Cool views of Balboa. The man and woman running the ride and taking tickets were very friendly and seemed like they were having a lot of fun. $4/person and we rode for at least 10 minutes. Loved it!

Classic mainstay for the area...I Remember riding this ride 40 years ago as a kid.. Still lots of fun... Great views and a long ride... Fun times with the kids!

Its a Ferris wheel, it ferrises.. like a wheel. Its fun and has been around forever so now its tradition. Dont expect Disneyland, just expect a simple Ferris wheel and youll enjoy yourself.

Not as fast as a ferris wheel as the Boomers in Fountain Valley but far exceeds the fun with an amazing view!

Not a satisfactory experience at all.. there were not even 5 continuous rounds. They kept stopping the wheel in between all the time.. complete waste of money and time. They should fill one complete lot of people in the wheel and have a continuous ride. But they have a pathetic system.. 4$ wasted.

The Balboa Ferris Wheel is great for my young grandkids, especially after dark

They said my 1 year old daughter could going on the ride and after waiting in line they said she has to be two.

Run by a friendly man and his dog while we were there, the ferris wheel is a cheap and fun date, if a little rickety.
