We attended a wedding in the ballroom and it was absolutely stunning. The staff of professional and helpful. The food was outstanding and parking was ample.

Great place but u have to wear a collared shirt :) service is great their restaurant has a decent sized menu everything is made well including their pizzas surprisingly as well as their sushi rolls. Steaks are good too. They have a cigar area with a tv and couches downstairs. Its a relaxing place and very well run and maintained

This place is 6 stars. This is such a beautiful place!! From the bar to the patio, to the greens.. and the workers.. some of the best customer service, and the greetings they give you makes you feel like family. I think one gentleman Daniel,the food and beverage manager,? He was so friendly, such a good person. A true asset to the club. Oh and did I mention the burger was out of this world and as sexy as a Italian sports car..

HOAG golf tournament was great! My first time at this amazing course. Cant wait to go back.

I was there for Easter with my family and it was EXQUISITE. Good music, food, and atmosphere. The renovation theyve done is great and service was really good! Id put down our servers name but I forgot it!Lastly I very much liked the Décor the club put on for easter. Its always a 5/5 for a ton of flowers, color pops, ice sculptures, and chocolate flowing fountains!

Nice club with an amazing club house and restaurant. Course is fairly easy with great greens and the practice facilities are very good. Only 4 stars because the course was not very challenging and it got easier after the removal of a few hundred trees.

Great time at the HOAG event. Nice clubhouse etc.

Good spots to see and take part with those golfers, just right for a day or weekend for competition. It was kinda cool without a rainy day.

Absolutely amazing I was blown away with every single thing about the Country Club there was not one detail that was not taken care of. Probably one of the best meals Ive had in the last few years the food was incredible I could eat that every single day and the service is first class. Beautiful views amazing location I dont have a single complaint, cant wait to go back! The only downside is you have to be a member you cant go there unless you are a member or you are with a member.

Went for easter brunch. Was so impressed with the selection of delicious foods that I went back for thirds. Customer service was outstanding. Head waiter on the floor (forgot his name, apologies) went above and beyond to attend to our table and make us feel welcome. Gorgeous scenery and golf course. Solid 5 stars

Enjoyed the Toshiba Classic! New clubhouse, outstanding staff and great golf course. Played there many times through the years. New greens keeper will get it great shape! Views and history speak for its self, Enjoy!

Got to attend as a guest for a reception. Beautiful clubhouse, outstanding food and service. I got to walk through the locker rooms on a tour it was almost enough to make me be a member. Wonderful location for an event.

I just love the service that I receive when I vist the club house the waiter Maura and busser Daniel are the best they work so well as a team this business is lucky to have these two wonderful workers they take pride in their job. Kudos

What a shame to take advantage of all the workers by encouraging the members not to give any extra tips on top of the automatic 18% gratuity which turns out to be about 6% after the management magically makes it disappear. If you are Valet, you can be fired for accepting a cash tip. How disgusting. Super demanding members appear to be nice until they sign their bill and leave very rarely leaving anything extra ....As soon as I started explaining how our 18% tip was not all ours, they fired me. Now I have people watching my house, what a coincidence. So not one member has notified me about my stolen wages. Last time I checked stealing is a crime. I help build the place from day one starting in June. I always had a feeling I was being taken advantage of, being a server for 11 years. Every time you pick up a piece of silverwear, glasswear, or plate remember I was one of the employees that helped polish, organize, and wash those things. We all constantly worked over time, which I was never compensated for. But hey who cares? They did it to me, and to every other employee and will continue to do it because no one cares or has to power to change it. So if you dont have any integrity or morals this is the perfect club for you. I reported all of this to the LABOR BOARD, and I am going to SUE Newport Beach Country Club.
