Great store for all crafting needs. A little pricey, especially if doig it for kids crafts, but if you are a serious crafter, this is place to go. Has a nice little back room where they do birthday parties for kids. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

I usually get dragged here by the wife. She always finds what shes after. Very clean and organized store. My favourite is when they have the t-shirts on sale for $3.

Often VERY overcrowded with stock, possibly to the point of being in breach of accessibility laws. If I cant get my shopping cart between the island merch, end caps and aisles I cant imagine a wheelchair can negotiate that spacing either. Especially in an emergency. Staff are typically quite friendly though and my wife enjoys it there.

Very first time at this location. Wow. So many projects you can do. I choice diamond painting. Next visit will be the rug hooking.

If you need art supplies, cant beet them. Not enough people eat beets, I know the grammatical error I made, not many times in a day though does the word beet come up anymore. Anyways, this is a great store. My daughters and I go there for all our art supplies.

Do not order picture frames for curbside pickup. Got a frame for a poster. Employee was very pleasant and gave me the frame curbside and I brought it home. Could not see the cracked plastic of frame underneath the plastic wrapping until i had opened it. I would expect the employees to check the merchandise they intend to deliver to their customers. Once we get covid in control, Ill go in myself and sift through available frames so I dont waste money again.

They have a good selection of beads for jewelry but the pendant selection is a little lacking.

All kinds of quality craft goods, a lovely place to shop....my only disappointed was trying to find staff to help me find what I needed...searched for 5 minutes or more before I found someone to assist me.

Im surprised at how few choices they had for pre-made frames and how expensive they were for what you get.The only thing I HATE about Michaels is that they want all your info at register. If you say no then they treat you as if you offended them personally. Im sorry, I gave you my info before and got spammed. Never again.

Great selection in this craft store, I love the seasonal items although they are usually pricey, they always go on sale at some point plus this store is always offering killer coupons in flyers and online. Check back frequently as stock changes frequently. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.

Always a good visit. But yesterday only 1 cashier was on duty while the line was backing up at good pace. I did notice they offer pick up and that Id a good idea if in hurray.

Overall, I love having a Michaels in Niagara Falls.... But I was disappointed in their extremely limited selection of colouring books - both for children & adults - other inventory areas were lacking, too; I figure Ill give this location at least one or two more attempts before heading up to their St. Catharines location for good.

UselessCalled in asking about zippers, the guy didn’t know, he had to ask. Even I know they carry them. Someone told him yes. Then I asked if they had size 8, since I broke mine on my coat, and wanted the zipper head specifically. His response was, well you’ll have to come have a look. Like I’m gonna drive half an hour to find out that you don’t have that size for a $4 item ffs??!!

Unless youre getting something on sale or clearance, its not worth it. The mark up on the items is ridiculous. Michaels could definitely use improvement. The US stores are so much better.

Knowledge quality friendly happy to assist; not enough staff on the floor; hard for disabled or seniors to wander around to find sales staff, too hard; sometimes that struggle cools my excursion interest & makes DOLLARMA appealing.

Love this store, though proving is clearly marked up so you only pay true value (and often even high value) with the coupons. Still, stuff looks great and its nice to have a one stop for crafting

Overall the store is fine. It is clean and the employees are nice. However, I mostly use Michaels for cross-stitch supplies, and the selection at this store is very sparse. The Niagara Falls location stocks a better variety of embroidery supplies.

Great place for craft supplies! They also always have coupons for great deals. I just dont like how they put out holiday stuff SUPER EARLY and then run out before the holiday actually occurs...

I enjoyed my visit though i found the store more a less over priced. Some items were fair but most i was shocked people pay those prices. I do want to thank the employee who took time to assist my mother and i in finding items and being very paitent woth us and very friendly.

I like the selection here but I find the prices a little ridiculous for a lot of their stuff. The kids and adults classes are fun and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available. There are public washrooms in the store.

I love this store! They have everything you need if art is your hobby. If you find them a bit pricey just ask for the coupon (there is always a 40 or 50% off coupon). The staff are really good too. I bought something and lost it when I left the store because there was a hole in my bag and the manager let me get a new one.

I wasnt as happy with the place than on my previous visits. They have changed the menu. Increased the priced and took my favorite bento box off the menu. Service was okay but nothing outstanding

50% coupon on regular item i went to cashier with reg price item cashier says no thats our daily value item. I go get another item similiar. Go to cash she says same thing so i left (so long michaels see ya)

Nice clean and organized store. Havent found many of them like this one. Customer service was great. Only complaint was an employee left a ladder in an aisle blocking it off but overall got everything we came in for.

I love Michaels for their selection of stuff. Its a crafters paradise. I want everything in the store!! Their prices, however, are so crazy high!! The weekly coupon for 50% off is a good deal for one too highly priced item every once in awhile for me.
