HORRIBLE. I bought shoes from there and asked for a size 9 and the employee went to the back to get them, put them in the bag and that was it. I come home to figure out they are a size 6 so I called back asking if they had another size 9, they said they didnt so I asked for the money back since it was the employees fault and she said no and that I had to deal with it basically. It was totally unfair that I had to lose 45$ because of an employees mistake. Never shopping there again.
