Very impressed by this company. I actually feel welcome. All Bathrooms tell a whole story and their bathrooms are immaculate. Floors are clean! The material they use is industrial so they maintain a clean appearance. The food they offer is not very expensive like another theater venue! I feel sorry for AMC if they do not step up their game. I have to say, its December and every building is lit up with led lights for Christmas. They have a 40 foot Christmas tree that talks, tell stories and plays music like its a concert, absolutely all out!Con: they do not have 3D or 4K Dolby. So I think thats why they put most of the money in luxurious materials and chairs. Enjoy the photos of the venue and the location it caters to.

Great place. And they seem to be on top of the virus situation. They sterilize the theatre thoroughly after each viewing. I do that kind of work myself and am very impressed.

Love coming here with the family we try to make a movie night out of it first eating dinner and then coming over to city Mark city center 12 for the best popcorn and of the most delicious and filling movie snacks we highly enjoy all of the great latest movies and it is always a great bonding experience to share family fun and good times

Great seating and spacing. Sound and size of theaters are great for an enjoyable movie experience.

The theater offers great atmosphere for dates, family outings, hangouts with friends the like! They have great recliners that allow you to put your feet up and arm rest up so you can cuddle with that special someone. The snack selection is pretty typical of a movie theater and unfortunately as well as pricing. Cinemark offers an intriguing movie club membership that allows you to get a free movie ticket every month as well as discounted snacks and no online fees for $10 a month. On-site they have a nice sitting area where you can enjoy dining options as well as adult beverages! The building is up-to-date and refreshing.

Still love this place, not many people are showing up yet its like our personal theatre, thay are doing a great job of sanitizing so we feel pretty safe coming to watch movies so come join us.

Fast lines. Always clean and well staffed. Parking is really close. Reclining chairs are super comfy. Adults can get alcoholic beverages at the concession stand and there is also an attached pizza place and restaurant from which you can bring food into the theater. If you want to make a whole date out of it there is a bar and restaurant attached where you can have a sit-down meal and then stroll over to the theater for your movie.

You will spend a good amount of money. But the food is pretty good. Make sure you join the movie members thing because it does come in handy. My family also love collecting the souvenir cups.

Great place to see new movie. Bathrooms are clean well maintained. Ok staff, young workers. The theater we were in was also clean. For a Sunday matinee was good no lines and no long lines at concessions.

I love this theater. The seats are very comfortable recliners and its always been clean. The location is also great as they have a parking garage right across the road.

Good options but Id prefer to have free refills of drinks regardless of size at all times. We do pay so much for drinks and food there. Should be more to please the customer. Needs to be a little more cleaner.

Free parking in the parking deck right across the street. Excellent customer service and not too packed for a Saturday night. Bathroom wasnt terrible. Theater was messy by the door, but clean once we got to our seats.

The old Paragon, one of the first reclining seats, pick your seat theater. This theater is clean and has a parking garage across the street. They have food ND restaurants in the lobby and you bring the food to the theater and have a tray that can swing in front of you. Nice good clean theater with great sound.

Far better than the bigger theatre in Hampton. Comfy seats, food trays built into the seats, and you can take your food and drinks in from the 2 attached restaurants. The membership program is where its at though. Tickets roll over month to month and you get a discount on concessions.

This is our favorite movie theater in the area. We’ve been to ones in Williamsburg, Yorktown, Gloucester, Hampton, and this is our favorite. We love the luxury reclining seats. And everyone is always so nice. They offer military discount which is super nice. I took our daughters to see Frozen 2 and they had the princesses out for the kids. And they had face painting. My 4 year old daughter was so excited. It made her day. Her favorite is Anna. The young ladies were so sweet to her. The lady doing the face painting was so nice too.

I dont like movie theaters in general, but, it seems theyve come a long way. Saw a movie in theater 10 which had very comfortable recliners. Small crowd made for an enjoyable experience.

Our first time back to the theater..glad they are back open..but the movie was awful.

Everything about this place is at or above the standard for a modern movie theater with the exception of one thing. Everytime we have gone, the lady who works at the concession stand has an attitude problem. I get it if you hate your job, but its YOUR JOB. Be kind and customers will likely be kind. Either quit or improve before you find your self out of a job. Again everything else is awesome.

I went to see Downton Abbey. (Which is a really good movie.)Customer Service is amazing. The seats are also amazing. I didnt want to get up. I enjoyed the food. I will return.

Great theater that is always clean. Great place for family time or a date night. Prices are great and seats are excellent! We always love to come here. Their food variety is great and taste delicious. We also love that they have movie merchandise you can buy. Easy to find your theater and seats. Enough space from the person next to you and staff is friendly.

I always love coming here. Firstly, the chairs are actually leather recliners with 2 cupholders & a little tabletop that swivels. I used to hate going to the movies because the stranger next to you was awkwardly close for almost 2 hours. They also have some pretty cool movie props to try out sometimes.

Great movies, great prices, and wonderful and friendly people. I look forward to visiting again the next time in Newport News. Thethe actual theaters have lovely recliners a great place to hold your food and drink and have great sound. The food and drink selections are excellent.

So first of all, its a theater that has armrests that move out of the way and the chairs recline. normally. for every seat, not an additional fee.Secondly, the tickets are generally $12 (unless you get their membership thing which makes it almost half off) so its reasonably priced. thirdly (and my personal favorite) 2 seats paired make for excellent cuddling. im not sure how to describe it but like its every other seat doesnt have a middle armrest. so you can literally cuddle in those seats comfortablySo yeah, Imma give it 5 stars and I definitely love going there

The movie theater is big, the chairs are okay. But I’m much better at a AMC theater. Visiting some family in VA and this the only option near by.

The parking garage was conveniently nextdoor. The restrooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The popcorn butter didnt taste very good, this I didnt eat much of the popcorn I ordered. Overall this location was nice. I ordered a drink, and popcorn.

Customer Service was good. Bad Boys for Life with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence is a good action movie that could have had less blood. Otherwise, good.

Everyone was very pleasant but it is cold as I don’t know what. It’s cold outside at least have the theater warm.

We enjoy the 4.99 Tuesdays. Frozen II was great and the walk around City Center lake is beautiful this time of year. The Christmas lights are awesome!

We live over in Portsmouth, so we wanted to venture out and experience some new sights over on the other side of the water. Had a lovely time. Seem to be a nice clean theater. Well most likely come back.

Great experience. Movie theater prices on the drinks and popcorn, so dont waste your time on getting the small size, just get the large...much better value.

This theater is consistently busy whenever we go, comfortable reclining leather seats, clean, but the folks who work here dont pay much attention to you because the sheer amount of people they are servicing. 8/10. Still pretty great but I much prefer the Hampton location where I can refill my own drinks at no cost and where the staff are much more pleasant.

The food was great. The theater was awesome. The seat was big and roomy and the attached tray was just the right size.

Nice helpful employees, and comfortable chairs with trays that can be used for food and drinks you bring in, and some pretty good sound systems make going to this theater on the weekends enjoyable for me and my battle buddies

Although a little pricey, the place is worth it. Convenient free parking, attached restaurant, and easy ticketing make this a desirable movie going destination. The theaters, make it even better with nice clean seats that recline, great sound quality and projection picture. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The concession is decent but should have a few more lines in my opinion.

I took my son to see How to train your dragon over the weekend. I bought tickets through fandango. We bought the $20 deal with a large popcorn and two drinks. The staff was great and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. We absolutely love the reclining seats! One of the main reasons we go there though is because when I go alone with my youngest son, I feel safe there alone with him, even at night. It’s lit up well and it’s populated. I just wish the parking wasn’t so far away when the street parking is full.

I love the Margarita Pizza lots of flavoring. They only sell personals but its definitely enough to fill you up .

We go every Sunday and its great. The people that work there are awesome.

Nice seats that recline, although it feels a little intimate reclining with strangers- the snacks are EXPENSIVE!!! More expensive that Regal for sure- it was a little walk from the parking garage to the theater with no closer, more accessible handicapped parking available. The manager on duty went out of his way to check on something for me too, so that was very nice of him.

Nice, clean theater. Close parking. Comfortable seating and choose your seats when you buy the tickets.

Other than slow concession stands everything else was great.

My wife got tickets for the wrong day earlier and we were meeting of bunch of people there and we told the manager about it he went ahead and made our tickets for that day so we can get in with the people here with even though the tickets had expired the day before. I thought that was really thoughtful

I think the establishment is nice and clean. Customer service was on point. The seats are nice. I like how the arm rest comes up so you can sit closer to your significant other. They also reclined way more than I was expecting. The area was well lit when it came to getting in and out. I dont have any complaints or concerns. Thank you.

Love this place. Seats are so comfortable. If you have a small child they dont charge if they are going to sit in the seat with you. You can move a arm rest up and have one very large seat made out of 2 seats. Always our go to place to watch a movie. The popcorn is fresh and bathrooms are easy to get to!

I go on Tuesdays when the admission price is lower and less crowds. Its clean when we go and we enjoy the occasional outing. Food is not cheaper, but we dont get snacks most times when we go. You still have the opportunity to see the same movies they show on other days.

Always a joy to go to a nice movie theatre.... But this is great!! 2 restaurants attached as well as a concession, alcohol available for those old enough. Great food, good prices, comfortable seats.... CLEAN seating area, which is a nice change from other places. Bathrooms VERY CLEAN, also not something I see often anymore in public places. And for those of us that arent stick skinny, and have to use the handicapped stalls because the regular stalls are sooooo tiny that a normal person cannot get in... The stalls at Cinemark movie theatre are nice sized for normal people!! And there are plenty of them too. Weird thing for a review but super important thing for customers.Ill be returning there again.... New rewards options now too. 1 thats free and another thats a monthly fee but if you go even one a month its worth it. Happy viewing!!!PS I do not work for them nor anyone I know, Ive simply signed off movie theaters and Im signing back on because of here.

The staff and service are excellent and friendly. Movie times are posted clearly with the added help of the self service stations posted at the door.

This was a really nice theater. They have reclining seats that are definitely comfortable compared to the ones at other theaters. Im pretty sure I saw a bar inside which is convenient. Snacks and drinks are over priced but thats expected of theaters. Overall I highly recommend.

One of the only reasons to come to Newport news great atmosphere even when there are some minor issues the staff is quick on their feet to resolve them and nice isnt friendly a staff you will ever meet always a pleasure. By far the best movie theater in Hampton Roads by a mile

Very clean, friendly staff. There is a full restaurant inside just to the right of the main lobby. Parking is a little sketchy. Have to park in a garage across the street then walk to theater. Not a deal breaker walk though, only about a football field length.

This theater is great. As always, I buy my tickets online and get the best seats, its the best way to go! The seats are still very nice and comfy. The bar attached will let you take 2 pints per person with you into the theater, huge plus. Also I believe you can bring pizza in from next door. Their screens and sound systems are still up to par. They keep it clean. Best place to go in Newport News to catch a movie!

I will not see a movie in a theater anywhere else. The comfort and quality offered is unparalleled. Reserving your seating online months out is also a god send for hot titles.

The best part about the seating is removal armrest BUT The fact that the person beside you can just push the table desk into you is ridiculous AND ANNOYING

This theater has reclining seats that are the best for my back issues. The only real downer is the lack of food. The regular theater concessions only. The people are nice but they probably need to clean a little bit more.

Movie was excellent, theater was clean, but popcorn was too salty, could not eat.

Very rude,we normally come here to eat and no problem but today management was off the mark. There was none behind us he was rude.and still did make my pizza right.

This is by far the best movie theaters in the whole area. Va Beach, Norfolk, Porthsmouth, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Newport News and Hampton. From the drinks & food at the bar (u can take then inside the theater) to the snacks selections, the great prices, the deals, they give out free posters, its super clean, and the reclineable chairs are the best. I used to live 15 min away, I recently moved and now its a 45 min drive but My wife and I still make that drive bcus it is totally worth it. Wish I could give this place 100000 stars!!

The best theater in this area, the recliners are fantastic, the ability to bring real food in is great, the theaters are big with huge screens and great sound. Generally clean and with a couple restaurants directly attached there isnt anything to complain about! Plus free parking is across the street!

The seats are SO comfortable. This is genuinely a huge selling point. You can practically turn them into mini love seats, if desired. The theater is conveniently located and the experience has been consistent. The only star taken was due to the popcorn - not a fan. Especially when you have to butter it yourself. I know, its a small thing and it certainly wont deter me from returning.

We love the comfy chairs and attached restaurants! Food prices are crazy, as with any theater, but its nice to be able to bring a beer to your seat to enjoy with the movie.

Awesome! The chairs were so comfy and the sound was fabulous. The screen was clear. I sat in the front of the theater and it was still a good experience.

My husband and I decided to give MyPi a try after seeing a movie last evening. The young lady who took our order was not rude exactly, bored and fed up with working with the general public was more like it. Both our pizzas (the Carnivore with a few of the meats removed and substitutions in place and the Works) were both extremely salty. Wont return.

Parking was a bit odd but besides that great time!

My favorite place to watch movies due to the comfortable seats. Also a full bar outside so you can bring in your drink of choice. Recommend buying your seats ahead of time so you can reserve the seats you want! Check them out!

Will never go here again! We took our children to see Smallfoot and ordered the fruit punch and popcorn, after our children drank some of the fruit punch, they became sick (started throwing up in the theater before the movie fully started) and we had to pack up to leave. We walked to the front asking for a refund because of course as parents we tasted the drink first (pure seltzer water with a little flavor) so we could explain and not look dumb but, we were told that they cant refund us our money for a good 30 minutes my husband argued with the manager until we finally recieved our refund as well as a number to call corporate. We loved it when it was paragon....never had issues with drinks back then.
