s no doubt 5 stars from me...

The experience with dolphins, belugas, orca and other animals is awesome. the rides are to old. and the park needs more animation. the aquarium is very small and old. good price in food and variety. free parking. picnic are is good. arcade old.

Great place for kids

The best thing about it is that you come very close to the animals. The dolphin show is good but the theme park is only suitable for below 10.If you have older kids don’t waste your money and time, just visit Wonderland and African Lion Safari.

This was a very nice place for children! Depending on where you are coming from might be a longer or shorter drive.This is not just a place with water-related activities. You can see the dolphin/whale/seals show and pet the whales, but you also have some other attractions suitable for small children like rollercoasters, a wheel and so on.

Its alright. Had free tickets, would definitely not pay the price they desire. Most certainly more a place to bring your young children. A LOT of walking between attractions.The animals youll see: orca (killer whale), beluga, black bear, deer, bison, fish, dolphin, sea lion, and couple others.The animal show was actually informative and entertaining. Can tell the animals get to decide if they want to do the tricks.Some of the rides werent operational and the walrus exhibit was closed (I think because they died recently but not sure).

Great experience for the whole Fam, heard a lot of noise about animal abuse but decided to check it out for myself. Spent quite a bit of time talking to the people working with the animals and decided they really loved the creatures they cared for. Rides are great especially for younger children.

I used to work at this place years ago. One of the worst places ever to work. The owner (Holer) was very mean and not understanding. They would never treat you with any respect at all. I would never recommend anyone to work there or even go there to visit. Seriously stay away. We can only hope that they will go out of business and shut down.

Marineland is a nice amusement park, a little on the older side but theres still tons to see and do. There is a lot of walking involved and long stretches that dont have any activities or scenes, its just pathways which wouldve been better if they added more to see in between, its a long walk especially on hot days but I loved the marine life show, it was so cute and everyone did a great job!

Maybe we had higher expectations but we were very disapointed, the place was huge you need to walk a lot. Some places were not clean, the aquarium is in a pitty situation, except the dolphins show, it was a total waste of money and time

This park was fun, not to large, and the kids enjoyed the rides. Could have used some extra cleaning in some areas, but overall good. There was little to no one else in the park when we attended so no wait times. Quite a few rides were closed when we went, but this may have been due to the lack of ppl there. It was a slightly rainy day. Food was simple and relatively good, but not many options. Prices in gift shop were very reasonable. The show was great, and the entertainers were very good with the animals.

The park looks like it has never changed since it first opened, but the simplicity can be appreciated. The rides dont really accommodate larger people, but the shows are so much fun!

This was a really cute park. It is not for those who dont enjoy a lot of walking but it was not very crowded. There were a lot of birds and wildlife. I found it to be a little pricey given that it was such a small park but the kids really enjoyed it. Not some place that I would go back to but it was fun for what it was. I will say that the food was reasonably priced.

I remember the show before was longer. It used to last like 30 min with more exhibitions. Now it lasted 15min and very dry. But the rides and aquariums are good! Especially the sky screamer.

We go to feed the deers as our children grow up. Now our third one was left disappointed because we were informed only at the gates that the deer land is closed!!! But enjoyed the controllable flying boats to the best of it. Since we were visiting in mid june - no lineups....it was empty!!!

It is alright, place is a little dated. Old rides and a decent stage show. Small zoo like area in back with here animals which if are close to the fence you can pet. Also you can feed black bears which they dont care what you bring them. Person at the counter said theyd eat anything.

The shows they have on are incredible. Its amazing how much the animals want to please their trainers. You can get really nice photos of yourself petting the whales in arctic cove. Everyones really friendly and the rides are lovely. Beware of the wasps near the garbage cans. I especially liked the underground viewing windows into the enclosures. Theyll come right up to the window. Its also not crowded which is great. One of the few things I can say is worth your money in Niagara.

Impressive place. The children had a blast. It was one of their favourite days this summer so far. The entrance was smooth. And the whole visit was enjoyable. I’ll visit it again and again.

I thought I went back to the 80s as soon as we entered marine land. $50 a ticket is pretty steep for an adult. Also MAKE SURE you take your own food, snacks, drinks since everything there is super expensive. We already knew buying a drink would be expensive but Gatorade for $4.50 wow! The show with the dolphins was good but other then that the rest of the park was pretty boring. Great place to take your toddler for some rides and to see animals. Teenagers would probably be bored of this place.

I had very little expectations going to Marineland but my sister and the kids wanted to go so we tagged along. Surprisingly, it was a fun trip. There are few rides for the kids as well as adults too. We also went to go see the show. It’s not bad.

Very friendly staff, great place for families. I advise you to bring carrots apples or corn to feed the deer and elk. Please dont feed them any leaves, even when the staff tell people not to do it, some do it just to get the picture. The leaves upsets their stomach They were very cute.

Animal cruelty is still pretty much a thing. It is really 2020. But anyways, my kids LOVE Marineland. Every summer we wait to go! 2020 is just though. I love the viking ride and the orca one thats just right across from the Vikings one. I love your cheesy pizzas! Mmmh! The cheese almost made my daughter choke though.

Came here once a few years ago. Only reason was because my daughter was dying to go from watching the commercials on tv. Honestly I was rather disappointed with this place, and very very pricey to get in for just the two of us (she was 6 at the time). Besides the dolphin show, the rest of the park is quite boring sad to say. I thought for sure wed have more fun, but we didnt. We had so much more fun on Clifton Hill and down by the falls. I havent recommended this place to anyone since, especially since we found more fun other places very close by.

Great place with wonderful educational programs on animals and a free dolphin show. Kids 2 and 14 loved it. Lots of walking, bring a stroller sunscreen and hats!

Do you REALLY believe that dolphins, beluga whales and any other animal forced to perform tricks for your entertainment justifies their capture from their natural habitats and their own families to be held in captivity for the remainder of their lifetime? Dolphins and Belugas are not meant to eat dead fish...they are not meant to swim in pools and they certainly are not meant to jump through hoops and give you kisses. Please educate yourself on the truth about the abuses and traumas these animals endure by googling Dolphin Project and the Taiji Cove.

It is a combination of the zoo, aquarium and amusement park. Decoration themes are adorable, lovely sceneries with lots of trees, flowers and a river running across the area, very suitable for kids, a nice place for adults too but the entertainment is quited limited and not as thriliing as others. They have free train but limited stops for pickup and drop off. The restaurant has decent options for common fast food like fried chickens, burgers, pizza, hotdogs, fries and salad. Toilets are located evenly and clean.
