My kids LOVE this place. If you can catch it at an off-peak time, its much less overwhelming. Also the jump pass is absolutely worth it if you plan to come back at all.

My daughter had a wonderful birthday party at Monkey Joes- Newnan! It was very well organized. My party host handled everything. It was so convenient. I was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy my party without worrying about any details. The pizza was delicious! My daughter and her friends were so excited when Monkey Joe made an appearance to sing Happy Birthday! She felt so special. All of her friends enjoyed the awesome inflatables and the arcade games! To my daughter MONKEY JOES IS THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!! My family will be back again and again! I highly recommend having your next event at Monkey Joes!

Too much equipment in the place for the size. Some games took tokens/coins in lieu of the swipe card. Several games didnt work. Try explaining to an anxious and hyped 2yr old. Staff has no enthusiasm, half answer you questions or dont know the answer, nor provide recommendations. Need to develop an computer waiver process. I am sure nothing I wrote was legible. Again, due to the anxious and hyped 2yr old. Bathroom was absolutely filthy. I wont be back, at least not to that location. Best part of the visit was the price and military discount.

My girls love it. I like it because its convenient. Its within walking distance of our home and its within a Mall. Mondays is usually their discounted day but check in case it has changed. The manager was also very helpful he did every job his employees were doing. I thought this was amazing.

We had my daughters party here today. The staff is very nice. The pizza is GREAT! Monkey joe came to see her and give her a gift. All the kids had a great time and they didn’t want to leave.

FYI, it’s closed for good. Just stopped by with the kids and no one is there and a going out of business sign was posted on the door.

Place is good for kids 1year to 6 years of age, and a great way to have them exhaust some energy. Equipment needs proper and constant maintenance. There are many rips and tears that are taped up or left open for many months. Toddler area needs pushing cars, and many parents need to wear socks and not shoes in there. Shoes has pee, poop, ecoli, MRSA and other bacterias that kids can easily put in mouth because they crawl on floor and put items in mouth. Bacteria is everywhere, but we can control the entrance of them. Staff did tell parents to take shoes off after I asked, but staff need to take initiative and area needs to be watched. Staff needs to be involved and present on the area walking around and directing some kids. General carpet in facility is stained and dirty. Need to sell milk not just sodas and juices. Needs a healthy option menu.Please improve because it can be a better place for kids and parents.Thanks

Talked with the manager makayla in the store and she was very sweet and friendly. I asked her a few questions about having my sons party here and she knew every answer and also got me a paper with all the extra info I would need! The staff here is pretty young but was nice because they seemed to care and liked to interact with the kids by playing with them.

Always good times at MJs! Staff is helpful and friendly for younger kids on the slides and always answer questions and deal with issues promptly. Today I helped them restore the network after it went down and they gave me free passes for my next visit. SCORE!!!

Took the kids (2, 6, 10) here and they had a blast! Toddler area was great! I do wish there was a more accessible area for parents to hop in and grab the babys when they get knocked down but she didnt seem to mind!

Wish I lived closer. First time i went today with my 3 year old and friends and man it was awesome. Had massage chairs and lil kid arcade games and for affordable prices. We played for 4 hours. We definitely will be back

The kid loves it but you have to remind them every 10 15 minutes that you cant play games. They asked for a second chance so maybe well come back in a couple weeks to see if its better.

Several arcade games broken. Used bandaids on the floor and in the jump houses, Manager on duty didnt know what to say except, Sorry. Seemed like duck tape only thing keeping bounces houses together. Place looked to be going downhill, and only teenagers running things behind the counter. I will not be supporting Monkey Jones at any location after seeing how this location is run. Maybe the owner doesnt have time to make sure things run smooth or safe. If you go, youll be sadly disappointed.----Thanks for showing us how you blame your customers for a bad experience at your store instead of taking the time to inquire. Call it what you want, but it happened. I take my reviews seriously when taking my time to provide feedback.

We had an amazing experience! Kendall and Nancy gave amazing customer service and were so kind and patient with my special needs child. Thank you for hiring people who care. We will be back for sure! I Definitely reccomend the virtual reality as well.

Had a great time with a 3 year old and a 4 year old. Great layout and selection of activities. CLEAN and SECURE . A few games/activities cost extra. Looked like a good snack bar/cafe.

Nothing outstanding Its just okay. Staff was very pleasant, but the inconveniences in even accessing their buy ups for games and change for other amusements was really taking a lot of fun and continuity of play for the kids.

Love Monkey Joes! Nice place to have kids hangout and for the adults to watch TV too. Area is nice too.

Communication was lacking and the staff didnt seem very professional but the kids had a good time and overall it turned out pretty good just could have been a bit more organized and people that work with kids could be a bit more enthusiastic. :)

This place is nasty, the street outdoors looked better than the carpet that the children run on without shoes. bathroom was filthy, no tissue I asked an attendant to replace the roll, it never happened. The teenage staff arent friendly they mostly sat on the counters

Great place to take your toddler for the day especially if they arent walking yet! We came around 2:30 on a weekday when it was slow and had lots of fun playing in the bouncy house with our 14 month old boy and let him roam in the toddler zone. It was only 7$ and I believe one day a week they have a 5$ for toddlers special. We had a blast and we walked around Ashley park after and enjoyed the fountains and some ice cream. It was a success. The kids have fun but as a parent I have a few issues such as how filthy the floor is. They require shoes to be taken off (completely understandable) but walking around on their stained, sticky, and sometimes wet carpet is very disgusting. The bathrooms are also pretty gross. The staff also seems lost and confused on most things. For example, when you arrive you can buy a general admission or pay for add-ons for the rock climbing wall and VR ride. We paid for both and then were told after we paid that the VR ride was broken.... then when we were trying to do the rock climbing wall, no one knew who was supposed to be working it. It took almost 20 mins to get someone over there. As I said, the kids had fun though. There is a nice area for toddlers and a good selection of bouncy houses and slides for the older kids. I also like how they have a cut off age of 12.

Had a Great time. We wanted to wear our 1 1/2-year-old great grand son out and it worked. The area seemed clean, well organized and priced reasonably. Probably will go back to achieve the same results tomorrow!

Great, the only concern I have is that some parents let their big kids be in the 3 and under play area. There should be some staff to prevent that.The other day some 4 and 5 year olds were taking all of the toys away from infants and little toddlers ... my 2 year old was confused and kept looking for something to do because everytime she wanted an age appropriate toy the big kids took it away.

If you take your child to play here I recommend that you NOT purchase the Fun Card to play the arcade games. We put $5 on a card so that our granddaughter could play on them. We tried 6 different games of which only 2 worked! The other games took our money and then either did nothing or only partially worked. What a rip off! The entire place also needs deep cleaning. There was food and opened candy behind and along the games - I wonder if they have pest control issues. Our granddaughter loved the inflatable slides.

Need better arcades, I would like to see a strong competition Vs Chuck E. Cheese that would turn this place in to the best experience in town for little kids jumping and playing would be awesome plus the food would be almost an all day visit :)

Better than the one in Warner Robins. Better pizza and better slides. You can do 3 tries of rock climbing for cheap & its pretty fun. Not as easy as it looks & I recommend wearing shoes lol. We definitely like this location and will be returning soon.

This is a fun place to take your kids and for the price, its really not bad especially if you eat before you go, you can literally go play for a couple of hours for $7. They dont charge for the adults so as long as you bring socks and you dont have to buy a pair, dont eat there, etc, you can let your child have a lot of fun for $7. They have games that you can play and spend more $ like Chuck-E-Cheese with the tokens and tickets but I wasnt personally impressed especially with the toys that you get, it is dollar store looking items and I know the kids get excited about that type of thing but its throw away stuff in my opinion and the only other issue I had was, one of the big inflatable jump toys had a hole in it and it was pretty much the first one you go to when you go down the stairs. My son is almost 3 and he was falling into corners and I was not supposed to be in thereBut I knew he wasnt going without me because he was scared but he was falling all down in the corners, he easily couldve gotten stuck and possibly even suffocated and I would not have been able to see him so had he not been scared, who knows. Its extreme, I know, but crazier things have happened. Then we find out afterwards that theres a hole in it and thats why it was doing that and me being in there did not help with the air so the only way to get out was to lift him up over the side and I had to climb out up over the side and I felt like I looked very stupid. Other than all that, its a fun little place to go for the price and if you just play with the inflatable stuff, the parents can go in there with them on the jumping inflatables but since its summer oh, dont forget your socks because you wear sandals lol. They only charged me a dollar 99 for stocks but they said they were $3.50 so Im not sure about that one. My son had a really good time. I posted a lot of pictures, more than I wanted to because it put them in bulk but so far people have really liked the pictures so hopefully it can help people if its something they are interested in! Sorry but Im very detailed, if you want to really know how places then my review is going to tell you in detail! Otherwise I apologize for the novel LOL

Best bang for your buck. One price as long as you want to play. Unlike those chain trampoline gigs where you pay by the hour! Loads of fun for your littles!

Went to medical center close by. I would have been happier at Monkey Joes with my granddaughter. She loves the place.

This location is fantastic! I took my nephew there this afternoon to play on the bouncy houses. He saw the rock wall and really wanted to climb but when we were about to pay for him to climb he backed out because he got scared. Later after playing some games he decided he wanted to try it but I was hesitant to pay for him and he not climb, so one of the owners let him climb for FREE to build his confidence! The usual price is 3 climbs for $5 or unlimited climbs for $10 and if you get to the top you win a lollipop. The owner spent a good 20 minutes with him trying to get him to go further than he did the previous time. When we left the owner gave him 2 lollipops instead of 1. Great guy and can tell he loves his job and kids! Definitely recommend Monkey Joes in Ashley Park! Thank you and we will definitely be back!

This a great place to bring young children. There is alot of parking spaces and many handicap parking spaces to choose from. This fun center is located in Ashley Park. Ashley Park is the premier place to go shopping in Newnan, Georgia. There are boys and girls restroom here. The center is clean and well organized. The staff are kid friendly and extremely helpful. Alot of fun for the kids. Awesomeness in children fun.

I have a almost 2 year old. He loves it there. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good family fun. This is the 3rd time I’ve been with my son here and 2nd time in 5 days.

Took my 3 year old son there for the first time last weekend and he loved it! Good games for parents to get in on as well. Will definitely go again.

Really enjoyed it! We had a little issue of a bigger kid pushing smaller kids around. The staff missed it, but I wouldnt had expected the staff to handle the situation rather than just poor parenting of the bigger kid.

Staff was well trained, safety was very good, the food was good. It was a good experience for our twin grandbabies. We will come back again.

A little expensive, but a great place for kids to spend a rainy afternoon. Kind of boring as a parent since you cant go in the bouncy house with them. All and all the kids had lots of fun!

Took my 22 month old son. He enjoyed it much more than I expected. Had to watch out for the bigger kids since they would tend to run him over but saw that the kids tended to go to the various inflatables in waves and when one got too crowded we could just move him to another one that was empty or filled with kids closer to his size.

Kids love it, it is affordable and is an awesome place for play dates!

We took our 18 month old here to take a break during our drive home from visiting family. She had fun but I wouldnt attempt it during a busy day, shes too little to go on any of the attractions by herself and I hate getting in the way of kids when I go with her.It was remarkably clean with one noticeable exception: a nast urinal that didnt flush.

It was extrenely congested. Barely anywhere to sit and we waited over an hour for our food. All they kept saying was they were backed up in the kitchen. When we finally got our food, it was cold! Hopefully the next visit will be better. I was disappointed.

It is such a great place for kids to run off their energy! It is very much appreciated but the check in process is very slow and we found that the security leaving was not reliable! One of our little guys just walked out into the lobby when someone else left. Perhaps there could be some betterOptions in place to keep the kids from being able to live with just anyone.

A little bigger than the other Monkey Joes locations i have been to. They could be a little cleaner (i know its a little kids place but still). The restrooms were nasty and the floors in some areas. They also needed more ppl monitoring the jumpy area. My toddler was almost knocked over by these big horse kids in the toddler jumpy that was marked for 3 and under

The price was a little higher than I expected but was well worth it once I got inside. The bounce houses were very clean and there were plenty of employees monitoring children. The kids had a blast and I would highly recommend this place.

So the food isnt really edible for anyone over the age of 14, but thats not why people go here. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and we always have a wonderful time here. Headed up there today when they open.

Lots of fun for all ages.

My 7yr old has a blast always clean and everyone is nice. However, to pay for an 11 month old to play is absurd. The older children play on the toys more than half the time. So he gets thrown around and has tp watch until someone decides that they are too old to play. My personal opinion kids under 2 should go back to being free.
